I’ve given rating 1 because there was no less than that..... they have taken money from me by saying i’ll get a customized trainings quizes to learn more new words and more fluency.... i am already english fluent but still based on the quiz they fraudulently set up before install they took money from my account and i paid also but at the end when i got the link to download there was no customisation... i had to set up everything ... and turned out there is no quiz or trainings for vocabulary and fluency... all i found was translations of different languages like french and russian ... I’m from a hindi native country and i don’t need any of this. This is a Fraud app. Do not download... they don’t even respond to the requests and there is no option to contact customer care to ask for refund. I was checking the content in Facebook and suddenly some payment option has popped up and it took my fingerprint for a trial payment of 1.00 USD and after a week that is before 2 days it has deducted 19.99 USD automatically. Please refund that and let me know how can I unsubscribe it. When I am trying to open your app it is just showing the payment page. Please help asap. This is not at all a good user experience.

This app is nothing like it is shown in the ads. It is not an English enhancer but for beginners. I paid 1$ for free trial to see the content and i am extremely disappointed. To add my disappointment, cancelling the subscription gives me a headache . There’s no where to cancel by yourself in the app, which is possible for most of the prominent apps, you have to email them in order to cancel the subscription. After i sent an email, i got a message saying they’ve received my email and that they would get back to me within 48 hours. Even after 48 hours, no response from their side. My worst worry is that if it is not cancelled, it is set in such a manner that 19.99$ will be automatically deducted from my bank account . If there’s no reply from their end, i am left with no other option but to just block my bank account otherwise it will be automatically renewed for the rest of my life. If the content was upto my expectations then at least i could make use of it even if it’s renewed, but the content is not at all helpful for me in anyway, super basic and completely for beginners.
I do not want anyone to be fooled by this app and please save yourself from unnecessary troubles.

India’s official language is Hindi and not National language. When there is a option called Tamil, why not kannada ? There is no option for kannada(native language). People in karnataka cannot use this app easily.

National language of india is not Tamil but Hindi. You can’t put the Indian flag next to tamil language. Only a certain region speaks that language. India is a population of 1.3 billion ppl with one national language Hindi , 27 major regional language and countless versions.
And English is the official/legal language.
Kindly correct the mistake in your application otherwise u will be getting a law suit for sure

I understand it is difficult for you to make things up to satisfy for everybody, but one thing I wish to inform you. Hindi is not the only language spoken in India. Kindly do some basic research. And I am not able to move further without my native language listed out there. I believe it (selecting native language) should have left optional.
