This game is the worst
Whenever I am opening the game it asks to update but when I try to update there is no response.
No new version of game has come since 2 months but it still asks to update.

Please fix the bugs
I really love the game and made a very long progress but recently when I open the app it just hangs and does not work further. My internet is excellent and I even switched off my phone and turned it back on just so it works but it still hangs and. Please fix this issue :(

Game crashing less than a minute after it loads
I’ve been playing this game for months but since the last update back in November 2023 it just crashes. Quite disappointing to see other reviews stating the same without any acknowledgement from the dev team. Hope it gets fixed at some point. I loved this game!

I loved this game and I was on guest room 2. My phone was updated and now when I open the game, it sends me back to Day 1. This is so frustrating. I had decorated reception area, kitchen, dining, upper hall, game room, room 1 and was decorating Donna’s guest room. After all this progress...going back to Day 1 is so irritating.

I really loved playing this game... but recently whenever I open the game... and start the scene to play using 60 energies.. the app suddenly reopens and the energies are gone ??? And I can’t play the scenes after spending 60 energies ???? What kind of scam is this ?? ABHORRENT UPDATE - USELESS
The new update is useless. The app stops in the middle of game and restarts the app so the energies get used without even playing the game. Before the update- if u complete collection, they used to give 60 energies now it is only 25 energies given for collection. They don’t even now give ads to add more energies. The new update is "HORRIBLE”

I have reached day 19..I purchased energy for money and then my all levels were blocked ..I contacted and then they refunded with more energy in my account but then levels are still blocked and i m not able to play anymore ..i contacted the customer service but no use !!!!

This game is so addictive and interesting at first but later u find hard because of the energy limited it’s really hard to gain star when the energy is used up at once .Overall it’s good I would love to rate 5 start if only the energy was sufficient n easy to get it . Used to love this game
I used to love this game before the update. It used to cost 15 energies to play a game, now it costs 60 energies to play a game. Which is fine, if you gain more energies per 1.5 minute...but no thats not the case. You dont fully regain your energy, even after the full night. I feel like the developers don’t want people to play this game often. Good game but rules suck really.

Horrible updates
Playing this game since 2months now, loved it when I started but with each update they make it worse than the last. My moms game had crashed she had to start over again even after repeatedly trying to connect with the support team they seem to be just way too busy to reply other than sending an automated response. Now the new energy system is making me want to quit the game. Developers beware I belong to a group of HH on FB and everyone seems to be unhappy you guys are loosing out on most of us owing to your stupid new update. Hope you fix it.

Disappointed
This game is so unfair. It stops at 99 while completing a star, how unjust is this? And 15% energy for not even 10 points of the star I really like this game it’s fun and all but I’m really disappointed with the concept of energy money and time.

Limited Rewards
Rewards are so limited. You get just one star after playing one step 3-4 times. One star allows you to perform only one minor task. That makes it difficult to progress in game. Hence uninstalling it.

Fix bugs please
I really loved the game..but I don’t know why whenever I start the game the reception further goes back to old n u have to select a new one and the big passage carpet which is under the hotel layout got automatically again old even though I had it changed to new one by using a star and now I can’t even replace it back to new as it has been locked,even the office sometimes goes to the old self when it was not renovated though I hve already renovated it ...please fix these bugs in your game

good game but loose all my hints
the game is good but i tend to loose all my hints. whenever an object which is placed in the bottom right corner , i try to click it and it always clicks the hints , untill i none are left then it will select the object. or if the object is slightly left or right i try to find a space where i can click without wasting a hint.
