They lied
Lied about the order status to justify delay. Blamed restaurant for the delay, but when I checked with restaurant, the order was ready on time and the delivery person was not there on time. Things go wrong some times, but you need to be honest.

The worst delivery app
This app shows the hotel available for delivery and they tell you that merchant is not available after you wait for 1-2 hours for your order. A few times, you have to guide their customer care that if the hotel is not responding, plz check with the driver if he knows about my order.
So if you ask them to return the spent amount on the credit card, they call you after 2 weeks saying the bank is not accepting this request, can we return the amount in form of points in our app. But these points are useless because you have to make the purchase of the exact amount to redeem those points.
Ordering from this app is utterly wasting your time.
