Today was my first service i put my bike on the re service center they ask to me to go you will be informed on phone later I receive an cal from re executive who was asking fir high charges for engine oil i ask him to wait i will confirm whether to fill i call him second time he directly denied to fill the engine oil and started argued, i chose to not argue with him i said ok you can do general service , around 2:30 pm i received mag from re for my bike has been serviced and ready to received , when i reach over re service center service person ask me to collect the service receipt from cash counter and when cam. Back the executive ask me check my card hone you have received an msg from re with a link I didn’t knew about the when open that was feedback link he take forcedly on the good feedback this was very pathetic was for getting good feedback

I own Himalayan BS6 2021 clocked 11800 kms and Issue of started with bike going off in 2nd gear, informed service centre which they said software needs updation, it was done and bike was till then. At 11000kms I had gone for short ride to Maharashtra about 60 kms my bike stop totally and had to carry in pickup to service centre which costed me 2500 rupees and service centre kept bike for 3 days and they said fuel pump failed which they have replaced and I won’t have problems in future after that I had gone for about 300kms ride while returning back bike started stalling again and I had hard time in managing bike in traffic, after this issue I gave bike to service again and service centre changed throttle body after keeping it for 4 days and service centre said bike is ok know. I took my bike next day to my office which is 23 kms from my residence and again bike stalling after 16kms of distance than again I took my bike to service centre and till today 1 week passed still service personnel has not confirmed me when I will be getting my bike back. It’s really disappointing to have this bike as little I use and same issue popping up again and again causing to mental trauma to me. RE should train their service teams for *Fix it for first time * so that customers don’t suffer 😞

With a predominant task for tripper pod to just provide turn by turn navigations, it fails , in recent times tripper pod crashes, restarts on its own again and again, reconnects to mobile and everytime you start your bike irrespective of the fact that you’ve already paired your device to the pod you have to unpair or disconnect and re pair so to connect for navigation. It doesn’t stop there further when you enter destination and proceed for navigation it randomly crashes, restarts etc; never did what it had to do (assist by turn by turn navigation).

I love the tipper navigation system. Though it’s not perfect and I don’t know if we will ever get firmware updates or not. However, one this which i would really appreciate is the navigation through offline maps. Just like google maps please add a feature to save maps or route offline so that in no network zone it doesn’t get lost. Also please work on UI. That ugly helmet needs to be replaced by with some good connection icon.

Whenever I travel through tunnel the tripper gets disconnected and routing information vanishes from the app. Also it gets disconnected sometimes even I just pass under the flyover.
It's annoying to loose the trip details and had to stop bike, reconnect the tripper and re-put the navigation details and start our journey again.
I have observed if I am ridding my bike and if I lose the network of my mobile, the navigation stops, app gets reset and tripper gets disconnected.

“Disappointment is as understatement”.
The battery stopped charging after very first day of bringing home the new classic 350. The workshop personnel had no clue why the battery stopped working. They simply replaced the battery. When asked will this recur on a long drive, as I plan to go on pan India rides, then they said - The service Centers are there every where. This is not the kind of response one would expect when one has just bought a brand new Classic 350 from the showroom, just the evening before.

In I phone, while using tripper navigation the App asks for location services to be selected to Always ON, rather location services should be working with “WHILE USING APP”.

The tripper pod display turns dark during the night. By default it starts from 7.00 pm. In areas where it gets dark by 5.30 or 6.00 it becomes difficult to drive the bike with a bright white display. Can there be a update to either set the time for the night mode to start or by default the time to switch for it can be changed to let’s say 5.30 pm so that in most areas of the country. This would be a minor yet very important update.

Even if I book a vehicle from a registered dealer it is still a booking of RE … why not have the option to add that detail in the app ?? What’s the risk and why the restriction?? Will it not be a easy way to manage the data of all bookings at one place for your consumption and for an individual to track the details as well. I am using this app all the time only for Tripper in my Meteor350. Its is a very perfect accessory when you are travelling long distances and it helps me a lot in my recent travel. Of course it has some bugs where sometimes it shows wrong turns but it immediately rectifies and shows the correct path and it can improve with an update by avoiding those bugs. As it is a google map integration I don’t find any inconvenience unless if there is no network of course google maps also won’t work but the gps will show the route to some extent but here the tripper will off if network fails. That’s not a big issue and overall I really enjoyed the Tripper and I don’t find any problem with this app while using it.

This app only shows way on bike which often leads you to bad and narrow city roads instead of highways even on long routes. It also doesn’t work without Internet, i went to ladakh and couldn’t use it.
Also it made me choose lengthy bad routes instear of highways, its better to use google map with 4 wheelers direction view.
Also a small nearby streetview is necessary to know which right to take when there are two rights, each time we have to take out mobile to look in map.

I’m proud owner of Royal Enfield classic 350 and I see few glitches and app responds very slow. I wish you would fix this soon. There is one more things which requires company’s attention, it will be awesome if you also include apparel and get along AI to recommend matching outfit

No doubt RE is my fav bike but their service centre are as worst as I think. Customer service provider doesn’t record our complaints beside that they give an absurd excuse every time. Their agency are filled with very irresponsible staff who doesn’t give you response in any situation. I suppose to call service centre for my Interceptor 650 bike but in this pandemic their are some time restriction , The agency is far from my home and I need to ask the service staff to suggest me an appropriate time so That I can go and have my bike get service but there is nobody who attend your call and give you the solution. Very bad experience with your service centre and customer care support staff.

Tripper Navigation is Really Bad

Dear RE developers, please work on the tripper navigation as it never gives exact turn-by-turn suggestions. All of a sudden it starts refreshing when in major cities. No alternate routes, can’t even save places. I am not sure how it has been linked with google. Really bad upgrade from RE.

I have installed app, it asked me to give chases number and after that they rquest me to upload my RC with them after doing all these formalities my bike is not registered yet and i also tried to buy some accessories through site but it’s not working though overall i want to say that their is much to improve in your app and website a decent amout of improvement is needed.

App is not loading. Whenever I open the app and then my service booking it keeps on loading. Left my phone like that for almost 1 hour but it is of no use.

I don’t understand the intention behind developing this App. I used the customization section of the app to customize my Metor350 before purchasing it. When the dealer called me to take delivery, I was shocked that they delivered just the base model only. When I asked about customized vehicle, they said they don’t have any idea about it.
After purchasing it, I added my vehicle by verifying the chassis number. But it is not showing any update about service or anything as I’ve done my first service now. The funny thing is that I’m not able to edit this section though I wish to add the registration number of the bike. Altogether this app is useless.
Please do something to help bike owners to use this app as this currently seems worthless.

The app is not working as it should be. In iOS, it is not letting me add the city and state name. Plus, I do not understand why the app is forcing me to share the emergency contact number? Also, unless you update your address, emergency contact details etc, it doesn’t let you use the app as the profile menu keeps popping up. Please check the app thoroughly first before pushing for release.

Just installed. Don’t own an RE, but was intrigued by the nee Meteor 350 and the concept of MIY by RE. So wanted to try out the app before committing. Registered and logged on in. The MIY page takes forever to load. So does the subsequent pages to update details. Never got past the first one and then the app closed. Tried opening it again and till now the MIY page hasn’t loaded. If an app can’t load properly, I’m confused on the rest of the offerings from the stable. Can this be looked into?

After adding vehicle details we can see previous service history with invoice number , bill amount , service center, date and payment method.
Relevant details aren’t there.
We are not able to retrieve details of service which we have done like parts changed, oil change done etc
If we had those details it will be good for us to change parts before long ride

I have installed the app and tried to add my vehicle, after filling the chassis and vehicle number app just fails to verify it. It shows verification failed, contact customer care. Need more update in terms of usability. Kindly add biometric login if possible, because whenever I try to use the app after few days it ask me to login again. I thought once I login the app will store my credentials until I log out.

When I installed the app, it did not worked properly, later IT team emailed me with some response and I got my OTP.
Seems okay now, but this app needs more upgrades as i got my bike services on 4th Sep 20. Still the app shows service request received . So team you have helped us creating this app, also support us with such issues and upgrade the app timely ..👍👍

Your application is as good as your after sale service. Still not able to login even after resetting password 3 times. Your app and website is useless just like your service centers. You should a BPO as you know only the talking part and know nothing about delivery. 1st help me in login. 2nd work on your app and website then make it public. 3rd jo banate ho... Use maintain krna bhi sikhlo! A local mechanic repairs vehicles better than you do in your so called authorised service centers. Eicher make cycles and quit making motorcycles that you failing to deliver with quality. I am feeling so bad to write this about an Indian automaker. You need to work on yourself.
