The only reason I preferred MoboReader over other apps is because I could read 3 free chapters per day by watching ads and 1-2 more chapters by points to coins conversation. But now I’m unable to read 3 free chapters per day because this option is complete stopped. Earlier I used to get 55 coins per day from points conversion and now it is reduced to 20 coins which I can’t even read 1 chapter per day now. Apart from this I used to buy few chapters by paying when the story is interesting. You have lost me, a loyal customer and I’m damm sure you have lost many more customers who are like me! Compared to other apps, the options to get free coins are very minimal. I can read only a max of 3 or 4 characters daily which Is making the reading disgusting. There are lot of options to get points. If there is no option to convert these points directly to free coins on a 1:1 ratio as in most of the novel reading app, it is going to be difficult. I will not recommend this app to anyone unless you provide more options to get more free coins daily. The lucky draw app is just for name sake. Never got anything more than 50 coins, that too once in a while

I have watched more then 10 videos n still number of coins remaining the same. It will be very helpful if you keep the update to redeem free coins from points. Please take this action seriously. Because waiting for the points to convert into free coins is very disgusting. Upon that it only converts 250 points.

This was a wonderful app. I have been using this app for more than 3 years now.. it is used to be such user friendly and relatively affordable with some really wonderful stories. There are still novels which I like reading again and again.. but recent commercialization with more adds and less coins, lesser loyalty points, many incomplete novels and lack of good storyline has left me really disappointed.. they’re working to bring the change but it is making the experience as a reader sour..😒😒

I feel cheated as after purchasing the chapter from free coins thrice again it keeps saying you need to purchase them again. On other sites even when you purchase it with free coins the chapters doesn’t lock back after 3 days as per your executive.

My experience was extremely bad so I’m logging out and will never recommend this site to anyone.

I bought 10k+ coins but after a couple of days was logged out of my account and was asked to login again. After doing so my all coins disappear with purchase history wiped out. Now i can’t read the chapters even after paying. There is no one to address the complaints. Hope you can fix this problem otherwise you will lose a lot of users!! When people pay they expect good service also!
