Subscription issue

I have been using Glowbe for past two months now. The experience has been awesome. But 2 days back it suddenly stopped. I tried to delete the app and reinstall it. But is asked for fresh subscription that too weekly.

I want to continue my monthly subscription and get refund of weekly subscription that has been deducted from my card. Hope you will help.

Worst app . If we are agreeing for weeks payment, they may cut amount twice a week . I haven’t completed even one week’ s course. They have taken two times the amount.second week’s amount they took on 3 rd may. So i sent them email to stop after 2 weeks on 3 rd may. Then they took the amount again on 4 th may. So they have deducted the amount on 3& 4 th may. It is a cheating app. Beware of this .Better avoid this . It is a cheating app
