Horrible Experience

- The driver was driving very rashly and overtaking recklessly while on phone. Even after requesting to stop the car and use phone he continued with Phone browsing while maintaining 80-100 km/hr
- ⁠Wasted 45-60 min because driver took the vehicle to off route CNG stations inside cities 2 times

Cheats

Worst customer service

Rates are alright but customer service is the worst. Firstly they call u at odd times like 1-2 or even 3 am if by chance u check quotes in their app. Then the pester you to book, and once booked and you have some query, they dont bother to answer those and take full days to respond or dont respond at all.

Trip cancelled but refund not received

It was very bad experience, I had booked a trip with this app, later due to suddenly change in plan I cancelled it, initially I had made a advance payment, which was not refunded to my account and it’s credited to wallet, from there there is no option to Transfer the amount to my account, also I had mailed didn’t receive any response, it’s not recommended, it’s not trustworthy.

Review

I travelled with gozo cab from chandigarh to Himachal. The driver was polite but started asking cash for toll tax and airport entry fees. I called the customer care and confirmed that i don't have to pay any charge for toll tax as it is included in my total charge already. But the i reached the destination the driver insisted to charge the money for toll tax and state taxes. He asked me to pay all the taxes on the way as he said i don't have any cash and i ll adjust it with your payment. I was charged 500rs extra and i called the customer care later many times and wrote emails also. Its been 20 days no action has been taken.

Has potential, can improve.

I have mixed experience with Gozo so far.
The team is very proactive and helps in booking and planning. Kudos to their sales department.
The support part can improve a lot tho7ugh. I had complained about overcharging in 1 of my trips, they listened but no update or action taken in more then 10 days.

Book to get in trouble during trip

I have booked taxi for 4 days from Delhi to Dehradun to Mussoorie to haridwar to Delhi. I was given a very old swift desire 3.6lakh km run.
It broke down on 3rd day. Customer care called but could not help. The owner of cab was very arrogant and did not respond to my number.
Book here only to ruin your holidays. Worst service provider and very old dead cabs. They have non working cassette players in cab. I will share the cab video and garage service person comment on twitter or YouTube.

Pathetic service of Cab

Booked RT303481050. Cab condition was poor and driver was pathetic in behaviour. These cab aggregator are not at all responsible for all cheat and fraud attempted by cab owners and simply allow all loot and misbehave. GozoCabs took away his cut from booking and leave customer to mercy of cab driver. This will take time to mature till then book cab by your relation manually.

Horrendous Experience: Terrible Terrible Terrible

Had the worst experience with @GozoCabService! 🚖 The AC stopped working in this scorching hot weather, the car was a complete wreck with a falling bumper, and there was a strange smell inside. Amazing Experience

Booked cab through Gozo multiple times. Every time the experience was awesome. Timely pick up and drop. Drivers were well behaved. Customer service is very prompt. Doing fraud and hiding things before booking

Recently looking for cab and once you go to their app or website, they will call you for doing booking but never tells whether there is cab is available or not. Their booking team main objective is to get the booking done and they will not care about it then. The cab team is different which they never tell and there is no guarantee that the cab will be given unlike other cab company which upfront tells whether they have cab for that route or not. Other cabs displays only the available one but gozo doesn’t care about it. They can take full day or may let you know sometime before your plan too that no cab is there which I faced. It’s better to book other which are more trustworthy than go for gozo.
On top of that their customer representative told that we don’t tell this while booking and it’s customer responsibility to ask while booking.

Fraudulent company

The company is purely fraudulent.
I had enquired to book 6 cabs for my wedding guests for airport drop and 3 cabs for airport pickup and god a rate fixed for which i negotiated and paid advance (15-20days prior) of 3600 once we decided for the amount and the car types (suv - xylo ertiga lodgy hexa marazzo).
2days before the date of journey, the agent calls and says we dont have the car types we mentioned earlier so all we can provide you is Tata Sumo to which i denied and asked for cancellation. Cancelling at the last moment left me with fewer options while booking from other travel agents.
The refund came in parts for onward and return journey that too after multiple calls and emails. The agent and the customer care executives started ignoring calls even. They paid 2400 and then when i followed up for the remaining balance they said its already paid while it was not. After about a month and multiple follow up calls and emails, they paid the amount.
A simple cab booking experience became an uphill and complicated task with Gozo. I would never book from them and would ask everyone to look for other operators if you want to save your money and peace of mind.

Thug app

Whatever they quote as price, expect it to be increased by 15-20% minimum as drivers attached to company will take longer routes and company never keep track on activities. Passenger security is secondary as the drivers remain engaged on phone. Also, the drivers are more like pimps who boast about ferrying girls and make them available if you need so.

Hassle free, secure and safe travels

I have regularly using Gozo cabs within Maharashtra on the Mumbai-Kolhapur route.The travelling experience has been great. All drivers I met so far have been professional and courteous. Some issues with bookings or anything the call centre is quick to step in resolve it. The attention provided by the booking agents, call centre for issue resolution is what makes Gozo a go to travel partner for me.

Professional and helpful

I was very skeptical since we’re not used to taking cabs for interstate travel. Whatever the reviews I read they were from north like Delhi so I gave it a try taking and believing in Anurag’s word. Booked 2 cab from Bangalore to Chennai and Coimbatore to Chennai. They were on time professional well cleaned cabs most of all AFFORDABLE price.
Anurag was really helpful I must say because of him I utilised the service because I was impressed with his professionalism I booked another one for my sister. Would love to continue my journey with u guys. Keep up the good work !

Avoid Gozo cabs.

The drivers associated with this app are mostly private cab owners and they are quite unprofessional and arrogant as well.
While trying the app for the first time and booking a trip from Surat to Mumbai, I was literally warned by the customer care executive - not to add any stoppages in between the trip; which I kept note of and followed.
The driver however added 3 stoppages of his own in between the 5 hour trip- tea, petrol and temple visit - apart from a pre-decided lunch stop . This was really unwarranted and undesirable. Also the driver will insist on stopping at dhaba/restaurants of his choice since they get commissions/free meals for bringing customers. Had to persuade him to stop at another place and was frustrating again.
Another instance is that the driver was occupied with his phone for 95% part if the journey which is scary and absolutely unsafe.
Third instance and most important- do not make upfront online payment for your trip. GozoCabs does not have a system to reimburse your money to your account if you wish to cancel the journey for any reason. They rather provide you with credit on their app which is useless and given such experiences, you would never want to travel with them again.
All in all - very unpleasant, UNSAFE and frustrating experience. Would not recommend to use it especially for ladies, considering the low safety standards and nil professionalism. Of course the rates offered are cheaper compared to ola or uber; but you will be seriously compromising on safety and peace of mind.

Worst services faced

Never rely on gozo cab services. I got 3 back to back last minute cancellation in last 15 days.
I can never trust on gozo now and also they don't reply to mails.
My all bookings were under 100 % service guarantee and now they are not replying that will they refund double the amount paid as they mention in the policy.
When you are ready with family and luggage and it gets cancelled at last moment that too 3 times.

Excellent driving skills with professional behaviour

I have travelled with Gozocabs earlier as well.
This is my third trip with them.
But i was impressed the most this time.
My international flight was supposed to land at 6 am but my flight landed 2 hours earlier.
I just called the driver and in one go he told that he is reaching in 20 minutes. And to my surprise he took only 15 mins to reach the airport.
Will highly recommend Gozocabs in future.
In addition to above, price at which they gave me the deal is also too good.
The driver was very professional and courteous as well.

They are the worst service provider. I booked a cab through their portal, they took 15% advance money and confirmed my booking. After that they didn’t provide me any cab and not notified me for the unavailability if cab. Please think before booking any cab with these guys. They don’t even deserve one star rating.

Unprofessional - Last minutes Surprises

Guyz, I will not recommend this service provider to any one because
1. They come up with the last minute surprise that to be negative aspect.
2. They inform us the cancellation of cab prior one hour of departure even if we continuously chase them for confirmation. In my case it was very urgent to travel, I had doubt because I was trying them first time hence was continuously chasing for the confirmation oven an email, calling customer care but no one was able to assist me and I come up with the cancellation and I do not have any other option in last moment.
3. Customer support executives are unprofessional. They disconnect the call if we have some queries and if they do not have answer or if they don’t want to answer the queries.

Worst customer support for solving issues. Drivers are arrogant

booked the cab for 7 days driver plans to leave early on first day and saya that he will get a better car without me asking for a change. He arrive with on without carrier for which i had specifically demanded. Ac was not working and had no way to adjust the airflow it was just holes blowing randomly. I spoke to gozo for change of car but gozo customer care was not helpful. The driver went absconding in the mid of the day without telling anything. Called customer care and they said he has gone to change the car and will return in an hour. Waited for 4 hours but he didnt come and did not answer my calls. He took 3000 for fuel from me and i also paid 3k booking amount for gozo. I had to book another cab on my own as cutomer care calls were on hold for more than 45 minutes.

Awsum service

We have booked cab for Coorg from Bangalore. GozoCabs have a nice contract with cabs owner. Only the cab owners will go on trip with customers. So owners are very professional. He showed all the points in Mysore and Coorg. Also told us history behind different temples in Mysore. Helped us in finding good restaurants.
Improvements : GozoCabs should have transparency regarding the toll. Driver collected toll for airport entry from us however to save toll he took us from different route and saved that toll and kept it with him. Total toll he collected from us is 700.
Also GozoCabs should send the complete bill through email. We did not get any final bill for our ride. Driver calculated and asked for the extra kms. So this should be transparent.

No ethics, misguiding, exorbitant

Gozo completely runs on the whims of drivers. They give 250 kms daily, but the driver doesn’t want to go out of city. You won’t understand how to do sight seeing without going out of city. And the driver demands extra money for trips. And Gozo tries to force you to pay up. It’s disgusting. Don’t ruin your trip. Take cabs directly from the hotel that you stay in.
