Such a worst treatment by cars 24 company , I have travelled from 550 kms to Bangalore to buy the car Hyundai Verna 2020 but the thing is these staff or the people who call they don’t give us proper information and don’t talk professionally but main thing is when I reached the location I didn’t get any instruction or test drive these people and app is pure waste of time they don’t bother about customers they didn’t even come back for ur concern or don’t response and I’m suggesting and even Il suggest my friends to never believe in this app and not to buy any cars from this app .

The call Center works on gathering data and customer details rather than listening to what the customer says . Been getting calls if I’ve got cars to be sold from a year . Which I had high hopes to sell my cars a year back and removed my ads etc . But that is the mistake I did . If I had enough time I would have filled a case in the consumer court regarding this .

It’s like dealing with sarkari naukari wale staff. I have bought a car from Noida Sec 18 hub. I have not received my RC yet it’s been more than 3 months. We have paid the 3000₹ for the same now I am getting calls for more 2000₹. Dealing with staff is next to impossible task. Please do not go for Cars 24, they will make you feel like you have committed any sin by trusting them and buying car from them. Poor staff behaviour. Unnecessary heavy charges. Insurance was charged 3 times more to me. Please please do not trust them.

2+yrs but RC pending
I sold my car in June 2021. But RC transfer is still pending. The vehicle is on the road with multiple traffic violation which i have to alert the cars24 team. The only standard copy paste reply i receive is ‘you are covered under the seller protection policy’. I hope/pray cars24 don't shutdown until my RC transfer happens.
They gave me a decent price and processing was very smooth. But looks like in my case they are fighting a dispute with channel partner who picked my car. But a car on road with my name with multiple mid night traffic fines, i am worried.

No agents speak English
I don’t understand Hindi well, and I don’t want to decide on a car without fully understanding what is what. I explicitly mentioned I don’t speak Hindi and I need to talk to an agent who can speak English, but they don’t care. I got call from 3 or 4 agents at cars24 and all of them don’t speak English, surprisingly each one hang their call saying they will arrange a call back with an English speaking agent, but I think they don’t have one.

Total scam, worst service than local scammer dealers
Recently moved to India and purchased a used car from Cars24 for temporary use. The inspection report indicated no issues, but after the purchase, I discovered numerous problems. It appears Cars24 might have been aware of these issues.
I cancelled the purchase initially, but Cars24 promised to fix everything via email. Trusting their commitment, I proceeded with the purchase. However, after the RC transfer, they refused to honor their commitment and fix the car.
The customer service representative was rude and dismissive, indicating they're accustomed to receiving consumer court complaints. I've filed a formal complaint with consumer court and will keep you updated. Be cautious potential buyers!

I’ve visited the app to sell my verna fludic SX 1.6 crdi the executive has visited and inspected nearly 1 and half hour later on they are offering the price of Rs.1 lakhs 5 thousand worst from the Market price.
Later on I’m getting call from the some other unknown number by stating cars24 offered this I’m a out side dealer will pay you extra 20k lets closed the deal.
Cars24 is cheating and cheap company where wasting the time decreasing the value and sharing our data to third party.
Meanwhile spinny was offered for 3 lakhs 50 thousand.

The app is good; specially the search and sort feature. You can search for the brand, make, year of manufacture, ownership status, insurance, city in any combination that meets your needs. I also like that they upload pictures, exterior and interiors that includes scratches, and paint work, or mechanical defects if any. I bought a 2019 Baleno from CARS24. The pre-sales and post-sales team is good. They ensured that I had a great buying experience. The car detailing was done well, a couple of things that I pointed out were addressed. RC transfer took almost 2 months but it was more of an RTO issue. The team also reached out to me on follow up calls for feedback. Few things I liked from the service team, transparency from day 1, every little policy was explained in detail, 7-day return policy and Seller Protection Policy. All my doubts were clarified. A happy customer!

This App has made Selling Simple.
Mine was a move-out sale. My company was sending me onsite and I had to sell my car immediately, a well-maintained Ford Ecosport. I booked an appointment on the App. The person came to my apartment and inspected the car in a very detailed manner. Got a call the next day with an offer, was a little lower than I expected but then a good price, Ford discontinued in India might have been a factor too. Once I agreed to the price and gave my consent, things moved fast. The team from CARS24 asked for a list of documents and once I handed them over to them and signed a few papers from their side, the payment was credited the next day to my account. It would have been near impossible to sell it through local dealers so easily. I highly recommend CARS24 to someone in my situation looking out for a quick reliable trusted used-car dealer.

Disappointing Price Discrepancies and Poor Evaluation Practices
I had high hopes for CARS24 as a reputed platform for selling used cars, but my experience left me thoroughly disappointed. I submitted my one-year-old Creta, which was in pristine condition, and the evaluator even mentioned its Q1 quality, indicating a good potential price. However, the offer I received from CARS24 was shockingly low, equivalent to that of a cheap Baleno or Swift, not reflecting the true value of my car.
What further dismayed me was discovering that CARS24 was reselling the same model Creta for 16 lakhs, despite the car being listed with visible dents all over. This glaring inconsistency between their evaluation and resale prices is unacceptable and utterly disheartening.
I expected fair and transparent dealings, yet CARS24’s evaluation process seems arbitrary and unjust. This experience has eroded my trust in their pricing policies and evaluation standards. It’s disheartening to witness such unethical practices from a company that boasts credibility in the used car market.
Buyers and sellers deserve honesty and fairness, which CARS24's practices sorely lack. My advice to others considering their services: be cautious and skeptical of CARS24 evaluations and pricing tactics, as they seem geared towards undervaluing your car while inflating prices for their gain.

Good Listing of Cars Nowadays.
The competition in the used car marketplace is heating up. I see more ads and more features in most online apps. With CARS24, the noticeable difference I see is their collection of cars across brands and cities. I read somewhere they buy used cars, refurbish them thoroughly and then list them. That could explain the inventory. Another feature I sort of like is the HD pictures; both exteriors and interiors. I was looking for Hyundai Verna, found more than 410 listings in Bangalore alone. Every detail you want to look at, ownership, insurance status, repairs, scratches, etc. I booked a test drive. I am a car enthusiast and I had done my homework. Should say, their process is as hassle-free as it can get. Once I confirmed my choice and finished the paperwork, the car was delivered to me within 48 hours. Very happy customer. The car drives awesome.

As I was searching to buy a Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS online, I learned about Cars24, a place where they sell used cars. After reading some online reviews, which were neutral, I still wanted to try it out. So, I decided to book a test drive.

With CARS24, I booked an appointment after I browsed the brand, the year of manufacturing, specific colour, etc. for hours until I found something that suited my needs and budget. The online listing on Cars24 had all the details, insurance, ownership, and a few minor scratches on the bumper; everything with clear pictures of both the interiors and exteriors of the car. I would say I came out a happy customer with a car I love driving. The documentation part was taken care too. I had nothing to worry about at all. I bought my last car with a local dealer back in Bangalore where I was working. These are two completely different experiences. The experience with the local dealer was not something I would want to go through again. Too many calls, too many follow ups and unkept promises. Finally, I had to spend a substantial amount from my pocket to live with the car I bought 😊. Cars24 is a welcome change for used-car buyers like me!

I had heard about Cars24, a place where you can sell your used car, but I'd never tried it before. I wanted to sell my car, so I looked for a dealer nearby. I found one, but I didn't like the price they offered me. Before making a final decision or going to another dealer, I thought, ""Why not give it a try?"" There's nothing wrong with trying. By using their app, I booked an appointment for the inspection.
The person who came to inspect my car was really friendly. After that process, they took 24 hours to provide a quote. Surprisingly, they offered a really good price. I was happy with it, and I agreed to sell my car to them. They took care of all the paperwork, so I didn't have to worry about anything. I had a really good experience with Cars24. I didn't expect everything to go so smoothly.

Good post sale service
The Post-Sales Service Was Good. I bought a Maruthi Brezza 2019 from Cars24. Fair price I would say; even the delivery of the car was smooth. We have been on long road trips. Except for routine maintenance, the car has been doing great. It is sparingly used by the previous owner’; I am lucky, the car is almost mint condition. I have serviced it once in the Maruti showroom; engine oil change. My RC transfer was handled well. I was in constant contact with Rohan from the CARS24 team until it was done. Any assistance I needed, he was responsive and he would patiently hear me out. This is to acknowledge good post-sales service.

Good Collection of Used Cars Nowadays.
The collection in the CARS24 website is never-ending; I am a repeat customer so could see they have a far better collection than last time. Most models, single owner, comprehensive insurance paid, and in the colours that I was looking for were available this time. I was spoilt for choices. The team support was good too. I booked a test drive for VW Polo GT 2017. The test drive went smooth; I pointed out a few things and the team made a note and assured me it will be fixed. Before paying the booking amount, I had asked them to update me and promptly I received a call to visit the yard. The concerns I had raised were taken care. I went ahead with the booking and pretty happy with me decision. I am always in favor of buying quality used cars instead of showroom cars. This is my second car from CARS24 and I must say they give you a showroom experience and the cars are value for money. You need to spend time, research, and choose the right one. The customer support is excellent. One thing I want to emphasize, A GOOD USED CAR IS VALUE FOR MONEY. Experience Selling Car Online-Quite Satisfied.
I was looking at selling my Hyundai Creta 2013, have not sold anything online ever. I was little hesitant too. Spoke to one local dealer and that was enough for me; many annoying calls and very low offers. Had heard of cars24 from a few people. Downloaded the app, features and options kaafi accha laga. I registered and a person visited and finished the inspection of the car one Saturday morning. Bandha, full inspection kiya almost 45 minutes including tyre thread 😊, paint thickness, etc. My Creta was well maintained, idhar udhar scratches the. Offer was shared, while it seemed a bit low to me, in comparison to the quotes I received from my local dealer, this seemed okay, and I agreed. The documentation was done, the best part was the payment was transferred to my account promptly-this made my day, I was crazy anxious until the money came. Fraud and cheating from Cars24 team kolkata
Sharing pathetic service from CARS24 . I have booked a skoda rapid from CARS24 kolkata branch. On 26th April the payment was cleared and i was supposed to get the delivery. But due to very irresponsible behaviour from the employees of CARS24 the car was damaged twice during delivery. Next was a series of harassment caused by the team of CARS24 kolkata branch. They were supposed to repair all the damages and deliver the car. But it has been almost 2 weeks now and i am yet to get any kind of communication from the irresponsible team of CARS24 . Also I was informed that there was some issue with the braking system which was not informed to me during the purchase . This was a serious cheating committed by CARS24 Team. My next step will be a complaint to police station and consumer forum for such harassment. Kindly refrain from buying cars from CARS24 otherwise they might cheat you as well. I bought a car just 15 days back , as u cars24 are saying urs cars is 150 point inspected , the cars engine to fuel connection was broken , still ur support person is saying it is not in warranty .. what can we say ... the car is not starting because of poor diagnosis i had to bring mechanic from my side to inspect the cause and pay from my pocket for engine related cause .what support will u cars24 provide .. u r just fake people and running fake business of buying under rated cars without proper investigation .. no technician is also getting assigned ..just the support person is no of use . Their Pricing Machine is Quite Accurate and good
Before downloading this app, I had tried selling my Vento 2016 through some neighborhood dealers. They were lowballing telling Vento ka resale price nahi hai. I booked an appointment for a home inspection with CARS24. Gaurav was the executive who visited us. He took almost 45 minutes to inspect everything in the car. He told me they auction the car online and there are 1000s of dealers who bid for the car and we are given the best bid offer. I quite like this system. I received the quote by evening and it was by far the best price; the local dealers were just trying to rip me off. I went ahead and the amount was transferred to my account right away. What surprised me was that I had an expected price in my mind which was realistic, and I got that price from CARS24. They have been selling and buying cars for years now and I am sure they are using data points to arrive at offers. I for one believe the pricing and evaluation is quite accurate and transparent.

Fraud & worst after sale service
I have purchased Grand i10 on 27 December 2022. It was 2015 model car . There only 2 issue in the car which they said will solve it after 2 days. The issue one was the MP3 player which was not working & 2nd boot release button.
For both issues they said they fix it and I went to car 24 they saw it said I have to complaint trough their CARS24 application so I did that too. Then I got call from CARS24 they said that both issues of my car not covered in warranty. Then I took it a garage they fix it very easily and said it was just wireing issue. Then I play music on my car’s MP3 player then I found that all the speakers of cars damaged and that’s why they are not solving the issue. So CARS24 doing it purposely it was fraud. I didn’t expect anything from CARS24 now and will never suggest anyone to buy car from there showroom.

At the end Bhaskar ne bola sir iss car ko hame wapas se sell kardo aap app me sell ur vehicle ke section me jaake car k inspection k liye register karlo. Inspection ke baad inki sales team ke Vicky from Moti Nagar branch ne mujhe contact kiya or gaadi ki 3.30lac me sell karne ka option bataya. Jo gaadi me 5.84lac me purchase ki how can I sell that car in so much less amount. Who is going to adjust my remaining amount. Till now I didn’t get any solution or gaadi aaj am tak mere naam per transfer bhi nahi hui hai. Vo still abhi tak second owner k naam per hi hai. Cars24 Patna - Good buying experience
Visited Cars24 Patna. The staffs are very helpful in finding you a good car. Has good collection of 150+ cars as well and we booked a car in a single day. Best part we were allowed to get multiple test drives and get the car checked by a local mechanic. The process is very smooth from test drive to purchase. Cars are in good condition at this centre. The performance of 2nd hand cars are always questionable at any place and only time will tell about our car as well however the staffs are very nice and responsive which makes us assured. Also they provide 1 year warranty and 7 days replacement. All in all a must visit for someone looking for a 2nd hand car. Looking forward to see the growth of this branch and will visit again.

Liked the filter & search feature
Absolutely nothing else compares to the way CARS24 has designed their filter & search feature. While with some of the other apps, it could be a frustrating experience, I can’t rave enough about CAR24 search - superb! But that’s not to say there isn’t room for improvement. They can certainly improve the app by supporting app notifications for new cars that match a saved search, etc. I should give it to them, it is by far the best used-car buying app.

This review is more about the CARS24 app, quite a well-designed one at that. Once you have downloaded the app and signed up with your phone number, you could either choose the option to sell your car or buy a car. Quite an intuitive one, the moment you choose one of the options it will either ask you to select the location or access your location and list out whole bunch of cars. You can filter using make, brand, miles on the odo, budget, fuel type, transmission, body type, first owner, second owner, state where registered, sort by price, recency of listing, etc. Every conceivable thing including financing options, EMI break up, home delivery, pay on delivery. The best feature is the inspection report where each critical component is clearly listed and imperfections if any are highlighted. You could really get the car delivered to your home at the click of a button. A complete app for effortlessly buying a reliable used car.

Refurbished Cars-Warranty too
Although the Cars24 app is a platform for used car, the cars that were parked at their center didn’t seem like they were pre-owned. I later understood that they are refurbished at CARS24. I was checking out a 2018 model Hyundai Elite i20 on their app. The pictures were super clear, and their zoom quality was impeccable; I booked a test drive for the same and drive was fine. I asked the CARS24 rep what if I face problems with it later. The Cars24 executive assured me that their cars were equipped with a warranty of 6 months, roadside assistance of 12 months. Process is good but communication can improve
I would’ve given it a total 5 stars, but the company still has some areas to work on. I’ve recently sold my 2015 Honda City, and thanks to CARS24, I’ve got a somewhat fair deal (although I had expected a little more than the final value). My first complaint is that the team took very long to respond, and I had to follow up twice. The inspection process happened pretty quickly after they finally responded to me, which was a bit relieving. I was rather impressed by how thoroughly they worked to check the overall stainless status of the car. However, it is only after closing the deal that I had to constantly talk to their representatives about the RC transfer status. Please work on better communication if you want to offer a flawless user experience, CARS24.

Slow paperwork but fair quotes and quick buying
I just booked my first car 2012 Maruti Swift VXI at a comparably low price than the outside markets on your platform. Their website is cool; the 360 view helped me inspect the car and check out all the main features. The booking also took very less time, and I was glad to see the car in mint condition during the test drive. The documentation team had to be followed up on the paper work; that was a little hard between my busy schedules. However, everything worked out and I now officially own my first car. Honest Feedback-CARS has To Get Its Act Together
I have both sold and bought cars on CARS24. I sold my 2018 Ford Figo which had 36,000 kms on the odo and some scratches here and there. The offer seemed okay; the rest of things went smooth and the RC transfer was done by 60 days. However, I feel I could have got a better price.
Now the buying part, I chose a Ford Ecosport (I like Ford). The quote was way too high, the mechanic who accompanied me pointed out a few issues; the CARS24 agent was rather rude on that. However, I did get a call from the same CARS24 branch but a different representative (Rajiv Rathore) who was courteous and apologized when I told him about my experience. I visited the branch and negotiated a price more in line with what my mechanic had suggested and closed the deal; I had to follow up on the RC transfer and ensure it is done. My 2 cents: They have to price things right (truly so), representatives have to be sensitized on how to deal with customers.

Room for Improvement-Response could have been faster
I had a few doubts regarding the process of selling my 2016 model Renault Kwid through Cars24. But because I didn’t receive proper responses through phone calls, I decided to visit their center and booked an inspection. Mr. Firoz at Cars24 took care of the inspection. Seemingly, the price of the car depends on the offer made by the highest bidder as per their online auction system. Here too it required me to follow up with them as to the offer price the next day. I was okay with the offer and proceeded with the sale. After the paperwork was completed, the payment was transferred immediately to my bank account. Good quality car
We bought a 2018 model Maruti Swift from Cars24, 5 months ago. Although my wife wasn’t ecstatic about buying a 2nd hand car, she agreed to it, thanks to the quality of cars sold by Cars24. We took a test drive and the executive provided us with all the details about the car. He told us that all parts of the car had been checked thoroughly and that the scratches and dents were fixed during the refurbishment process. Although I found no issues with the car during the test drive, they assured me that I could return it within 7 days after purchase with a full refund if at all I wasn't satisfied with the car. Just to be on the safer side, I requested the Cars24 executive to allow me to get the car checked by a local mechanic - which they happily obliged to. The mechanic gave me a go ahead sign and even told me the maximum price I could pay for the car. Because the price quote was somewhere in line with what I was expecting, I accepted the offer without any negotiations. I've not faced major problems until now. The car looks and runs like new.

Room For improvement
Cars24 has made the car selling process much easier by bringing buyers and sellers at one place. Their online auction system that derives the best price to its customers through the bidding process is something that’s really cool. I decided to sell my 2019 Maruti Celerio VXI AMT automatic through the Cars24 portal after enquiring with a few private dealers first. The problem with private dealers is the lack of transparency and too many false leads. Two things that made me to choose cars24 are the instant payment and CARS24 Seller Protection Policy.
RC transfer unfortunately takes time and for me it took 45 days. One of the executives explained to me that if the car does not get sold to a buyer and sits in the dealer’s inventory RC transfer gets a little delayed. The app interface and their website both are easy to navigate and well designed. Areas where they need to improve: They have to keep up appointments and keep the customer posted on RC transfer; both situations I had to follow up.

Convenient & Hassle Free-Needs Minor Tweaks
CARS24 has made the experience of buying and selling used cars a lot easier, but there is room for improvement. First things first, the app is easy to navigate and user friendly. This is how it went, once I booked an appointment for inspection and I paid up, they did a thorough job of inspecting my VW Polo 2019 😊. The car jockey had digital devices that checked every aspect; painting, tire condition, bodyline, engine, etc. He said they will be uploading all the details in their system and the car will be listed for online bidding. After say an hour or so, they got back to me with a quote which I felt was a little low (maybe owner bias). However, I went ahead with the deal, finished the documentation, and sold it. Money was transferred as committed. However, I had to follow up on the RC transfer twice or thrice to ensure it is done. This is something that they should work on.

They deal as a mediator because car they will provide you to test drive that is from some of the dealers stock. They personally don’t have the stock or anything.
They are working same as any of online platform if you want to sell or buy your cars as a dealer with CARS24 you can register with them they take commissions on every deal.
I have tried so many times the car they showed me after when i sold my car to them that car was from some of the dealer from east delhi
I got to know all this information because one of their driver who came to show me the car only told me and gave me all the information in return of some commission to pass me all the details about the dealer so that i can buy directly from the dealer at cheaper price and in return he will also get benefit

Once sold, they don’t care. (Don’t believe on 6 months warranty)
When i was searching of cars they called like 9 times in a day. I booked 2 3 cars for show around they called me to tell me why they are better than the dealers and what are the plus point i get like 6 months warranty.
I bought car last month end of august. On site it showed the front tires are good to be used for sometimes, i asked the sales personnel will it get through the warranty period. He said yeah easy.
In a week, they both got busted and even spare tyre was unusable. I booked a ticket for 6 months warranty, a personal called me told me they can pickup or if you want you can get the tires changed and they will reimburse.
I did and attached pictures and bill in that ticket. Now its been 4 weeks, i have been updating things and asking things on there app, NO one called.
If you call there customer care, the person will tell the department personal will call you. Then too no one calls you. Sales person says he is talking to the department (same thing which is said on customer care).
And one more thing when tires got busted , i tried changing one with myself but THERE was NO TOOL KIT. The salesperson say they checked and there was. So once sold, they don’t care.
So please check car like hell and get a mechanic to check it. Don’t trust them. They are just selling to makeup with there targets. No after service.

Complete Waste of Time!!!
I wanted to sell a luxury car with them. They called me, checked the car and started a live auction(mostly with dealers). They offered me a price which was 1.5lakhs lower than the general market. I said i will wait. Only once someone contacted to tell me that now the bid has even got lower hence better to sell now. Then there was no follow up or call for 2months and then one fine day i get a call that come again and we will give you a better deal. I told them that i am already in touch but they said its an old assessment so i need a new one. I went to another outlet where they told me that there is no use to get it assessed once again wasting my time and fuel. So, all in all i got a much better deal through OLA with less frustration. One star is for their office in mohali as they offered water atleast. Another unicorn with no strong customer foundation.

Bad Services. Will never choose
I enquired for about a week for a car. No support was available. They keep on giving you contact numbers of new people to talk with and end up with nothing. I finally decided not to buy a car from them seeing there lame responses. Whn asked a Yard Manager from gurgaon reg 2 cars of same model but with different prices, whats the reason, he answered that one might be sold by ram another might be sold by karan so that is why the prices are different. I said that if you dont know the reason then plz say that you dont know or wither you will enquire from your team n then tell me.. but he kept on arguing with me. I called ther another team member then came to know that the diff of price is due to petrol+cng vs only petrol and the KM driven. But seriously such instances have made me 100% averse from cars24. Really poor customer support and liason. I wanted to name that person here, but restrained from doing so. CARS24 has wasted my 7 days and of no use. One thing i will clearly tell, TODAY YOU ARE NOT VALUING YOUR CUSTOMERS, but times will change. ONE DAY YOUR RIVAL WILL COME AND THEN CUSTOMER WILL NOT TREAT YOU.

Unprofessional Team
So i booked a car from car 24 on 21st april by paying 999 Rs which stated that the car is reserved by me for the next 96 hours. A guy called me from the team and said that the car is in greater noida and would take around 2 days to come to Delhi as the driver isn’t available. I agreed upon this. The next day on 22nd april i saw that the car is sold on the app. How can it be sold to someone else when i have a booking for 96 hours. I think these people are week in maths as they don’t know how to calculate 96 hours of time frame. Pathetic service, pathetic application. Wasted my time searching for the car on the application and then chasing the vehicle. The price of the car was above the market price still i chose to go with them because of their brand name which was a huge mistake!

RC transfer issues - pathetic customer service
I have sold my car to cars24 . Initially the transactions were good in terms of inception, documentation and payment release . Post the payment is done to me and when it came for RC transfer the issues has a raised .
The hidden fact here is that the timeline for RC ownership transfer in cars2 is 120 to 180 days. I was really shocked to here this as it was not communicated to me earlier.
It is a concern for me because I was going for a car who’s ex showroom price is less than 10 lakhs.
As per RTA rules if a person is going for a vehicle purchase and he / she is having another vehicle on his name , an extra 2% of road tax will be charged.
In my case it is around 20,000 INR is the extra road tax I need to pay as the RC is still on my name .
Now it is almost 45 days I sold my car to cars24 . The response from the person who handled my car purchase transaction ( she has kept my number under block ) and the customer care is pathetic .They are not giving me any second option and they are saying that I need to wait till the RC get transferred .
Even I have requested to return my and I will pay back , I reply is “NO” as per policy they cannot do it .

Fraud company taking advantage of people’s urgency to sell
Cars24 will buy your car at an extremely low rate and sell it with a huge profit margin in between. If you are not willing to sell close to their expected price they will stop assisting you to sell the car. So here’s what happened, I had paid them to inspect my car at home which they did properly and professionally after that they call you with an offer which is really low, if someone is in a hurry for money they will fall victim to their business strategy. I did not agree to sell my car for the offered price so they told me that my car will be listed on their website after which I got a better offer than the initial one in a days time. I did not agree to that as well. Then they kept calling me everyday to reduce my expected price so I told them that I’ll keep the price as it is but will decide based on the offer I get and may sell once I get a good offer. But the attitude of the RM had changed in the way she spoke and they were not interested as the scope for them making huge profit seamed bleak. So they de-listed my car after a few days without even asking me because I wasn’t ready to lower it to their expected price.

Fraud company with illegal business ethics
Never ever purchase from these frauds. This is real illegal company with illegitimate business ethics. They are real frauds. They sold a car to me saying it as a non accidental car in delhi. But it is an accidental car. When I complained them, they changed the website description, so that they don’t get caught for their malicious intentions. They charged me for a non accidental car and gave me an accidental one and committed fraud to hide their illegal activity.
They are offering me 7000 rupees to close the case now. I have registered a case with consumer court against them and Ankit Ahuja, because he was handling the query.
I have all the proofs with me. Still they told me to do whatever you can, but they will not consider this ahead. Worst customer support, worst company, worst vision mission statements, worst cars and most importantly a big time frauds.

Guys dnt opt for it if u want fair market price for ur car

i took my car to CARS24, they wanted to inspect my car, which was fair enough... they kept me waiting for almost 1 and half hour, after that they started inspecting my car which took almost 30 -40 minutes, later they told me that they will give me a quote for my car once i get an OTP within 45 minutes. OTP came after 3 hours, i contacted them and they give me a quote of nearly half of the price that outside market can give me.. they wasted my 3-4 hours in which i kept aside my some important work because they were reiterating that they will give me very fair price, what i got is a huge DISAPPOINTMENT.
They might do well inspection of ur car with their sophisticated instruments but they wont consider market outside. as they only care about the physical value of it..
Moreover while reselling it they usually keeps the price for same car little higher than even market price... huge paradox.. isn't it ?

Too many hidden terms and conditions
I sold my car to CARS24 and i told them that it will take certain time for me to submit NOC as I have to get it from bank. They said they will hold 30k for NOC due which is very unusual, generally holds 10k and I agreed for that. I have completed all the documentation required and they have handovered the car from me. After handovering the car they are supposed to release the initial delivery payment where they took 10 days to release after several follow ups and escalations. Before initiating the deal, CARS24 team was so friendly, polite and used to contact me regularly. But once my car was handovered there was no response from them. But one thing that should be appreciated is their idea and vision, if it is implemented as planned they could get more applause in this competitive world. Overall Worst experience 👎👎👎

Hoaxing the customers
I was happy to know the way Cars24 works linking C2B (Customers to Business). Everything is well planned and organised except for the price of the car. I had a car which was well good in condition and have never had a problem and was offered 2.95 from the showroom and when the same was bought here, they had given me a price 1.6 which was 1,35,000 lesser than the price offered. I guess Cars24 should give a minimum bid price or should ask the customers for this before bidding out. With the price given I felt I wasted my complete evening for this. Please stop making huge profit and stop the Business from making more money than anybody in the transaction. 2014 December 25th registered car for 1.58. I would buy three if I m given option to buy at this rate rather than sell.
I am giving one extra star for the facility like water, coffee and the friendly staff.

Feedback on service
I visited Cars 24 branch with a lot of hope to sell my car immediately. I paid the visit on 30th June, I was available at branch for ~3-4 hours with no luck. I was informed that, they have encountered a problem with servers and apparently my car auction did not happen. I followed up next day and there was no update, I followed up on 2nd July there was no update . There is no proactive approach by the customer service team and they are heavily dependent on registered buyers/ dealers to buy your car. I felt it was not worth wasting so much of time. I have lost my faith and trust that I had on Cars 24 with this experience. Just a suggestion to everyone do not have high hopes that you will be able to sell your car immediately. Long way to go Cars 24.
