Hey, I love this app. It’s clear to me that you guys tried to make it very intuitive. I just want to ask for 2 features -
1. A nested sub task hierarchy list that I can make with a simple button named ‘add sub task’
Now this sub task can be within a task within a list.
It’d be very organized if the projects (lists) could have this feature to have sub yasks under multiple tasks.
2. Sections within lists
So when I make a list. It means it’s a project where everything relevant to that project will go. That said - if there’s certain disjointed sets under that list (in the form of sections) separating them from each other in this way (like Todoist) it’ll be very very helpful - a complete 5 star app.
Please make this happen. It’d be amazing and I hope you guys don’t abandon this project, this app is very, very underrated

I love the app, but…
Recently lost all my tasks and scheduled reminders. The app didn’t work for several days and then It suddenly resurrected. Although i lost all my data. Is there any way i can retrieve them? I had my dogs’ tick tablet and deworming schedule on the app 😭 among birthdays and special occasions

need a better sync solution
If i want to use this on my work laptop, I need to have a login option and data stored in another cloud account. Noone would let personal iclould to sync on work laptop.

the app has been facing issues
I have used sorted for almost 2 years now and without any problem but in the past 1 week the app just crashes and doesn’t open at all. I tried to mail the sorted team fir support but they just asked me to report from the app, like how am I supposed to do that when the app isn’t opening.
the app is great but this issues is forcing me to switch to another similar app for my daily tasks.

Drag and Drop
I think app has great potential to be number 1. Left pane should show folders and open there only to show included lists in drop down fashion. This will facilitate drag drop of items from main pane..
It’s fun using this app. There were some glitches syncing to watch at the start but they got solved eventually. IMHO syncing should become more streamlined though.

Apple Watch sync delay
Why does it take so long for items to sync from phone to watch, why do I need to force sync almost every time? Please fix this. It would be better if items sync instantly. Like when I check something off from my phone, it vanishes from my watch app also.

Sync doesnt work at all
I am in my trial, but couldnt get the sync working at all. Also observed a few bugs in the mac version. The app is also pricey with a separate purchase for Mac and iOS. I was looking at purchasing pro for the iOS version alone but having iCloud sync as a pro feature doesnt allow me to do it. I cant even use the free version in Mac along with the pro iOS version. But I love the concept and the way this app is designed. In spite of working with various apps for almost 10 years, this app taught me the importance of scheduling a day with time slots and that is the best method to plan a day. I am now implementing this with my other to do apps and thanks Sorted for teaching me that.

Hyper schedule rocks
Excellent integration of tasks and scheduling. The auto scheduling feature and the ability to change schedules quickly (through batch edit) when life intervenes, are brilliant.
Great job. Look into widget font sizes for the time display please. It’s too small. Also ability to prioritise tasks and have auto schedule take priority into account might be useful.
Overall, app rocks. I have tried 2Do, Actions from Moleskine, Asana, Any.do. But the way tasks seamlessly flow into a schedule in Sorted isn’t there anywhere else.
Strongly recommended!!

This app is pretty good. But i still need some features to be implemented before it usable for my needs. But its better than everything else i tested and still testing.

Buy it. No subscription and no hidden charges. This app does what it promises to do. I have migrated to it from things 3 for daily events and tasks. Would recommend.

The most useful scheduling app
I’ve tried almost every app on the App Store for productivity. Sorted is the only app that stuck. The magic ruler is a game changer, you guys are geniuses for coming up with that. 11/10 worth the one-time purchase to unlock all features.

Very convenient, love the UI/UX
I've tried many apps for organizing my day, to-dos etc,. Sorted beats them all. It's just so easy to schedule tasks and manage and move them around. It has just what's enough and avoids clutter. THIS APP IS A MUST HAVE!

A Wonderful Productivity & Planning Tool
It has many widgets, which prove useful. The time-shift ruler is helpful (and ingenious), when scheduling events. I like the simple yet efficient design it has. Adding new tasks and events are simple thanks to the shortcuts, and the quick formatting options make it an excellent tool for everyday planning. The UI is very clean and minimal, though slightly boring. There is no doubt that it’s an amazing tool for organisation. I would appreciate a Kanban task management option though.

Too many bugs, needs refinement before I pay for full version
I started using this app to improve my productivity with Time-Blocking. I directly jumped into integrating this app in my daily workflow, but the bugs and issues with sync across devices led me to uninstalling the app within three days.
I loved the UX, but the app has to reach a level of maturity before I try it again.

Better than other Apps
Hi, Your App is very good. I need Pomodoro timer integrated in Sorted 3 app in each task. This will help a lot.
So when I start the task to do, I can click on the Pomodoro timer and set the timer for specific time and complete the task ( focused on doing one task at a time) without disturbances, after that that I can tick the task as completed.
Hope you will consider to bring this feature soon.

Great experience so far
I am really enjoying using Sorted for planning. The simple, yet very well-designed and user-friendly UI make creating my day plan a breeze. I only wish there were options to create/view spreads by the week in addition to by the day, and a way to schedule tasks without assigning them a specific date and time at first. Other than that, this app is great and I highly recommend it.

To use any single feature of this app u have to purchase it..
There are no free features
If u use view only mode (free), it will show wat all u hav alrdy saved in ur calendar onl.. for that y do we need an app? Let’s go to calendar directly..
My suggestion: Don’t waste ur 100mb for this stupid application..!

Tried various apps out there, this app checks all my requirements.
Main highlights of this app that I liked include.
1. Tagging is excellent so is searching with tags, color coding of tag helps!
2. Swiping left and right to view previous and next days is very convenient!
3. Calendar is just an up swipe away!
4. Markdown is supported in notes!
5. Folders and Lists make it easy to organise your day and activities!
6. Convenient text editing shortcuts like H1, strike-through etc which live in the space above your keyboard!
7. Tagging, Scheduling and moving tasks in groups or batches.
8. Direct integration with iPhones native calendar app and the ability to directly add and manipulate events.
9. And the best feature is batch scheduling tasks for the day, I never thought that scheduling could be so helpful!
10. Excellent guides on the app’s philosophy and how to use it’s features.
I can’t wait to try out all features of this app, overall an excellent and enjoyable app with fluid UI and things that just work.
Kudos to it’s developers, now please release the Mac app soon 😀
