Very very Bad Delivery system
The delivery schedule is so bad. They won’t deliver on time and have to wait for their date and time . My product was supposed to be delivered by 3rd December and 11th December. They did not deliver and they themselves scheduled to 16th December 10am to 4pm. Even to reschedule they are going to charge you. This is ridiculous as they were not able to deliver on the said time and we have to take leave from the job to collect the products.

I ordered something last month and the delivery was supposed to be on 08/07/25. The items didn’t arrive yet. I am following up with customer service by calls, mails and WhatsApp. Nobody cares to give an update. Ridiculous delivery and customer service.

Poor delivery management
Ordered bed, mattress and side tables. Bed got delivered with wrong parts and last three days lying like that non usable. Now they are saying they can’t fix it. What quality check is there? Poor poor experience and it’s not over yet, no idea when they will pick this and refund. No clear communication. Mail says five days for pick up!!!!!
Update even on day of pick up they didn’t come. Now after 15 days of order also I don’t have a bed, bedroom filled with half installed bed and it’s parts lying around and no refund no support.
Update another few days same story. No pick up, I keep waiting and pickup team is incorrectly mentioning I am not there at home.

Worst experience
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the Icool mattress I purchased from Home Box ibn Battuta. The salesperson assured me that the mattress would not cause overheating issues, yet it is quite the opposite. This purchase has turned out to be a complete waste of money as I am unable to use the mattress due to its defective nature.
I have already contacted customer service through email regarding this matter, and after being redirected back and forth between the branch and customer service, I registered a complaint. However, despite assurances that someone would come for a check-in, it has been two months with no response or resolution in sight.
This lack of action and poor customer service is unacceptable. I urge you to address this matter promptly and provide a satisfactory solution at your earliest convenience.

Unexplained delivery charges
I bought 2 items from the app.
They are being delivered separately and they’re charging separate delivery charges for each item. They’re not mentioning that in the invoice they send to us . Delivery charges are almost the same as the amount of the product .
I have one more delivery pending and I’m sure they will again charge high delivery amount .
They need to mention this in advance when we checkout rather than taking more money in the name of delivery.

Worst Customer Service
I have placed an order on 29 Aug (click and collect), and it was showing, by 30th Aug it will be available for collection in City Centre Sharjah Branch.
It’s 3rd September today and still the order status shows processing, I have called the store at least 30 times but no one answered the phone, I tried calling customer care twice and they informed that they can’t do anything and you will receive it soon. They don’t know where is the order, when is it coming and they are saying ‘unfortunately there is no one who can tell you where is the order’.

Fooled around by the Homebox poor service and products
We are highly disappointed with the home box furniture quality… 4 months back we bought a coffee table from their DSO outlet. Its legs got broken, we asked for the help from homebox as its in a warranty… after so many follow ups finally they sent a person for the inspection. The person came and told us that the legs are of poor quality… and he will inform the homebox accordingly…. after 4 days when nothing happened, we again followed up with the customer care and they said that inspection team has informed them that this is broken because of customer usage and we can’t do anything about it… this is really shocking and frustrating… one could never expect such unfair things from the home box… We are now stuck with this poor service, bad quality and wrong and fooling commitments from the @homebox_ae …

Fake delivery promises and poor customer handling
I ordered furniture twice from Homebox and had worst experiences both the times. I bought furniture from them because of 2 days delivery. First time, they delivered it on the committed day. But the catch was they did not assemble it on the same day. Delivery guy blamed store people who sent wrong/non compatible parts. They just opened all the boxes and kept the furniture parts in my room and left saying someone would come with the right parts and fix it on priority. I had to wait two days for that. Till the time the furniture parts was on the floor in the room making it difficult for us to use the room. But i thought it was a genuine mistake.
Second time they did the same thing. The delivery itself was horrible this time. I was supposed to get it by 8pm, but they delivered it around 12am midnight. The delivery people opened the boxes and said the same story of missing parts and then i understood that this is how homebox handles things when they cant keep a delivery promise.
Its been 2 weeks already and no update on fixing the furniture. Last time i called, the customer service people told me theyll pick up the items and refund me. Horrible.

Worst after sales
Bought mattress from the store which is very bad and gave me a back pain within just 2 days of use. When I wanted to return it as per their 14 days free trial they said they will accept the return only if the plastic is not removed from the mattress but this clause was not told to me when buying the mattress. Plus the plastic was removed by their delivery personnel and not by me. Now they are not taking the mattress back. Extremely unsatisfied with Homebox. Especially for mattress don’t opt for this store!!

The worst app I have ever used
Super data hungry just browsed for two minutes and I got a message from my carrier that you are low on data, as I was using my mobile data.
I checked my data usage app-wise, it consumed 473mb data in just 2 minutes browsing.

Got worst experience from Home box . Poor customer service . They will cancel orders without informing. We ordered bed room set with mattress but they didn’t deliver mattress and told like it’s out of stock . But it’s shown as available 🤷🏻♀️ Really bad response from the customer care also

The worst stupid store in UAE
I ordered dinning table twice. First time wrong product delivered twice and then I had to visit the store to claim the refund. This refund takes 21 working days and it’s more than 25 days now I haven’t received my refund yet.
I trusted this store and ordered another dinning table but I was told that the product is not available on the day of delivery(after 2 weeks from the purchase date).
The worst and frustrating experience. Such a stupid store.

Worst store ever
I have purchased one recliner sofa from them , sofa was faulty, after thousand phone calls and emails they pull out the sofa. Now we are at home without sofa and money refunded. The professional customer service team is still processing it since 1 and half months. Best way for you to break your nerves is HOMEBOX.

Not home box but Trash box
I had booked the product 11-12 days ago when I received it there was a missing part so the assembling team said they will go back and come the next day and they will require all the parts to check the fitting stuff, I said ok. Next when I call customer care they said they will have to reschedule the delivery again. I explained the situation and they said that in-spite of their fault they have to reschedule it and that would be 8 days more. Not buying anything after this or recommend to anybody.
