The app makes you sign up for multiple agencies at once and you are then bombarded with calls. It redirects you to an RBL Credit card account page in a way that you’ll feel like this maybe is affiliated by RBL and is opening an account with them like Fi money does but no! It literally makes you fill a credit card opening form which has a charge of its own apart from the account opening fee with Money Tap. I have been receiving calls from random agencies that I raised a load request when that’s a totally false information. I wonder how sneaky and fraudulent an app can be! I have raised a ticket to close my account but nothing has happened till now. PATHETIC!!

I've contacted them multiple times regarding the app's issue on the iPhone but they do not respond nor call back. Terrible customer service.
It's been well over five months now, and the app just doesn’t work. I'm left completely in the dark about crucial information such as the remaining emi balance, the breakdown of my payments, and the applied interest charges. Despite meticulously managing my finances to predict when each EMI will conclude, the app's inability to provide these essential details is stupid. The purpose of using such an application is undermined if I'm still required to manually track and manage these critical aspects myself. The only way I'm able to stay informed about my EMI is through SMS notifications.
It's about time these issues are rectified.

Initially they will grab your all information and documents on the name of approval from RBL than they will share all the confidential details with all digital co lenders without our consent after that we will never get credit line which was showing approved on there app because the co lenders will start calling you to offer personal loan on 30-40% rate on interest. This is how they work it’s completely breach of our confidential data further I would like to write that I have written this complaint to their senior management and got a call where in they agreed that all the co lenders belong to them but they didn’t justify why my details been shared with them without my consent and still they are investigating the same.I have shared all the proof but still there is no response.

I don’t know how you guys are experiencing the service but I want to share my experience. I have taken a loan in 2018 and I have pre closed it after paying couple of EMI’s. These people haven’t closed my loan and they kept open one EMI on my account and that was showing a overdue from the last couple of years. When I applied for a loan in a bank in January then I get to know this and I have written a lot of emails asking why it is showing finally after sending multiple emails Someone Called Shiva he responded and saying “they have reserved this for you under your account even after foreclosing your loans so that you can withdraw the amount in future if needed. Hence, the amount is still showing up in your CIBIL”. If they know this will show in my CIBIL and it will effect my CIBIL, how come they’ll reserve without informing me or without my confirmation.
After all this I have told them I’m no longer needed any loan and asked them to close the loan. They said they have closed my loan and the same will update in 90days but it’s been more than 5months it’s not updated yet and it’s still showing in my CIBIL.
Due to this my education loan got rejected and I’m continuously sending the emails, asking the NOC from them but they haven’t responded till now.
So, please be aware of this SCAM.

Never ever take loans from these guys! I had taken 3 loans from them which were completely repaid, never missed an emi. But these pathetic people have misguided me and never shown the last emi as paid. They are a part of HDB finance and the hdb portal shows that I haven’t paid the last emi’s of two loan accounts amounting to 9,000 rupees approximately. The HDB guys didn’t help at all. I shared my account statement clearly showing I have paid the last emi but they didn’t accept it. They don’t have any phone number, never replies back to emails. They don’t even provide you NOC of any kind.

I’m having a nightmare with these people, I’ve made all the payments on time and never missed a single payment. There has been a late payment charge on my cibil score since 6 months which drastically brought down my cibil score. When I tried to reach out to them with all my details and my cibil report, they initially requested for more details and then completely ghosted me. Stopped responding even after multiple follow ups. This has really taken a toll on my mental health. Extremely poor redressal service. I don’t understand how a company runs like this. I’ve been following up for 1 month now and sent 10 follow up emails. Nobody responds or fixes the issue. I needed an education loan urgently and this has so negatively affected my cibil report that idk what to do now.

Don’t download this app at any cost I have taken a loan from it and paying the EMI’s on time. Only one EMI has been skipped due to some unavoidable circumstances the customer support or who so ever the team is dealing with the EMI collection part have started posting ridiculous message posting in SMS and Watsapp and really don’t know how to treat their valuable customer who trusted them and took loan from them. Really very much disappointed with the services from them. So my recommendation is for other guys not to download this app and not to trust in such credit line.

I have made the payment on November 2nd and I’m trying to withdraw again it always says that “currently money transfer is unavailable we will let you know when it’s available” and I have emailed to customer support and from Prema I got a reply saying send me screenshots and I replied with relevant screenshots till now till now no proper response and also please sending me Facebook messenger chat link now because even I tryed that as wel the reply I got we are checking on it. I don’t know it’s been 7days you are checking on it.
As I said in my last email until I get proper response from your customer support I will not make any further payment from next month I’m ready to face the consequences I have all proof now. I’m one of the customer who suffered due to this app and this app customer service is worest than anyone of the apps available in the market . It’s been 3 months I have write to them but no one responded and I have followed up with 50 mails and no mail got the reply and simply they flood you mail inbox with spams and your CIBIL GETS affected due to which you will not get loan on any one the apps or banks . I had took 90k loan and after one year they automatically updated it to 98 k without my permission. They just keep increasing their limit by themselves in order to get more and more money. Also, they give re- structure option and if you opt for it then, all the payments made by you before this will vanish and again you have to pay for that which you have already paid. They don’t even allow you to settle the amount and will ask more and more and if you not do the things according to them then, they they will start threatening. DONT FALL FOR THEM!!! JUST DONT. Worst application and mental harassment is their key.

I have been using Money tap for quite sometime now . There was no problem at all . But this month my whole experience of a good platform has gone for a toss.
My ECS go deducted on Time and after few days a got a call saying I have not paid. Instantly I shared the proof of my ECS and then after lot of follow up I was told the matter has been settled and ECS has reflected.
But when I crossed checked on the App it was still showing pending and my credit line blocked . I mailed to their customer care team with all details but no one bothered to revert back even after 7 days have passed from my first mail after that I have sent reminders also but they also met the same fate as my first mail .
My question is why do you harass people like this and they don’t have any customer care number only one mail id .

These guys are cleverly mining the data from the customers. Got approval in a day and everything was setup. When I try to withdraw the money the account is blocked. Seriously??? Now it’s almost a month, 9 to 10 emails and not even a single reply from the support team. (Customer support which has only one email and no communication strings apart from that and the best part is they won’t reply to any of your emails). Later heard from a friend about this app and it’s process. I recommend not to use this app for your own good.

They haven't even updated anything onto my cibil because my Cibil still shows that im due to pay my last emi. Now that may be technical error which i understand and they should have solved it long ago when they first heard from me. They asked me for screenshots of my cibil and my payment details which i sent and never ever i got a reply from them after it. Its been 9 emails now which im scheduling to send every week till i get an answer. Their customer support is really bad and infact the only way to contact them is emails which in my case they haven't responded.
Otherwise it was and is a nice application and company which was serving better but not any more i feel.

I have been trying to get in touch with the customer support over call and the call goes and keep saying our customer support is busy attending other customers we will get back to you and they never do or do anything related to it and the only mode of communication is mail where they say they will respond in 48 hours but won’t even care about it and respond as they need , I wanted to foreclose my loan and now they will take till 10th so I can pay them one more extra emi I know their tactics ,foreclosing the loan is like one hell of a problem if these guys act like this 😏😒

Customer care facility is not available only we can report our issues with emails, and that to taking long time to reply our email in 3 or 4 days. Really wondering such a big company don’t have communication cust care. And main thing RBL is collaborated with MoneyTap with there some credit cards, hence we requesting for some info about MoneyTap (related forecloser of emis) then they denied and said they r not concerned about money tap. Poor MoneyTap.

18th December I have request loan foreclosure & 21st I have done my fully loan closer payment.
After I have send lot of mail once payment get customer support team not response with my mail no one contact with me.
Almost 15mails I have send after few days I get mail from customer support team loan foreclosure done payment received Maximum 15days send NOC letter.
Almost days left no communication your side and I have try to contact with concern team & customer support team no one response my mail and again I check with money-tap application showing Next due 5 March 2022 seriously I’m really shocking because I have done 1.3L loan foreclosure then how can you update January 2022 and February 2022 payment.
Again I try to send customer support team no one reply.

I got credit line approved. Got RBL car as well. Easily registered RBL card with the RBL app. But, in moneytap app, there is no options to see credit line or to enter benificiary bank details. After logging to the app with my registered mobile, all I could see is the option to donate to COVID fund. Also can see some blogs written about loans and different type of loans. Though it is saying app, for me it is website view only coming when clicked on MoneyTap app. Last one week daily trying to contact MoneyTap whatsapp chat support. No response from chat as well. Not sure , whom to contact, and how to escalate.

There is no option in the app to pay the emi as i am trying to reach to the customer care but still not able to proceed with it there is no customer care number and if we email the tell pay it on the app how can we pay on the app as there is no option. The app doesnt open only if we wanna check and second thing from the option if we try to foreclose the loan there is no click on that please fix this app.

Applied the loan for some emergency purpose but if they approve it so late what’s the use? Never recommending this app to anyone there are better applications than this

I have been using MoneyTap since very long now, my experience however has been good here and I faced no problems with transactions or rejection or even cibil score, nevertheless there are challenges which Rbl and MoneyTap should consider. There are few pointers for the rest to know what they are getting into.
Pro
-App looks good with simple User Interface
-Easy way to request money to your bank (not just credit) instant cash.
-monthly statements on your email
-check your statement on app in billing section
-provides loans as well
-check your ongoing emi easily
-repayment is not a task
Cons
- App is great but now and then it wants to re-register with fb or google account
-App takes time to get the data, takes about 5 days or more to reflect payments (TAT can be reduced)
-interest rates are whooping high
-definitely need a relationship manager
-Rbl bank branch won’t help you out they will ask you to work it out on App (No accountability by RBL Noida branch rejected address update)
-No option for Address Update (you won’t know where your customer are, this will cause lot of problem when the card needs to re issue)
Needs work but definitely not fraudulent for me.

Guys very frankly speaking download this app only if you want to loose your cibil. I used this app and taken loan of 100k but after few months I started to loose my cibil and I came to know that when I applied for home loan and they told that you have many payment failed with MoneyTap we can’t offer you home loan even I was continuously paying my EMI’s to MoneyTap on time every months.
When I came to know this immediately I tried to contact customer care for foreclosure of it but never got response by email from them and when I called on office landline they also couldn’t provide me the solutions as well, luckily I got contact details of top managements and explained my problem to them after that finally I got foreclose letter by email and paid everything what they asked and did close this loan.
Trust me guys having less credit is better than this app. I also see others comments with kind of same problem, again use this app only if you want to loose your cibil.

Been using this app for 3-4 months now and the app is good , the application was approved in 24 hours and that is it ,you have the credit line on your app which can be transfer to your account or you can use the credit card provided by the rbl bank for swiping at the stores.
It does not effect your credit scores until you make the repayments on time and to be very honest my cbil has gone up due to this,
So as long as you make the repayments on time than don’t worry about your cbil
In fact an unprotected loan like this can help you build the cbil....!overall a good app

This is worst app i took a loan and the emi got deducted for the month still i got a message and notification that I haven’t paid my emi and I had to pay twice in a month and they also levied the late payment charges they have taken so much money from my bank account I m really frustrated they are cheater taking money from people account in their pocket nobody should take loan from them and i have also raised several requests for loan closure no response from their end money tap is fraud company and cheaters be aware everyone who is planning to take loan they will empty your bank account

All trail mails drafted on your email I’d are never reverted back with zero courtesy from your team, If I cannot utilise the offered Loan amount what’s is the use of offering it just an mental satisfaction loan offering business you have started I think so ,taking the customer just for granted for entire 1 year. Please clear it off if you don’t want to offer it in customers account we are not an beggar to demand loans. Very much pathetic service it is adversely affecting our CBIL too.

When I took the first loan, the process was a bit delayed but it was successful. After a few days I wanted to borrow some more money from the remaining balance, but I could not do so as I am still not able to login with the registered email ID. Hence, I sent a mail to them on 2nd July on their support email ID requesting for CHANGE OF REGISTERED EMAIL ID so that I can login to the App. I followed up on that mail twice as well as multiple follow ups on their WhatsApp support. I never got a response on my emails and now the WhatsApp support team is also not replying to my messages.

One needs transparency in order to believe an organisation, which completes lack here, I don’t even have a clue how much money you people milked from me, you toll free number is never ending, and doesn’t get connected at all, only useless, no other word. If I email you people about any query, by the time I receive a reply my due date would already pass, today I got a payment link for **** amount, I have no clue what that amount is for, it just sends a link and simply asks me to pay, I don’t even know for what I’m paying, doesn’t show on the app. Best part is, the email had a toll free number and asked to call for any queries, guess what, even that number doesn’t work 🤣🤣, which kinda person hides behind the curtains?, Who can’t face the fact, that is you people, I’m bloody done with this app, I will go through all my transactions and will go legally if you people continue to do the same, have a face, step out, be a man and face people, stop milking.

Very poor app. Poor interface. Poor software. Full of bugs. Poor performance. Poor management. I want to give a zero rating. If I could, I would.
My billing date is 5th of every month. For a few months at the start, the EMI would get auto-debited on time, that is on 5th. But soon after that it started getting auto-debited on 6th or 7th, which ofcourse was not my fault. But still I was getting call reminders for weeks that my cibil score is getting affected because of late payment.
I would keep getting untimely calls for re-payments, etc. The app is full of bugs. Would never recommend it to anyone. They are just thieves.

I downloaded the app and it asked for my details as per my PAN Card records. I filled it and tapped continue. It never opened so I thought I maybe having a problem with the network. So I decided to try after some time. I did, but again it never opened. I have been trying everyday but I have come to the conclusion that this is an app that could be taking details of your PAN Card and running some scam. Please be careful while giving your details to this app. It maybe trying and stealing your identity.

I had done the mail to your mail id as well and its been more than 6 days but i didnt get any revert or solution from your side. It is so much frustrating to wait for so long. I have just downloaded the app and applied for the loan. I’m due with the verification call to proceed further. Hence, I got a call in the morning and lady was trying to verify my details on the call. She was not able to pronounce my middle name and I corrected how to pronounce it. She was Not thankful and No acknowledgement!!! She laughed at me!!! I understand it’s not easy to call names easily, however you are supposed to ask how it should be pronounce. When I told her that you shouldn’t be laughing at other’s name (come on at least not on my face), she hung up the call. I don’t know if the verification was completed or not but it’s been 3 days after I have applied for it!

I have dropped number of mails and trying to contact these money tap people it has been one year I am paying regular payment now I want to close the loan no one means no one is responding they say very simply to drop mail .but no one will reply to mail I am waiting since one month . And hidden charges hidden interest rates very pathetic experience and now I am going to file a case against these people but they are just cheating . Even I have seen lot of reviews they will not respond, at least they have to respond to existing customer right. Now also they say drop a mail but they will not respond.

I received a welcome call from a lady who asked me to do a first transaction. This happened last month. I even payed my first outstanding amount (annual fee). Today after a month I saw the approved limit as ₹0.00. When I enquired, I am being told I had requested the card to be cancelled during the welcome call. I had never requested the card to be cancelled. This is so disgusting. I am feeling cheated due to this unauthorised act by RBL. This act is not expected from a reputed banking institution.
I have lodged a complain via email and I hope I recieve a resolution. If the resolution is not provided ASAP, I would be compelled to approach the relevant authorities as I had applied for this account for some important personal expenses and now I am facing trouble due this negligent act from the Bank’s side.

Please do not install this application, they just wanna use your personal information and nothing else. I don’t think this is a legitimate company. Post updating all the required information asked by you people, it just shows that you have a “pre-approved loan of xxx amount” however, it does not have any option to transfer it. It only has 2 options to login and logout post we relogin with the info it still says the same thing and does not have any option to get that money. I written 3 emails to these people but no one bothers to reply. Please delete all my details.

Everything is good but rbl bank sent me statement without card being delivered. How will pay the bill without the card. And when they called me about the card delivery they told me that you can pay once the card is delivered to you. But I didn’t receive the card after one month they sent me the new statement with late fee interest. Where the hell my mistake was in the whole scenario. Today the card is delivered and I paid the amount with late fee interest. Thanks for your wonderful service to a customer. And if I drop a mail to your team. They will say that you are already know. Or just they will give you the same answer whatever question you asked. For that qudos to you customer service team for their relentless work of sending same email for ever and ever.

As others had issues getting the account activated I did too and finally got it approved, next important thing is note the below quote mentioned on their app under FAQ section on payment related.
Can I pre-close my loan?
They say yes you can however it’s a manual process.
So I took a loan of 3000 to start with and when I asked them that I want to pre close the loan, after begging them on Facebook messenger I finally get a blunt response saying DMI finance does not allow pre closure so I would have to pay for the duration I took.
The other thing was when DMI contacted me to keep balance for the loan deduction they told me that they do have a pre closure option which has a small penalty,
My question is why does money tap not allow this when the banking partner is accepted this?
Why give false promises to people who try to apply for it?
Please answer this question to me, very dissatisfied and disappointed with your service.

If you are genuinely looking for a loan, take it directly from bank rather than opting this useless app. Waste of time, not even worth for a single star. It’s been more then 15days and the never ending processing is still in process, no updates, no proper customer support. It’s gives fake ads that the loan amount will be deposited in account within 24hours.. really.. try writing a mail to the useless email ID provided, the same response for every mail. There so called managers are working on it and will try to reach us soon. The so called managers here are the busiest persons I have ever noticed. I suggest not to use this worthless app, the worst experience you will ever come across.
All the details provided for the loan approval needs to be deleted from your data ASAP. I need a written confirmation that my data has been erased. If not, A case will be filed for sure.

They just take all your banking information and contact details. You will never get your loan approved. I don’t know what they must be doing with your details, sell to third part perhaps? One thing is clear, don’t waste your time to download this app. When I contacted customer care, they said my loan won’t be approved and when I asked them about my data they said it will not be misused and will be safe with them. This is a crime. Please report this app. It makes you sign anti data protection forms before saying your loans won’t be approved. I wonder how they are still able to run even though they have so many reports against them. I checked online whether it happened to anyone else, and I found that every single user has been scammed. Why is Playstore and AppStore still allowing this app to be downloaded?

We generally apply loans in use these guys take this as an advantage and for promotional purposes they advertise they won’t sanction any loans they just say pre approved loans they never get approved even after collecting the documents..
