Not as good as cult app
I bought a spin bike from amazon. The cycle is good but i really wanted an app that gives workout sessions for spinning. Though the cultsport app has spinning sessions, the app is horrible. It is too slow to load. Loading workouts takes forever. You get ready to work out but then you lose patience because the workout doesn't load. I wonder if cult has really invested as much in this app as they have done in their main cult app. Please cult, you can do better.

False advertising and fake promises
Only reason I installed this app because it provided free diet coach along with my bicycle purchase. However it’s been over 1 and half month no diet coach has been assigned and at customer support girl is using delay tactics so time for free diet coaching expires. So far I have tried contacting them 4 times. No solution whatsoever. It’s all fake advertising to make you purchase the bicycle. And yeah people claiming they give such amazing support, are probably paid reviewers.

I purchased a bicycle (urban terrain) and it came along with a free dietician plan and workout plan. They are really going out of their way to make you fitter! They keep giving follow up calls to take feedback on the diet and workout.

I recently purchased a treadmill, FT200. It is overall a good product for home use, within budget. Highlight of the product is it gets connected to the cultsport app. Once the product was delivered they sent a technician to install it. Also got a call from dietitian Pooja. I have been using my UT1000 since a week, it’s been doing good apart from some issues. And issues resolved by swift support from UT installation team. And Pooja was really helpful in preparing diet and workout plan and keeps tracking on regular basis. As of now, I haven’t started the online workout sessions, I hope online workout sessions will be helpful.

Best MTB Urban Terrain 27.5 and exciting Cult services
After searching a lot, I recently bought a MTB for daily exercise. After delivery, Cult people arranged the installation very next day and it was quick.
So far experience is good, with cycle there are few benefits like one month cult elite pass for cult fit gyms along with 1:1 dietitian session.
I got a call from Pooja for the same and she had prepared diet plan for me already based upon my info in app. I had a great consultation session with her, she was having all knowledge and based upon our discussions, she quickly understood my requirement and modified the diet plan. Thanks a lot.

New Update has removed features
Post the new update where OFP game under the cult sport banner there has been loss of features in the app.
While purchasing the bike it was assured one year of free OFP live and Cult live subscription, we get neither. The app doesn't show schedule or live classes or even an option to book one. All you can choose is between pre-recorded on demand classes and that is it.
Moreover, free one year Cult Live is a joke, it cannot be availed and neither is any information shared about the same.
The product is great but you most certainly dont get what you pay for

I have purchased Urben Terren by ofp mountain bike and got it delevered befor the estimated time. Very next day the technician visited and did the installation and provided full demo of it. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to have opted for a One Fit Plus product, given the holistic health and nutrition services that they offer.

Worst after sales service support
I purchased this treadmill the first machine in April 2021, during installation I noticed the machine has damages and it was not able to connect to phone so i requested for return and I got the replacement. The second machine I got it installed on May 2021 and only during installation the Bluetooth got connected after 1 week, I got surprise of the connectivity. I am not able to connect the treadmill to the Mobile application via Bluetooth. Contacted customer support for help and they identified the Bluetooth device or the Bluetooth hole display is faulty in the treadmill. It’s been 5 month by now, still the issue was not fixed. No one is responding properly from the customer support. I strongly do not recommend FITKIT. Because even after multiple escalation no one is responding to my concern.

I have brought a rpm spin bike of onefitplus. The machine is running well. The application of Onefitplus is fantastic. The most important part is the free consultation My Dietitian Megha Kalaskar prepared my diet and explain it very well. Also i am enjoying the Fitwarz app for gaming overall services is too good. The instructions is done by myself also I request for installation money kindly look into this.

Value adds are excellent
Excellent training session with suraj and learnt the importance of warm up and cool down. I bought urban terrain bicycle recently and although i had some minor issues with cycle which can be fixed in shops, the value add it provides like fitness consultation, dietician and doctor consultation are good and recommended.

Loved the service.
I bought this treadmill without even considering the free dietician and trainer service provided with it. But, after using availing the services, I would say, there are the best consultants and trainers available here. The dietician, Chandrima Saha, gave a diet plan according to my current life style so that it is easier to adapt. The trainer, Suraj Kumar, helped in kick starting my training and was strict enough to keep me active through out the session. Overall, I feel more motivated now and would highly recommend this buy. No regrets.

Fitplus app and treadmill
We bought the rpm treadmill in July and its a very good product for daily use... Speed scaling and inclination is also easy to modify... Till now faced no issues. Coming to firplus app you can connect it to the treadmill and modify the speed and incline from app itself. Recently they hv started a new initiative where they provide free live treadmill and gym cycle sessions. You will get notification on your phn so that you won’t miss... Good to make an habit of using treadmill. The session is for both beginners and experienced users.

Horrible after sale service of treadmill
Horrible service
I purchased RPM Fitness RPM747MI 3.5 HP PEAK POWER and same was delivered and installed on 30th Aug'2020. The installation team had no knowledge o the product they were just good to tighten nuts and bolts only. So the question of any demo of the machine ruled out.
Once they left and I started using the machine it was giving sound on incline and decline. After lot of followup with the help desk they sent a mechanic to fix, which he did.
Mobile App: Machine was not working with mobile app and some times it was not even connecting with mobile. I reported the same. They said team is working on it. Every time I called I was asked to explain the problem as they have no way of keeping history on the complaint and customer needs to explain it every time as every time some new person is assigned to work on the issue.
now we are in Jan. 2021, more than four months have passed i do not have resolution to my problem as yet. Some new problems have cropped up. Now machine does not connect to mobile app through bluetooth at all. Plus rate function on the dashboard has stopped working. So its been a very pathetic experience. earlier I was using a Turbuster machine and had no problem with that.
I don't know this machine looks very robust but performance and the after sales service is pathetic.

I got a Fitplus weighing scale and RPM fitness spin bike! Both the products are high quality. Due to COVID we self installed the bike and it was quite easy and instinctive.

This treadmill is very good for running on a daily basis... better than any other at this price range. I have been using different treadmills for 15 years. The only function missing is auto lubrication and auto reclining.. which can be ignored.
Got a chance to avail diet advice by Dietician Grace. I wish more Dieticians understood the complexity of people’s relationship to food like Grace did !! She was incredibly responsive , patient listener and felt more like a food therapist than a Dietician. Now i feel i have a great system in place that i can build from. Thanks a lot for this.

The best part is she was so polite and even though my concern was out of her scope she took the complete ownership of my issue and tried to help . My concern was dealt with quick response .
