हम कल्याण jewellerske बहुत पुराने यानी कि दो साल से customer है कोई बेनिफिट नहीं है .और हम CH jewellers ke भी customer है लेकिन वहाँ पे हमको बहुत saara फ़ायदा मिलता है यानी कि कोई भी फ़ैस्टिवल हो तो हमें चाँदी की या कोई भी gift मिलती है और वहाँ पे हम हमारी ज़रूर याद ke मुँह जब यानी की पैसे की ज़रूरत हो तो हम चीज़ें बेच सकते हैं लेकिन kalyaan jewellers online business में ही मानता है बस उसके वहाँ पैसा ही जाना चाहिए customer की कोई value नहीं है और एक ख़ास बात यह jewellers में हमारा नाम list में Ed है यानी कि computer मैं वहाँ पे बिना bill की हमारा kaam हो जाता है नाम बोलो poori idea जाती है और kalyaan jewellers में bill की माँग करते हैं वैसे customerdoor door से आया हो तो उसको बहुत तक़लीफ़ पड़ती है customer की कुछ value नहीं लगते हैं gift की बात तो door रही और कहीं बार repair कराने भी jani पड़ती है उनकी चीज़ें है यार की kalyaan jewellers की.
