Worst service and customer support

They ruined my valentine day. I paid extra money for the timely delivery but it never happened. Tried contacting customer support multiple times but they put you on hold and after 5 minutes call gets disconnected automatically.

For 18th birthday ordered cake with photo - uploaded photo - paid- was told by app that delivery will happen by evening 7pm on D day - nothing happened - next day got an Sms (in fact 4 Smses one by one) telling delivery will happen between 10am to 2 pm - nothing happened - when saw in bloody app it shows cancelled! No way to talk to them - it took lots of attempt to get someone (some amit- not his mistake I know he is just a poor guy working for a bad company) who tells they have cancelled the order because they don’t have the cake!! Then he say if I wish they may refund my money!!!

Perfect way to spoil your special day is to trust Fnp- I hope they shut down -

Customer support is very poor. If any thing happens they only tell only customer problem

Donot opt for courier service , as they dont deliver on time.

Worst app

This is the worst app and the fraud people I ordered flower for my girlfriend to her office address and I paid extra amounts also so that in premium delivery it will reach between 6 am to 3 pm as her office will be closing by 4 pm and I gave the complaint that the delivery didn’t happen yet it was 4 pm . Then they are delivering at 8 pm and no body was available at the office. Asking me later can we deliver it next day I asked for refund and still they have not paid my money back which is 1700 . Never book any thing through this crap app they are just cheaters with no proper follow up and very bad cooperation with the customers. Let’s give more bad reviews and make sure this app shud close down.

Worst customer dealing

I was warned not to buy cakes from ferns n petals. Since I order flowers and other stuff I thought of buying cake for special occasion. And I now regret of buying the cake. I ordered chock late truffle and I think you don't know what is chocolate truffle. The baker don't know how to bake a cake. The cake was coconut cackle with chocolate icing on top of it.The cake came had outer layer chocolate and chocolate cream. That is not a chocolate truffle it's just a cake with chocolate icing. My day is ruined. Thanks to ferns n petals. I wanted to give 0 stars but since the minimum is one gave one star.

The bunch of flowers was wrapped in cello tape & after the charge of same day delivery the delivery was done 19 hrs later ... so issue with quality & delivery in mumbai

They have the worst customer service I have ever faced. I had ordered 4 days ago and they have not delivered it even it’s close to 10pm in the night for a order of a birthday cake. they are not even responding over phone or messages. Keeping us just waiting in the call.such a disastrous experience with them !!

Doesnt deliver on time, no one picks call if you try to reach, changes invoice amount post payment.. cheater website.. one side they say attempted on another side they call and say will be able to deliver tomorrow. How ridiculous people are

While placing order through mobile app, it only shows 6am-9pm same day delivery option but till 8:30pm no order has been delivered as ordered!

If you are taking orders to deliver after 9pm, pls don’t mention same day delivery option in your ads, disappointing service!

Above all charging Rs. 100 for delivery!!!

The app is not at all working properly. I’ve been trying to place the order from 1:30 pm but it has been placed at 3:30. The worst part is I’ve ordered for today and it has been updated as tomorrow.And the payment is completed and got the message of deduction of amount but again receiving the msgs to pay the pending amount. I’ve raised the queries now, but no response. If the order is not possible for today, cancel my order and send the money back. Waste of time for me.

Didn’t satisfied with its delivery

I had ordered a 💐 of 7 roses with some decorative ferns in it. However they delivered only 4 roses with no decorations. Very disappointed by the service. Never ever ordering anything from this app. I wish i could rate -10 stars!!!

I placed personalised order & waited for date it suppose to deliver, than after one day I called on help number there person told sir tomarrow will deliver, than next day not delivered so again we called them now been told that sir today 100% will deliver but obviously not delivered - again I called than a person told that ur order not accepted yet but on there app it was showing confirmed - finally he advice me to cancel that order because it cannot be deliver. There help desk people sitting on hotline also have no clue & lying to customers with confidence. Going to delete the app .. enough ..!

If you want your edge over competitors please listen to customer complaints and act on them. Please add more variety in gifts. 2 star is because of damaged cushion delivered and even after complaining no action taken.

I have never seen such worst site.. ordered 7 items on 9th and selected date for 13th feb but things didnt get delivered.. called customer care 5 times and they didn’t respond to the call, kept my call on hold listening to their ad..

I tried placing an order but the payment page had issues so I decided to go with someone else. Immediately a sales person (Ms. Priyanka) called and sent me a link and the payment went through. The delivery was for next day and the guy directly called the recipient and tried asking for the address (talk about a surprise huh!) and then when he couldn’t figure it out asked the recipient to collect it at their shop in Kochi. He then revealed all the order items as well to the recipient. Well the surprise went for the toss! Since the shop was far from the usual route the recipient requested if the delivery could be attempted the next day and the guy agreed to it. I received an email as well confirming a delivery before 6 PM the next day. More drama follows the next day. There is no delivery till 6 PM even after the recipient following up multiple times. There was no response to any of my tickets or mail as well. Around 8:15 PM I get a message stating a security guard refused entry at 8 PM and this at an office where there are no security guards!!! No response till know about my request to cancel the amount and refund the money!!! Surprisingly they are able to reach me within 3 mins of me refusing the payment at the page but are unable to reach me in spite of the multiple tickets raised !!!! So make your own call in whether you still want to go through with them/

I ordered cake and valentine gift however the order said that it will be delivered same day however it did not happen.

They do not believe in updating customers.

I guess that is how these people deal with customers. I am still unaware whether I’ll get my order delivered, getting refund would be next big challenge .

Cannot deliver the product on time after taking the order. I have placed an order on 9th Feb2020 the product is supposed to be delivered by 12th Feb 2020.Top if it I already made the payment on 9th itself. It has been very bad experience. Now I can see my order is been canceled and no money refunded....they literally ruined my day

Not at all good products and trustworthy

Ordered one personalised wall clock and there were so many defects in it. The second hand was not working and there was one crack on one part of the clock & even they didn’t provided one battery also and charged me more than 800 rupees.

Website says same day delivery on Valentine’s day then I get a call to say it will be delivered in 3-4 days. Pathetic service. Uninstalling the app and never coming back.
