Bad quality of cakes

Worst experience ever

I ordered a personalised lamp of 1600 from fnp but the product received was not at all same as the one mentioned in the pic in their app. Also they did not provide any resolution to me and closed my ticket again and again without asking me if i am satisfied with their service.
They just mentioned that the product is same as in the pic in app and their quality team has verified it. For them, customer satisfaction does not matter at all .
I would never recommend fnp to any of my friends and would never order again from this site.

Gift message

This app/business has only one default font style for gift messages. It ruined my special moment with my message in printing, their preview option is worthless, it doesn’t deliver the same what it show you, also, price is in higher side. Never recommend this app to anyone. Very disappointed with such experience.

FRAUD!

The items available are all good and all but the delivery approach is very bad. I have ordered from fnp for about 4-5 times and do not have one good delivery experience.
The customer care is even worse. No proper responses on call backs. The otp for the chat box is never received.
On top of it all, the invoice provided is fake. They just reduce the products and send an invoice for a much lesser amount than what has been paid. When asked about it no response.

Very Poor Service

App is slow. Service is even worse. Inventory status is not reflective on app. Happened multiple times, what was ordered was not available. They call & inform that chosen flower will get replaced with some cheaper alternative.

Poor service

FNP is an unreliable service provider, adept at disappointing customers emotionally. For my parents' anniversary, I ordered cake and flowers to be delivered to another city with a promised timeframe of 7am to 9am. Despite assuring my parents of a surprise, they waited all day with no communication from FNP regarding the delivery time. After numerous follow-ups, the delivery finally arrived at 9:45pm. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against using their services.

Excessive Calls

The products from this app are undoubtedly good. However, my issue is with their calls. I was just exploring the app and added an item to my cart, unsure if I wanted to buy it. After that, their team started calling me incessantly. I was in a meeting and received numerous calls, which was incredibly irritating. I had to block their numbers, but they persisted, trying to contact me from different numbers. That day was exhausting because I couldn't answer anyone else's calls. A week later, I visited the app, remembered the horrible experience, and immediately left. Yet, I received another call from their company from a different number. We are customers let us live. Can't we just explore the app and search for things without mandatory calls? Now, I’m even afraid to open their app.

They will play with customers emotions. Dont order from them

I have ordered a gift on 11 feb to deliver on 14th feb. It didn’t deliver on 14th. And they gave me reason like recipient was not available. On 15th feb they didn’t try to call to that recipient simply again they gave lame reason like recipient not available to receive the gift. Specially dont order any gift from this app for international people. This people will not be having live track with them to check where our gift stuck. They will take huge amount for international gift delivery and then give lame reasons for not delivering the gift and they refused to give refund as well.
Fake app. They will play with emotions. Dont get trap with their fake reviews. I am telling this because I don’t want someday to face the same issues which i have gone through with this app.
SAY BIG NO to this app. Save you hard earned money instead of wasting your money with these app.

Worst app for gifting

I used this app to buy a gift for my friend’s wife for her baby shower. The app showed a time slot for delivery and the TNC said delivery will be done either on the time slot or before. But the time slot came, did not get delivery. I tried contacting support and they were useless and told me to just wait. I told them I want a refund and cancellation because my friends event got over and I had to buy a gift locally. They said as per their policy they wont do refunds and I should wait. When the delivery came (2 days later than the slot), I refused and the parcel returned back. Got a call next day from FnP and told them clearly that the most important part of a gifting service is to get the gifts on time for the events. They finally agreed to give me a refund. Been 5 days now and still no refund. When I check the website it shows some convenience charge of ₹29 listed on the item. Still waiting on the refund. I hope they don’t cut any amount in the refund because this was their fault for not adhering to their own terms and conditions. If anything, they should pay me an inconvenience charge as I ended up going to a local store to buy an alternative gift in the last minute. Would not recommend their service— just buy from alternative providers who are far better and “deliver on time, every time” (yeah, this is the slogan FnP sends in all their emails footers but is clearly a lie).

One of worst services

I have been using ferns and petals for years, however over last year they have become the most unreliable delivery partners. While the app takes order, in multiple instances they have not been able to deliver it inspite of extra charges being charged.
The app should be designed in such a fashion that it doesn’t take an order when delivery is not feasible.
No coordination between the fnp and ground services. Customer care is neither able to help nor trained on how to interact with customers. One will receive multiple calls from call Center to place the order but once the order is not delivered, no help over there. I would advice to go for other more reliable services that have come up as competition for fnp. It’s no more useful.

Disappointing Rakhi Experience

I placed an order with Ferns and Petals for my brother's rakhi celebration on August 12, 2023. The expected delivery date was shown as August 21st, but to my disappointment, the parcel has yet to be delivered. Despite numerous assurances from their agents that the delivery would be made before rakhi, which falls on August 30th, my brother has still not received the parcel as of August 31st.
Even up until August 25th, their international agent assured me not to worry and promised delivery before the 30th. On the actual day of rakhi, they even stated that the delivery would take place before the afternoon, but unfortunately, none of these promises were fulfilled.
I find it incredibly disheartening that Ferns and Petals boldly claims a 100% delivery record when their service has failed so miserably in my case. Due to their inability to fulfill their commitments, our rakhi celebration has been severely impacted, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. It's regrettable that their actions have led to such a negative outcome, and I'm compelled to share this experience with others.

Horrible experience

I had ordered a 3 plant set. The plants were Jade, Money & Sansevieria. The money plant which was delivered already had its leaves withered but I thought it might survive. After few days, I found that the roots were all rotten. The Jade plant’s leaves started falling off soon after it was delivered. The Sansevieria plant is also showing signs of bad health. Over all absolutely a bad investment of money. I had bought a bamboo plant also from them which survived only for a year. The packaging & everything was absolutely not upto the mark. The plants are destroyed more in transit. They just deliver the plants anyhow & after some days these kinds of problem come up. I would prefer buying plants from local vendors than from these cheaters. The plants that they deliver are absolutely not healthy. The soil also feels like sand and I don’t trust them anymore. Worst experience ever. Please don’t order anything from this overrated place.

Fraud company

Ordered large tumbler flower vase and they accepted the order and later called and said we same vase is not available either you will cancel or take small one, and if you cancel, amount will not refund . This means that they are forcing the chipper to change. And last time I paid and my account got debited then they called and said deposit not done you have to pay again we are sending the link and after that I paid again. Even after the amount was deducted twice for the same order, they said that we have not received it and i called the bank, the bank is saying that the amount has been deposited in the fnp's account, they have also given the transaction number, but fnp are still lying. The same happened with my friends.

In starting I asked weather the particular item can be delivered today. Should have told in starting only. 1 hour wasted because of them. Job is not only to say sorry in every sentence give options advise what is better cut the conversation short.

One of the worst service providers

I’e had an disgusting experience with FNP. I had ordered a gift at 7:00 AM for my anniversary in the morning and had to leave in the afternoon before 3:00 PM. I spoke to the customer care service who are not at all customer centric and don’t understand the emotions with which when someone places the order with them. A strict no for same day delivery as they will not even confirm by when you can get your order delivered and wouldn’t care if the gift gets delivered or not. On top of it the cancellation procedures they have it ensures that you can’t even cancel the order and you will have your order delivered almost at the end of the day. It was my biggest mistake that I placed an order with them and screwed my Anniversary. Thanks team for screwing our Anniversary celebration and for the great customer service you guys have.

Useless App and Service

One of the most pathetic , slow and useless food delivering company I have ever seen.
You guys say that you can deliver cakes and flowers even after midnight , when u can’t even deliver it in an entire day.
You guys have embarrassed me in front of my family . I have ordered the cake which showed it will be deliver today , but by the end of the day it said It’s on Hold and won’t be delivered. This same thing happened last year too. But I thought may be it was one time and will not happen again. But I was wrong to trust you again. Uninstalling the app and will not recommend it to anyone . Guys save ur time and energy by not ordering from ferns and petals. I will spread the word through all my employees to never ever order anything from you. There are better apps thn this.

I will recommend everyone to “NOT” use FNP

I have been trying to reach out these guys since I placed my order, but they don’t have decency to at least respond to their customer’s inquiries or concerns. If you can't deliver order on time, then at least have some decency to inform your customers, rather then updating fake status “deliver attempted”. And yes don't advertise "we do offer international service". The company is a disaster when it comes to customer service.
If you have so called “international delivery” option then at least give your customer a feature of tracking their orders. They don’t even pick the calls or reply to your mails.

Until last year there was an option in your app to choose flavours infant and cakes but unfortunately I see that now those options are eliminated. It’s a sheer disappointment for me that if we like found in designer cakes then you have no choice but to only pick truffle flavour which may not be a choice of every single person. Bad experience ever

I really had bad experience with ferns and petels. I have ordered multiple time but same thing happened. The delivery issues were same. The last one was the worst. I ordered one gift for my fiancee and i wanted that thing to be delivered on time. I was fully dependent on them because i liked the product. But as usual they were not able to deliver it on that day. They were taking follow for the next two days. Then i asked my fiance to pick it up from the bluedart location which was 1 hour far from his place. It was totally wastage of time and the delivery said that we marked it delivered and we knew that people will come themselves to pick their courier. The customer service what should i say, when i asked for the resolution, they said the concerned has received the product then why are you asking for refund.

Overall a good experience

overall good app and the option of COD for same receiver and sender address so that we can buy for self gifting after checking the product ,size and its quality and also gives confidence to my elder parents that online purchasing is not a scam ,so they will try many time to buy from you but they have not a good state of mind about the payment method. Super impressed!

I’ll be honest, I was asked to rate this service but as a rule, unless I’m really not impressed or happy with a service provider I never give reviews. And since I actually do think the FnP team have been doing a super job ( I have been ordering flowers from them for almost a year on a bi-monthly basis, for friends and family all over the country) and the products are exactly as they have been described and the deliveries have always been on time, I didn’t hesitate at all.
I did go through the earlier reviews and am quite taken aback, because I’ve not faced a single issue in the last 9 months that I’ve been placing orders!
I’d like to reiterate that FnP have always delivered my orders on time and that the bouquet, baskets and plants have been as per the description because I’ve had my happy friends and family send me thank you messages along with a photograph of the flowers that they received.
I will continue to order from them and hope they continue rendering the fab service they are doing right now!

Excellent Service and good quality Products

I have been using the services of ferns and petals for many years. I have seen the company grow and improve day by day. During the lockdowns many of us were dependent on home deliver for all festivals and family occasions. The best thing I find about ferns and petals is they deliver same day even on short notice as well as on a fixed time as required. The quality of products is never compromised. The cost is certainly more then the other service providers but quality always cost a little more. I have had issues with payments options sometime but the customer care team is prompt and very helpful. Over all 5 stars from my side and hope they keep up the good service. All the best.

Book here if you want your special day to turn into a nightmare

Ferns and Petals is a company that runs with 0 sync between their stores, logistics and order taking mechanism.
Supposedly , their website and app gives listings of available products that can be delivered to a particular location. You are supposed to choose from their and pay to them (being a special occasion gifting service ofcourse it can’t be cod). It is laughable that they have absolutely no idea if their store at a particular pincode is even functioning or not , whether they have delivery service available or not, and sometimes whether the product listed as available is there or not.
They take blind orders and refuse to deliver at the 11th hour. Their brilliant suggestion is to take the delivery a day later or maybe some other day. As per them, anniversaries and birthdays are shift-able and they have no mandate or liability to deliver it on a particular date. As the format of their company is to take orders without having their back end functions in place, waste the customer’s time and refuse at the 11th hour so that the customer is in no place to arrange from somewhere else. They have an option of refund, ofcourse, after they waste the day as if the payment matters more than providing service for them.
If you want the special days of your loved ones to turn into an absolute nightmare, please go ahead and place your orders with this company.

Highly Disappointed. F&P has degraded its services & quality

I’ve been using this since long and I’m highly disappointed with few of my recent experiences.
I ordered one of their finest cakes and what they delivered looked like a some beginner has made that cake. It looked elegant in the picture & funny in reality. They provided pathetic service while catering to the issue that I raised and there was absolutely no resolution provided.
We then ordered a bouquet of Lilies for Valentine whose delivery they kept cancelling without providing any reason. Then after 3 days of continuous chasing I got the bouquet which was stinking like a fish pond. I returned it and asked for a resolution. Today morning they sent the same bouquet with stinking water again. Flowers are also a mix of this and that but not lilies but money charged remains the same. I am not going to use or recommend f&p to anyone now onwards. Pathetic customer experience & service. Please don’t fool yourself by using this horrible platform

Bunch of cheats and insensitive people

I had ordered a vanilla cake and flowers for my mother’s birthday on 25 Dec in the morning which was showing same day delivery between 2-6 Pm and till 7pm the cake wasn’t delivered. However these people reflected attempted delivery even though they didn’t even try.
When I called customer care and tried to expa this to them , they tried to first put in on us that we didn’t receive the calls and everything. Only after I insisted and told that I got the flowers that I order but not the cake , she talked to the delivery partner who said that he cannot deliver because he doesn’t have delivery boy and they will deliver it the next day.
Even After pleading that its my mother’s birthday and I don’t require the cake the next day , these people neither arranged the delivery nor gave me any refund.
It’s the worst app and even more pathetic customer service.

Worst website ever. Never had such terrible experience with any other website. Ordered a box of assorted Kaju Katli of 700GM which was suppose to get delivered the very next day.
1) First the delivery got delayed
2) Finally when I received the product, the packaging of the box was completely different. The box was of 500 gms and the worst part was that there were about 6 pieces of kaju katli only along with some extremely low quality sweets. When I opened the box it looked like it was half eaten already. The quality of the sweets were also not that great, had to get rid of the box at the end.
When i called the customer service to complain the associate told me that he will give me rupees 500 for the compensation, as if i was begging for the money. After multiple follow ups got my refund.

Worst service

FNP used to have a very good customer service and deliver the products on time. Day by day its service is deteriorating. I ordered a product to be delivered in Jaipur for my in-laws anniversary which was on 12th Nov. I ordered on 11th Nov as the estimated delivery date was 12th nov. It was not delivered on 12th nov, when i contacted customer service, a customer care executive named Pooja Singh said that as per their courier policy the delivery date may be dalayed by a day. I was okay. Then again i contacted customer care as the product was not delivered even on 13th nov. The same person said it will be delivered by monday i.e. 15th Nov. So i asked to cancel the order as my in-laws were in jaipur only till 14th nov, so there was no point of going with this order. So i asked to cancel the order but customer care executive of fnp was not even accepting my request to cancel the order. On 13th nov the tracking page of fnp shows the delivery date to be 12th nov. How ridiculous is it.

Unprofessionalism at it’s best

I have placed an order for rakhi. They didn’t deliver it on time i requested them even if it’s late but deliver they said you have given wrong address . I have provided the address proof and it’s matches with the document so my address was correct still they have nerve to say it’s wrong i guess they definitely need glasses to read it. So they provided me DHL chat (not even number). We went to dhl office they said they have returned product to ferns & petals and you can claim refund. I raised ticket to claim refund but their customer care is more busy than PM Modi they don’t have time to reply after so many tickets they said they can’t refund as they have policy if address is wrong then they cannot refund . But dude my address was correct IT IS YOUR MISTAKE. Accept it and refund my money. I guess ferns & petals earning from people’s refund not from completing/delivering order.

Very impressed with ferns N petals

I got to know this app through a friend who sent me flowers. When I needed to send flowers to another friend, I came in search of this app during the second lockdown, Selected a bouquet and it was delivered on time, without any hassle. It was same day delivery. I was a bit doubtful since it was my first time using the app.
Then two weeks later while I was quarantining, it was my mums birthday and I couldn’t get out of the room to see her. So again I came here and selected a few items, it was again delivered without any hassle. Recently ordered the magic cup for a friend’s birthday that’s coming up on 21 June. In case of any complications, I ordered pretty early. It was delivered last night and I checked it to see if it’s all good. It’s was very good quality. I was truly impressed the third time. 3 out of 3 times I was very happy with the service. Maybe one small thing, the flowers could be a bit better or fully bloomed. I also recently recommended this app to another friend. it’s absolutely amazing and how quick it can be. Made life sooooooo much easier

Good service

I had placed a surprise order there were some minute glitches apart from that the product and service was very good and swift . But with respect to any general query raised in the site the response is not received immediately it came two hours later. Also there was a free card option which I had chosen and mentioned there not to show the name of the sender in the card but yet it was . Also besides this, being a surprise order the shipment and dispatching details were send to the receiver on the day of the order delivery one hour before the delivery which I think is not appropriate for such orders placed with surprise element instead the delivery guy could haven directly called after reaching the location of the recipient .

Based on real life

I have made purchase few times. It’s good. But let me tell you ones you paid and order is stuck it will be stuck forever. Cause I wrote 6 times called 5 times a day they just won’t take it and would reply like chat box. Oh this is courier people mistake take your id and track. Like.. duh... I can track on app. You ask for refund and they will be like oh wait courier people responsibility here take your tracking details. During all this my brother in law went on sail and my sister was just their while leaving me feeling bad that what I order would look so cute together never reach. Only flowers. That one star is for flower courier people actually 5 star to them. But ferns and petals -5 ... lean from Zomato. They are awesome. You know no need to reply her saying “oh sorry please contact blah blah blahhh” . No use. It’s not about money but was about sentiment. You can get that then should have refunded but that too you guys can’t.
Listen!! If it’s an emergency try this app it might help. But don’t be dependent cause with experience one that got this bad service for lost orders is not with it.

Well, just a business advice for the future, if your company has any, care to at least compensate for the customer’s loss by may be treating him/her with some small free service (may be a chocolate or something) along with refunding the money. Obviously you are not in a position to do anything more than this. But just a business advice since you’re clearly pathetic at doing the business.
Also, don’t dupe the customers by convincing them to accept the refund in the form of FernsNPetals credits because that’s clearly for your own benefit. Learn to manage and cater to the existing complaints first and then move to the next level.
Delivery attempted and customer refused to accept the delivery, this was my case and so sad to see that you took ages to call me back only to speak this: mam aap ne hi reject kiya delivery ko. Oh Dear! At least dig the matter before you call some customer who has been harassed by your company.

Worst service

I had the worst experience with ferns and petals. I have read alot of good reviews by the people and trusted you people for sending flowers to my special ones on their special day but you guys have spoilt it!
The roses were not even fresh and one of them was broken and the message card was missing which I have requested while placing the order and then when I spoke to your customer executive he says that he will offer 20% discount on my next order and you tell me how is that going to help me for the day which is spoilt and then he says they will get back within 4-8 hours that means I should wait for the special day to end for your customer service person to get the solution? Is that the service you offer? And if you would have arranged a complimentary delivery then you should have called me instead of sending mails. Do you think I will have time to check my mails as I am busy in the preparations? I didnt get any call neither any sms and I had to drop the plan to send those broken flowersss to my special one. Highly unprofessional

I placed an order yesterday which was confirmed by the app and the money got deducted from my account too. After waiting for an hour I called their customer care number to check about the order, they told me it’ll be on time. Then after a couple of hours I called them again to check and that is when I was told that the order cannot be delivered. CAN YOU BELIEVE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THESE PEOPLE ARE?! I was told that the amount will be refund within 5-7 working days, which I was cool with as they said covid-19 to be the reason for the cancellation. All I asked for a confirmation, just a confirmation on my number that my amount will be refund they kept on saying that it’ll be there within a couple of hours or a day. Like seriously? Is that how long it takes for you guys to just send a confirmation?? I got my money back after screwing up with them for like half an hour. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!

Worst First order experience

I places an order yesterday for my mom for balloon decoration, bouquet and terrarium. Only terrarium was one product which i felt is still worth the money which i spent. My 3K spent money is completely waste not worth at all. The balloon decoration which I selected was completely different and thr decoration the person did is the opposite of that which I ordered. Firstly he refused to decorate the ribbons, color of the balloon is so pathetic and the complete decoration went wrong. I thought this company had good reputation may be they’ll provide good service. But nooo my first order experience gave the output of not ordering anything form this place. I spent 2K for this pathetic balloon decoration.. also the bouquet which I ordered he roses weren’t fresh and quantity was also less. If this wouldn’t have been the pandemic situation and lockdown situation i would have ordered everything from the different trustworthy party planner.
Really disappointed and not worth the money... my money got wasted!

Fraud site

I came to know about this app from a friend and on his recommendation I started surfing a gift for my brother for rakhi. Honestly, Horrible site to Work with. Ordered a rakhi set for my brother and the order was supposed to be delivered internationally. Right afyer the payment was made , the app sent me an email saying the payment is still due and then cancelled my order. Though I received an information from the bank that payment from my account has been debited. This app is completely a fraud one and they just make a fool out of you. No customer care or repeated complaints helped us anyway. This was my first experience with this app and surely the last one. Would never recommend this app for gifting purposes. Its a sheer waste of your money and time. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
Also my parcel got delivered 3 days late prior to the promised date for which they charged extra anf the parcel that i selected was not at all the same. It aas something much cheaper. I selected a pack of 12 ferrero rochers along with rakhi. They sent him 3 milk chocolates not even worth 1/3 of the original amount i paid. This is truly a highly disgusting app and the most worst one ive come accross. I repeat NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS APP.

Worst place to order it’s fake and even more worst customer service

I placed a order for Rakhi to be delivered by 31st July but my order was not delivered on that date and more they will not update you also why ur order is delayed. There customer support is more worst never pick the call always shows busy but as you instantly add a order in ur cart but do not order u will get a call from there customer support asking to place the order. Also u will get fake updates on your order delivery that today it will be delivered but it will not. My order is not delivered till 2nd august and The FNP guys are such a shame that they even do not bother to give updates about my order delayed also they will not give proper response to the tickets u raise and they will close it on there own.
Will never recommend FNP to anyone it’s a worst experience I had.I will also make sure to sue them in consumer forum.

Poor Delivery and Customer Service

This company has extremely terrible service quality and customer service. When they shipped my order, several products were missing. Now they are stonewalling any and all requests for refund. When I called their call centre, they claimed they will send me email confirmation of the same but never did, until I made another few calls. When I did receive the refund notification, it was for 25% of the amount that I actually needed to be refunded (and which I had been assured on call would be refunded).
Their website also lacks disclaimers about the nature of the products (rakhis, in my case) being purely 'indicative', and I think this is something they should specify before customers order, and not after, in emails. They claim the product description has these disclaimers, but it does not. In fact, when I noticed the product description, it also said that “Rakhis are packed and delivered in a beautiful traditional rakhi box.” which is also not the case with my delivery.

Pathetic service - Never use services from ferns N Petals

Ferns N Petals,
I just want to ask you guys why my order is cancelled.
At time of placing my order i had given delivery address, after some time have received a call from you peoples that flowers are not available, so I requested to replace flowers with one more cake and now I just received a call that delivery is not possible at my address because your outlets are not available in a nearby location.
Please let me know why you people have not checked the said address before confirming the order.
Now just because of you I am feeling shameful in front of my family, my entire planning flushed.

Bad Service

made an order on 19th july for cake and flowers combo. I paid 250 rupees extra for the midnight delivery but guess what the order was delivered at 11 pm. Why did i place the order in advance from you guys and paid extra amount for midnight delivery then?? I would have ordered the cake from swiggy Same day at 11 pm and they would have delivered it by midnight that too without charging the delivery fee.
Secondly, i made a modification in my order from your so called “raise query” contact option as the customer care number is never available. I told them to write the name on the cake, they said ok done, but when the cake arrived there was no name on the cake.
You guys are promising to make the occasions memorable, that’s how you are making it memorable? Customers will think twice from the next time ordering from you guys. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Last year i placed an order for my friends birthday and guess what the order was delivered next day.

WORST APP EVER

If there was an option for minus rating I would give it to this app it’s the worst app ever. Fraud customer service. I ordered a cake and teddy for on 3rd July for the 11th of July and on the 11th after calling them they informed me that it is unavailable. This is so unprofessional on their end. I would not recommend this app even to my enemy. They gave me a gift certificate after which I placed my order on 11th and was told it will get delivered on the same day. LIES AGAIN. They didn’t deliver the order on the day. And after 2 days confidently cancelled my order and placed a wrong order for delivery without my knowledge . I was trying to reach them for more than 4 days and after repeated calls and requests to cancel the order and refund my money. After promising to refund my money also they did not do the needful and delivered the order after 5 days. Miserable company and worst experience please do not order anything from them ever.

Worst site I have ever seen

You allowed me to place order on 16GB personalised pen drive and promised me to deliver it on date.
When i see the product status after 2 days it was on hold, You guys never intimated me on that I raised ticket to you guys and you say product was not available currently, I could see you guys still accepting orders in your site, If it is not available why you want to accept orders? Will spoil your bday without following safety standards

My friends planned to wish me by delivering cake candles wish cards. The delivery boy came. as it is not allowed to enter delivery boy into my premises. I reached on the nearby street to receive that. Booom he came he kept everything on his bike seat with visiting card outside from post cardboard cake cover opened and started clicking photographs of everything. wow what a photoshoot from delivery boy Firstly in this corona pandemic if you are supposed to deliver then just leave the package how can you do such things on road. Then I told all this to my friends they called to customer care. Wuhhhh what a attitude they had they were saying this is our policy do whatever u want!!!

Worst app.

I ordered a cake and a gift with a plant. Both the products were hopeless. They accept the order even if that is not available and after payment they send you a ticket that exact product is not available,can we replace it with alternative. And their alternatives are totally different from what we have ordered. I spent 2800 on 2 products and got cheapest alternative they have. They even change the flavour of the cake by themselves.i ordered chocolate and got pineapple and cake was not at all looked like the picture.( worst design, worst flavour and not at all fresh)
Plus they don’t deliver on time. My friends birthday was on June 1st and he got the gift on 5th. They don’t value you surprise and relation.
If you don’t want to spoil your surprise, please don’t use this app.

Worst app and fake customer support team

I placed an order for my friend's birthday and order was confirmed but on the day of his birthday they changed order status from confirmed to hold without notifying me . Then i called them , one guy picked call after 10-15 minutes i told him all things he said ok i have raised your request for refund and you ll get refund and order will be canceled. But he did nothing and just made me fool on call . After two days when i see the order status remains same , no updates from fnp . I called again , same thing happened again .. no action was taken from fnp side . It was very frustrating then i wrote to them 9-10 times then they replied we are not able to fetch your order details . I shared order screenshot with my account details , all information about the order and about my account was there in screenshot and then they replied we are not able to find your email address . 🙄
They just play with people and customer support is worst . I would request u guys don't trust this app as they are not trust worthy at all.

Very Horrible service, very horrible delivery, beware in ordering anything from here, it’s not just me but a lot of other people are complaining. This is my first and last try, they never delivered my order, everytime i call customer care, there’s always some excuse with no resolution. *Update* Now it’s been 8 days, my original order of 3 items didn’t get dispatched because one item was not in stock and customer service never bothered to inform me, i asked for a replacement which they have delivered but my other 2 items never got delivered. On 17th feb, customer care said it will get delivered on 19th, on 19th they said it will get delivered on 21, now on 22nd they are saying it will get delivered on 24th. **update** 24th Feb and still not delivered

Delivery failed and fake status updated to avoid refund

I tried placing an order but the payment page had issues so I decided to go with someone else. Immediately a sales person (Ms. Priyanka) called and sent me a link and the payment went through. The delivery was for next day and the guy directly called the recipient and tried asking for the address (talk about a surprise huh!) and then when he couldn’t figure it out asked the recipient to collect it at their shop in Kochi. He then revealed all the order items as well to the recipient. Well the surprise went for the toss! Since the shop was far from the usual route the recipient requested if the delivery could be attempted the next day and the guy agreed to it. I received an email as well confirming a delivery before 6 PM the next day. More drama follows the next day. There is no delivery till 6 PM even after the recipient following up multiple times. There was no response to any of my tickets or mail as well. Around 8:15 PM I get a message stating a security guard refused entry at 8 PM and this at an office where there are no security guards!!! No response till know about my request to cancel the amount and refund the money!!! Surprisingly they are able to reach me within 3 mins of me refusing the payment at the page but are unable to reach me in spite of the multiple tickets raised !!!! So make your own call in whether you still want to go through with them/

Not for plants and plant accessories.. waste of money

I ordered three plants and a planter. all came in a very bad condition. Two plants of them are delivered through express hand delivery. I don’t know from where they picked those plants. Those were such a bad and dirty condition that you can’t even imagine. Other one and the planter were delivered by blue Dart which packing was pathetic. The planter they sent was not what I ordered and they sent a old and defective one. I am writing this because I have very good experience of buying plants online from other sites.
These are nothing look like what they are showing in the pictures. So please don’t go with their pictures.
If you want to buy plants and plant accessories, then this site is not what you are looking for.
This is my first and last order from this site/app. I am not going to do this mistake again.

BEWARE - Fraud company

I ordered a bouquet with a cake, they accepted the order and the delivery time slot was between 7am to 9 pm. Around 5pm i went on the app to track and know the status and found that the order is cancelled. I called the Cx and the reason that they guys gave me was our delivery partner do not cater to where you want us to deliver the order. I asked them why was not informed in the morning when i place the order and why the hell i was not informed that my order is cancelled. They cancelled the order without even speaking and informing me. And then the cx puts me on mute when i ask the reason and they disconnected my calls. I had to submit a ticket saying that i will put a charge back on my card and then I received a call from Them apologising for what has happened. These guys wouldn’t have answered me if i would have paid them via debit card. I would not recommend them to anyone as they can spoil your events and will you make you cry for the money.

Very bad service

I booked one plant for my friend's birthday on 4th may, app was showing it would be delivered by 05 may. But on 5th may i did not get any update , so at last i called the helpline n asked about it. That customer care executive is told me that the person to whom it should be delivered her phone was not reachable so they did not deliver it. I asked them then you should have atleast call me or inform me about it. Bday is on 06 may , now today also i did not get any update i again called the helpline but still no update it there.
It is a really bad service her birthday is on 06 may what is the point of sending it after 06 . And this is a pathetic point that her phone was not reachable so you did not deliver it, you should have call me and ask me atleast or update me about the same i could have arrange something.
Now they are telling me that it would be delivered asap I don't know how true is this now, hoping for the best but seriously very disappointed.
I have used it for the first time n this bad experience will tend me not to use this app again.
Please Solve this problem and deliver it , for safety i have given you 2 more numbers to call and i asked you if her phone is not reachable again than call me I would arrange someone. Please understand n help. Thanks

Great service

I’ve used them to send flowers, and gifts both when I was in the US and when I was back in India. They’ve always met the expectations and the receiver has always been happy with the preparation and quality. The guys once had a question/confusion about the message on the card in my order, and despite me being in the USA and being an ISD call, he still called me personally to confirm everything and even offered a coupon because the website caused this confusion. Really happy and will continue using this. I hope that FnP can turn the negative reviews here upside down and make more people happy.

Worst service

My husband order cake for me on 21st Nov 18 for the midnight delivery on 22nd Nov 18. But he didn’t get any call in the night, he got only message around 11:18 pm that ‘call me sir’ , then he called him and that delivery guy was saying that i didn’t find ur address, then my husband told him - ok, where are you i am coming there.
Then the delivery boy replied that i am now 15 km away from ur location, he was not agreed to deliver the order that day.
Next morning my husband got a call from the customer care and the customer care guy assured him that we will deliver order on or before 8 pm, then we both were again waiting for the order but again didn’t get any message or reply from any one till 8:30 pm. After that we again called the customer care and again those customer care guy assured that we will deliver it within 1 hour and that customer care guy has also taken some more alternate numbers of ours. Then we were again waiting for the call from delivery boy, but till 10 pm we didn’t got any call or any message. Now the birthday is gone and today morning they are repeating the same process that we will deliver it by today but now what is the need of the cake.
We both were so irritated and frusted with the ferns and petals now. Will never recommend this app or website to anyone because they spoiled my birthday celebration.

Worst customer care ever/ worst experience

I placed an order on the app. Selected delivery time as early delivery for both flowers and cake. Paid 200 extra as early delivery charge. These guys delivered only flowers and when I contacted customer care and asked them about the cake this highly unprofessional; rude female Preeti tells me for cake you have selected different time slot wherein it was the same order same time same recipient and I told her that the fault is at their end because why would I select different time for the same order. Preeti the customer care executive instead of helping me out was saying it’s your fault now you can either collect the cake from the store or wait for delivery whenever it’s done. As we can not delivery now as we have lots of order. We book flowers n cake with emotions and this is what they do with the orders. I can still do with cake not getting delivered on time but atleast apologise for your app’s technical glitch and not blame the person who’s giving you business. Ferns n petals you ruined my moment and your Preeti the cce ruined it further with her unsupportive attitude and rude tone, unprofessional behaviour.
