They duped me for upwards of 25k by sending me a used bag without original packaging and accompanying things. Raised a complaint but no resolution, now they won’t take return of the bag.. save your money and buy luxury goods from retail store.. this is a fraud company.

This has now happened thrice that I write this review, The services of this app have downgraded drastically, I ordered from from Cliq luxury, They cancelled it every time without letting me know, I am the one to call them on delivery day to ask about my order status, To which they reply ‘My Order Is Cancelled’. Do they have no obligation to let me know beforehand about my order status so I could order it from somewhere else?
Now I am stuck, As I can’t order it from anywhere else on such a short notice!

I didn’t want to stretch this and write a review, I just had to when I saw the product which was in stock, at a discount, when I had placed the order(Black Friday) not delivered to me on account for out of stock issue after almost a week of payment, came back in stock(price increased) as soon as I got my refund.
Totally unsatisfied, you guys should not sell at discount if you cannot fulfil your commitment. Is the discount just to get traffic for your app?

Promotions are fake and misleading or just to grab attention. Had ordered shoes worth ₹27k but was not delivered. Order was cancelled one day after after the actual date of delivery. After asking customer care why the product was not delivered despite receiving despatch details and being told it is out for delivery, CC as product was faulty. Fail to understand how TataCliq Luxury know that one day after the delivery date. ? Email sent was the product is out of stock.

Got a product which is part damaged /used/ or simply not been quality checked before it got delivered to me . And when I tried to return the item . I had a horrible shopping experience, and on top of it, their customer support is horrible. My order is delayed beyond any explanation, and the support team says I cannot even cancel till it is delivered at my residence. Every time you reach out to customer support on call, you get a new variant of lies. Call 1 - order will be delivered by 7 pm tonight. Call 2- order is delayed as there is stock out at the seller. Call 3 - order is delayed as the quality control team of the seller rejected the jeans. Call 4- due to monsoons my order is delayed. I am only waiting for customer care to say when congress come to power in centre, then only my jeans will be delivered. Sad state of affairs.

I created account using my phone number where the name and email was filled by default of someone I have no idea who that person is. I was not able to edit it in application. Don’t download and use the app for purchase. They take your money don’t deliver the ordered items and instead of returning your money, they start with 3 days time and then standard answers start “we are processing “ then “we have escalated the issue “ and finally “our team is working to resolve the issue soon”. But, you will never get back your money. I would give this fraud company app negative rating but unfortunately it is not possible.

I generally shop from Myntra and Ajio. This was the first time I order from tata cliq “LUXURY” and the experience was not at all luxurious. I got the footwear which looked worn out and sizes of both the footwear were different. Not only this, in fact in the box of the footwear it was “Mismatch” still they sent out the defective product to the customer. Not at all expected this from a shopping app which keeps only luxurious and expensive brands.

Please do yourself a favour and purchase the items from other services. It will look fancy and tempting. They have worst service and delivery system. No track of delivery or customer complaints. The app is not transparent for customer feedback or reviews. The customer complaints are not noted or registered via email or messages. There is no proof of any missed/ badly serviced orders. Gods greatest miracle if you received your order. Otherwise they have robbed you of the money. Next few weeks allocate time to somehow get your money back. I noticed that they have mentioned some link in app to raise complaints - FYI that is not there and doesn’t work.
The automated reply to this with help link is also fake. Proof they don’t want to even respond to fix the issue.

App is not at all stable , filter option does not work most of the time . Also I ordered a pair of Aldo stilettos from the app which was available on the website , also paid for the shoes. After few days when I called the customer care for not receiving the order they checked with the dealer and said my order is cancelled as the product is now out of stock. I have had the worst experience dealing with the company. I had purchased a product worth 12,000/- and returned it as i wasn't happy with the quality on 25th August. Since then i am chasing and following up with the team regarding the same. They have falsely claimed that the product is used, it is returned exactly in the same condition in which i had received it. Its more then a month and I have no solution regarding the same. I will never recommend anyone to buy from your company because buying luxury cannot be so hectic and difficult.

I bought a pair of Tom Ford eyeglass frame and the seller shipped me a wrong size. So I had to return it and then placed order for another pair which ended up being of the wrong size too. The customer service was helpful though! They said I can send back the second frame too and they’ll refund the money but they don’t have a replacement policy to send me the correct size frame. This is annoying as the frame size mentioned in the app was different and the one they shipped was different. I had to lose shipping charges for no fault of mine. I think they should have a replacement policy if the fault is theirs and shouldn’t make the customer bear the brunt for their mistake!!

The products are amazing undoubtedly.. packing stands up to expectations as we are paying for it but terrible delivery partners outside delhi plus the concerned teams after the customer care service think people are idiots. They call, introduce and disconnect the calls and write down whatever without talking .. and hats off to the delivery partner chosen !! They delay product delivery by 7 days then say its out for delivery the person calls up asking for directions hangs you up and then doesn’t take your calls n posts that the address is incomplete.. Although the app and the product quality delivered is good, things take a completely different turn when you order something from here. I ordered a pair of shoes on 2nd Dec, 2020 which I wanted to exchange and finally return it because their customer service is so slow, that to this date (17 may 2021) the refund is still not reflected in my bank account. For every issue regarding the product you’ve to either mail them(which takes 2-3 days just for a response) and neither the customer service knows what is the issue with the delay. Every step of the way has been a nightmare. And now when I open the app they’ve magically removed my purchase from the my orders section so I don’t have to have a proof of it.

Do not purchase any products from Tata cliQ, the item which I had ordered was not delivered even after 10days after promised date of delivery. The customer care is very poor and did not register my complain even after calling multiple times. Their delivery partners are even worst, the delivery agent who is assigned everyday would have either left the job already or turned their phone off.
I strongly suggest people not to buy anything from Tata cliQ.

Please I recommend that you should never buy from their site as they confirm your order first and then after so many days they cancel the product because it is out of stock.
I got a Cancellation message after the estimated delivery time lapsed. This is the worst service ever! Why do you even confirm orders when you don’t have the stock?

They won’t return your money nor they will send the product . One of my order is stuck from 2nd feb 2021.. and every time I call they say we will for sure let you know in 2 days and it’s still stuck .. they don’t even bother to refund if the product is not available.. everything gone.. the perfume I order is for 27k and my money is stuck for no reason..

Worst thing about this app is, it is only delivering to some pin codes, the range of delivery options is limited, when we get a product as deliverable, and you buy the product, after some days you will get a mail that it can’t be delivered again and money will be reverted back without asking our approval or explaining why it is happened.
For me it’s worst e-commerce app and customer service, they aren’t focussed on customer obsession 👎🏻

So far the worst shopping website!
I was able to place order on the third payment after getting debited from my account for all the orders! The earlier two amounts was credited back to my account only after multiple calls to the customer care and after days of trying and waiting!
The order that was placed was due for delivery on the 16th but never came and received the msg saying that the item was out of stock! The funny thing was it was packed and shipped but after the date of delivery I was told that it’s out of stock!! What type of website gives this type of service?! Very disappointed with the very reputed TATA company! I am wondering if this is some kind of scam!

An amazing shopping experience. Strong line up of premium brands and a good variety to choose from.
Product delivery is awesome . The packaging including the inner Tata CLiQ box that the product comes packed in is superb and is miles ahead and better than deliveries from any of the top of the line luxury brands.
Deliveries actually happen a day or two before the scheduled dates and returns due to sizing issues are very easy as well.
Keep it up - Lives up to the luxury and the Tata experience expectations .

Overall experience is good. Has a lot of brands and products to choose from but the app keeps on crashing and has a lot of bugs which results in auto exiting from the app when scrolling and browsing products. Keeps on happening multiple times. Please do fix this and provide and smoother experience.

I ordered a pair of adidas originals shoes from tata cliq. After a week of processing the order and 2 days before delivery they cancelled it saying it’s out of stock. I thought they took a long to realise they don’t have it in stock but gave them benefit of doubt. So I ordered another shoe from a different seller this time. Same thing happened. 2 days before delivery it was cancelled as it was out of stock. I should have avoided ordering from this app then itself but foolishly I ordered another shoe and it was again cancelled after a week and exactly 2 days before delivery.
The consistency of their pathetic service is admirable. You are ruining Tata’s brand.
I will never ever order from this app again.

Worst App, tata is such a reputed name and this app is bringing all the digrace to it. Following are the points based on the practical issue faced :-
1. When you try to filter it by some category for example:- colour it says that 10 products of this colour are there but when you look ot comes out 6/5 products only.
2. You order the product app shows order has been confirmed but after few days when you dont get what you have ordered and you reach customer care they will tell your order has benn rejected by the seller just next day when you placed your order due to product unavailability. Why to put such products and take order for not available things ?
3. Refunds does not reflect for weeks for orders which has been cancelled due to seller issue.

Plus their customer care doesn’t revert to emails or calls at all and their so-called grievance officer doesn’t do anything. All you get from her are auto-generates replies and when you call customer service and report the same and ask about follow
Up they make an excuse of server being down. But if you call within 2 mins to place another order of a high-end product then suddenly their server starts working but they never give a follow up about complains. Would have rated it in minus if I could.

They may have a great collection of luxury brands but the app is an online shopping nightmare and their customer service is pathetic. My order did not get delivered for more than a month and there was no initiative taken by the company to address the delay. Each time I had to call their customer care to get an update (go through at least 15 minutes of wait time just to get a standard response). None of them seemed to know where the order is or why it has been delayed. After a week of this when I finally asked for a cancellation and refund the refund is yet to be processed ( it’s been another 3 weeks since this happened) when I enquired about this I was told the refund will get processed after they find out what happened to the order. Are you kidding me? As a customer who waited for a month for the order to reach and another 3 weeks for a refund I don’t think it’s my problem if you can’t figure out between your delivery agency and seller where the order is. I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE IT. It makes zero sense to make a customer go through this nightmare for your mess up.

This is the worst online shopping portal ever experienced. They supply ONLY DEFECTIVE products. It’s the biggest scam company. Not expected a Tata brand to be crooks. But that is their reality.
Selling high end branded products at exorbitant prices and even then failing to deliver.
Have ordered twice. Both times received defective products. And they refuse to refund amount to my bank account now as the second time I had ordered from the CLiQ cash refund amount of the first order.
Total scam. Going legal against them!

You replied that I should go to my account-customer service-order related/other issues- submit.
I’m your Tata CLiQ luxury app there is now way to do it.
And also when I call from the helpline mentioned on the luxury app it always connects to the “marketplace”.
So you guys need to first know what you’ll are doing before going out there to help people.

It’s so strange ... I am reading the reviews and the responses to them while I wait for my AP to download and am now in two minds whether this AP is even worth installing .
Primarily it has to do with the negative feedback about the AP , but what is shocking is the response from the so called ‘developer’ that comes off sounding like a teenage boy who almost sounds nonchalant and callous... how can you respond with a ‘Hey There’ to a Complaint and come off sounding concerned ???
I really think another strategy should be employed ... perhaps some REAL concern ????

Considering the high end brands that they sell, one expects a minimum of average customer services. But I was highly disappointed with the way it works. Logged a complaint that the product was not delivered. Didn’t heard anything back. When I called, was told that the Luxury products team wasn’t available and that I will receive a call back. That never happened. Way after the delivery day, received a text message that since the product was not in the inventory, it could not be delivered and I should wait for the credit now. Really???

Never go with any purchase on this as their inventory is always empty and they can come with only sorry when u make purchase .
