I wish i can rate it with zero star as this app is so disgusting without even loosing my rank is being increasing (m loosing) even whn my player is not even bowling or batting.. seriously I didn’t understood their disgusting calculations... no sense ... lost thrice at the time of winning were as on the another app with the same team i just won the matches .. paytm first are cheaters fraud.. they are just fooling people.

This app is great and have lots of contest and very fast point system update overall great app but the issue is when we minimise the app and maximise it it just reload the app again or restart the app every time i did this same thing happen plz fix this overall a great app by paytm

Its always been the case that whenever you are winning the matches in this stupid app they tend to cancel the same in between the match and return your money this has happened with me almost like 6th time. They deduct money and later say u were not joined as the offer was full.
Will improve the rating if it gets fixed

So the issue is There is a glitch where you cant see the opponents team whenever we click on their team it opens our team. So ghis needs to be fixed.

This app is doing fraud. Same team in other app showing in winning zone but in this app you never win. Also you can’t withdraw the money you added. Only you can withdraw the money you won but that’s rare. PayTm first Bonus rupees is worthless. You have to add those to expensive contests to use few bonus rupees. Also can’t withdraw. So overall the money you add always gone.

It’s just my opinion on trying it like a new user. I may be wrong
1. Not many games for iPhone (just cricket and football).
2. ‘How to Play’ section does not seem to provide information on actual ‘how to play’ and how to understand the process and results on the app. It just provides very basic info; it’s not worth reading through.
3. It should surely have bit more details/transparency beyond just create team and play guidance. Money-related apps need to be specifically responsible, accountable, transparent and user-friendly regardless of what. Mentioning it as I thought Paytm’s app might be bit different and user-friendly, but it just turned out to be tricky too.
4. Few other UI issues too which can be painpoints for a novice like me

Very much disappointed using Paytm First Games, joined two contest in first game of IPL a day before and while line out happened today and I tried to check the status of my players it showed me “no contest joined”, refreshed many times but same message appeared and when game started the status my joined games started appearing and felt bad to see few of my selected players were not playing, I ended up in wasting money and excitement due to this technical snag in application... full-to Bakwas and pathetic application. Not recommended at all

I m very disappointed to say that the withdrawal amount in this fantasy app is not working properly from more then 24 hours I m unable to withdraw my winnings . As we all know that if we can’t withdraw our money then what is the purpose of playing in fantasy Plattform . Already mail them but nobody is replying for god sake . So it’s very disappointing to see a brand like Paytm is doing like this to us don’t solve it even from more then 24 hours
