The reporting procedure is very easy to misuse, anyone who loses a match can report the winner out of rage, then his account gets blocked immediately without any proof.
MPL is advertising its game on television and promoting it by stars like virat kohli but it is most uncredible and uses malpractices.
I do not have time and money to go to court and complaint against them and get my money back.

I am a huge gaming fan. Someone told me that I can earn real money in MPL. I decided to try it out by playing solitare cube and fruit chop on this app & man it was Amazing. It was great fun playing these!! However, hoping to see more games on the app Bubble shooter and baseball star are my top favourites. Have been playing these 2 games since quite some time now. Downloaded MPL and got instantly addicted to Block Puzzle. I really love the game infact my husband and I spend all our vacant time playing this as it is super addictive. If you can't pass the level just keep trying, eventually you will learn the strategy and start  earning rewards and free money while playing. Its fun and makes you earn for your gas too $$$. There is no security no protection in the poker game. Every game is fixed. Most of the times I lose in the river card. Sometimes it seems like MPL employees are playing with you. I had already shared the details about this in the helpdesk and seriously they don’t care much about this. Whenever you complain about this fraud incident. There are hell lot of bugs in the app which makes you lose your money. Now when you try to reach out to their customer care they just say we are sorry you lost this game and there wasn’t any fault from our side.
I tried playing rummy on this and added money few times. Some times game starts acting really weird and by the time you restart the game you are already double dropped and 40 points are gone.
Many times your cards get locked when someone declare their cards, this doenst allow you to set your card before submitting and hence you lose money even though you were having very less points in that game

Okay! Let me put this straight!!! I was trying to play a pool rummy for 250rs, when I click on join table I can o my see my name with a message stating that other player will join soon. I though I have to wait for sometime. After 6 to 8 minutes I close that screen, however when I checked my balance that 250 has been deducted. So ideally I have been paying for the game I never played and MPL will keep all that money in their pocket. This is not the first time I have faced this issue, since morning I have lost almost 1.5k like that where they show you a blank screen as soon as you join without any player and later when you exit as you don’t have opponent, you will be charged.

Friends this is very worst gaming app. Support is only on chat and it’s very bad. They make you wait for very long and just reply single word. Intention behind this is like users will wait and they will only close chat. They will only close ticket without even resolving issue. In starting first of all I have submitted the documents & completed my verification, cheaters donot submit their government ID proofs. And the biggest concern is that your customer care service is disgusting. No issue you guys have done a mistake by banning me instead of him, anyone can make mistakes but when I reached the customer service he was repeating one thing again & again that I got banned for using third party too which i also can read above. I was telling him by giving proofs like screenshot which i have clicked in the middle of the game when i realised that something is wrong but he was not ready to listen me.

Guys I just downloaded the app and within 10 days realized how they are robbing peoples money. Games suddenly close. Suddenly there will be another game showing in the background. Cards are picked and thrown on its own and today my account was blocked saying I am cheating. Teaming up with someone to illegally raise points. Hahahah. I mean how ridiculous is that. I haven’t learned how to play this game well yet and you say that I have broken ur policy. It was a game I was winning and u suddenly block me. I have tried each and everything to just check am I playing right but believe me guys you can’t win on this app. I will register a FIR on consumer Court as cyber crime. We 13 16 friends observed the same thing. We all will uninstall it and tell people they are making fraud and advise them to not install it. There is a game called fruit chop in this MPL, it continuously loot ur money and if u raised an complaint with customer support they will tell u have low internet speed. They have this fixed dialogue because they want to loot ur money, they don’t have any technical knowledge. What this game does is it keeps on loading and you will never in to play the game. If u raise an complaint with support team, they have fixed dialogue that low internet speed. But u have proper internet speed and I can play other games. So don’t get looted. Few games keeps on spinning before the start of ur game and few games will work. So don’t get cheated by this robbers!!!

Today I played a game rummy and earned 13.3 Rs suddenly internet connection has some issues and from game page it came to the normal selection page that time I was having above mentioned about but that’s not in my account
Two days back two times I had this issue and customer care replied that in 24hrs that money will be refunded back that was 12Rs

Isn’t it that it’s a big fact to resolve
When I join you are deducting that’s money from me but when I win and earn why it’s not reflecting in my account even though if the connection error earlier winning amount should be in my account isn’t it

I was charged thrice while trying to register for a game but did not get a chance to enter the game all 3 times, when I raised this system issue on chat asking them to refund the amount deducted the agents said that the internal team does the investigation and for which they have raised a ticket and I should expect a response in 24-48 hours. It’s now 15 days and there is no response. I go on live chat almost everyday asking for an update and they send me the same templated response of getting back to me in 48 hours.. Never experienced customer support this lethargic to type and an internal team with no response whatsoever. This absolutely proves these guys are involved in fraudulent activities.

There is no fair game play. Also the leader boards are bogus. When you play a game, the game you play will rank you on some leaderboard. There’s the problem, how many ever times you play the game or get a better score the gameplay, the game picks a player with the random highest scoring player and puts that player in your leaderboard, making it impossible for you to come win the tournament, from the foreseen. No fair gameplay, bogus leaderboard, unfair leveling system, there isn’t the use of your level, you’re always matched with a player with greater level. Very bad app management. It’s totally fake game app. I have checkmated confidently many times but results come as tied and no explanation how it happened. I researched lot on tie rules but I didn’t find any rule which matches with this app check tie. Also, when you lose the game money would be deducted twice from your earned balance as well as total cash which means app server creates it’s own id and will play against players. If the player loses the match then double charge. If the player is about to win the match then pop up will come match tied, haha . I don’t play ludo thinking that dice 🎲 is moved by game server. But I never thought in my the strategy game like chess they can find such a loophole to cheat players♟ , if possible please look into this and try to improve the game

If there were ratings in negative points, I would have rated MPL app in -10 stars. I have played several chess games and won many but even after winning the app declared the opponent as the winner. Sometimes, they announced the game as “TIED” for no reason. And pretty often the app disconnects from the internet while the game is still on. After many such incidents this app seems incredibly fake. They are trying to mislead poor and innocent people with their promisingly looking advertisements but the ground reality is drastically different. If you play a game with higher amounts, you’re either going to disconnect or just lose your money for silly reasons which are completely illogical. App store must take this app down.

It was good until i made some money by winning the matches. Now they allow me to join battle groups then tadaaa battle room error. And you are returned to the home screen and your money also gone. Could you please explain what this is about? I lost a lot of money coz of this. First I thought as the battle is not started no money will be deducted. But it is not. Second thing, we okay and we make high score. Then score of other players will be zero and a new game will start. The money will go again. This is one of worst app to play games. Once you play any game and and when game ends it will restart that game again with in 3 seconds. Although it give option to cancel it for 3 seconds but you must be busy in reading score and this app will restart game. Even if you lock your phone they will keep restarting your game in background and will keep deducting money from your account. Moreover many times when you start any game app will stuck in loading but money will be deducted from you account. They don’t have any option to raise issues. They will deduct balance from your account 500 times more that you earn so you will end up in paying to app owner itself your all money.

I have started playing games but after winning 2 consecutives games or battles the in third battles you will automatically loss your money even without playing the game. I have lost Rs 900 in continue and already informed the customer support and they issued ticked but it has not been resolved after a week and no money credited. Another reason this gaming app is making fool by hidding their technical fault with server issue and net dissconnection from client end but money will deducted from user account. After i started playing snooker. I didn’t get a single strike, but the opponent placed white ball in hole for twice. In his first shot he got solid and he continued with the solids. Really disappointed with this app. I deposited some account and started the pool table. 1st game I played it was a unfair game where in the opponent was able to place the white ball wherever he wanted after every shot and that’s how he won the first game, I thought its a technical glitch. So before you start the game you get a note : Once the game is started and any internet issue you will lose the game . So when i played for the second time the opponent commented CAN’T PLAY and the game says I lose the game, debited the whole money from the MPL account. Idk how are they casting it on television when the app is fake & scam the worst part Virat Kohil is promoting it.

I would never recommend this App to any one of my friends.. this is very poor designed app. I invested some amount in that but most of the time while starting game playing app will get hang and i loss most of the time before starting the game.. 1st time I ignore but multiple time it happens.. also there is very huge disadvantage of this app during game if you will try to check your notifications you will loss and opponents will win.
