I am using this app since one year. It is really amazing. It helps me in my regular Riyaz as well as while teaching to my students. Even I performed more than one hour with NaadSadhana in small home functions too whn tabalji was unable to reach. I am using the same for Indian classical semi classical devotional.. light music etc. it gives me realistic feelings. And I really loved that.

This app is not only for practice, but also an inspiration to me as a computer scientist. Being an enthusiast in Indian classical music, i would say this app is my own pocket ‘Sangatkar’, whom I can take with me always, and I don’t need to worry even if I don’t have a support instrument. I am extremely happy with this purchase, and I believe each and every penny I spent in it is 100% worth, provided I am a true music lover.

I enjoyed a lot while doing riyaz with this app. Its an amazing riyaz app. But i think for indian market the pro version is very highly priced and that too for a subscription based model. To give a context, an electronic tanpura and tabla combo costs around 7-8k indian rupees. It simply doesn’t make much sense to invest in this app simply bcoz one its a subscription based model ( probably wont work in india ) and two the price is too high for most Indians. I would really consider buying if there is a lifetime access for a fair price.

Does not specify that it is trial version. Also unable to explore full features. To top it all it is asking for subscription @3449 rupees per year which may seem ok for those earning in dollars. But majority of Indians with middle class background cannot afford the recurring cost. Sorry developers you are talented but it doesn’t help those who are not rich.

Hi Naadsadhna Team,

I tried mailing you but the emails gave undelivered error so now writing here.

I opted for a month long trial of Naadsadhna and today played my Bansuri along with it. . The tabla and Manjiri started getting jittery after some time. I played it again after restarting, and again after restarting my iPad, but this kept happening . My iPad was connected over the Bluetooth and was kept only 3meters away. There was no issue because of Bluetooth connection as all the Other similar applications, including your Tanpura, were working perfectly. I tried teentaal and then Bhajani, both started into the jitter or unrhytmic vibrations after few minutes of playtime.

PLEASE fix this on an urgent basis as I am keen to continue after my free trail is over.

Also please add Keherwa taal whenever possible .

Looking forward to the requested improvement.

I use it for my Daily riyaaz (practice), I use it to perfect my pitch, to enhance techniques of sustained notes, and to minimise my mistakes. I use it in cabs too (I practice raag’s notes on the harmonium / keyboard section of the app where the wrong notes are automatically eliminated to help musicians understand raags better. I urge anyone who loves music to download the app, purchase it because it is totally worth it. You can use it on the stage knowing that it will be a “trusted companion”.
