Complicated, bad experience
The charge u for yearly subscription immediately. I tried to get free one week trial to understand how this work but they deducted the annual subscription charge immediately and now I am stuck. The app is quite complicated and not user friendly for me....

I don’t like the way the app is designed.
1. App talks about 7 days free trial but does not allow me to proceed beyond the first screen unless I subscribe. The policy says the trial days will be forfeited once I subscribe. So, I will never get a trial period. Now, I subscribed for 1 year yesterday, if I unsubscribe now, Will I get my
Money back ?
2. I made a mistake while entering my personal data. The app has no option to edit personal information. Now how will the plan help with wrong info about me?
3. The personal coach is a chat bot. How will the chat bot understand human psyche ?
4. There is no helpline number, chat facility with customer support. This looks like a major rip off as of now.
If the team wants me to continue, the first thing I will need is a clarity in above points, else they lose me as a customer and I am sure others will follow. Sad, I feel cheated !
