1. Even though I have subscription , while playing match highlights 2 to 3 ads are coming up(during video playing time)

2. Streaming is very much delay compared to other streaming apps. To be precise SonyLiv also streaming PSL , I see 1 ball difference between these two apps, FanCode is not best of them.

The recent Carabao cup finals was not being telecasted in India, and even after pursuing major OTT players to telecast the match, all fell on deaf ears and Fancode came as a saviour.

I purchased the monthly pass from Apple Store.. the money was deducted, the subscription details show when the next deduction is due but I was not able to stream via the app. I had to make another purchase a “match pass” via their web to be able to watch a match.

I had first used my email address to purchase a match pass on their website as their app did not give an option to buy match pass and only had option for monthly/yearly pass. After purchasing the pass on their web using my email address I was unable to login on their app using email address as the app has no option to login using email address and you can register ONLY via your phone number. When I reached out to their customer support they asked me to raise another request to link my email and phone number (really?! SMH)

Overall an annoying experience and still no resolution. Never using this app again even if ut means I have to miss my matches.

i wonder why this app has this much positive reviews. matches are always loading on my iphone 12 pro , i’ve tried it on my ipad and the story is the same , matches never load . shame on the developers as u guys haven’t solved the problem although it’s been a huge time since you are in the market.

While I appreciate FanCode for bringing leagues like the NFL to the Indian Market, I absolutely hate the fact that we have to watch these games in really poor quality. There’s no HD option available. On top of that, you can’t cast these games on your Tv from the iPhone. So please stop acquiring rights to all these sports leagues around the world if you can’t afford to provide a quality experience to your customers.

The app is great works fine on iPad and iPhone but the only product it does not works is Apple tv want to enjoy the same experience on a bigger screen can you make this possible the nfl season is about to end and don't want to miss it or use an AirPlay from my MacBook cuz it will lag for everything else 5 star but for the Apple tv thing I can’t say anything.

overall, the app is good with a decent UI. As after star sports cut its ties with bundesliga, being a Bayern Munich Fan, getting to watch matches in India is an amazing feeling. Just need the option of TV streaming though for iOS. Please get that done on iOS as soon as you can! Thank you!

Overall experience is good my requirement is for cricket matches menu. As of now test matches are going on and it is difficult to guess lead/trail and which day match is being played.

Unfortunately your app doesn't show them in spite of the information being available on your browser version of the site and Dream 11 in fact highlights this information linking to your website.

In one word “brilliant”. Just stunned by developer work on this app. I have seen many sports app but this one just cut above for me above all the rest, wonderful UI and functionality. I recently encountered about this app when I was looking for bundesliga stream which they were streaming by the way but I was impressed by their work. Kudos to the team for auch beautiful piece of work.

The app is really good but the problem is when I switch live to score than the audio is not stopped and it made very irritating me.

So I request to you for fix these bugs and solve the problem.

This app is providing live content at free and that is very helpful. The only problem I found is that there is some problem with audio. Sometimes there are two voices but at delay are coming out. After restarting the app, that goes off. I hope you will fix this bug.

As you’re streaming live matches you should give option for chrome casting so that one can cast match on tvs like other apps!
