I would gladly give 5stars for the content , but I wouldn’t because the app freezes and the video goes black on pausing for 45 secs or more. This means i have to relaunch the app EVERYTIME I pause and look into my notes!!!

Worst app and worst executive support
They just deduct the money and keep on throwing your concern from one support executive to another. No one solves the issue and the money is deducted though. They have 1000 technical glitches.

Sir is the best!
I started watching his lectures when prepladder gave away a free session during the lockdown. I loved it so much that I subscribed to prepladder a week later. And it never disappointed me. Everyone knows he is the best in pharma. Apart from it, he is a wonderful person who takes out his valuable time to solve your queries and also gives you tips on studies when you ping him. Finding a teacher like him who helps students and replies to them for every single query isn’t easy.

About the app
Whenever we minimise/background the app( as when a phone call comes or when we open other apps,keeping the grg app in background), the app gets reset when we reopen it from background.
I get lost of which minute of video i was watching. I have to open app,go search for the video again and then slide and search at which minute I was watching.
Please fix this issue.

The subtitles and topic division
In the updated lecrtures,no subtitles can be switched on .
Also the topic division with time in discription used to be very helpful . Kindly don’t remove those features.

Intentionally slow videos
Credit hour is only 150 hrs.
Videos loading for premium ones are extremely slow, not just slow, can't even play on 1mbps speed of wifi.
Why did you make it extremely slow to watch the premium lectures?
Dr. Najeeb premium lecture costs only 10 USD for unlimited hours and smoothly viewable videos.
Appreciate your lectures but difficult to watch even after paying more than 50 USD.

Obviously a good effort to make pharm a pretty subject. With lots of mnemonic and hints, almost every one of them from the review book. But the main hindrance is that it does not cover a lot of points regarding special uses, adverse effects, commonly asked way of questions... More useful for 2nd year university exams, rather than the pg entrance exams.

When I launch the app to watch a video , two videos start simultaneously and then nothing can be heard. Same video in inset mode starts and result is two audios playing. Kindly fix the bug. I would love to change the star rating if you could fix this problem asap.

Doubts not getting cleared.
They claim of solving your doubts within 24 hours but in reality it doesn’t happen.
Even in a week they don’t reply and then customer care also know the way to talk.
Content good but can’t be thought of complete alternative to live classes, not all the topics covered.

Can’t Register and Login
I am trying to register and see how is the app and buy the package from the day the app had released. I have written emails to the supporting staff regarding the problem showing that when I try to register it shows “please check your internet connection”. I use iPhone 7plus. Updated iOS and updated app. How should I get started?
