Fraud aap
I had done it on my challan through this Vehicle app, my challan amount was 1000, late fees were levied on it and it was showing as 2500. I had done it on 2500 challan but it has not been settled yet and their customer care number is also not working and neither are you replying on WhatsApp nor on email. This is fake, fraud and a scam app, my 2500 rupees were also wasted.

A vehicle information application is allegedly operating a fraudulent scheme. The app charges a service fee of ₹2,600 to settle a traffic challan (fine) that was originally ₹1,000. The core of the issue is that the app facilitates the fine's settlement in a court (Lok Adalat) for a significantly reduced amount, potentially as low as ₹100. The remaining funds represent profit for the service provider. Furthermore, the company allegedly refuses to refund the remaining ₹900 difference from the original challan amount.

I faced a financial loss while purchasing a second-hand vehicle due to incorrect challan information provided by this app. If this feature cannot consistently deliver accurate details, I sincerely request the developers to consider removing it to prevent further issues for other users. It is a worst app providing false information regarding vehicles. Don’t pay a single rupee to them. They generate and provide false information. I downloaded a vehicle report from this app , that car was manufactured in Sept 2022 and in their report they are telling car is registered on April 2022. No of false information points are there in their report. Plz don’t believe in such fraud app. Don’t use it, it will miss guide you..

In this app promised to clear the chellan clear their team, I trusted them and paid Rs. 1797 including service charges for 250 rupees chellan. Unfortunately they didn’t do that and finally I directly approached the transport authority office and pay the amount after that I send the receipt to vehicleinfo customer care’s email but still they didn’t refund my money till this moment. So friends please don’t trust them because maybe you loose your money

Challan search using challan no is disabled 🚨
Previously there was an option to search the challan using the challan no or vehicle no in the same field which is now disabled and we can only search challans with the vehicle no only which is not a good move. Searching challan's with the challan no was very comfortable for us to review a challan quickly. Please get that option back.

This app is extremely disappointing. It doesn’t provide accurate or up-to-date data, making it almost useless for any kind of analysis. The only thing this app seems to excel at is generating revenue through ads, which is unfortunate since the actual functionality is severely lacking. The data it provides is outdated, and the app fails to deliver any real value to users. My recommendation: stay away from this app if you’re looking for reliable or useful information.

Horrible app couldn’t even find the details of one vehicle with it. Filled with bugs and adds. I think these developers these days just make dummy apps which don’t work to earn from ads.

I just downloaded the app and having found the ads disgusting I purchased it. Unfortunately not a single vehicle data that I sought is available. It provides false information about your vehicles like i had search for one car, that was third owner on RC but it shows first owner i had check on another app they shows same as RC , another thing there are some Questions Answers in this app some of them were wrong. Major issues with this app it can’t find same vehicle numbers so i m uninstalling this app.

Crashing /asking apple password
Purchased ad free version, but the app is not reliable for following reasons.
1) Every time the app is opened it’s asking to login using Apple id and password. I do not want to share my Apple password with this app.
2) The app crashes every time I submit a search request. When reopened the info is available in the search history. But if I select search history again the app crashes!

Illegal
This app should be taken down as it displays illegal information that should not be made available to anyone and everyone. Taken down ASAP. We are in the process of filing multiple reports to Apple and the police.
