I am literally irritated at this point now. I tried to book an appointment with them. Their service was not available at my place. It was not an issue as I got my health check up at some place else. But now comes the main issue they are calling daily from different numbers. I have told them not to call. Still they are spam calling. I have even blocked some of their number but then they call from a new one. It has become so annoying. I just want the calls to stop.

Sample collector denied for blood collection at the last moment
This is really disappointing.
I booked blood collection through online agent for today, and it was confirmed. Today morning, blood collector called me and told he will not be able to come due to service area issue. Although I have already provided the samples earlier from the same area.
Even if there is update in the region the person who booked the appointment should have informed me or the pincode should be validated while booking, or else someone with health issue can be in trouble if the sampling is denied at the last moment.
Really need to improve on this.

I feel this is no lab but a a scam. If you even touch the app by mistake you will get 500 calls after every 2 mins you abuse you ask them to stop calling but they will make your life miserable if you touch the app and when you want to know anything after booking the test and making payments you will be asked to stay on hold in the Que. And when they have no answer they blame it to technology and I am sure if your tests are forged and you may get someone else’s report they will blame it to technology. Because now I doubt if there is a proper tagging of samples. Chose Healthians at your own risk because they may be playing with your life.

Selected chat to ask questions about a test. Immediately get pressure to accept a call. I said I prefer chat. Got a phone call anyway?? Told them I want to use chat I don’t like the sales marketing on calls. On chat I asked same question 6 times- which specific diseases are covered in this (expensive!!) test and got no answer. I got answers on how test is collected, how test is conducted. Clearly they don’t have the answer or the test is not thorough and they are concealing this. Now they’re not responding at all. Avoid!!

Unprofessional behaviour from sample collector
I had a very disappointing experience for consecutive two days … I had booked for a blood test and the technician had to come to collect the sample between 7-8 am on July 1st . Even after calling him for 16 times he didn’t answer the call not come and had to cautioned care who assured he would come … finally he came at 8.30 am by then I had called him 6 more times …. Today morning too I had requested Healthian to arrange for a blood test between 6.30 am and 7.30 am and today too I had to make 8-10 calls to him and 5 calls to customer care and spoke twice to the RM and he had lied to his RM saying customer had not responded to his call …. At 6.30am when I connected to him he had said he would come by 7 but he finally came only by 8.30 am because of which our reports too got delayed instead of 3pm , we got it only by 8 pm …. The customer care is useless ? Their call centre is in Gurgaon and they have no hold on their technician …..i would NoT recommend the Healthian lab as it’s very strenuous and stressful to book them and call repeatedly to follow up for sample collection and then to once again follow up with the lab fir the reports …….

I booked and got my sample collected. The agent upgraded my pack to higher pack and I paid 3600rs for the test. Then by evening they had Sent only partial report. I booked a tests for my nephew at the time of booking they committed that they will share the reports by 2-3 days but after the many follow only partial reports received. Absolutely uneducated customer care and false commitment are given by Healthians Team.
I got a test conducted (at 6 in the morning)of Troponin for my mother and before doing so, I was assured that the report will come on the same day evening (since this is categorised as a priority test). I was fooled by their customer care though the days on the 6 calls that I made for the follow up. On every call I was told that the report will be is ready and will be made available within one hour. Later at night I was told that the test can’t be conducted as the facility is not available in your state and it the blood will go to Delhi for testing.
Next day, I got a message that it can’t be done, blood samples have to collected again.
Either I can get half of the amount charged as refund or give the blood sample again.
Pathetic.
Mr Amit Kumar from their customer care confirmated that I can log and complain anywhere I want to but the scenario will be same as it is.
Uninstalling the app and will never opt out for this.

Not recommended
As soon as you book a health check up plan, you will receive a call from their agents to cancel it and book it through them as they will add one imp test (like Magnesium) for free.
When the sample collector comes home, he will scare you with things like “aapka blood bohot thick hai” and will force you to add some more tests. My health check up cost was ₹2300 and it went to ₹5300 because of this guy.
Once sample is collected this guy ask you to call him directly for future tests and not go through the app.
This organisation is highly unprofessional and full of thugs. Stay away!

Good but can be better
While services are affordable and of top quality and reports are quite comprehensive, a lot of improvement can be made in customer service. First, even after selecting English as the language choice, your Health Advisor will speak to you in Hindi only. Second, the waiting time is insanely long! Weirdly enough, when I needed to book tests the Health Advisors were very quick to get them booked for me even going so far as to give me their private number so I can call them for help with the booking. But when I needed my issue resolved with regards to the test report, I was kept on hold and tickets were raised for which I am yet to get any callbacks.

Cost effective and good experience so far
I am using their services for almost 2 yrs from bangalore. My experience is always good so far. Be it timely collection of samples in hygienic way and reports availability same day, along with all previous reports.
Perhaps main reason I use their service is cost effectiveness, which would cost more if I do them in any other good lab and convenience from home.
Today wanted to get some tests done for my parents from Vijayawada. Want to check availability.
One time, doctor/consultant after reviewing my reports tried to sell some ayurvedic medicines to me. Subsequently tried to call again, which I avoided. I haven’t experienced Tele callers problems, as I don’t pick any unknown numbers.

Worst app with terrible Customer service
Healthians app is scamming in the name of sales and marketing. I have previously got tests done from the app for my parents and wanted to download the invoices. The next day after I download my invoices, I get a call from their representative stating that I could get a full body check up booking done for both my parents at a cheaper price than usual if I get it booked via him and I tell him to send me the prices. What this fellow does instead is book an appointment which I had clearly told him not to as I will not be available. I got a booking message which I cancelled. Now, the next morning at 5:30, their technician calls me saying he has come for the booking and of course I lose my mind because in my head I just cancelled the booking yesterday (by the way the technician records the call without my permission and that is an offence I can totally sue them for), but NO they duplicated bookings for two different days just to get that money and now they are not letting me cancel, there is no Customer service available and I am angry and frustrated at 6 in the morning wondering why on earth did I ever choose to use this app.

1. Best rate available for all kind of packages compared to other lab tests provider.

They will be extremely polite at first since they want incentives after booking your tests. They will follow up rigorously and once done they don’t entertain calls. I ordered their medicines upon Consultation and they promised next day delivery but I kept calling and I received no response. They just call you back for new bookings but they don’t resolve issues. PLS BE CAREFUL!!
If they continue getting such reviews and if they don’t act on this, trust me it will be soon Shut Shop for them.

Poor sales strategy
I've been using the health app for the past two years, and today I visited to inquire about the pricing and process of certain tests through the application. However, within an hour, I received over 20 phone calls. I believe this approach to sales may not be the most suitable, particularly for a healthcare app. It can be distressing for customers who are not feeling well to be bombarded with sales calls. Consequently, I've decided to uninstall the app and won't be using it in the future or recommending it to others.

Useful with conditions
It’s good to use if talk about their app. But if we talk about their services, you can check below:
You can use healthians if you don’t need report early as they take minimum 24-48 hours to provide the report for the tests usually take 3-4 hrs. They don’t have labs in every city they provide service and send samples to other cities to test. It took 7hrs to reach my sample at their lab after they collected.
Their test accuracies looks fine.
They make fool about discounts as they have set prices 2 to 3 times expensive and it will cost you same as market price after adding 50%, 70% discounts. Sometimes it’s little cheaper but again you have to compromise time.
Their sales reps care until you book the test. After your sample is collected they don’t even reply.
Their call center will start torturing you after you cancel a booking or put some order in cart or just look at the test.

Great service & accurate results
Till now I have used Healthian services twice and I received great response from support team and blood collection representatives. They are well collaborative & polite.
My parents are happy with their services and the reports are well informative too. The best part of app is informative post they send as notification for making user versed with steps to fight with deficiencies they might be suffering with.
I really like the app and surely suggest others too to try once.

Too bad
When I first booked the test, they sent the sample collector within 30 minutes. I could not pass urine when the collector came so he suggested that I reschedule the urine sample collection. I agreed and called the customer care 1 hour later to send a sample collector. They said that the next available slot is on the following day (It was 11 am, I wonder how was a slot available within 30 minutes on my first call on the same day but not now). I accepted and scheduled for 10 am next day.
Now at 9 am I receive a text that they have put my booking on hold because they’re unable to reach me. I called the customer care immigration, they informed me that the sample collector is busy with other patients that is why he had to put you on hold (Please listen to the recording of my conversation with the customer care executive, these are her exact words). I had been holding my urine so that I can pee when the collector arrives. She gave me his number and asked to check with him directly about his arrival time. He said he will confirm in 10 minutes but he never called back. I called after 45 minutes and he disconnected. Terrible experience.

Poor Service
We had booked twice for blood test and first time the day we are doing fasting for blood they called and said no service in our locality and the 2nd time we booked at feasible location and they gave appointment by 7AM to 8 AM and the day no one called us and we had to call to customercare to get the local people number and they provided 100km away peoples number. We had traveled 20KM for to get these peoples feasible location and waiting for 4-5 hours and no one contacted. How painful these things and when old people are doing fasting in the morning to take these blood tests and irresponsible behaviour from these people!

Good service
Right from the booking till the blood sample collection everything is excellent, but there is a bombardment of recorded messages informing you about the appointment from their Bengaluru, Karnataka registered mobile number, as well as too much sms are sent about the appointment confirmation which should limited to 1/2 calls and sms. It’s quiet irritating for senior citizens and for those who are busy with their work. Make it short. Thank you!

Systematic and effortless checkup
Too easy and pocket friendly tests made available by healthians. This was my first experience with healthians as my husband told me to book an appointment for full body checkup. You just have to book an appointment then no headache of getting report and report reading, they their-self will call you and read your report, tell you what to have and what not.
There is no such policy of looting people by selling their products, like if you don’t need to go on medication then they will simply tell you it can be settle by changing your habits and diet..simple.
Thanks healthians first ever time I saw genuine labs here.

Best of the services
First of all I am using Healthiens for a long time now, and never ever I have been disappointed. They are good, efficient and profession all. I only have problem with their doctor consultants, they seem to say whatever is their in the report, no suggestion, no consultation, but then it is an added feature and I didn’t want their consults in the first place so, no problems. But the sample collection agents are polite, informative and good at their jobs, the report comes on time and for last three years I have gone for the full body checkups physically also, and the results are almost the same, barring some minor changes. Anyhow, I am very pleased with the result and am going to use the services in the future also.

Disappointing experience
Below are some of the points resulted into undesirable experience.
1. By default, The reports are not received over the email. Need to call the customer support multiple times to finally.
2. No communication made for any resample collection request.
3. The requests are automatically generated for next day sample collection, but no one visited. It happened couple of times.
4. On calling customer service they mentioned that the customer is supposed to generate the request for resample which is no way communicated to me.
5. Finally the report is generated but there is no Smart Reports option for it.
6. Again called customer service couple of times. Everyone promised that they will resolve it and proactively call me back within an hour. But never received the call nor the issue is resolved
7. Now after my review, they removed the reports from the app

Not trustworthy
Booked for a full body checkup. The sample collection guy didn’t collect my urine sample (the main reason for booking the body test), he said it will get covered in the blood test only. After he left, I received a msg that I have cancelled my urine test. I called the guy asked him why I received that msg. He said, “No no nothing will happen, you will get your urine test results” which I didn’t. Today I had to go for a urine test again, had to elevens extra money. When CCE connected that person on conference call, he said he didn’t collect the sample because he didn’t have container and CCE said I can get a refund of Rs. 23 :)

I booked 2 RTPCR tests from this application on different days. There is an option of consultation but guess what? We cannot use that option. We cannot raise a request. They also made a mistake in my report by not mentioning my age and also writing "male" on a females report. I asked them to change it but they did not. There is no option to file a complaint or to connect with them. A song keeps going on and you will be in the line forever. No one picks the call. And those who does, they also transfer it and then you are again in the line.

Negligence
This review is given by me after an experience of 7-8 blood tests which I underwent through Healthians,
I strongly recommend you all please don’t go for this, they are money minded app/website
As the sample was collected on 31st December,
They discarded it on 1st of January without doing tests
Reason was simple, phlebo after collecting sample took 2250 cash of two members
709 rupees of one
One more member and 250 extra I had paid so that remaining amount I’ll pay online
The link they sent for payment was not valid,
I showed it to phlebotomist also,
He said officials will call you
Neither they called nor they answered my 130 calls, even though I did remaining payment yesterday with new link.
Neither they called me back,
Whenever they called they asked me to hold for more than 20 minutes in each call
Fed up with their service
I’m going to complain to consumer court they have cheated me.

Unsatisfactory Service, Wrong Commitment
Till date I have been using various lab services for any regular blood test etc, given Healthians Ad and pricing I thought of trying it but ended up having a very bad overall experience. I purchased 3 platinum king full body checkup costing 18k as each package was of 6k. The representative did all fancy marketing he could and also offered to give a overall 9% discount on total billing but later once the packages were booked he and his superior called up saying 9% discount not possible and they can only offer 300 inr on each package at max. Classic case of wrong commitments. They the next day person come to collect sample. Which was again quite messy and unorganised. Later when I was tracking my samples I was told the sample were sent to gurgaon lab as the Mumbai lab is facing technical issues. Hence the delay in sample submission. Again the next day they called saying they need more sample as the sample they collected is not sufficient for Allergy test. Then again they came over the next day to collect extra blood sample for remaining test and meanwhile partial reports were shared. Really an overall unsatisfactory and unorganised experience. I personally do not recommend Healthian to anyone.

Horrible Customer Service
I got my RTPCR test done from Healthians. This was the second time I had booked an appointment for home collection with them. When the report arrived, it did not contain my Aadhar No. which was important given the reason for getting the test done. The previous report had it and since they already had my details, I assumed they will mention it in the current report as well.
I tried reaching them on call, even raised a help request, but to no avail.
Eventually, they called me the next day when I was on a work call. They called me twice within a span of 1 minute but I could not take that call right then and within seconds they sent me an email saying that my issue has been resolved.
This experience has been deeply frustrating!

Fraud and irresponsible services
You better book a test offline at your local pathlab than getting lured and fooled by this app!
Here's why you shouldn't choose them:
1. Their phleabo either arrives before time or after time of the selected slot but never on time.
2. Their Customer Support is only super active when you want to book a slot, once the samples are collected they vanish in the blackhole! Nobody cares about your reports!
3. After following up for reports with atleast 15 different people from their team, my report was apparently put on "priority" I still received the reports 52 hours after the test stating the samples were contaminated!
4. After filing a complaint with the consumer forum, they repeatedly mailed me my old reports, I don't know why!
5. Be prepared to lose your 30 mins and tons of energy and brain if you plan to call their support team, they are neither polite nor educated enough to handle a helpline of a crucial business called "pathlab". They neither know how crucial it can be to a seriously ill patient who is waiting for a report nor do they have courtesy to refund back your amount when they fail to deliver the report on time.

Worst ethics. When I booked the test , I categorically asked the person if the lab was NABL approved and he said YES with much confidence.
After that the sample was collected and taken. I downloaded their app and it’s the most useless app. For one day after sample collection the status was showing that the person is on the way to collect the sample. When i called and asked them why the status is not being updated they said “ sir we don’t have information.” Wow. Then why have an app which is supposed to show status of your test ? Just for show ?
Finally after following up with them 4 times I got the report and nowhere does it show the NABL certification.
When I called them and asked the lady about it , first she says she’s not sure. Then her manager says that they are NOT NABL approved.
I asked him that why couldn’t they be honest and tell me this at the beginning only when I categorically asked them twice before booking the test ? They are lying to people and giving them wrong info and robbing their money. If your lab is not approved then that’s ok. But at least be honest about it when the customer asks. This is not how you can get customers, by lying and robbing them if their Money. Please beware of these guys.

Worst App I have ever seen
We will get a message saying that reports are available.. but when you try to login to the app no OTP is generated. After waiting for long time I got my OTP and after logging in unable to see my reports.. When why did I receive the message saying so???
Same thing happened to me many times.. and courier care executives are always ready to provide you discounts but no one is ready to give you proper information. Worst app I have ever seen
Users please don’t download the app and book your reports in it.. No use of using this app. Better go for other apps.

Not well service
I have observed few things which you need to work on. 1. Punctuality: You should value on your own word. Please deliver all reports within 48hrs which you’re promising. For my care you failed and can’t delivered after 3rd day also. 2. Single report: Please provide single report always as customer wants to carry as less as possible. 3. Order status: I can able to see all my order but can’t see status of each person’s through Mobile App. 4. Feedback status: There is an option to share feedback but don’t have anything to track for customer side.

Pathetic Service
I booked an evening slot since i work in night shift and sleep in the day time. The Phlebo decided to call me around 10 am and since i was asleep and couldn’t answer the call they put my appointment on hold. And then when i saw the message and called back they asked me to reschedule it. And when i told them i need an early morning appointment they said okay. And then again they booked it at 11 am when I specifically told them to do it 6-7 am band. When i again complained they canceled my booking. Most pathetic service. I would never ever book any tests from you guys anymore. Wasted my 3 days just for getting tested. Ridiculous

Worst service in lab tests.
I understand why their app has low ratings
Reports are not even given after 4 days and continuously following up with them. They had an issue with payment and just they keep the blood sample aside because payment status was updated in their portal as some issue. Later they say they have received the payment.
Yeah they are careless to even let us know if there is any issue with payment ( which was not ). They just keep the sample aside and not give reports. I had to call them 10 times to get my reports. I lost my money, time, blood

Please it’s a request to everyone don’t go and book their service as u find it’s cheap from others . Others have guarantee for everything what they do if they would come to collect the sample or not .
I too got betrayed by them ,my wife continuously fasted for two consecutive day for 11 -11 hrs for their agents to come and take the sample

This company is completely a fraud their customer service agents are ALL 8th pass graduates who are available on very low payment they are sitting down to give answers

Horrible service
I scheduled a test whose report was to be generated within 24 hours. It has been 5-6 days and I have been told a different reason each time. You will the report by EOD. Next day the report is generated and the doctor is verifying the report. Please wait till EOD. Now the next time suddenly they say the sample is rejected. We will need another sample . How was the report generated and what was the doctor verifying ?
After the resample you expect me to wait another 5 days to keep following up. If the resample was required why was I told so many lies and made to wait for 5-6 days for a report which as per you takes 24 hours.

Worst services
For today we have booked few tests.. In application, status was Phlebo is on the way and I didn’t receive any contact number of any person.. When I contacted customer care which took almost 20-25mins of long wait to got connected, they Ms. Pooja informed me that no one is assigned for sample collection till now, that’s why you didn’t receive any contact details till now. Finally after long conversation of 15-20min she told me that test will not happen today because we have no one to assign you.. Now fasting of 12-13hours are in vain… WoWwww how convenient it is to say this.. then she gave me an option for tomorrow and that too for later slot and they don’t even bother that test needs to be taken under fasting condition.. Moreover, this is not the first time I have encountered such problems with them.. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND.. CHEAP DOESN’T MEAN THE BEST.. HEALTHIANS you should not judge and play with the lives of people like this..

Disappointing experience
The app showed 7-8AM slot for sample collection but no one turned up. When I called the customer service they said that the sample will be collected anytime between 8AM - 8 PM . Why have such a service then. Plus I have been waiting all day and till now no one has come to collect sample. In addition I have been calling the customer service and have been waiting for over 10 minutes and not getting to speak to an executive. Service is really bad.
Moreover they took the 1200 for the RT PCR test and no one turned up and no cancellation is happening.

There’s few disappointing points mentioned below
1- You cannot download or review your reports on Web however you have logged in healthians. 👎
2- You have to download the apps if you want to review or download your reports oops I have downloaded the apps I can review my reports but still I cannot download it 👎 however we have options for download and share.
3- you have to wait least 30 min or half day to get connected with CCE
4- I have request thrice to get report over email but I didn’t get it until i talked to the CCE.
5- one of your CCE told me we don’t have chatbot options or automation chat.
5- I mean I have all concern about reports if the report has been generated and you can’t download it, can’t connect with CCE easily, Requested to get reports over email through chatbot thrice but didn’t get it. It’s by default to get report over email if it has been generated, if you are sharing your reports to the doc, thru app, doc will have to download the app and why he will do this?
You are doing this just to download your apps? That’s why you are not sending reported via email after generating reports. You have option for download the reports on your apps but can’t download it. Only you can share the links to doc.

Worst service
I have never see such unprofessional people who hang the call on their customers. The person came to collect the test samples and asked whether the patient has symptoms or not and when I told him that he has cough and fever, he said that he will not be able to take sample and went. When I called customer care, they said that we don’t take samples from patients who have covid symptoms(there was covid antigen test included which is also a parameter for telling whether the patient is covid positive or not). Toh it was funny to see how unprofessional and unsystematic they are. After sometime another person called and asked me that the person who came to take the sample was not able to take the sample. I told him that he refused for so and so reason, then he said that yes sir this is our policy and we follow covid protocol. If he knew this then why did he call. The worst customer service.

Just one word-pathetic
People, please beware of them. Their reports are generally incorrect and I did not believe this till my own doctor told me about it. I have heard from couple of them that the reports are false. Also, just recently I had some tests from them and they are really quick to arrange it but after that they simply don't care. They promise doctor consultation etc etc but that is a big lie. I have been trying to get in touch with their doctor but no help at all. Then I asked them if I can get hard copy of my reports and they said it will be ₹150 and this charge wasn't their earlier. In conclusion, if you want to live stress free just do not contact healthians. If you want to undertake some tests, just visit a trusted lab but not healthians. Hope my review will help people boycott healthians.

Worst service ever experienced
I have personally never ever experienced such a bad service from any company in any industry. I booked a COVID RT PCR test from them and I was told that sample will be collected by 8 pm on that day. Now it has been almost 6 days and the sample collection is yet to happen.
The more frustrating part is that I have called their non existent customer care service at least 30 times but no response. I wasted 1 whole day trying to reach out their chat service but my turn in the queue never came and my position in the queue was being kept at 2-3 even after waiting for 6 hours.
Overall, I have never felt that frustrated with anything in life than the healthians service. So I urge everyone one to avoid it.

Services are good, but the customer care follow up gives a headache..
The services are really good. Better than the local labs but now I think I made a mistake taking services from Healthians. I get a call everyday inspite of asking them to put my number on DND. Extremely unprofessional when it comes to follow up.. They don’t understand that a person does not need a daily reminder to take a test when they are healthy. Why will someone go for a test if they are feeling good and they don’t have any existing issue like diabetes or hypertension. Feel like suing them for mental harassment.

This is third class lab services... They are just making people fool. if you want to play with your health then Healthians will be the best option.. They do basin test... They are so professional that their technician came and took 4250 Rs from me but forgot to collect my sample for test. After complaining they are not receiving my call and not even replying to my mail... you cannot survive in market for long that’s for sure... Request you all that it’s better to go to Thyrocare or SRL but big no to Healthians if you care about you and love yourself.

Fooling people with pathetic staff
Despite giving sample on yesterday morning at 7 in the morning, I have had no updates regarding my report and its already more than 24 hours. Forget about the report, they do no even respond on their customer care at all. No updates, no feedback option. Pathetic customer satisfaction
They are fooling people. I highly recommend people to please avoid this and dont get fooled. Highly inexperienced and delayed service and staff for collection. After 24hours they will tell u ur sample got hemolysed due to their negligence and ur patient has to again go through multiple vein punctures. Nobody will pick up ur call at customer support. They have a strong SEO, so it’s likely your first experience with them would be because of the false title that they have used in their ads, like “path lab” etc.
Now the issue is that they do nothing to ensure that you have a good customer experience. Starting from a string of unwanted messages to delayed reports, they would do everything to ensure that if you are sick, you become sicker because of stress.
I booked two tests from them. One for my mom and one for me. My mom’s reports were delayed by 3 hours while I have not yet received mine.
You are requested to do yourself a favour and not book your test from here. They are pathetic.

Healthians: Art of Fooling Patients
I usually dont write reviews but this time i am in full agression because of your art of fooling people.
My Sample wasc collected yeaterday from my office. Usually Most of the online pathology reports arrives till evening. But today around 1:45 Pm, my sample got rejected by lab.
What Non-Sense. If my sample was rejected then why i was not informed yesterday. My sample was collected from office. Now i waiting for a repoprt to discuss with my physician. Now your customer care told me that sample rejected.
Are you fooling patients. Why to resample. Do you want me to give my half of litre for your unexperienced lab practices.
Simple answer is: you didn't submitt my sample on time and thasts why it got rejected.
0 out of 5. I will not recommend this servce to anyone. Already informed my friends, neighbours and office people to avoid healhtian for any lab test. Better to go any other good pathology lab rather than wasting your money and blood here.

poor customer care and Inaccurate report
There’s a big flaw in healthians team. The customer support is very poor and they close your complaint tickets without completely solving the issue. The customer service has no power over any issues related to your reports or simple things like resending your reports.
The sample collection is quick but they’re not disciplined in generation of the reports on time. In my case took them 36 hours to send report on application and to mail the reports took them 48 hours.
I would not suggest this app further.
They were even inaccurate with the bmi and the application autofilled the bmi.
