Do not go by the reviews on Google (Maps), those are just their people who increased the rating,

Read the reviews and you will understand.

No proper management by the Warden, water system is broken for almost 2 weeks, told it will be fixed in 3-4 days, no one came and who knows where they are taking water from now.

Warden just knows how to give justification and no solution.

On the 26 July 2023,, individuals claiming to be the owners of the buildings cut off electricity and internet services in Wing A of stanza living Libreville house (SLLH) at approximately 9:30 am to 10:00 am. Regrettably, there was no responsible person from SLLH present on-site, except, a newly appointed Resident Captain, who seemed unsure of how to handle the situation. The events of the day unfolded as follows: Electricity and internet services were unavailable from 10:30 am until 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm, with the backup generator also not functioning. No representatives from SLLH were present to communicate with the so-called owners. The owners locked all three buildings, leaving us with no option but to seek shelter under the Sarjapur flyover during rain. As there was no resolution in sight, we were compelled to involve the police to regain entry into the buildings. Homeless for several hours, we were eventually given a tentative date of 10th August 2023 by the owners to vacate the premises. Shockingly, when we managed to access the property with police assistance, and residents caption from Stanza Living Shofia House, displayed an unprofessional and unsympathetic attitude. This behavior is unacceptable and has further added to our distress. Furthermore, this unfortunate incident is part of a series of troubling events. The owners had previously attempted to evict us on June 12, 2023, and a week later pasted the same notice, demanding we vacate. On July 20th and again on July 26th, they locked the premises without providing a satisfactory resolution.

1.(food) Food is below average when i pay 9k(chapati is like eating rubber,insects in food,rats in kitchen)

2.(security)They take security of 4 or 5k.good but if you see there was a murder in the house by a girl last month and the death body was taken out infront of me after my breakfast done from staircase.

3.(water)The pH of the water changes.once’s i felt ill

4.(maintenance) They take 4k of maintenance and at end if they found any damage of amenities they will deduct amount from deposit

5. (Events)There will be no event and small events like playing bgmi,caroom,table pool held(this games are online don’t think offline except carrom).The manager gets the amount but not conducted event(like holy)

You may get alone or cornered or targeted if you came as new or first year or with no friend.

If you think this is lying then just ask to the residents living their.

They create policy and some how trap to you for next year.don’t believe on the discounts if you try to extend your contract

Hello Everybody,

I’m a current resident at Gowlidoddy Hyderabad’s managed apartment by Stanza and I’d like to warn and inform about the pathetic service offerings by stanza whenever there is an issue.

They have a worst application to raise tickets which no one responds properly.

There’ll be no way to follow up and escalate a concern on the raised ticket.

There’ll be no way to contact customer support over a call.

You’ll be facing the issue for days and weeks

But if you’re near to the monthly rent payment date., all of a sudden a representative will reach you somehow asking for rent.

Hence., please re-think and in my opinion they’re most overrated and you’ll find a cheaper PG or equivalent full furnished flats around.

From what it looks like and what they market , it is not at all worth the premium you pay.

I am a resident since 3 months at Stanza Living Murcia (Chennai) and writing this review.

Food : Menu keeps getting changed from what is mentioned in the application.

Tea / Coffee machines are broken and one needs to use a spoon to pour it into glass. Which is unhygienic.

No Spoons to eat, what so ever.

House Keeping : if anything goes wrong, it takes weeks to fix it. Be it AC not working or the worst, it took 3 weeks to broken geyser to fix, so the complete facility had no hot water.

I’m a resident of stanza Carmen house for past 1.8 years and these guys don’t even have customer support for existing customers which is irritating. I raised a concern to the particular resident captain and the manager is giving lethargic and humiliating response. These guys are simply bluffing if we are raising a concern.Stanza is okay but the way of staff interaction and customer service is extremely gross.

This is my first review on App Store and didn’t expect it to be negative, but it is what it is.

Stayed in Bolten house, Hyderabad.

Sandhakan house, Hyderabad.

The experience is too worse to describe.

There isn’t a single thing good about these hostels.

I stayed for 2yrs during which the food wasn’t eatable.

I paid 8k for everything and had to eat outside everyday.

None of our problems will be considered, and the customer support, they are trying to win worse prize.

The staff doesn’t have knowledge about their own hostels.

I raised almost 4 tickets regarding my security refund and none of them are answered and one them was closed by the management without even informing me. I vacated in June 4th but I was charged and additional of 581/- till June 7th.

And during my stay, there was even a drunk stanza employee who came to a fight with students in sandhakan house at midnight.

So yeah, go for it if you want to loose your security and money.

They have good space but very high prices and the services offered will not be available as the advertise, the smart lock doesn't work, housekeeping doesn't come at all, they don't tell you about the hidden charges. I was told about the 400 Ruppes extra after signing the contract and after the rent and advance was taken, they force you to pay or tell you that u can't on board and you'll get a fine of 4000 Ruppes. Fraud is what I call this company does. The show u attractive prices but when u ask about the tennure u want the property for they sky rocket the price. I don't know what and how they manage to do so. If there's anyone seeing this never go for stanza living . I'm regretting I hope non of you guys have to face this.

Hi i am a resident at stanza Amrillo house hyderabad.

i have payed my monthly bills before time.. because of some glitch in this app it showed my payment got failed.. after few days when i enquired my bank i got to know my payment was successful and hence there was no case or failed transaction reversal. i have raised my concern regarding this and constantly looking for customer care support but didn’t get even a single call from stanza’s end. instead they have cut down my internet and other facilities even though technically my dues are clear.. with no options left i am raising this issue over here with a hope that stanza notices this and assist me..

I stay in one of the properties of stanza and the condition is horrible

There’s no water in tank most of the times

And our property doesn’t have hot water service from past 22 days and the residents have been falling sick.

The RCs give excuses as if it actually needs 22 days to fix the water geyser.

There’s no management in this property and RCs say that the higher authority is not responding and is asking us to mail the property owner, we are paying to stanza not to the owner and if it’s management is our responsibility then what are we actually paying for ??

I am a resident of Stanza Shanghai House Bellandur Bangalore. Stanza has a model where RCs (property caretakers) looking after each property and food, cleaning, wifi and hiring working staff etc. So ideally when you have an issue you raise a ticket on app for a complaint and it goes to the RCs to be resolved . But here the issue in business model is that all the tickets go to the RCs which is not good. Let me explain, so the budget to manage food and consumables in the stanza goes to RCs and here is where the problem is. Now RCs continually deplete the quality of food and number of cleaning staff etc (probably to cut cost and shave out some amount in budget for themselves). This leads to problems such as quality of food and they would ask you to take 1 egg or 1 gulab jamun or less chicken etc which is nowhere mentioned in the policy. Now when you complain the ticket goes to the RC who is the root for all the problems, and what do they do? They just reply to the ticket that this wont happen again and close the ticket. And I think this is the worst model ever: giving the ticket to the same person who is responsible for it. You feel so trapped that you write your problems in the app review. Curd is thin….you can’t do anything, you are getting one egg….you cant do anything, curd is not there…..you cant do anything, jam finished…..you cant do anything. The food is bad here and its not because of stanza but because of people managing the food and PGs.

I was a resident of Stanza Living Chatham House. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! These people DO NOT REFUND the security money back. I have mailed operations team several times, they just send a mail that they will revert bacl in 2 working days but nothing happens after that. The resident captain does not reply back. It is been more than 45 days but no refund yet. Already provided my bank details but no use! These guys just say that they have escalated the case but no processing after that. No confirmation no proof no mail literally NOTHING! This is a last warning to you guys. If I do not get my refund in next 3 working days, i will file SUIT in CONSUMER COURT for mental harrassment and all the expenses will be beared by Stanza Living.

Hello,

So i was staying in Stanza Living Zurich House where the service was really poor. There was no hygiene & no proper cleanliness maintained also the food was never suffucient for all the residents there. To add to it, one fine day they decided to shut the property & gave us the deadline to shift to another pg within a week in a city like Bengaluru. There was no proper communication or help from the persons incharge during this whole process.

So i had to shift to their other property which was Stanza Living Frankfurt House.

After two months i vacated that property & its been 4months since then & i still haven’t received part amount of my security deposit which they assured will be credited after the room audit.

The people incharge in these property have no knowledge, no experience & there’s no professionalism.

The person incharge just lied to me about the whole refund part & just denied the whole conversation after i vacated the property.

I still have whatsapp chats which shows they commiting to me about the refund amount.

Also, they don’t respond to mails & calls which basically means that you’re trapped & there isn’t any way out.

had a worst and very horrible experience with stanza living apartments in Hyderabad(and that too despite the fact that we were paying rent which was well above prevailing rents in the market). perhaps the worst co-living service providers in the country. their sales team, operations team and admin team are highly inefficient, lacks integrity and have no knowledge how to do handle customers grievances. the so called services(maid, Wi-Fi, security etc etc) provided by them is not at all up to the mark and definitely doesn’t commensurate with amount they charge from customers. their customer service helpline never works and mails aren’t never responded too. and biggest task is to get the security deposit back once someone vacate their property. they start showing their true colours at that time. would never ever recommend anyone to chose stanza even as their prospective accommodation.

I’ve living here for 7+ months here and it has been a lot easier! You get all the facilities and the staff is also very friendly and helpful! Any issues there have been were solved immediately! The facility is also quite homely. The food has also gotten better. There’s quite a variety for food options. Definitely should go for it if you are new in the city and a student like me. It’s easier to manage settling in.

Would recommend it a 100%.

I am living in Nuremberg House, Delhi. I had thought the rent, since it’s inclusive of all the services like food, laundry, housing keeping and internet, was reasonable.

That was also one of the major reasons, I did not rent a flat for a cheaper price and opted to a rent a room with stanza.

However my experience has been quite bad with them,

1. the food served is very bad (i have started skipping meals because its such a bad experience),

2. the laundry service is so irregular that I have only been able to give it 4 times ( I have been living here for 3 months, and laundry is supposed to go out twice a week),

3. Housekeeping again has been irregular (it was supposed done on alternate days, that hasn’t happened).

4. The internet speed is very slow.

So basically all the services that are being offered (and the reason I opted for this place) are non-existent in practice.

Definitely not opting for this place again.

Himanshu and his entire staff really greated me well and the space was all set for me before i arrived. Food quality was good as compared to other pgs in and around my area. I must say that they have really done a very good job right from onboarding to maintaining hygiene to solving all the related issues.

I am a resident of Stanza Living Sonoma House in Tavarekere road.

I have never been into a co-living/pg kind of a space so while opting for it I was spectical but the property manager Himanshu made the onboarding and the whole stay with sonoma house worth.

I really love the way himanshu manages the whole property he is a polite & very humble person and is always there for any requirement you have making my stay here amazing.

The property is always neat n clean, room cleaning by Arjun bhai is really admireable her is always there on one call.

I will give 5/5 stars to Himanshu for managing it so effectively & for always being there for any qery or concerns and being prompt in resolving them.

I am resident at this place from past 2 months and they will just show you the demo room while visiting and once you get the actual room it has no sunlight, cockroach all over the place, no mobile network specially for people using voda and airtel, my room is nearby reception area and there are people making noise till 2 in the morning, daytime there is staff and manager shouting neither uou get good sleep nor you can work or attend meetings peacefully. When you ask for room change they don’t have room bứt every single day there are new people joining and they have rooms for them. I keep on telling them to change my room but no-one is there to listen. Only positive point is for north Indians food is good or sometimes manageable. And room cleaning service is good. I have been living here for almost 6+months now and i have enjoyed my stay over here, staying away from home it is obvious that you need that homely vibe and environment and stanza provides you that you get your personal space and the ambiance and the captains here support and are always there for you when needed which gives you the homely pleasure.

Food here is way better when compared to others pgs and the added advantage of live kitchen and inbuilt cafe is like cherry on the cake.

They offer pathetic services once they will tell you that rent will be low at the time of boarding they will charge you 1000 rupees extra and also raise up the price in contract once you are at the home with all your luggage. If you raise a dispute they will tell you will receive a refund but you never did and if you paid to them deposit and rent of first month they will not going to change anything. The sales people are so tactic and say lies.I only wanted to stay in their springbok house brookfield, bangalore property for only 3 months.

The sales guy named aiswaary told me i can redeem my deposit of 14k in 2nd and 3rd month rent. But the rc niranjan changed their word in 2nd month only and asking me full amount to be paid .

Also they use harsh words to my partner also and was misbehaving with her telling scanning was not done for food even when it was done.

Only once you login only they behave properly and u can never trust this management.

Once we mail also about such issues the management just sends a automated mail of a ticket raised and they never respond to you properly.

Dont get cheated by them,just get to some other genuine stays.

Do not agree with 1 year contract if you agree with 1year contract after that u cannot do anything in that entire 1year.

And whenever we said something about are problems she will listen but never do work on that totally unprofessional.

It make such a huge promises in front of parents of providing good food and other facilities but in reality they don’t even consider the complains made by the students. They provide such an unhealthy food which makes the student suffer from different diseases. I came dehradun to reside in the hostel from Haryana and it became the worst decision throughout my entire life. They do not provide proper cleaning into the rooms and ask for unconsidered high amount of fees . I came to Ahmedabad to hive my CA final exams. This is nowhere near to what it is shown in photos. They don’t even give door mat. They neither have some balcony or free apace in room to hang personal washed clothes!! Overall the experience was not at all good! Entire team behaves with irresponsibility. Beds are tooo small, like in winter your blanket will fall from bed and would wipe the floor! Also the kitchen area is not at all hygienic, they don’t even keep tissue papers over there!! I was skeptical when my friend said, Stanza has smart rooms. Everything is smart these days but he was actually right. My stay has been great. I have stayded at PGs and the shabby rooms and constant struggle for a good meal caused anxiety, affected my studies and general health.
