Image of non of the items load in the app. Only the name loads and the image part is blank. Very weird to see like that. I don’t think the app is useful as things are not loading properly.

Issue with payment and placing order

I have used the app twice this weekend and faced similar issue both the times. it gave some cryptic error although Paytm wallet payment was successful. I could see order placed in order history.
Also it took more than 5 minutes for the orders to appear at the restaurant screen.

Hi Team,
Application is not able to pick the nearest store location that is 200 metres far away distance from my home. It is showing no restaurant near you. Fews weeks back, it was working fine.

such a mess, keeps loading tried on two different mobiles with proper testing,
confirmed app is such a flop.
keeps loading & shows white screen.
showed this issue to BK Branch also.
worst app. 👎 doesn't work. needs lots of basic troubleshooting with network issues.

Feels like you guys purposely don’t want me to redeem my points or use any offers. Since I have downloaded the app I was only able to use it twice. I sit right there in the restaurant and try to use the app and keeps showing that there are no restaurants available near you and it's very frustrating since you cannot use the app and cannot avail any offers.
The restaurant staff sit there clueless and they have a like a helpless look on the face that they can't do anything and they still cannot take any orders which are showing in the app on the counter itself to a customer looks like a total douche standing in front of the staff and asking them can I use this offer but you cannot do anything.
I could have had over 2000-3000 crowns by now but only show 1025 crowns that are used in the very first two visits and even those can't be availed anymore. I deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone and my wife's phone too. But nothing happens.
