The app has zero functionality and the coupons don’t get redeemed at the store. The coffee is also overpriced and terrible. The staff is rude and unhelpful.

I’ve had a payment issue and have been trying to reach out to the customer care /support team for a month now. I’ve tried to mail them and even reach out on social media but haven’t got any response.

I really liked the service of the staff at prestige shantiniketan branch cafe and to specially mention Mr Shiv who was very courteous and polite. He has a generous heart basically we do not see kids at this cafe and she our daughter we took he was so humble to give her a piece of cake complimentary. Thank you so Mr Shiv .

There was an issue with signing into the app. The cofounder (Sushant) promptly responded to my request via LinkedIn and had it resolved within 30 mins. Shows that the company takes great interest in ensuring good customer experience!
