It’s a pay to win yet again
The game is rigged to play from levels 109 onwards you cannot 3 star without paying or watching an ad, I loved this game and wanted to write a review soon, but this happened!

Extremely Bad support Team
Game wise its very good with its levels and complexity. But they push certain Ads which don't have close symbol to exit and only way is to close the app and open the game app again. There are particular Ads which is causing this. Even after chasing support team about this with screenshot of Ad. They prefer to ignore and take no action for this.They keep on writing one line, concerned dept is looking into it since few months.

Annoying ads!
First up the constant ads very annoying .... but it is tolerated.
DEVELOPERS need to fix the issue of this one ad of Olymp Trade which whenever we watch for some time extension glitches and takes us to their webpage all the time, but more importantly it cant be exited in the game. neither does it give the reward. so many times after having watched the ad, we are left with no reward.
pls fix this asap, as your game by itself is AWESOME!

Recently addicted to this one and already crossed level 200.. however I feel when we progress and open new restaurants the levels are slow again.. I mean Im playing last level with so many dishes and sides and time ticking and then open a new restaurant and it’s all slow. Also sometimes the levels force us to use diamonds if time is less and the customers walk in slow.. the other timely events also are unachievable at times like I tried the birthday party levels they frustrated me so much! I loved the game until lvl 40, after 40 there’s no way to go further, no instructions nothing, even after attending all the customers and repeating the lvl N number of times in the end it still says 3 more customers needed to clear the lvl. It’s a bugged game… Becomes irritating after a point when you try and try to clear, no matter even without any error from your side yet you fail the stage! Deleted the game already! Waste of time!

Complexity impossible to complete as levels increased.
Initially the game was really fun but as the levels increased it became impossible to complete level with the target given. I think the complexities should be reasonable.
I uninstalled once because at one time it got frustrating and when I reinstalled again i could complete few levels easily but again the levels became impossible.

If you really would want us to play your game, you would have made it playable at least. But this is blatantly pay to play because without using powerups it’s nearly impossible to clear some levels. And on top you offer infinite energy for some time and then bombard us with ads. Better than that you could’ve just renamed your app as ads with a little bit of gameplay.

Of diamonds asked for boosters should be decreased at lease to 45 diamonds.
The upgrades should also be decreased a little bit too. You should also increase the food restaurants since they are only three going till almost a 100 levels

It was a good game. Addictive, fast. In addition to voluntary ads which we choose for extra rewards, there are now ads are forced on us between every level. What’s worse each ad takes us through multiple clicks to app store and back. What a pain. Killed the fun for sure.

This game is really nice and it’s so attractive too! But there soo many level that are made impossible to pass on purpose so you have to make the in app purchases to move ahead. Which I really don’t appreciate and is very disappointing.

Time does not correspond to the number of customers supplied.
The game itself is amazing, with a variety of dishes and combinations available. However, with regards to the levels/games with a time constraint, even if you play to the maximum efficiency, the customers come slowly and therefore finishing the level becomes nigh impossible. This forces the player to use gems and such, which frankly, is uncalled for. As such, it is requested that if the time limit is being put, then please supply the customers at appropriate speed.

The third level of the Russian food truck expects 32 likes but only 15 customers come in. You cannot expect the users to buy 3 customers multiple times fir 67 diamonds each..

If team is joined at least we can ash energy after 4 to 6 hours but in its only once a day u receive 5 energy. We should be able to request diamond from friends too. What that cupcake up gradation for 150 diamond. I am on 80 level and I don’t know the use for that. Time limit is short to complete levels. It’s need changes a bit.

Unmanageable levels and annoying ads
Too many ads. Ads for everything for life, for gems, for coins everything and anything. After all this, levels doesn’t get pass even after exhausting all the power ups available. At 290 level now and deleting the game! Never going to install again or suggest to anyone. This became a cause of my stress instead of reducing it!

Levels won’t clear
Around level 300 the levels won’t clear. After attempting each level 25-30 times they give option if we want 1 more customer or 3 more customers. It really doesn’t help. Even after attending all customers the money target can’t be reached. They knowingly keep the target beyond what can be achieved & want us to use diamonds or boosters which don’t come easily in higher levels. Even for updates the coins earned are not sufficient. Please work on it...we play it to relax, not to stress over stuck levels.

When I downloaded the game it was fun and very few ads .But when I came above level 45 there was a ad every level before you play the next level and when you click play before you watch the ad it’s like the game will start and even your customers come but then the ad plays .And your game plays in your background so when you are done with your ad and there are so many customers that you have to exit that level and replay the game.

Energy not received in the mail box
It’s so disgusting that you wait for more than 24 hours to receive energy from your mates and still you don’t get it, when you see that each of your friend has helped you with the energy and still it doesn’t show in the mailbox.
