I bought Myprotein protein isolate. As per scheme there was Rs500 MYCON mystery gift. In first delivery I got empty box having a sticker
On complaint they sent again one more box with one review card and sticker.
When I complained again they said my address is not deliverable and blocked my account.
Now I can’t contact customer care and have been looted because of false offers. Will never buy and recommend the Myprotein brand.

Hello, if anyone reading this don’t buy anything from this my protein website because they are big brand names only nothing else, some days ago i purchased some products from here after receiving i saw the packets had cuts on them and the package inside was messed up, i contacted with the help team, went through a discussion, what so ever they asked me i gave them every single detail of the products, they said fine we are going to refund you in 3-5 days, i was frustrated then after their reply i was ok that it can happen with anyone, when the day of refund came they totally denied from refund & replace & even blocked my account. Refund problem
I ordered 2.5kg whey protein on republic day sale. It’s been almost a month i still have not received the product.
My protein mailed me that it’s out of stock and will come in stock on 22nd February 2024 and they will dispatch it then. But they cancelled it around 10th february, and they claimed that the refund will be made within 3-5 days. But not it’s been almost more than 10-12 days no refund has been made.
After multiple mails i always get the same reply that the amount will be refunded in 3-5 days. There us no support from customer care too. Very poor after sales services.

Hello everyone... i am here to express my worst experience with @myproteinin.
Starting from the very beginning i placed my first order with @myproteinin of ?4738 for 2.5kg keventers coffee protein and along with it free metal shaker and a plastic shaker which was their ongoing offer on 11th of may 2023 so i made the payment through my PhonePe wallet and after that i got the mail from Phonepe that my transaction has been made successfully to @myproteinin l'll attach the screenshots of the payment. After few hours i noticed that @myproteinin hasn't confirmed my order bcoz they haven't got the payment yet so i contacted customer care no of PhonePe asking them what went wrong with my payment they told me very clearly that my payment has been successfully transferred to Myprotein it's there fault they are responsible for your payment now. Then I contacted customer care service i would say worst service of Myprotein they are not even replying appropriately to queries they kept asking me about my credentials and all .i gave them but nothing happened then on 14 may i made my second order hoping that they will surely refund my money bcoz i trusted them and the reason behind my second order was I didn't wanted to miss the sale of 35% off but guess what? They cancelled my order bocz they were out of stock like seriously?? my only question to them is that what's the point of ordering in sale offers when eventually they have to cancel the order?? why are you looting your customers when your company is not even capable of managing the order why don't you just close the company?? Do you guys think that my money is worthless?? Or you have ths rights to fraud me? I have sent enough messages to them regarding my order but nothing happened . Myprotein sure is a very premium brand and they take customer satisfaction very seriously.Very fast delivery and as for the products I’ve received I’ll be reviewing them later after checking results. 10/10 for their customer service, extremely quick resolution. Keep up the good work. However they need to work on their packaging, their packaging is good but still not really safe for the products inside. Also they need to update info on Impact whey protein as it shows on website 21gm with creatine and glutamine but what you actually get is one with 20g protein and no creatine and glutamine. All in all it’s a really good brand to order from, top notch quality protein and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I ordered a sports bra and there size chart doesn’t give correct measurements. It was not fit so try to return it and there customer service sent me return address and told me to bear return shipment cost. Now days there are so many clothing brand no one tell to bear return shipment cost from customer rather they arrange for pickup. Bra is a kind of item where you can always get fitting issues. So whats the problem in that. It was my first and last purchase from them and will advice future customers to beware of there hidden policies before purchasing anything.

Zero respect for customer’s Time
I’ve had a really bad experience with the app MyProtein in general. They have consistently failed to deliver the entire order placed on the app.
They write a very half hearted and a casual apology mail stating that the entire order could not be delivered.
You then spend hours on the app just to connect with a company rep to resolve the issue.
So in short, they don’t deliver the full order, are not apologetic about it and app ensure you waste more of your time doing something really unproductive.
Stay away and save yourselves the trouble. There are better and more professional options available

While placing order products are available but when the time comes for delivery the products gets out of stock and delivery gets delayed by 1 month or more. They don't even bother to inform the customer that the product is out of stock so it could get delayed. Its been 3 days i am asking for help in in app support regarding my order. Theyy are soo slow, reply once in 4-5 hours and that too not relevant at all. Its clearly mentioned in the website that peanut butter free over 160 aed bill, however when i was placing order over 160, it didn’t add peanut butter. It took them 3 days to reply that free peanut butter is out of stock , which iam pretty sure they’re lying as i can still see the stock.

Amazing product Quality.
So I have been using my protein supplements for so long. No complaints with product quality! But however, the restocking regimen is toooooo slow they take way too lag to get the out of stock products back in stock. That’s where it gets annoying because one tends to get dependent for regular supply on a website, come to think of it, things are getting out of stock and no idea about when will it be back.
So that’s where a customer will have to re-search on other supplement websites ending up tying a good bond with’em! Loosing consistency from my protein (only interms of regularity)

Unreliable
Don’t go for the brand name. They might have certification for quality but that’s for their products outside India. You can check on labdoor website their certificates are expired way back. Also I asked for the latest certificate in their social media handles but they just ignored. They have invested huge in marketing in India so you might see promotions a lot. Don’t be fooled. Coming to the post sales service it is the worst. They don’t refund your money timely if you return an order. I had to ask several time for a refund. Highly disappointing.

And the basic quality of casein is its became very thick after mixing water in it. But this time the quality of ur casein is very low as it mix very easily and thickness of protein is not there

I am trying to order the products from website and there you see that order from mobile app to get exclusive offers. And to my surprise I am not able to see products in Indian rupees (all products are in dollars) and offers that you have for india orders.

MyProtein has become a scamming site
These guys have the worst customer service. My order had two items but they delivered only one and now they are not sending the other one even after two weeks. I’ve tried to contact MyProtein team everywhere (FB, twitter, online account) they always give the same answer to wait and have patience but never provide any solution.
It feels like I’ve been scammed by these people. Very unprofessional and pathetic service from their end.

Worst app in the history of apps
1. While making a payment, the page automatically refreshes and you’ll be unaware for at least 20-30 minutes if your order is confirmed or no. 2. Worst UI that is unresponsive at all times. You have to keep refreshing to do anything 3. Worst service-waiting for the order status to change for over a week and nothing. There’s a way to send a message to know more about your order but all you get is that ‘we know its late, check the latest status on your app’. And good luck if you try calling the only customer care number available to you if you dig a little deep into the app which is also toll free and is busy 24/7. First it says busy and then it says call again later 4. You will never be able to cancel your order, all it says in the response is that is is being despatched and call to cancel. If you raise your concern by the message option, again you will be told that the order is being despatched and you can only apply for return after it gets delivered to you. But in reality, the order status says ‘processing’. And this is only when you order 1 pack of protein powder. I heard so much about this brand but all I am is disappointed and still waiting for the status of my order. 💀

After install all I can see is a blank white screen I cannot shop or place or track my order. It does not load or search anything within the store can you fix it. Even though I have app I have to use Myprotein site to place orders n track what kind of app is this

App is slow in IOS
While using this app in IOS I found it takes time to open app it works very slow in IOS.
Product get out of stock due to this although it’s good app.
Please fix the bugs.

I have tried every single possible attempt I can by restarting my phone, re-installing app, checked my WiFi but all attempts are in vain as app is still not working only white blank page with loading sign appears. Please review the problem.

My protein. An big bull in supplements industry
But this is very bad to say that the worst app and very very bad customer care service
I placed an order and made its payment but because of some technical problem my payment was deducted from my account and not credited to my order it showed in the payment page as try again so i made one more payment and for my good luck the order was placed twice. After getting to know that the order is placed twice i raised an complaint but are repeated tries i got response in chat section as its u r mistake u placed the order twice and its not cancelable so u have to return it by ur side and ship back to them with my expenses. In one day the order is dispatched I did not expect this cheap acts by MYP team.

Its been almost a week and still the product is not dispatched. Contacted so many time but issue has not resolved till date.
I have recommended you to my friends but they also said the same thing.
Now i will not going to use or recommend you and your product any more.

App Issues: What is the whole purpose of leasing the mobile app if your app cannot let user logged in? Everytime I open the app, It asks me to log in. It’s frustrating to log in everytime. Above all, the app is super super slow.
Super delayed orders and no inventory management:- The only reason i have to open the app again and again is to check my order status and I have been doing this since a month. Yes, a month delayed order and there is no information when will i receive the product. I ordered the product during holi sale and now they say that product is not dispatched as its out of stock. Why are you guys letting users order if its out of stock from your end? You should inform that it would be on pre-order basis, to say least of all. We would rather buy from our local shop than from you guys. Protein supplements cannot be waited for long! It’s not clothes!
As much as i have been liking their products, they give a hard time in terms of app service, delivery service, customer care service.

Worst Protein Company Ever
I order 3 whey protein on the Holi Sale offer on 27 th of March. The delivery time took more than double the expected time. After that too, the carton received was all torn, and one of the packet was even opened up. I tried to contact MyPorotein customer service number but they were unavailable. After that I took the video and photo while taking the delivery of the stack and wrote a complaint for refund and return on the Myprotein app for the same still they did not replied. I would recommend all my mates friends relatives and everyone to never buy Myprotein . The worst service I have received since the time I have started taking supplements.

Performance issues
I am using 12 pro max, your app is hell slow. I would rather not use it at all. Have you guys done any performance testing on mobile platforms? I am not sure if RUM is being done by you. The front end is very slow, I don’t think this should be a server side issue but not sure. Are you guys releasing a new patch or version to solve this? For now I am resorting to other means but this kills the entire user experience!

App is very slow. And return policy is too too bad.
I ordered a product on 13th Nov 2020 and I cancelled the order for a reason but after 15 days i didn’t get my money back. And when i am trying to call customer my call is not get connected. I sent them mail and they are saying me that please wait 15 days more to get money. I am very disappointing with MyProtein. Very bad services.

Major scope to improve management
I have not tried the actual product, yet I felt I should leave a review. My order has passed the expected dispatch date and I have contacted customer services 3 times with same answer “it should probably be shipped within 48 hours and we are working round the clock for your order”
I would like to point out that protein supplements are only bought across the platform within almost 10 to 15 days due for refill time. If you guys are unable to deliver in relatively faster period It would be useless.
I came to know from your support team that I can not even cancel the order as it got too far in dispatch line. Even though it is not shipped.
Please let me know if I am being unreasonable;
1. I can not buy protein from faster sources like healthkart because you guys wont cancel this order
2. You guys do not have any idea when will the order be shipped
3. Again you guys wont let me cancel the order because it is too far down the dispatch line even though it is not shipped.
3 Stars: as so many people suggested to try impact whey isolate product.
3 Stars: as there is major need to improve the management.
I will change it to 5 stars if ‘on - time dispatch’ and expected quality is observed.

Worst service ever
They have such a worst service. Even if you got faulty product they will not refund you or return your money. They have such a slow service. They will just reply you 2-3 times after that they wont even reply to you. So i suggest everyone not to buy any kind of product from them. I bought 2.5kg whey from them and there was problem with the protein. Now they are not replying me so i have to throw it in dustbin. Worst service ever.

Excellent product and customer service experience.
I have been using whey impact and it's result is awesome and protien is very easily digested. Must buy whey impact protien for best results. Customer support team is excellent on Twitter, response time less and very customer centric. I will stick with myprotein for long time I think.

Worst app worst sales service. First time i tried to order something from my protein. Had a very bad experience. Glitch was from their side while i was doing payment but they canceled my order without my permission and now not providing the same products and same discount. Very bad experience from this kind of international brand. Never gonna order from them.
