Don’t purchase two watches with same brand
I sorry to say that but if I have the same company two watch so I can only use one at a time second one just a wast i recently purchased and I got this issue and customer care saying our company has a no refund policy i m really disappointed. but noted a peculiar issue where Apple Health does not receive any data from noise app in the Active Energy Section
Other brand watches generally send the total calories burned to active energy and although Noise app is syncing steps and other data with Health app. Something is missing on the Active energy part.

There are few bugs in the app while adding contacts sometime adding just once contact duplicates the rest of them and exceeds 10 contact limit. Also app should have shortcut integration so we can automate stuff like syncing of data etc

Not accurate
Hi I am using Noice smart watch since more than 3 months. It has all important features what is needed but some times its step count are not accurate. For example I walk every day in morning around 3 km but this shows only 1 km. And also it’s having trouble in counting steps. When I use it for walking feature it shows that for 1 km I took 800 steps. Which is not accurate. And also it Shows that the distance between step is more than 105 cm.
To my strange there is no option to complain this online.

How to solve this problem kindly help me. I’m using NoiseFit Halo Plus from 15 days. Every data are syncing simultaneously smartwatch to NoiseFit app but in Apple Health app maximum data are not pushing/ missing. Few changes required
I’m using the new colorfit pro 5 and the new DIY feature is amazing. But there are few problems with the watch and app interface
1. DIY faces are not being added to the ‘your creations’ section
2. There is no way to manage your watch faces from the watch nor the app. Sometimes you discover you don’t like a watchface only after applying it and want to delete it right away but there is no way to do it.
3. You cannot tap to view your notification right when it arrives on your watch. You have to go to notifications section and then tap to open it. Why not allow it from the beginning?
4. Often the always-on display is THE MOST important feature that people want and thankfully my pro 5 has it! But please allow us to customize the AOD complications as well. I don’t want steps but battery percentage on my aod.
5. Also, the aod takes about 5 seconds to activate again after the display turns off. This should happen instantly please. And if the watch knows it’s not on a wrist, why not turn the aod off? It’s a ‘smart’ watch after all.
Please rectify these issues and then you have the best smartwatch for this price in your hand…quite literally! All the best!

I have purchased colorfit ultra3. Regarding watch i found it good, fulfil basic needs but screen stopped working within 3 months. Noise services are good and got replaced watch with in 1 month but not sure how long it will go.
Regarding app, also not as per expectations. Not able to download all watch faces. Watch has 5 screens but you can replace only one. On the name of customised screen it allows you to pick your picture of your choice and place time over it. Your settings for watch can be done through watch only. Sometimes watch is connected but call and msg notifications not showing on watch. Much more lacking.

Not a useful app for health and fitness enthusiasts
No option to set heart rate monitoring all day. It measures heart rate while exercising but measurements are grossly inaccurate. The moment you start sweating the heart rate goes haywire.
No option to measure SpO2 all day. It doesn’t even measure it while exercising. Huge issue.
Calories burned calculation is inaccurate too.
It’s too low and no option to modify it.
The app home page shows rings of daily goals which doesn’t close even after achieving your set goal. No matter how many times you sync data and restart app. This started happening after recent update to version 4.1.7 on iOS.
Data upload to Apple Health is sketchy.
Only 4 parameters are updated - Active Energy, Heart rate, Sleep and Step Count. No option to upload Distance, SpO2, etc.
Customer support page is probably the worst ever. To log a complaint you have to capture all your info manually, in spite of you being a registered user and your watch registered as well.
There’s no response whatsoever to feedback.
Watch UI is worst among most popular smart watches. When you go back from sub menu it goes back to the beginning of previous menu. Apart from watch faces there’s hardly any customisation options.
Watch strap of Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha is not convenient.

Noisefit app makes watch experience more Amazing
Noise best looking smart watches are well suited with this amazing Noisefit app. Both app and watch software are fluid and well designed.
I just have one suggestion for the developer team that Noise watches doesn’t track sleep will in the day time as it does in the night. It should track sleep irrespective of the time as other brands are doing like Honor or Boat. Nowadays, we have different shift timings and night shifts, so we end up sleeping in the day. I am unable to use this feature because of this limitation.

Don’t Buy Anything From This Fraudsters
Just got Noise Fit Halo delivered only few hrs ago and the watch face installation gets failed again and again. Trying to upload a watch face since past 4 hrs since the product has been delivered. I tried installing/uninstalling the application, tried rebooting/resetting both, even called the customer care where the executive hanged up the call even without listening to my issue(btw this happens when fraud companies like noise outsource their BPOs so they don’t directly have to deal with cx after supplying fraud products).
All i could do now is just wait for their email knowing they will do everything to NOT resolve my issue and will just keep pushing weeks in time so that they can finally say Refund and Return period is over.

Customer support does not even exist! I don’t know how they are even around
The app has a lot of issues especially with syncing. My first watch had issues where only the sleep data would get synced and the workout data would not get synced at all.
Anyway I wanted a newer watch and I bought the colour fit pro 4. It worked well for the first couple months and again I have the same issue. This time it doesn’t sync anything. The update too does not get downloaded. I tried uninstalling and paired the watch again. Lost all data but nothing else happened. The app crashes and simply closes every time I try to sync now. Customer support is non responsive. Save your money and go invest in a quality smart watch!

Amazing watch from noise !!!❤️
I have purchased noise Colorfit ultra 2 buzz and I’m totally satisfied with the product. Try to update via OTA for some more custom watch faces like pointers for different chronograph faces in custom mode and try to make OS as smooth as possible.
And there’s one thing I need to mention is that the NoiseFit app is kinda stuttering a lot and is taking a lot more time to transfer the custom face. Hope you fix this issue in the update and add more features for watch faces as soon as possible as I’m eagerly waiting for an update regarding watch faces and stutter in your app. Thank you ❤️. Watch Face should be more customisable
You can only add an image as a watch face while customising it even though the watch does support gifs on wallpaper( a few default watch faces have gifs). And you only get like 3 options to customise the time and date bar i.e. top, bottom and left.
Also every time you update a watch face it will replace itself with the last watch face that you updated. So, basically you cannot decide which watch faces you want on your watch and the default ones that you don’t like are no way replaceable.
Other than this the watch is pretty good.

😡😡😡Don’t Go for Noisefit
It’s my personal experience. I buy a new noise colorfitpro2 which is working good for 2 months and then stop working having many issues like rust on charging point, irregular heartbeat parameters as well as battery drains faster. I contacted customer care more than 50 times so that I will get support and rectify the issue . But they are not willing to go for repair or replacement. They told me you have to visit our store at NOIDA location which is about 900+km from my location. Very much disappointed 😔 as well as it become waste for me. They do not provide service once device is facing issue, in the name of support they only help you with the troubleshooting steps😡😡😡😡. Please do not waste your money and time on such a bad product.

Noise Colorfit Pro3. Worst Product ever used
I bought a Noise Colorfit Pro 3 watch about 15 days back from Croma retail outlet at Delhi airport. As per the product description the battery should last for 5-7 days as is mentioned on the product box. The online site of Noise shows the battery lasting life for 10 days. However, the watch isn’t working for not even 3 days. Soon after, the watch started draining very fast. I charged it completely in the night and took it off the charger. The battery showed 95% and in the morning it was only 39%. It happened thrice.
I went to Croma store in Kochi and got it exchanged siting same problem. The new watch immediately after the first complete charge showed 98%in the night and in the morning shows only 31% battery. Moreover, this new exchanged product has lot of touch issues. The watch is shifting and changing displays automatically even without touching the screen. Also not responding to touch.
Pathetic product. Pls don’t buy such product. Waste of time and money.
The company also won’t pay for your travel expenses to the service centre every time there is a problem.
Saddened by this watch.

I have been using this application from the last few days and one things I have noticed along with tracking up your daily activities routine record such as cycling,yoga,core training etc etc you can also customise your theme on your watch through this application and also helps to allow notification alert such as Calls, messages etc.

Excellent product... Noise delivered it a day before the schedule date.. touch is good... Connectivity is good... Strap quality is good... Square dial is big with bright display... The Watch and the App both are really good, worth buying. The App keeps syncing at regular intervals. Not even a single notification gets missed when thr watch is connected to the phone. The app shows your physical heath conditions at exact time. Overall everything is good and running well, This app gives us an amazing experience with noise smart wearables. The data sync between the app and the smartwatch nice. Another thing I love the most is the watch face customization. There are a lot of watchfaces and we can add pictures from our gallery also. The app works perfectly in the background, without affecting any of our activities. We can install updates for the watch through this app. Inside this app, there is an official noise store also🤩🙌✌

Am using “Noise ColorFit Pulse Grand Smartwatch” it looks like Apple Watch and I use it for my iPhone it works super cool and the features are next level, I bought it after it has launched to market without any buyers reviews but I haven’t made any mistake I did it Good .
Am so happy with watch, so I bought “Noise AirPods Mini “ and they are amazing I really love them I have faced some problem when I bought but noise team helped me solve my issue and now both watch and AirPods am connecting them to my iPhone, experience of both the products are so good .

Worth buying. User friendly interface
The Watch and the App both are really good, worth buying. This is a one-stop hub for all your physical wellness tracking needs. It's features are very helpful to keep an account of most of our daily activities. App is constantly updating with new features and updates. I get all the notification and alerts. Notification of call alert is also amazing. When my phone is not near me or somewhere else on silent I get the notification of call.

Best purchase Ever
I m using My Noise watch for last 8month and I’m just amazed This is my best purchase ever the bettery last for 12 day’s in my case you will need to charger it only once in 10/12 day’s,only about an hour. I am very very happy with the purchase & All the functions are working properly & it is sweat & waterproof that is the best quality of this watch. It provides you with the option to select from the wide variety of watch faces as well as to customise your own watch face. The build quality is very good. The battery lasted 15 days in my case -you'll need to charge it only once in- twice a month, that too, only for about an hour. Heart rate monitor is accurate. Clock faces are good and you can add any picture as a clock face. Screen resolution is very good even in day light. Text/WhatsApp messages are clear and legible. Caller name is displayed and you can reject a call, if you wish to. Vibration alerts are distinct. The strap fits snuggly and is comfortable. It is sweat and water proof.... actually had a shower with it. Steps, distance, calories burned sleep tracking is excellent. Find my phone is my favourite feature! Music control feature is cool.

All the feature like health tracking, different sports mode, music control, and on the fly notifications works seamlessly in the watch. My favourite one is Find my Phone. Battery life with notification off is around 6-7 davs. SPO2 feature helped me a lot during my Covid phase to track my blood oxygen level regularly and it automatically stores the same report in the NoiseFit mobile application. It is as accurate as a medical grade oxymeter. App provide you the dashboard to get data of all your activities in a single screen. It provides you with the option to select from the wide variety of watch faces as well as to customise your own watch face.

Good Product
I have been using this fit pro 3 watch for sometime now and I must say iam quite impressed it as it was a gift. However the only issue is that one we can not turn off the vibration which is use as an alert and sometimes it quite irritating if there was something like a noise to alert notifications or just put it on silent mode instead of do not disturb mode it would be really helpful and sometimes the sleep calculator does not work at all it takes quite a long time to sync things to the noise app and there are no proper updates as well iam currently using the watch with my iPhone 12 pls kindly look into it and fix the bugs and fix the notifications alerts and sounds please thank you.

Noise has got an important role in my daily life♥️
Noise fit has surprised with its seamless performance. It’s like i cant get out without this watch on my wrist now
. It connects with my iphone with no trouble and tracks steps, distance, etc accurately.. now ‘he’ is the one who reminds me to drink water as well as asks me to move when i stand/sit for long time😂 displaying wtsp message is such a blessing during busy hours.. i just loved the wide varieties of watch faces.. moreover we can customize it too.. thankyou so much for the product! Amazing product and support app
This is the firs time that I have used a different smart watch from apple and I should say I was quite impressed with the device. Its sleek and stylish and has all the relevant sensors and performs well. Its quite lightweight and the silicon straps are a bliss. Also, worth mentioning is the support system of noise. Even though its an Indian brand, the app experience is a bliss. You can change watch interface, know your vitals, shop for accessories and share your workout progress with your community with ease.

Quite a VFM smartwatch, decent app
This (Noisefit Active) was the most feature rich smartwatch I could find in the below 3.5k category, so bought it and I'm really satisfied with it to be honest.
It has spO2, stress monitoring, exercise modes, customisable watch faces, phone notifications, call rejection, impressive battery life and my favourite, a round and cool looking dial. At this price point, no doubt it's a very good purchase.
The app is decent, syncs up and shows all the data that is generally looked for.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 points regarding the app which I think can be improved. 1. Sync time with the watch 2. Addition of good quality (like the few available that shows activity data) watch faces with periodic updates.
Overall it's a great product from Noise and I recommend it to my friends.

Got app having some issues though
All in all it is a good app showing all the necessary details in an understandable manner but sometimes when I connect my watch, it doesn’t refreshes the watch time to the present time and date along with that it resets to the default watch face, so I have to go in the app and set again, since we are on watch face, please increase the quality and quantity of the watchfaces, i have mentioned the same on the FB page as well.
Apart from that kudos to Noise for providing such a nice product with all the features and that strong build quality.

Perfect
I have been using this app since a month. There are many such apps but i haven’t use such a great app, it shows every thing from your distance (highly accurate) to calories burnt etc and it’s great with the watch as well. Soo many tracking mode and i have used almost all of them. Other apps are a bit laggy and some apps doesn’t show the distance correctly. They can improve the UI a little bit, other than that it’s awesome.

I was gifted by a friend of mine a Noise colorfit pro 3 watch. We all do activities together and motivate each other, this was a kind from my friend. I just started using the watch regularly and started liking it. The features in that made things easier to record, monitor and control for myself. Now this made me gift 3 watches to my close friends. Now they have caught up with regular activities. Looks the product makes life style change contiguous. A good product to use.

Problems with app and data sync
Please fix the mobile app (specially for iOS). “Watch faces” does not open on the app. I have been using the watch for a couple of weeks now and the tab only opened once. Also, data sync takes a lot of time and doesn’t seem to work unless I open the app daily and let the data sync for a few minutes. Still the data history can’t be accessed a lot of times and I can’t view it a lot of times. Please have regular updates and fixes on the application so that customers can have a better experience and stick to your brand.

Poor than before
The app which was before was better than this new updates because everything used to work in it, the older one. I am using this app from last 5 days and I am even not able to start the app. It shows personal information after the selection of gender and birth date it doesn’t even show the next option. The watch faces cannot be changed in my case. I tried it on 7 mobile phones and 2 iPads still it doesn’t change the watch face......plz let me know that is it my connectivity issue or the apps issue......but wise overall watch is good just having a small charging issue.....Thank you....

Great product
Ive been using this product since a year and never find any abnormalities during its working. At the time of buying i didnt find any product in this price range and offering such amenities. I do wear 24*7 and it lets me help with all my schedules as workouts or any reminders. I would recommend every person near me to atleast go for a check on noise regarding its new product if buying a new smart watch which actually comes in affordable rates. Not working on iOS( working now so changing the review)
(Thank you team noise for resolving my issue within 2 days. I am really liking the watch and it’s integration with the app is quite good.)
I recently downloaded it to use on my iPad 5 but there are following issues:
1. It doesn’t support full screen
2. After installation it makes u go through a tutorial once before it finally opens. The issue that I am facing is during that tutorial it asks me to click on next button, but when I click on next it doesn’t open the next window. Or maybe it opens in the background I am unable to see it due to small screen size. This tutorial is mandatory to complete before proceeding so I am stuck in it.

App is very very poorly made.
First of all this app is for showing device information and to pair it with but what we see is ads and a lot of ads showing new products and forcing us to buy them.
We already have one of your products and intend to use it with your app but it is all focused in marketing of new products rather than providing good service and better experience in showing information.
After the update whenever i want to change the watch face of my colorfit pro 3 some other watch face gets installed than the one selected. Even whenever i sync it with the app, details shown are wrong.
So now i know thatthe company is doing nothing for user experience, the only thing they are concerned is to sell products.

With This experience it is hard to recommend the watch to anyone
Update — New problems:
After finding a work around to OTP problems and using the watch for more than a month facing new issues.
1. Keeps on showing notification that new update is available though it is not the case.
2. Shows incorrect data for steps. Sometimes the data present in watch and data shown in app is completely different.
3. Shows wrong notifications. For eg, shows notification for completing 5000 steps while the actual count is less.
4. Graphs for exercises, walks and sleep are not plotted.
5. After finishing the workout, the app shows incorrect workout timings and shows incorrect workout routine as well.
With This experience it is hard to recommend the watch to anyone as the core functionality of the app to track the data driven workouts is not at all fulfilled. If someone can share the email I’d the I would like to share the screenshots of the above stated problems.
Old problem : OTP verification is failing after using change number option.
Also after reinstalling the app as well, previously entered incorrect number is being used as default phone number.
After spending 5K on watch this app gives a feeling of some really poorly engineered app.

Worst experience with this app as well Noisefit pro3
As I bought a new watch from noisefit website, after used for 4 days I found many issues with watch as well this app also..

1). It shows my sofa’d blood oxygen, heart rate,
2). When i travel from my home to office by my car or bike it counts step which is totally irritating.
3). It show my sleep time only 3 mnt for whole night 😂..

1). Whenever you open this application it will ask you to update and you will click the update button than u find no any update on app store.
2) it’s need net for syncing the data by watch to app after syncing the data you will find totally different data which is not available in watch.
3). If are not connected with a phone than this watch will not show u time also.
4). There is no customer care support over all this is my big issue with this product as my watch is not functioning properly I have called to customer care they have sent me a link for fix the problem, when i clicked on that link and found customers reply which is totally made me frustrate.

Issue with notification and alert disable option
Colorfit pro 3 watch is really good and impressed with the performance but the only issue is with this app. It’s takes long time to sync sometimes it keeps hanging in there. Another issue is when I disable button does not work on notifications and alert. When I disable FB messenger it automatically turn on and I believe there is a bug on this app and it’s quite annoying. This need to be fixed by the app developer ASAP. I get irritated when the phone vibrates for all the messages not able to disable it. Atleast developers need look in to this issue and fix it. Otherwise the watch is really good with the quality.

Good App to Monitor Fitness
Happy to have purchased Noise Colorfit Pro 2 and using it for quite 6 months.
Watch has great battery life of about a week and fast charging charges from 20%-90% within 30-40 minutes.
It has lots of sports mode to track individual activity based fitness.
Will upgrade in future, because although this Colorfit Pro 2 ad shows it has Sleep Monitor, but I personally unable to find it on watch. If it has I would use this watch all time except bathing.

Biggest Joke in the name of Make in INDIA
I purchased this band because it was promoted as made in India product but the experience i have received in last 6-7 months, i will never consider such products who doesn’t even provide the basic functionality of band.
Company did changed app without informing customers. When my band suddenly started giving wrong gps input and then i raised a ticket to customer care, after that i was informed to use new app.
Now from last one week, band has suddenly stopped syncing exercise data into the app. Even when the band is 100% charged still app notifies constantly to charge band and despite doing daily updates of the band firmware, app notifies to update firmware( which company updates hardware firmware on daily basis?) exercise activities synchronisation has completely stopped. I have raised support ticket for that.
Couple of days back, i was so frustrated that put this band on sale in the cashify portal.
My request to buyers, always analyse band and its app information before purchasing such products.
Our hard earned money should not go waste in the name of made in India products.

Not worth it!
If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. The watch started off well. However, within a month, I started losing data. Syncing the watch to the app takes a minimum of 5minutes. I used to use the ‘workout’ option and the ‘walk’ option daily. I first lost the workout option and no matter how many times I uninstalled and reinstalled the app or reset the watch, there was no way to get it back. I started using the ‘yoga’ option after that. 2 weeks later, that was gone too. I’ve started using ‘spinning’ now. Let’s see how long that lasts. 2 months After changing phones, the app on my iPhone refuses to start up. Every time I open it, it shows the app needs to be updated. Even after updating, the app is showing the same message. When I tried to contact noise about the issues I was facing, they just sent the FAQ page to me on mail- no personal help was given. I know the watch is only 3k- but it’s NOT WORTH IT. I regret buying this over a proper Fitbit or Apple Watch every single day!
