Full of Bugs, not even working

First fix your app, the is not even fetching the location, then send your notifications. I tried in two devices which is 16 pro max and 14 pro max not even fetching the location

Worst service you could ever get

Dont get me wrong i never wanted to post this but it took my delivery more than an hour to reach and there was no point of contact except the main helpline atleast mention the time for the delivery

Amateurs tying to make things work. Not at all satisfied with the service. The restaurant is just 2 kms away, the food has been sitting there for more than 15 mins and no body has picked it up till now, its been one hour since I ordered. Its the second bad incident from Potafo, and they don’t wanna improve. You have lost one customer (me) and another 8 - 10 customers (friends). I dont want money, I cant eat money when I am hungry

Potafo offers almost all the notable restaurants in Calicut. Doesn’t inflate prices like Zomato or Swiggy. The app interface needs to be improved.

Declining professionalism in Potafo

Earlier used to be such a wonderful delivery service in Calicut. I’ve personally supported them a lot by not ordering in Swiggy or Zomato when I am in Calicut. Off late I am seeing very unprofessional, Lying & lack of customer empathy. I was told once restaurant was delaying, however in th App it was clearly showing Delivery Guy not assigned, I double checked by calling the restaurant to make sure. When I tried to confront the delivery guy, he was absolutely rude. If you guys don’t go back to your professionalism and customer centric, I won’t prefer to order from you guts any more.

The only reason potafo exist is because they have iconic restraints in Calicut exclusively. Never have i got a delivery on time in through this app.

Order a roll from a nearby place and it took ages to deliver. Called them few times and yet it took more time. The app also does not have the best UI and its not user friendly. Not able to even track where the delivery person is.

A poorly executed concept against corporate monopolies

I loved the way this app came up against Swiggy zomato corporate monopoly… but there are lot of bugs. Lot amd lot of bugs I will say! Many times I have tried ordering food through this app and have got ended up placing the order through Swiggy and Zomato! I’m listing out the problems I face with this all one by one

1. Worst search system ever implemented in an app . I will search for some spot or restaurant but the app will come up with some different food and restaurant!

2. I will add everything to the cart and when tries to make payment app will show a busy error! Utter waste of our valuable time !!

3. If we somehow get through the busy screen ask tries to make the payment another error will come saying item is not deliverable!

The developer of this app should do a serious check with the system including a complete revision of UX amd UI. Also you should make sure that you r not wasting your customers time by simply letting them to add things from non deliverable restaurant to the cart. Hope you’ll seriously look into this and will rectify things

Many items listed won’t be available with the store. If we do payment online then we won’t receive cash back on the non deliver item. Best to do Cash on delivery. Even you try to contact support , the number won’t be reachable.

This app is the worst app in Calicut. Pls never order through this app. Once I have ordered and order was not collected from restaurant after 30 mins. Then I called delivery boy and he asked me why I’m so hurry for the order and after that he switched off the phone. After about 1 hour he called me back from another number and asking for the location. I rejected the order told him I don’t need it. And he also told me he went to deliver a courier so he was late to bring my order.

Confirmation calling is just fake..

Not first time, third time they are making the same mistake. Calling for confirmation, Always I have my specific requirements like disposable plates or glasses, they never noted that, they never send. I have to wait more time for plates or glasses while they goes back and get that, Too bad in experience.. If order time is 20 minutes, i have to wait 20+ 10 more minutes while staring at my food..
