Description
Batball11 is a fantasy sports application. Users make their virtual teams to win prizes aligned in the different leagues. After making the payment, payment has been added to their virtual BatBall11 deposit wallet. The wallet balance is used for joining any paid leagues in the scheduled cricket matches. After the match start, they cannot make changes in their virtual teams and on the basis of the real-life match performance, our application is giving points to their respective virtual team player. On the basis of the gained points by their respective teams, the rank has been decided. Each rank has a different winning amount and after the real-time match result, the winning amount will be credited to their winning wallet. Users can make requests to withdraw their winning balance in their bank account. For that, they have to verify their KYC and banking details by uploading images of their KYC and PAN details.

We are unable to download the all team members. This is fraud. Guys always chose 10 members or less members group while playing cricket. Something is fishy in the large groups

Other apps like DREAM11,Myfab11 etc you can select minimum 1 bowler,1 batsman,1 all-rounder
But in Batball11 apps you must select minimum 3 bowler ,3 batsman .
I think BatBall11 should update player selection system.

Facing issues while playing Games
Facing so many issues while playing Ludo, sometimes not getting chance when its our turn and losing money because of that. And when we raise call back request regarding that complaint with proofs, no one is responding.
Just a suggestion, Can you please implement dark mode for the application.

First of all, after winning the money I wasn’t able to withdraw money and requested for support. 2 days No response and I thought this app was fraud and lost hopes. Surprisingly Late response from customer support and they resolved the issue in 2 mins while I’m on call and managed to withdraw all the money. Kudos
