تطبيق دبي الصحية الجديد هو منصة ذكية شاملة توفر لكم جميع الخدمات الطبية المتوفرة في المنشآت التابعة لدبي الصحية، فمن خلاله تستطيعون الوصول للكثير من الخدمات المتنوعة بطريقة سهلة وسلسة.
تشمل هذه الخدمات: حجز المواعيد وإدارتها، الحصول على النتائج المخبرية ووصفات الأدوية، التأكد من حالة طلب فحص اللياقة الطبية، التسجيل والتطوع لخدمات التبرع بالدم، كل هذا وأكثر متوفر باللغتين العربية والانجليزية.
الخدمات المتوفرة على التطبيق:
• الاطلاع على السجلات الطبية – النتائج المخبرية، وصفات الأدوية
• حجز، وإدارة، وإلغاء المواعيد الخاصة بالمنشآت الطبية التابعة لدبي الصحية
• متابعة آنية لحالة طلب فحص اللياقة الطبية
• تحميل شهادة الإجازة المرضية المصدقة
• التسجيل للتبرع بالدم، والحصول على كافة المعلومات عن خدمات التبرع بالدم
• خريطة تفاعلية تساعد على البحث وتحديد أقرب المستشفيات، ومراكز الرعاية الأولية، والتخصصات الطبية ومراكز اللياقة الطبية التابعة لدبي الصحية
• طرق متنوعة لتسجيل الدخول: باستخدام رقم البطاقة الصحية الصادرة من دبي الصحية MRN، أو باستخدام الهوية الرقمية الإماراتية، إضافة إلى إمكانية استخدام بصمة الإصبع أو خاصية التعرف على الوجه.

DHA aap not working on app version 12.5
I am using DHA app for long time. Suddenly it’s not working in my apple 6 plus.
I believe it should work in older version also. My phone is in good condition and I do not wanted to invest in new phone.
It has a option to download an compatible older version but it will not work when you try to open this.
Please add the older version so we can smoothly use it.

Help on a click
A real help for me. The app as well as the customer care. It helped me find my MRN in a click and the customer care guided me how to get it for my wife.
I am able to add my dependants and even schedule vaccination through the app for myself and family.
Thanks DHA for such a nice app, it’s easy convenient and user friendly.

Unable to generate MRN number
App has lots of bugs. Unable to generate MRN number . When we enter the Emirates ID and click on submit , it gets stuck.

Login not working
Login with dubai id not working. Once I updated the app all my previous data missing
