The maintenance of the game is very long, it’s never been completed on the time mentioned and the time always extends. How do the developers expect people to play when the game is not accessible for more than 9 hours!!
Furthermore, way too many issues with the app... half of the time it doesn’t work on wi-fi and the other half it doesn’t work on data. No point spending any money on the game but a good game for free play!

Having to do 9 1 hour adventures every day to be able to get the last UST ticket is ridiculous. It takes 12 1 hour adventures to get 50k cakes a day and not everybody has the time to do adventures. You’re not even guaranteed a NEW unit. And that only counts for the 600,000 new year cakes reward. If you want to fully complete it (800,000 cakes) it’s way worse. 800,000/(about 700 cakes/adventures)= 1,143 adventures needed. 1,143/20 days for campaign=57 adventures per day. 57/5 available slots= having to login minimum 11 times per day every single day to complete the entire New Years event.

new update has made the game too Grind oriented and less fun please buff characters as opposed to zenkai awakening. Also drop rates are extremely poor so there’s no incentive to spend cc, many laggers and cheaters on pvp!

as stated PvP is full of chinese laggers and hackers
In one match you and other player play without any lag and get good match and in other match lag in full match, you can't do any attack and other player keeps on attacking and and charging. 90% of time in pvp i only get these laggers.
And if you quit battle then they will punish you instead of that laggers (this is the reason this game doesn't even deserve 1 star)
If there are actuall problem with other player's network then why ones with better network gets all the punishment, pathetic decision by developers for their incompetence.
In short Download it and either don't play pvp (and miss great rewards) or have lagger/hacks as hackers gets rewards and genuine users gets punished.

I have been playing this from season 2 , the gameplay is fine but , I had to write this review to you becuz I did six summons in step up and got 5 freebies for sp guaranteed but in the sp guaranteed , I just got a sparking character which is not even featured and in the step up summons in all of the six summons I just got ex and hero and not even one featured ex or sp , I hope u will fix as I tried my best and today itself I collected 2 k chrono crystals and got nothing good in return plz fix this as I truly love this game . Also I am facing the same issues that the other users have mentioned in pvp

It’s an amazing game overall and I really love to play the story and getting new characters but recently it has been very frustrating with the game crashing so often. Most of the times it crashes during “Summon” (90% of the time) and sometimes during a story mode fight.
The “connecting” at the start of the game also takes a lot of time even when i have full net speed. Please fix these issues.

This is a good game to play with amazing animations. The main feature of this game PVP needs to be fixed. Lots of lags and most of the time it doesn’t connect to a real person. I suggest bot to spend money on chrono crystals till they fix PVP which is the main feature. Giving one star rating as the main feature is crap. Hope to see it fixed soon.
