I’ve used this App for Blood request .. Within 2hrs after registering I’ve got a call from control room regarding the requirements and then they found donor’s within next hour.. it was my last resort as I was not getting any responses from any other sources.. Heartfelt ‘thank you’ for everyone behind the scene 🙏🏼.. Please make use of the App everyone because you never know when you need it…

You can not add emergency contact, you can’t add photos or even can not report a cyber complaint. Always getting error as ‘something went wrong. Try after some time’ Even after months still getting the same error. (iOS)

It’s obvious we cannot test all its functionality but overall, it looks good and the navigation is easy. The nearest PS when a person is outside Kerala needs some improvement. Wish that door locked register facility was made available even after a person has left his/her house.

Good initiative from kerala police. I haven’t used most of its facilities. Couple of times helped me to get contact number of concerned officers. Today i donated blood as per the request using this app. Highly recommend app. It will be helpfully in an emergency.

This is a good App and concept by Government of Kerala and Kerala Police. They should have integrated THUNA website also along with this app rather than giving it as an external link. While lodging a complaint by a citizen, THUNA is much more procedural and we hope you will simplify the same and will integrate with Pol-App. Wishing you all the success.

Very very useful app for keralites
I was using 2-3 apps of Kerala police before this app but now I just need this app only. This app includes all the functionalities other apps. And this app will be more useful to women’s, children’s and senior citizens. Also we can easily reports crimes by posting the crimes image. Really liked it.
