You took all information from me for my kid including age and charged me $10 via your Instagram Ad post however on login all material is for 2-5 years old nothing for 8+ ! Kindly stop scamming people like this. I’ve reported to Apple as well. This app should be pulled down for misrepresentation of information.

I have purchased this app and it opened for a week later I couldn’t open the app and my amount was deducted without any intimation regarding the app of USD 39.99
I have dropped an email regarding the issue and there was no response from the customer service, the response was just an automated mail which I received .
I have dropped a mail again regarding the deducted amount as I cannot even unsubscribe the app as the app is not evening opening.

This app is pathetic and doesn’t work after they get payment.
We paid for one full year and still says do the payment and stopped working.
After contacting they simply said plz contact the apple I tunes customer service and we can not return your money.3500/-

Unable to access despite of payment
We had paid from our Apple ID for
Lifetime. We had access for a couple of day’s and now we are unable have a full access again.

Would be a great learning tool if it functioned!
App is down 90% of the time. Even when you’ve paid for out the app spent function and says you have not paid. I have wasted a lot of money because my son liked the games. But even my 2 year old toddler got frustrated and gave up on this app! Writing to them also is a pointless exercise and a complete waste of time!!!!
