See the problem is that i love this game and used to play it in my other phone and now that my phone changed i downloaded it and it just doesn’t start after the owl and letter and everything it just keeps loading i tried reinstalling it, and almost everything one could possibly think of so please help me!!!

Please developers either u remove the energy system or reduce the time for on energy because we have to wait every time to play next levels which makes the game BORING

This is a great app but it needs some improvements. The energy is too less. The rest Is great!!

The fact that i like this game is because it gives knowledge about Hogwarts but problem is about the time it takes to refill the energy. It takes 100 mins to refill the whole energy for a beginner.

The energy limit is low and even if you finish one class, you find your energy bar depleted and cant play for hours which is annoying. Please increase energy levels

always when i goes to the charm class to learn Alohmora there are no blue lights on things so i can't learn alohmora

Hogwarts is so beautiful and I love that all common rooms are different. But, a first year has Defence Against the Dark Arts and Herbology and history of magic. So just that.

This game is way way too awesome. I am the biggest fan of Harry Potter and this Game.But, there are two things I have biggest problems with, the first one, it takes 240 mins to be full refilled for me as I am in the 4th year but still have 33 energy so it takes 240 mins for my energy to refilled. Plz expand my energy bar or less the time as it takes four mins for each energy or else u can keep the time as it is just add more energy to it like 4 mins = 4 energy or 2 energy, other player will also have a benefit so plz check this issue and second one is, as u keep the events for 5 days or 6 days so plz keep the adventures too for 5 to 6 days as it will be a excellent benefit for the players and me, as a player or a fan of this game I am requesting u, because few days ago only I kept playing the game for half of my morning from 5 o’clock till 8 or 9am and I had a adventure of the patronus charm I was at the end on the last task and my energy was finished. Today only I went in settings and in the option help I just contacted ur department of Jam city and they said that they will respond to my request in 48 hours!! Plz do it a little fast as a adventure is going on and I am stuck on the first task because of my attributes plz plz do something I have never completed any of the adventures this is my last chance plz plz do something!!! Still I gave it 5 stars as I am the biggest fan of the game I love it very very much. Do something😊😊😇😌

This is the best game in the WORLD. I had downloaded the game on my grandma’s ipad but I could not play cuz I live in Another country. The only 3 that bothers me are: the energy takes up sooooooooo much rime to refill. If it was 1 or 2 mins it would have been good.

The other thing is that it takes a lot of time to get to year 2. I don’t know how i can reach astronomy class in year 6.

The ghird thing is they don’t gove lots of gems and i cant buy pets cuz they need 30 40 50 or 60 notebooks. And we cant go to other dorms of different houses. Im in Gryffendor. I chose that cuz in my school my house is red and gryffendor is also red.

Whenever i was playing this game and do a task the game crashes and again i had to begin with that task it happen 6 to 7 times please improve this stability and help me.

I would have given the game 5 stars as it is my first game but, when I entered the second new year of mine when the speech is ended it does not start after all whenever I want to start it ends and I am at the home screen and please do something about it and if I want to change the game to another device my all progress will be gone how can I bring the same progress on the other device please help..

After updating my iPhone to the latest ios 12 the game keeps getting stuck at various levels.. started playing the quidditch part and it’s stuck at the meet penny task and just does not move forward!! Game automatically closes down... plz work on this .... n btw did not have any problem with my previous update.... don’t know if this is a problem with the game or the Apple update

The game is very nice. But there is one issue. The energy level is far too low. I think you should keep it at thirty two not twenty six.It’s too low. You won’t be able to play much. To complete a lesson you need five stars. But there is only twenty six percent of energy. So it takes ages to complete that one lesson. And you need to wait for hours for it to recharge your energy again. If you want to buy energy, you have to give away TWENTY HARD EARNED GEMS!! Just for ten points of energy and to buy a decent amount of gems you need to spend quite a lot of money. My parents bought me just ten gems because I insisted.Because just ten gems costs 320 INR. If you want to buy twenty it’s 520 INR. But other than all that you get full Hogwarts experience.

The game keep on crashing started to loose interest in it. Will be installing it soon if things keep up like this. The game was interesting initially but certain things are rigged up and illogical time to complete certain events. But major issue is game keep crashing. Hope u guys will fix it up else will be feeling disappointed to discontinue such a long association with the game.

It was great until it started crashing.After 9th chapter of 1st year u have to go to great hall and then it will start crashing no matter which smartphone u have it is really frustrating and stupid game i have ever seen in my entire life.

I was about finish my 2nd year first class before that Dumbeldore gave a speech and it instantly crashes please see to it

The game is interesting and holds on the edge of your seat in every choice. It’s very interactive and the part where you chose your own story is epic. But as I have finished year one, I started year two. But every time I come to the part where dumbledore finishes his opening speech and the feast starts, a chicken flickers on the plate and I end up on my home screen. Please look into the matter as I want to explore the cursed vaults. Thank you.

I love this game soo much it made me so happy because when I finished the series I was happy but very sad I couldn’t enjoy it anymore and I’m not good at re reading so this game brought that feeling back it’s just that there are to many blue tappity things and it take to long to recharge maybe one energy per minute will do good but it’s still great.

I love this game I could have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t because of the number of glitches. I am in year 2 and in the opening feast of year 2 it doesn’t complete. The food comes on the table then the game stops working. If not for this I would have given 5 stars

This game is very bad.I recommend you don’t download this game. I crashes every time I click the last sentence of professor Dumbledore in the welcome feast of year 1.

I loved the game but i had got 100 gems from the first year and then as soon as I reached the second chapter i was meft with only 24 gems so people, do not trust this game. This happened with a few of my friends so they’re no more playing this game but I will stick to it i guess

Game is alright but after I updated my OS version the game keeps crashing. Even after I restarted my iPad it keeps crashing. Needs some major improvement and bug fixes.

I loved the game but the time limit of the orbs is horrible. Please take away the energy orbs so that everyone would love it,if you use orbs than this game is completely useless.If you want a better game,please listen to my advice

One is the age n size n second is this energy refill.... i had uninstalled this game bcuz it was really irritating... ssly i even reached third year bt then uninstalled bcuz of that !! Plz look this up
