Disappointed with no proper customer service
I’ve been using this app for a year and truly appreciate the quality of its products. But recently, I accidentally placed the same order twice, each worth ₹5,000, and immediately tried to cancel one. To my surprise, there was no cancellation option at all. WhatsApp support couldn’t process my request, and the helpline didn’t respond. Later, I was told both orders had already been dispatched. It’s unacceptable and disappointing that an app offering such great products provides no basic customer support or cancellation system. Am I genuinely expected to pay ₹10,000 simply because the app failed to offer a functioning cancellation feature?

Dont buy their membership. Read the review. Prices too high for the quality
All items are really expensive. I tried many of them, same quality can be bought definitely for much lower prices. They also run a collective membership and offer slightly lower prices to members on all items. I bought that membership too. I was appalled to find the prices lower on e-commerce apps like instamart. Selling in third party platforms are always costlier. Imagine their margins!! This made me feel like an utter fool to have spent 600 rupees for lower prices, when they aren’t in-fact lower. This is absurd. Also made me realise that they are marking prices much higher than spent amount. Never going to their website or app again. @customer loyalty team: what’s the point of this collective membership?
Stay away folks. This is another money making gimmick, not for the good of customers and definitely not worth loyalty.

Not able to login. Such a third class app. You enter OTP for creating account and login and it gives error "something went wrong". This is happening from 3 days. Uninstalling app. Waste of time.

Every time if you want to cancel your product you have to approach them through whatsapp or mail, there is no excess to get it cancelled through app.So pathetic service they are provided in the modern era. Even the order is not shown on the app until it is fulfilled.

Like granny’s homemade stuff!
We recently discovered Two Brothers and have been ordering a few items regularly - shikanji mix (just mix a tablespoon in a glass of cold water and stir - yummy tangy taste - like jaljeera) , mathri sticks (taste like matthi with pickle!), murukku (crispy but not hard) and sattu ladoo. And the jaggery powder is amazingly good too! Just like what my granny’s used to mix with steaming rice and ghee! Highly recommended 😊

Horrible now that they are famous
Almost after 3 days of my prepaid order, I was notified that has my order has been cancelled as per my request. I never made such a request. On talking to the customer service, I get two different excuses, we were out of stock, and the next time it was we don’t ship to your location, which is not true because I have ordered before.
Do whatever but please do not pre pay your order with them. God knows if I will get my refund.

Address vanished from Saved Addresses
After ordering for more than 4 years now, we suddenly saw that the Saved address suddenly vanished. This seems weird.
Also, lately the products that are dispatched are stale, meaning they would be stored in the warehouse for more than 2-3 months. With a short span of some of the products, this approach would not help in giving great experience.

Two Brothers Organic Farm
I have been using their products for 4-5 years now. I started eating Khapli Atta since 2020 and have been ordering it. I would have tried 60% of their products and some are ordered on a repeat.
Everything is good and healthy however I have one issue. In the last 4 years, I have never received any benefit of being a loyal and regular customer. This makes me feel non valued and as if the brand doesn’t cares anymore. I have started sourcing oils from another organic brand now…. The brands interest in me as a customer makes a difference to me. Here there is none. So let’s not talk about building a community together….

Exorbitant and cheap tactics
I have ordered murraba, two issues
1. The shelf life is of 6 months, when i received more than 2.5 months has passed by. I have ordered this for my kid, you need to send the fresh products.
2. The ingredients proportion is not transparent. In 1 kg murabba you will not know how much amla is there.

Extremely disappointing service
Please make sure to have patience while ordering anything from them. They’ll charge you extra shipping amount but they’ll not ship your order in 2-3 days. You’ll have to follow up with them multiple times and ask them for delivery date. There is no proper tracking . Their whatsapp number is of NO USE.

As they gave the delivery to third party called shiprocket which further uses delhivery to deliver the goods ordered. The delivery team person will not take any ownership of it. So far I faced two issues once there is an item missing in delivery which I have to report again through photos and screenshots to get the refund. This month the order id and tracking id got created but sad part is order not ready for pickup by the courier yet even after 7 days
