Urbanic is pathetic never order from there the quality is gone down they trouble you a lot recently I ordered a skirt and top due to size issues I had to return it later the delivery guy checked and took the product with him after a day I get messages saying that something is missing so it failed quality check where as I gave it in one piece with the tag. It’s been a week I am trying to convey my problem their customer care service is of no help and they say same thing like a robot every day and they argue with us and talk to us in a bad way I wish I could upload the screenshot of the chat conversation of the customer service called Simran Rai. I am going to sue urbanic soon I am going to file a case on customer court. Never ever order from urbanic

The summer collection this time looks duh. The old power meshes were of the same prints used in the earlier season. The satin halter tops have a tacky elasticised trim at the back. What is with the velvet top.. looks so heavy on the model. The satin rose print shirt with a black long skirt looks so 90s. Also, please check the bow placements while designing stuff. Looks so unflattering.

I have been trying to track the refund of the amount for the order which has not been delivered. Firstly I was not informed about the reason of the delay and after multiple attempts they said your address is not trackable. I shared my location to facilitate the delivery and 2-3 days from that, they cancelled my order and I received an email that amount will be refunded.
The amount has neither been refunded nor your customer mechanism is appreciable. There is no human customer care and the Chatbots are just too artificial and they provide same irrelevant solution every time.

I always feel more comfortable and confident when wearing Urbanic dresses.
The only difficulty is finding the right size for the body shape, as every person has a unique body structure, not fully depending on just a few measurements.
Finding the right size in each of the styles is challenging and it would be great if you can look into this

Moreover, the size of the skirt was significantly larger than expected, resulting in an unflattering and uncomfortable fit. However, what exacerbates my dissatisfaction even further is the discrepancy in the discount applied to the purchase and subsequent refund process. When I initially purchased the skirt, it was advertised at a 50% discount, and I paid a total of Rs. 495, including a Rs. 99 shipping fee. Yet, upon attempting to return the item due to its poor quality and sizing issues, I discovered that the app now reflected a 60% discount for the refund calculation, resulting in a refund amount of only Rs. 396. Hey dont get me wrong they have a good amount of treading and good quality of clothes theres is no further complain on the items they sell but i am having issues with the app management they have there is noo further updates on delivery items and i personally have to always write to there emails for further updates for instance i had order an item on 17 of nov it says it will deliver from 28 nov till 2 December but here guess what it’s right 4 of dec there is noo update whatsover and i have purchase a huge amount of clothes nor they have any update whether the purchase item will deliver late or not or whtever its really getting frustrating all the time kindlyyy make that in work you guys !

You will go through hell when wanting to return the product
They do not address the issue
Do not respond to your mails
They will send the wrong codes to verify and will not pickup the order and if again you make a return request
They will cancel it without calling or informing you and on checking you will see that it always shows the customer has cancelled the return
You have to wait for hours for some customer support agent to reply on WhatsApp and for a min if you’re away from your phone or couldn’t reply right away(eg: like slow Internet or somebody called you) … they will end the conversation by saying that we have resolved the issue .
And you’ve to do WhatsApp because there is no phone number that you can dial or they won’t provide any such information.
All in all .

Honestly speaking, this is the worst site i have ever seen. I don’t want to give one star also, they actually deserve ratings in negative. I have ordered from this site and unfortunately i have to return it because of the size issue as the size chart shows some different measurements. Its been a week now no one has come to pick up my parcel and i have constantly been complaining about this and just give the same excuse all the time to wait for 24-48 hours. They keep on messaging that you were not available at the location, no one even tried to call once how come i know is there any one trying to collect. They don't even bother about all this, the fraudster just need money actually.
For my another parcel the delivery is not happening, even though the standard delivery date is over and they text me saying you refused to collect the parcel. Again no one called to collect the parcel though.
Why these people don’t do anything to resolve the issue. Just silly bot keeps on chatting.
No one even picks the call.
I won’t suggest anyone to trust this site completely. Pathetic, ever seen

First of all I got to know about urbanic the moment they have launched, over the years the experience keeps getting better and better. I like the way the app is simple and has wide variety of designs. Literally if you want to buy some trendy outfit you should choose urbanic. I have got like 3 outfits so far but only 2 of them suited me and thats fine.
The only issue I got with is the sizes. I understand solving sizes issue is very challenging but most of the great designs especially the dresses I liked have XL as last option. I also checked out the curvy section but outifts are limited, I just wish more and more options are available for curvy persons also. But overall experience I had with customer support and other app related stuff everything is great. Thanks urbanic.

Honestly , most of my trendy, stylish and fashion clothes are from Urbanic. Love how fancy and affordable the clothes are. I love how Urbanic knows how to keep up with trend and provides amazing quality. The only disappointment I have is with my clothing sizes, since I’m a tiny small 5’2 girl with tiny waist, I always have issue with waist fitting with most of the clothes and number of xs sizes aren’t available so I’d urge you to introduce more XS size clothes. And also, the delivery time takes a lot of time. If you can improve on that, it would be amazing apart from that, thank you for providing us amazing stylish clothes I really love them and continue to help us keep up with fashion trends.

I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and fustration with my recent purchase from Urbanic. I had ordered an item as a birthday gift for my friend in Bangalore, which arrived at the nearest delivery point on the 29th. However, the item has not been delivered yet.
Furthermore, one of your delivery personnel contacted my friend and spoke to her in a rude and disrespectful manner over the phone. I am deeply disturbed by this behavior and would like an explanation for such unprofessional conduct. Your delivery person had no right to scold my friend for any errors in the address provided, especially since I have had no issues with deliveries from your competitors in the past.
As a first-time customer, I am disappointed with the level of service provided by Urbanic. I had high expectations for my purchase and was let down by the delayed delivery and unacceptable behavior of your delivery personnel.
Furthermore support isn’t responding at all and emails are returned by automated message and chat feature is getting expired even if i am online and actively replying on prompt - There is no way to contact support as well

Honestly, I love shopping from Urbanic. The quality of the product they sell is just amazing! A good thing about Urbanic is they have improved a lot. Earlier, I used to receive my order like very late within 15-16 working days which was really bad. But now I get my order within 6-7 working days. So, they have improved a lot. Urbanic is a convenient and one of my trusted selling sites! I use the app and making my purchase is very comfortable as it doesn’t require too much details. The products are genuine and at an affordable rate.
The only issue I would like to state is that the reward coupons given to me are done through whatsapp so it would be better to get them directly at the app instead so that I can use them because sometimes it shows that the coupons can’t be accepted or aren’t available;)

Customer service of urbanic has to be the most pathetic of all, i recently ordered from urbanic, and my order was supposed to deliver within 12 days, i waited and even after past 12 days , no one bothered from the team to let me know the reason of the delay, after making a query for the same i get an automatic response on WhatsApp that it will be delivered in 2 days, it has been more than 18 days and i am still waiting for my order to be delivered, no one bothers to respond to your queries and you will get the same response to every query, moreover there is no customer care number that you can call to and share your concerns with, i have never seen such bad customer service and this is not the first time, my friend had the same issue last year, i ordered this year hoping things would have changed and gotten better but seriously it still is the worst!!!

I placed n order on the 8th of February. Received it on the 15th of February. On receiving, it was such a disappointment that I had no other option than to return. Put in a request for return the same day(i.e.,15th Feb). It got picked up on the 16th after which I also got a msg saying the return process is completed n it has passed the quality check too.
Ever since then I am sick n tired of following up regarding the refund. The entire Urbanic team hasn’t been doing anything about it.
It was my first time placing n order through this app n it has been so disappointing.
Every time, I follow up, they have the same excuse asking for 24-48hrs. It’s been more than a week today but they haven’t been doing anything at all.
The nonsensical excuse was my bank had some technical issue where in from other shopping app, the refund gets credited the moment the product is returned n ironically it’s the same bank account I had given to Urbanic as well. Horrible. So incompetent. I as a customer am doing all the follow ups n sending emails n msgs n everything but the team Urbanic has done nothing at all

Urbanic has to be my absolute favourite for finding cute Pinterest clothes in india. I love the fact that they have the prettiest corsets and the denims are super good quality. My personal favourites though will always be the sweatshirts. I have also tried their lingerie and gym wear and needless to say, everything is top notch quality while looking so good. Not only that, their live support chat is ALWAYS quick to respond. I have never faced any issues with any returns. The clothes are most often true to size and have inner linings. It takes a while to deliver but it is absolutely worth it

I’m my opinion, Urbanic is the most trendy and averagely affordable online platform to buy clothes and accessories. On this app you’re provided with real time reviews with pictures and for better size fitting they do provide their size chart as well. Quality wise it has been an amazing experience because most of its products are true to what’s said on their app. Cons are that the delivery should be faster as they are really show and products show up after 20-25days after ordering. They should really work on faster delivery, better offers and customer services. Overall I’d say go of it and have fun ladies ✨

I have ordered twice. My deliveries are yet to come. The first order was made 20 days ago, and their delivery policy says 8-13 days for standard delivery which I opted. It’s been 20 days and I still haven’t received my product. The order was made as a gift for someone before they leave the country, now I can no longer give it to them. The worst part being the order has reached a warehouse that’s barely a few kilometres from my house 3-4 days ago and they have not attempted delivery. I just don’t get it! The second order was place 5 days ago and they still haven’t dispatched it. You have terrible service. It’s disappointing when you have such good products and we can not access them on time. Sometimes we order products online because we don’t have time to go shopping and expect them to arrive before the occasion. But now are left stranded with no choices. Can’t trust you guys!

Well, I’m in love with the Urbanic collections and was happy to see such beautiful winter collections with reasonable price. It’s been a month since I got to know about the website while scrolling the feeds of Instagram and was happy that I could go through the website and hence downloaded the app. Since then I have been regularly been ordering from it. You need to have patience has it takes little while but then you have them☺️😍 I have placed more than 10 orders and haven’t faced any issues , got the product genuine , amazing quality, correct size and everything was perfect🙂

I have order twice and facing lots of problems. At first the item which I received was larger then the given size and when I wanted to return the item then return wasn’t possible bcoz they aren’t accepting the bank details. So I had to keep the product. Second time I ordered one item and payed online but after going through the reviews i found it a bit different from the image so I immediately cancelled the product but to my disappointment I didn’t get the refund back as according to them the refund process will take 7- 10 days. I waited but no refund nothing today is day 9 but still no refund and even the customer support isn’t responding. Seems like I have to wait for day 10 and and if I don’t get the refund then I have to apply in consumer court.

They have recorded messages that they just copy and paste without helping the customer at all. Their email service is also automatic and will send same replies to you. There is no phone number mentioned for you to reach out to customer care, all they have is a stupid chat box system. I honestly don’t know how these people are running their business, because a lot of people are facing issues and they are the worst! Don’t ever spend money here!

I had ordered a skirt and a top from Urbanic a months ago. The quality is so bad I just cannot begin to explain. As soon as I opened the package I was so disappointed and I immediately scheduled a return, but there is no action from their side at all. All they do is ask you to await the pick up and they never arrange it. One time they even cancelled my return without my permission. When I got to know about the cancellation of return without my knowledge, I tried to contact the authorities and all they say is to be patient and wait. It’s been a month since that hideous package is with me, there is no pick up arranged from their side and I don’t think they have any intention doing it as well.
The worst part is they only communicate through chat and mail and there is nothing you can do about it.
I strongly do not recommend using Urbanic!

I ordered 10 items together, after a huge delay in the delivery, the order arrives and to my shock, an outfit worth 1500₹ is not in the package. I complained on the app, no action taken. Tried live chat, where they take 2 hours to reply (how is that a live chat?) but no help. Wrote an email to them, I don’t understand how without resolving an issue, they just close the ticket and term it as ‘resolved’.
Never got the refund, nor the product! This is absolutely frustrating! I would not recommend using urbanic because their service is really poor. And by keeping the product and not refunding the money, you are just stealing! Pathetic!

Whereas I haven’t received any call or order. I have place this order 20 days before my trip for which I ordered these products on prepaid basis so that I don’t face any issues. When tried to contact through mails and customer service they are giving reasons like it’s a non serviceable location like seriously after 15th days they realised it and saying that it is non deliverable now but accepting orders for the location and delivered another order on the same location and holding up my money for so long. They are clearly harassing the customers

I only got a call from their representative after a month of complaining and still there was no action taken. I am sent a message that the return was unsuccessful because I didn’t respond to it when there was no one who came to my house to pick up or even make an effort of it. I have been constantly complaining to them for almost 2 months and still haven’t got any response or action on it. You guys just know how to sell cheap stuff for an exorbitant price and loot the customer and of the size or fit or quality is bad and we request a return you’ll don’t even bother to act on it because your fraud is done and you have got the money for it! Please don’t buy from here if you value your money. I have placed an order from here but the contact number that I had given was incorrect. I only found out that later and therefore I was not able to change it. So the delivery was rejected and I didn’t get it. I had mailed them after finding this and then I was waiting for the refund. After mailing multiple times they mailed me that my refund is under process. Then I waited for a few more days and as there was no response, I mailed them again, after which I got a call from them saying that they cannot provide me a refund but can give me a “600 rupees discount voucher as a gesture “ which I declined. I am sure this might have happened to more customers. This is truly fraudulent and unacceptable behaviour.

This is the worst app I have used. Leave the quality of products aside. This app is not user friendly at all. I updated my app and it asked me login again. I am trying to login since last 2 days, not receiving OTP on my mobile and thru email I logged in. But the details are blank. No orders showing, no Wishlist nothing. Where’s one of my order is in process. I don’t know how to track or cancel the order as I can not see anything on my profile. Tried contacting customer care they say try to reinstall the app. I did it 50 times. Where do I go and talk to them.
1 of me friend returned there products due to quality, guess what the return was not updated on their app and they disbanded refund at all. Said the pickup was not done. She sent them the mail of pickup slip but nothing mattered to them.

Everytime I’m looking for a cool chic outfit I always head to Urbanic. The Uber cool thing about Urbanic is that, the outfits come out to be exactly how they look in the picture. All though delivery time can be a little longer for a few pieces, but whenever they come they are so worth it. They also provide super fast delivery on their most of the products!

They will send you your first order on time, but the 2nd one will be delayed with zero update.
And when as a customer you follow up, they will show you the worst customer service experience on email and on chats. Basically it seems like they have chatbots to handle chats and emails. Chatbots responses time is 30min to 1hr. and the response does not address your query. It’s the same with emails!
My order was supposed to get delivered by 16th Nov’21 and I got the last update on 12th Nov that my order is ready to be picked up. But their chatbots respond stating ‘order in prep’ stage! They have no clue where my order is, what the status is, or when they are ready. Basically they will not completely stop tracking your order when you order for the 2nd time. Anyways, it’s a frustrating process, I can’t wait uninstal this app and block it from all my site! I rather pay extra and get my order timely then waiting in the dark!

I am been receiving sms telling that I am not available on calls & not there in the said address. They have given some mobile number , when we contact that number is always switched off his name is Sourya Kiran . There is other number Balram Rao he dosent pick the calls . I have also tried chatting with customer care always there is instant msgs telling we will do the needful. There is no customer care number given anywhere either anyone trying to solve the problem. Even we asked them to refund our money. No one is taking any initiative . Seems like some fraud company.

I ordered twice from urbanic. 1st time, I received a different product with poor quality, different design and wrong size but they denied my return request stating that it’s the same product as shown that too after taking 10 days to just process and deny a request. 2nd time, I have made an order 12 days ago and it’s still under processing. For my first order, the same thing happened with my sister living in a different city. Also, they smartly update the delivery status after 1-2 days of delivery to make it harder for the customer to return since they’ll have to check again and again before they can make a return request. This has been confirmed by a few people. Overall, extremely bad service, poor quality and very slow process. Update: been 15 days to the second return request that I sent still no update.

Check out their Instagram page and you’ll find a lot of other customers going through the same issues. They have a pattern. It isn’t just a one time mistake. They have been cheating and not replying, giving back money, accepting return orders for months. You’ll also find multiple forums people have made to report Urbanic.

Then I placed an order again on 29th july and still no clue when am I getting my order. Asked the customer service, they don't understand "simple english". I mentioned my old order id and explained the entire issue to the customer care person on chat and mentioned that I have ordered again and if they could help me to track my order, the reply i got was funny and frustrating, he told me to place a fresh order, again? I placed my order or 22nd may and I am writing this review on 22nd June. I haven’t received any updates on my order since the past month. It’s not even been shipped. I try to connect with the customer service on a daily basis but they do not even respond to me quickly or fail to take any actions. I still haven’t received the refund to a part of my order. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional and rude. They don’t reply for long durations of time and are extremely unprofessional. I spent a large sum of money trusting this brand but they don’t stay true to their deliverables and I honestly now feel that they are just looting their customers. I sincerely hope that someone takes an action against this brand and their unsincerity towards their customers.
UPDATE- I have canceled all my orders with this trash of a website. I didn’t even get a confirmation whether or not my order is canceled so I don’t even know if I will EVER GET MY REFUND. I recommend anyone reading this NOT TO BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE rather spend your money on reliable brands with good customer service which don’t rip you off unlike them.

And also,I bought more than 10 clothes in my first purchase is because of the good reviews in the app and the clothes in the pictures on the reviews seemed really good too!!! I’m really happy but the one thing I would like to suggest is that you guys should use biodegradable bags instead of plastics in order to maintain the ecosystem and inspire more lives and apps to live a life without harming the nature hehe!:-)

I had the worst experience with Urbanic .
The first order I placed was for my birthday . I placed it 25 days in advance , keeping the return and exchange in my mind . They still couldn’t deliver the products on time . It took them 40 days to deliver the product . I had to cancel it .
I thought of giving them one more change and order few products . This time products came after 30 days . Sizes mentioned on the website were totally incorrect . So I had to return few products . It’s been 3 months , I have been following up for my return but not getting satisfactory response from them . They don’t have any contact number , where you can call and ask status . The only way to follow up is through app or mail , which they reply only once in a week and that too mostly auto generated mails mentioning they will resolve this soon . They have taken the products and not giving refund .
My money is stuck. Better use some other online websites . These Guys are big time fraud .

The one star is for their return/refund process. I was sent a wrong item which had no relation to my order. I ordered a lounge set, they sent me a random piece of TOP/BLOUSE 🤷🏿♀️. What ticked me off was they ask for photos along with the invoice picture etc for processing the return which I did, but they kept on rejecting my return, sending me the exact same reason of not providing pictures? Like seriously, after sending every picture clearly along with the wrong product picture how is it possible? They intentionally sent that piece of crap blouse which I’m sure was knowingly sent but rejecting after providing prove seems like not wanting to return the money. One thing can make or break, for me this is the reason I would consider not shopping again.

I ordered items for the sum of around 7000. I like it so I ordered cause I had a good previous experience with the app. But the thing didn’t end with the order. I not only received the items late (21 days from the order), but received wrong item. I was supposed to receive a t-shirt for worth Rs 700 but received a cheap kids leggings and that too with missing tag(convenient much). The mishap didn’t end here, when i contacted the customer service via mail since they didn’t provide telephone no. They didn’t help me at all and on top of it I wasn’t able to return the product as I wasn’t allowed to upload the pics and without it the return request isn’t completing.
The bottomline is that don’t download the app and never buy from this app. This doesn’t deserve to have anyone’s trust, seriously. I had a really appalling experience.

I thought that this app is a good place to buy things in cheap rate but it turned out that the quality of the products they send is soooo cheap like the material will literally make your entire body itchy and also I received a damaged product and wanted to return it back (they have 10 days return policy ) but to return a product a picture is necessary and BOOM the picture doesn’t get uploaded even after an hour !!! I tried it for 10 continuous days and it didn’t get uploaded and now the return window is closed! Then they sent me a message saying “ sorry we need to cancel ur order as due to high demand the items u asked for a are now out of stock”. i was shocked and i still haven’t got my money back this is the worst possible place to buy anything, the whole website is fake and the pictures are not real of the products. I placed an order on the 23rd of November and it sent me a mail and sms saying my order has been confirmed. It says that they usually take 2-3 days business days to ship the order and then I would be able to track my order. It has been almost a week and I ordered it on a Monday. I have been trying to get to them about a parcel i didn’t receive . On contacting their customer service ( which again took me 2 days and a lot of patience ) i was told that i had refused the parcel bit i didn’t receive it in the first place . I had only received a text msg saying i needed to “self pick up “ the parcel from an office almost 50 kms from my place ! Their email response isn’t spontaneous either. One of the items i ordered was non refundable... and the remaining haven’t even been refunded yet ! i was eagerly waiting for the package to arrive . I had 6 more items ready on my cart to place another order but this is all very dissapointing. With an amazing collection like theirs , they fail to deliver .
