Back button doesn’t work. If I play a video and wanted to play another video i have to close complete app and reopen and and then play another video. Portrait mode not working.. About technical problems
There is no option for 0 rating otherwise I would like to give for sure…..there is problem in my download section whenever I connect my pad with Wi-Fi and download the lecturers then when I disconnect the Wi-Fi I found there is no downloaded data in download section every time. Too much buggy app
This is first time I ever seen an ios app with lots of bugs.
It has the video downloading issue, you can’t download multiple videos, the downloaded videos will be automatically deleted after downloading.
If in case videos is downloaded then the quality of downloaded video is not that good on maximum selected quality.
The video player has lots of issues, it stuck and app freezes. Sometimes it’s also occurs issues while playing the videos. It has also issue with the video quality in the player. You can’t forward and backward video again and again. If you do your app will freeze or you will get black screen and no video will be rendered.

Dear Dev Team for iOS. I have lot of issues in downloads options. My downloaded videos are still in player screen and unable to play in case device locked or I am out from app means your app in background mode. 5. On phone call or display change to another application or display off video starts from starting point

When I download the video in my download section some time downloaded video shows sometime not show, and in recorded video there is no option of fast forward and when we downloading the video when we select medium quality application close automatically and video not downloaded, very problematic app of istore. The new update of Utkarsh is very irritating.
Your download will disappear sometimes. And when you try to redownload the video , It says already downloaded.
Playback update is not perfect. You can backward the video (-10 sec) but you can’t forward the video . The forward button is removed.

I gave 5 star just because of Gaurav Sir current affairs and his motivation to student is just 🔥🔥. Although your application interface/layout for the iOS device is not good as we expect. You more focus on Hindi instead of English language. It’s good to continue in Hindi but we all know English also has its own importance now a days.

Should be more flexible
The teachers are good and able to convey knowledge in their best possible way. I rated only 2 star because my concern is about app.
1. You can not view the content on two device every time you need to login and verify with OTP. I think it could be like Hotstar where you can login on multiple devices but can view content on only one device at a time.
2. Download option within app is good but an user can download only one video at a time which is like time killing. Number of students like me belongs to villages, where connectivity is poor and if we if we got some better connection in a particular area we have to download one by one which is not good.
3. Folder arrangement could be better. Sometimes it is very confusing.

My Review (Honestly)
I wanted to give 5 Star, but I was forced to go towards 4 Star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because I think so and should be that students should be taught the subject of Science which is different teacher of Biology, Chemistry and Physics which is a master in their subject because Earlier I made a batch purchase from Exampur application where all the different teachers are masters in their subject but due to some reason I had to change my mobile which is an IOS based and Utkarsh application runs very well in IOS mobile and the teacher is also here Teaches very well, due to which I bought a batch of SSC GD and HR Police.
If I tell in short, the teacher of science should be all different which should be shown from different folder.
The rest of the teachers here are very hardworking and are also very good at teaching. 5 Star for all teacher but complaint to Science.

Just headings, no content
Now when the exams is week away, they have removed everything. There are just headings. There is no content. I do not know what are these people doing now by removing the content of test series, adbhut prashnottari, test series. Are they upgrading? Because this is not the right time to do anything. Students future are on the line, they should think about this before taking any decision. If money making is all that is left then they need to remember what goes around comes around.

I am facing issues in loading all my books and I have subscription for patwar but my free model test paper is not in the list and speed increase button is also missing. No download facility for the videos. And after updating the app I lost my weekly paper syllabus info also there is no option for that

Very Bad app and Ridiculous Support
Hii friends please don't install and register on this app these guys just make you fool they will charge you for the courses and after you pay for their paid courses they don't upload any relevant lectures for the course and if you call or mail over support as given in app they will not respond. You will get totally stuck in this situation because there is no one at their end for support.

Its a good aap but in this app you have to update and support the leptop system because mobile can’t be able to long time access my means we can’t stay long time at mobile. So please 🙏🙏 update it and support the windows system

Poor customer support
I m calling from 9 am on customer support number regarding some queries and details for purchasing the online course, but nobody is picking up the call. This is the service u gave to the students. Wanna purchase two online courses but now i changed my mind, i thought if i will purchase the online course and after if any issue occurs then nobody is here to resolve my issues & even your email id given on the app is also not valid.
