Such a useless app I see, dream11 is far better tha this app, everytime whenever I have money in my account and I want to withdraw it they restrict my account, can I don’t use my account in any other phon, normally all apps like dream11 gives this facility to open your account in any other phone but in this app if you open your account two to three times they restrict your account this is happen to me two times, I am seriously don’t recommend this app to any other. Every time I open the app, there's a persistent rummy free entry overlay that doesn't disappear when I click outside. The only way to skip it is by logging out and logging in again each time I open the app. This problem started this afternoon.

This app has a lot of bugs which are not usually solved , matches don’t show up when they are live.
Also withdrawal procedure is very bad and takes a lot of time. The free instant withdrawal is all for name sake, even that takes one day sometimes.

It was nice app previously before latest withdrawal policy.. in new withdrawal policy you can withdraw 500 rs only in a day where in other apps u can with your withdrawal amount no limit . It was same in this app previously but after new withdrawal policy they want you lose your all the money and cannot withdraw your amount . i have made a request of withdrawal of cash reversed and my pending amount that is 181 rupees does not credit back to my bank account and they say the fund is transfer by neft on 2or3 may but still i am not getting a single penny out of 181 rupees. trust me i have written more then 50 plus emails but not getting any resolution. first staff told me that check your bank account it is credited, second one told me that dont worry you will get your 181 rupees within 3 working day and third one told me that i will receive 5 to 7 working days and 4th one told me that check your bank statement and i also send my transaction history but nothing works. Trust me guys if you are new then please leave this app and go for dream 11 because they withdraw instantly or sometime its take upto 3 working days but they do not delay like my11cicle

The app is just a fraud or a scam i guess because it has the worst response to my mails and they are not even helpful at all. I have added money to my wallet and after that the app is just showing technical error in detecting my location and doesn’t allow me to join any contest. I used to play My11 Rummy for almost one year, I used to play rummy on least bets, and to my knowledge I have won 60% of the games and still made a loss of 9000 rupees. I am seasonal rummy player and I cannot even make it up how the cards are arranged!!!! I really wonder how my opponents won, finally realised that it’s not the players!!!! I have some Suggestions regarding transparency and UX interface
1) Since all the contestants profile has been created to play the games why you don't have an option to view the mutual player's profile and their last played match with their skill score. I has referred my friend to use MY11circle but I can't find him in the app and follow him as well.
2) Why there is no option to view my last played matches also. It was I played matches I suppose to view my contest and team selections so I can view the team and I will try to improve my team selection with my past matches.
3)Their no Clear picture for joining cash bonus Bcz I has deposited 1000 and seen that when ever I play Matches cash bonus will be added from that 1500 cash bonus. But after 1st 2 days I haven't received any cash bonuses for my played matches. If you don't show the players profiles to another contestants and their own old payed matches to themselves too means. People will find hard to trust your platform and you end with less traffic If you sort out this two flaws means you will reach huge traffic and you can beat your competitor also. Good Luck. This is totaaly fraud app. Everyone kindly check when you join contest Inalso joined of 1000 inr it was showing #1 will get 6000inr amount and number2 will get 1860 inr. I got #2 rank and they do not even add the money in my account and they just took away my 1000 inr. They are tottaly fraud content amount changes before and adter joining of the contest and it again changes when the game ends. Tottaly fraud app . If you want to waste your hard earned money you can join them. customer care is not responsible and they said they have initiated the amount but have not got till now and they did not reply.

Thats why people prefer Dream 11. This app got stuck half an hour before match and stuck there forever. I could not login as it was showing "something went wrong". I could not edit my team. My money got wasted. Suggestion to Mycircle team- don't make an app unless u can't fix the bugs. I never ever faced such issues in dream 11. I gave this app a try but it was my mistake. I really had a bad experience with this app which
i never had with other apps like dream 11 where
if you win you get the money in your account.
But just to try I withdraw a small amount of 150rs
from my winnings and your app shows it will take
few days to process and after 4 days it says
payment successful and if you have any
discrepancy contact your bank and even bank is
not helping. But the issue is this that it is not my
work to contact the bank it is your work to look
in your clients discrepancy. Even after emailing
and complaining there is no good response. So
guys if you want play fantasy cricket stick to
dream 11 or howzat they are much better then
this app coz even after winning you can't

Please try to design screens with enough space and buy bigger font. Dream11 is very awesome user interface. There is no use to paying Saurav Ganguli unless making app experience better. Gonna quite My11Circle. Playing experience is feeling very bad due to bad design of app. Please hire skilled UX designer and redesign the app ASAP. So that you can competitive to dream11.

They don’t have customer support, all the things are IVR text format reply. If we ask one the IVR will reply one. The withdrawal takes 3 days after still not credited, they have mail assistance 😂 that is even more comedy, even that is IVR mail response system, what ever u mail there… The system is responded successfully. No answer at all.. nice comedy game app. Be careful with your money at the point of “withdrawal game”.

All of a sudden the app has stopped responding. It just freezes on launch. Tried to reinstall but if no use. Also withdrawing money is an issue. Though easy play and more user friendly than most, the withdrawal issue can discourage customers. After trying infinite times I stuck to Dream11..

I never seen any kind of issues in Dream11 ever.
I hate My11Circle and deleting this crap app. Guys don’t play on this app or you will lose your money. Be aware. They are earning from tricks.

Double the winning contests if india wins & 5 time the award by beating experts are just a way to lure people in this Garbage fantasy app cause in that double the winning contest you can join only 3 contest and just once plus that 5c the winning by beating experts is of just 10rs and you get 50rs by beating them. Yes I know I wrote FRAUD. App is not updating my email id although I have verified it by clicking on the link received in email. Twice my bonuses have not been updated in my balance…. Recent bonus not received was one against August offer. It is some kind of Cheating as when I wrote to them , no one replies. I guess they have not updated contact no or customer care no so that they can do FRAUD with many. I am surprised because their advertising is done by Ganguly, Ranveer, Rashid, Ajinkya rahane….. it feels like some big cheating app.
Still this app is cheating me over . They say recharge for this amount and 50% will be given as cashback…. But they never give it…. They have not given my cashback for last recharges too…. You need to look Dream11 how his app interface very easy to find team and contest with filtering which actually we look, players last matches record very bad in this app not in dream11 that’s I always play in Dream11 and major problem in your app is point system not round of not good but Dream11 does really good he added players pictures
You need to really change according to this kind generation already get better than you so have to be changed your app interface
Bonus also not redeemable in your app even I don’t play your 1 rs contest because I hate this app too much
If you can’t do this than shut down your app

I registered using my phone number initially and put some Rs 1500 to play. I played for about 2-3 days and then I was not able to login. I tried forgot password option and i was able to reset the password but when i logged in i could see it was a new account all together. I had list the money that i had initially added(900 plus was left ). However, i added another 100 Rs just to see if everything was working. While filling the phone number details(it is mandatory to provide it), i got message saying that my phone number is linked to another account. So i was not able to use this account as well. I raised a complaint but every time i got an automated reply saying the complaint has been resolved. I tried live chat as well. They said to contact customer support via email. I kept my faith and tried one last time. I created a fresh account and added a different phone number. I added 500 Rs. I played few games and then the account was again blocked for fairplay. I raised another ticket with them but guess what i got automated reply saying the issue has been resolved. I have almost 1500 Rs stuck in their accounts. I would recommend to go for apps like dream11 and gamezy. Dream11 has got amazing customer support. I am very much disappointed with my11 circle.

I have joined a contest with my team there is a player in my team who took wicket in last over and after that his points should increase by 10 but they didnt credited that points and i lost that contest. In others team the same player having 11 points and in my team that player is having 1 point,how is it possible?I have sent an email with attachments of screenshots. Still they doesnt react on this matter. At least check whether you are giving each players credits and please play fair so like each and every one would like to play, and i request you to everyone please crosscheck your points after match ended there might be some faults.

Worst app i ever use in my life.. they didnt show the team of other player in head to head match.. moreover they didnt provide the 500 ruppee bonus even after you complete the teams and conditions and if you try to post a comment for help it will not be posted, they failed again and again i personaly tried atleast 10 times.. so guys plz dont waste your money in such fake apps

I really had a bad experience with this app which i never had with other apps like dream 11 where if you win you get the money in your account. But just to try I withdraw a small amount of 150rs from my winnings and your app shows it will take few days to process and after 4 days it says payment successful and if you have any discrepancy contact your bank and even bank is not helping. But the issue is this that it is not my work to contact the bank it is your work to look in your clients discrepancy. Even after emailing and complaining there is no good response. So guys if you want play fantasy cricket stick to dream 11 or howzat they are much better then this app coz even after winning you can’t withdraw it. Poor customer service

Just another app drawing attention of people by using cricketers names and faces to steal people money . They can close your account their own will and deduct money from your account . I wrote the the them about discrepancies but my account remained blocked and no response was received from the FairPlay . It is very lame so I recommend not to download this app until u want to save yourself from fraud . I recommend some other apps like match on whose withdrawal policies are way better than my circle.

Constantly address this issue to support team but no one replying back with any information. Mobile number and email address is already verified but still issue from 2 days.

Don’t depend on this app because they can close your account whenever they feel and also they deduct money from your wallet. For me it was done twice, they deducted my money and closed my account and now when I tried to join any game it says “Your account is closed due to some security reason”. Without informing me they closed my account and took my money. I have complaint twice but they are not responsive. I would suggest everyone not to add any money.

Worst app ever used, they just asked to join one of the league so I joined and made a team they took my money and after that message came you have been removed from the league and also not refunding my money back. And at last if you want toh withdraw your money you can’t get it back in your paytm you need toh enter bank acc details which is worst thing. Its just a waste you can install dream 11 instead of it thats 100 times better than this app.

After I have successfully added cash they detect my account unqualified, and block the added money, which is clearly fraud. Moreover, I am unable to reset password as well, more than 100 times I tried to reset password but all went void. I have not got any single email for password resetting. This is all seems they are making fool of people and blocked their amount.
