This app doesn't have an Indian access number. If you want to record your calls you have to shell out more money. They have access numbers of USA, Canada and other countries except Indai. You have to make an international call (access number) to record your call. Worthless app. Just wasted INR1999.00 for no reason. I could have rated 0 but since its not permissible I am putting 1 star.

I have updated version of the app. I am using this app to make calls. I have lifetime subscription for the app. The app is not working at all. I am not able to make calls. Everytime I try making a call, it displays “call ended”or says the call can not be connected, please try again later. Tried with mobile data on, Wi-Fi connected. And sometimes it connects, then call is not recorded at all. No call is recorded. Poor app. Poor customer experience. Please help.

To all who are from India, The App relies on a service call numbers. You would call that service number first and then merge the call to the call you want to record so basically a conference call. The app works fine but there are no Indian numbers on that service call so you end up calling international numbers on ISD rates. Please do refund my money as I purchased for lifetime license. Please consider my request. Thanks in advance.

I purchased lifetime subscription But it my biggest mistake .Waste of money .Whenever I need to record incoming calls it need to open app the other person get notifications of recording calls it’s worst .
Moreover in case of outgoing calls First you have to call international then I got response I don’t have sufficient balance for recording…they are kidding guys when I purchase lifetime subscription then how I have insufficient balance???

In the add or heading they claiming that its automatic call recorder, so I purchased it for Rs. 1799/-, but when i try to use it, i come to know thet before calling u have to make a call on international number then add call on the number u want which cost Rs. 8 per minute. So its too much expensive… please explain as u advertising that its automatic call recorder, how can u say its automatic call recorder? You are scamming by wrong advertising with the customers. You should clearly mentioned that its not automatic call recorder, or before record call customer have to make an international call which cost Rs. 8 per minute… do think a any businessman have so much time to make another call before make a every call? Yesterday i have recharged life time subscription Rs 1799 and then only 2 calls was recorded and sudden stop the recording and i have called again,then system voice received me that you have no sufficient balance to recording and also notification received with your balance is 0. If am already taken subscription then why need to keep balance for recording? Please advise, Otherwise i want to say that this app is really worst app ever in my life. Only 2 calls recording and for this i have incurred expenses Rs 1799 for this aap

This is really worst app. I bought recorder for lifetime and paid for it. But still now when i dial an outgoing call to record it ends as soon as i dial, its not working. For incoming call you need to answer first then hold it and then dial from the app and then merge the call, its too long and also you get charged for international calls + conference calls on your phone bill.
It gets way too expensive. Apple really need to work for such app makers for false and misleading information as well as charging for not working apps.
I need my money back or want the app to work again 😡😡😡😡

I have spent 1800 rupees to buy it. But it is not
doing recording at all. It can record outgoing call
but voice will be break and not so clear.
For incoming call it ask us to put that call first on
hold and then dial a access number which is not
an Indian number it's international number. And
developers says our network provider will charge
us for that access international number. So that
mean for recording any incoming call we have to
pay international calling charge.
Thats so ridiculous
Even if I try to record an incoming call by doing so
it ask to wait till your call to access number will get
connect and then merge the call. Even though that
never get connect and incoming call never get
connect.
Its simply meaning that they are recording our call
on some international platform. So there may be
safty and issue of your personal informations to
get leak.
This all did not work for me my all 1800 gone
waste I want my money beck

Purchased app to record call but it is of not use. Don’t record incoming calls and and to record outgoing call when you call a person through this app every time on opponents phone it shows different calling number. It doesn’t show your original calling number. So how can this app we should use. And even it is very slow through app call gets connected very late and voice is not clear. Trying to cancel the subscription but its not showing any option. Why should pay 1800 rs if it took 20rs to record call over 1 min, useless app. Trying to contact help support no one is responding. I want to cancel subscription rightnow and want my money back.

This app is the most illogical one I ever came across. For every incoming call, you need to put the caller on hold and dial an international number (with exorbitant call rates) and then merge the call. Now, who on the Earth does that to record a call. Even for outgoing, one needs to dial from within the app. Can the developer tell what's automatic here? Also there's a false claim by them that it works without internet but in the application, it says "Internet is required". Apple should take action on their misleading description. I want a full refund please.

I am completely not satisfied with the app, i would really appreciate if you guys can provide refund. Downloaded around a month ago and but never got to use it, when trying to use it since a week it is giving me troubles. Despite of the response after many days the developer did not even contacted me. It is something like robbing the customers money. Please do not install this app or buy the subscription.
I am waiting for the reply, its been long back i wrote the review asking for refund. There should be minimum courtesy to attend the customers review. This is not the way of working.

Thought of purchasing this app and paid for one time/Lifetime subscription in order to get rid of the monthly subscription. When I tried to record a call just to check, I got to know that in order to record a call you will have to make an international call via app and then it puts the other call on hold and then you will have to merge both calls in order to record. Sadly the international call is a chargeable number. It means you will have to pay extra everytime you record a call. Plus when you try to call from app it doesn’t record. Extremely disappointed.

Initially it was working fine but with lot of glitches , it automatically closes the app while working and later on No calls where even dialed with it . Furthermore the incoming calls recorder a total wastage. There was no free trial as well no notifications . No app support is working. If possible I have wasted my money on this app . Please refund it or give me some solution. Because if you can’t keep the customer happy do not expect like wise.

App call recording is corrupting every second call are 75 percent is crashing and no audio records are in the files as well as i have purchased a full version of it and at every week its renew automatically with new rentals w.f…. And now its not connecting the call and also not taking the numbers from contact list you have to mannually dial the numbers🤬🤬😬😬😬😬

Today I registered the app in my iPhone 11 Pro but when I am trying to call outgoing from the app , it says “ sorry we cannot connect your call , try again later “ I tried several times but no use. Also when I am trying to call and record incoming calls the app is insisting to call an international number which I have to pay extra money.
This app says you can record incoming any outgoing calls but seems the app is not worth as mentioned , can you please refund my amount.

I have spent 1800 rupees to buy it. But it is not doing recording at all. It can record outgoing call but voice will be break and not so clear.
For incoming call it ask us to put that call first on hold and then dial a access number which is not an Indian number it’s international number. And developers says our network provider will charge us for that access international number. So that mean for recording any incoming call we have to pay international calling charge.
Thats so ridiculous
Even if I try to record an incoming call by doing so it ask to wait till your call to access number will get connect and then merge the call. Even though that never get connect and incoming call never get connect.
Its simply meaning that they are recording our call on some international platform . So there may be safty and issue of your personal informations to get leak.
This all did not work for me my all 1800 gone waste I want my money beck
Main backdrop is incoming call where we have to put call on hold that is rediculous and calling on international access number for recording is also an issue

This is the worst ever app in the history of call recording app’s. If we need to record an outgoing call we need to use it’s dialer and internet connection should be on , for incoming call some entire different procedure is there . I mean who in their right minds would come up with such a disgrace of a app. It’s a con!!!! The developers of these apps have never known the use of call recorders , even if I keep a tape recorder or some other phone’s recorder on while using loud speakers during call is a better option than using this Ghatiya app. Lesson learnt , all cheap things may not be good sometimes.

This app shows complelty different thinks before purchase highlighting wrong features with incorrect app name.
App name says - Automatic Call Recorder but you need to do each and every thing manually.
If you call someone you even don’t get that you are connected with someone or not or call have been placed or not or shoeing busy tone nothing is working just internet call ring you can listen.
For outgoing call you can’t connect directly first you need to open app and connect some international call which is bot getting connected shows you don’t have balance to call and the worst part is in between you last callers will show your call is busy and directly or indirectly you are giving details that you have connected someone on another call which makes this actual use of app useless.
You can’t connect everytime automatically just 1 hours back before this review post i have purchased lifetime membership of 1799 and now i have raise refund request with apple as this is completely useless for me and for my purpose of using and paying this app.
I hope team will refund my money back and i request developer please provide genuine details so that users can understand the product then they can purchase. (Show details in app not in terms and conditions)

I am unable to record my incoming calls by using those access numbers and it is saying that u don’t have enough balance I couldn’t understand what is this app like I purchased life time subscription first I have to answer the call and open the app to start calling international number for this operator says I have insufficient balance to dail this Call it ends up howI am supposed to record calls in such a twisted way waste of money

This app says automatic that is nowhere. It’s a fraud or not I’m not sure but totally useless app. If you want to record incoming call then you need to call international number which is charged which we can’t imagine. If you want to call from the app then caller will receive calls from unknown numbers or Truecaller says it’s fraud number so that is also no point calling because people will not answer unknown number. Please help developer of this app. I need a reply from you at least.

when i try recording an incoming call, no record calls icon pops up on the screen. What’s the point of going to the app. Putting the person on hold n then it gets to a calling number n then connects the two calls with the merger. Who ever said this is an easy app, is wrng. U waste 1 min doing all of this . I just downloaded an paid a lifetime subscription. Kindly refund my money .

To record incoming call why someone need to open the app and the app makes another call to some other number and asks you to merge both calls to record it. In that way the other person whom you are talking to will get to know that you are making a conference call as it displays in their phone saying conference call. Please fix this issue asap. The app should run behind and record all your incoming and outgoing calls whenever you enable call recording option.

Hi, I’d like to request you to kindly refund the subscription amount that has been charged on my account for this app called “Acr call recorder”. I never even used this app, and I deleted this app days before this amount got debited from my account!! Is there a system Apple has or not to at least check if the app exists on the user’s phone before debiting the money for that subscription. And now I have to chase Apple support for a refund when I didn’t even have that app on my phone!!

A Good App for Outgoing Calls with A Good Sound Clarity.
For incoming calls the merging logic first of all as per my understanding gives an intuition to the person that his call will be recorded which is not helpful for obvious reasons the other thing is i am from India and there is no number access for the Same and also may charge for international calls.
Request the developer to find a better incoming call logic. Outgoing calls are recorded fantastically.
Also provide a mail id / number where we can communicate our individual issues.
FINALLY, A RECORDING APP THAT ACTUALLY WORKS.

Downloaded and purchased a LIFETIME subscription straightaway. This seems to be the only app of its kind that actually works. It’s “Made in India” by an Indian too. The only distraction is the intermittent beeps. I hope the beeps will be removed in subsequent updates. I hope the LIFETIME subscription is really a ONE-TIME subscription payment and not ANNUAL. Great job, Mr. Arun Nair.

Every time you start recording you need to open the app then dial the access number which shows your primary call on hold then you need to merge the call so it will show to other end as conference call and more of that you need balance to dial access number and that access numbers list doesn’t contain India in it
So this is waste of money

I downloaded this app after giving my debit card details. On 2nd day I paid life membership charges. Even after paying life membership charges weekly payment of Rs 599/ was again deducted from my card. No contact number is available to reach out the developer or the company. Pl apply at your own risk
After 4 days - Condition is same . Developer had sent me link for refund. Link says “This purchase does not meet the condition for a refund”
My request to developer-
1. To refund my weekly subscription.
2. To confirm that further deductions would not be made.

I have purchased lifetime subscription of this app by mistake. Now When I used it i found it to be the worst. On an outgoing call, only the other person’s voice is being recorded. Not mine. And on an incoming call, first I have to answer the call and then open the app to start calling an international number. For this the operator says I have insufficient balance to dial this call. And it ends up. How am I supposed to record calls in such a twisted way. Wasted my 1600 bucks on this bogus app. Why do I need to open this app when I receive any call. Why this app has been named automatic cal recorder when I have to do everything manually!!! Moreover nothing can be recorded because this app needs to make an international number to merge calls with an incoming call.

During this period, I was not able to download the recording as it always showed some error in adding the file to google drive. Now the application is asking for payment for the recordings I have made in the free trial period.

This app doesn’t seem to work properly with my device. For the outgoing call recording it fails to make a call every time properly and I have to do the call again. For incoming call the phone sometimes keep the person on the other side on a hold for very long. This is not what I expected. I assumed it to be automatic call recorder rather than I doing it every time. I have also paid a hefty amount of INR 1599 of which I want my refund. Please help me with the refund process since it is not shown on the app on how to get refund.

It is inconvenient to record incoming calls. As there is no access number for India and every time I’m getting charged for dialing our an international number! It would be better if this app records all the calls automatically without manual intervention or merging the calls as it is not user friendly and also the person on the other line gets to know that I’m recording his call. Also I’m unable to place a request for refund as it says there is no refund for this app. I took the subscription for lifetime but not happy with the hidden t&c at all.

First of all it is of no use without subscription. Even when I got subscribed the calls didn’t connect properly and got disconnected immediately. Unfortunately I couldn’t unsubscribe within trial period.
After it got deducted subscription fees of 700₹ for 7 days which is very very huge amount for this waste app, I unsubscribed from App Store. It said I can use it till the subscription date is there, but when I opened the app to use it for atleast paying the subscription fees, this stupid app again asking for subscription.

I have downloaded the app today thereby paying lifetime amount but afterwards I came to know that I will be charged to call ISD numbers as there is no local Indian number available.
Moreover it is easy to record outgoing call but during incoming call we need to 1st open the app and then make a call which gives clear message to calling person that we are trying to merge the call with message that your call is on hold.
Can you please support and guide for above two issues else kindly refund my amount as it is useless for me?

I subscribed and charged 849 INR. I installed app in IPhone X with latest OS. When i tried to call any number it’s showing an US number to make call first and not connected as no balance for making ISD calls in my phone. As per my understanding app should have india access number to record calls which is not there in access number list. Can this problem solve ASAP? Otherwise please refund my money as i am feeling like cheated as there was no trial period to make sure app is working in phone before subscription.
