Extremely exhausted with the process and with their team. I raised a request for the discontinuation of the service and for the device to be collected so that I can have my deposit back. Which, according to their TERMS AND CONDITIONS should have been completed within 24 hours after, but it’s been 10 days without a reply from them. When I contacted their team via chat(only way), they only had one thing to say: "Sorry for the inconvenience; we’ve escalated it on priority. Our team will coordinate as soon as possible.” I mean, c’mon tell me the exact reason and the timeline. I cannot wait wondering all day as I am a student and cannot afford to lose the deposit. But having had the experience so far, honestly, I don’t have much hope. Would not highly recommend anyone for this cause. Better get other brands connection who doesn’t charge the deposit and are more reliable.

To whoever is reading this. Don’t go for excitel. I have been using excitel for two years and one thing that I can be sure of is that this is a garbage company. And the customer service is non existent. They promise something but never deliver. I had a 300mbps plan but the speed rarely crossed 150. In the last one month or so I have been facing multiple disconnection issues and have raised two tickets for the same. Have been on calls with the non existent customer care daily for more than 30 mins each but to no avail. They keep on promising that it will be done but nothing happened the latest ticket today is more than 11 days old and these shameless people haven’t even tried to know the concern yet. I have terminated the connection 4 days back no one has come to pickup the device and my security of 2000 is in limbo. They say once the device is picked up it will take 60 Days for the refund. I am afraid that I am not gonna get back my security. DO NOT GO FOR EXCITEL THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS.

I was facing continuously interruption in internet and i have tried to connect with customer service and local vendor, they had suggested me to upgrade to fiber, so i had deposited requested amount and waited for almost 2 months for upgrade. Then i asked them to refund my deposit. Now i am facing issue of frequent disconnection from isp as per router dashboard. I have tried multiple times with customer service and local representatives, they are not coming to resolve issue. I have already paid for multiple month now i am regretting because they are not going to refund my balance.

Believe it or not, excitel has improved drastically since the time we opted for this ISP. 2-3 years back their internet was pathetic same was the condition of service. But once i opted for Fiber plan i faced no issue with internet. Speed is constant and there are disconnections. Very satisfied with their service. Even app works fine in iOS now.

Pay the amount use it for 15 days & pay for 30 days. No proper connection every alternate days connection gets lost and they take 24 hrs to resolve the same. You cant do anything but pay the amount n wait for it to get restored. 300mbps feels like 2G although it felt better than this 300mbps for namesake, i bet they don't even check plays tore or app store to respond to the users as well, just like they don't have any customer support to help us. Anyway this is the last month of suffering so, check before taking this excitel.

I want to give my genuine reviews about the excitel, honestly the first few weeks, it was extremely awesome and fast internet, I was so satisfied and I experienced the best internet ever in my life, HOWEVER, happy moment was too short and then problems came, not working internet, frequently disconnected, advisors extremely not helpful, deaf and dont care for frustrated customers. They always said the same, not giving proper acknowledgment. They kept us waiting and waiting, and never resolved the problem. One time also, an advisor kept me waiting almost one hour on phone on hold and ended up the calls, it added me fuel to the petrol. There will be need of one million page book to write dissatisfaction about deaf excitel. If you want to simply frustrated customers, then go ahead and connect it.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Excitel, an internet provider company. I have been experiencing issues with my internet connection for the past 10 days and have been trying to reach out to customer service for assistance.
Unfortunately, every time I call, I am met with unhelpful and unresponsive customer service representatives. They seem to have no sense of urgency to resolve my issue and are unable to provide any useful solutions. I have been on hold for long periods of time like this team has all the time in this mail to world and have been transferred to multiple representatives without any resolution.

It's very frustrating that a company that provides a service as essential as internet connection can be so negligent in addressing and resolving customer issues. I have yet to have my issue resolved and would not recommend this company to anyone. If you value your time and money, I would strongly advise you to avoid Excitel at all costs. They are unprofessional, unreliable and unresponsive. I give them a 1 star rating even after disconnection & surrendering all equipment they have not refunded my security from last 7 months,
If we would not deposit bill on time these companies charges panelty but not refunding security from more than 7 months are OK for these guys .

They have a standard policy of 90 days refund of deposit money.
It has been 180 days and the money has not been refunded. The customer care says that you will not have to call again but I have called them atleast 10 times.
Earlier I thought that it might be coming through a grand procession. People might be coming on foot to deliver me the cash. But now it has been over 180 days so I think that they may be coming on road through a different country to deliver me cash. Only god and excitel knows what they are upto.

Don’t trust such internet providers. Their internet speed & connectivity is very poor. If you raise a ticket they will tell you it takes 4+ days to respond. It will show you on application also with countdown time. No one will be there to respond when it’s down. It’s our luck if is working or we should feel it’s our bad luck. I have 2 connections in office & home. Both have same problem. They says 300 mbps but it actually runs at 15 to 30 mbps. And this also not consistent. I paid for yearly this is another headache. Not able to cancel this because no refund. Still if any one wants to take connection then take 1 month & experience the problems then take a decision. If you are a professional then straight away go with reputed companies. Will get response & solution when we have a problem.

This is the worst experience I have had with any internet service provider. I have been calling the customer support team from past 3 days, it take’s minimum 5 minutes to get the call connected and then fake apologies and promises (per-written templates). There is no internet from past 3 days and the support executive is always eager to either put me on hold or fake escalation to higher team. Doesn’t seem that they have any SLA breach, issue priority, SLA report or anything in their support system. No one has called me or even texted me for any help. I am getting rid of this provider now and switching over to some customer friendly and support oriented provider ( If there are any)

Got my fiber connection in sumerpur city during installation i specifically asked if I get transferred during the period will it get transferred to another city and the Excitel team said definitely within a day if we provide connection in that city. Now I have been transferred to Jodhpur but looks like Excitel doesn’t care for their existing customers.
Raised a ticket on 30th Jan for connection shifting to Jodhpur. I am calling them every day but never received a positive reply from them from last 8 days. Really frustrated by the kind of service they provide to their customers.

I don’t know why people have criticized excitel so much. I don’t know about other people but service in my area (east delhi) is excellent. I’ve never faced even a 2 minute downtime in last 5 years.
Still excitel need to improve their service in other areas like in Indirapuram Ghaziabad, excitel was worst service provider when I used to live there back in 2019.

Every alternate day you will face connectivity issue and if you raise a ticket then the turn around time is 48 hours can you believe it, even the application sometimes do not work. I raised a ticket today and I got a call from customer service saying i need to wait for 4 hours as ground staff is doing some maintenance, it’s been 6 hours wifi is still down and on top of it I just checked, the ticket is closed from their end automatically.
Believe me this not the first time.

I would recommend everyone to never sign up for Excitel. They ask you to pay a deposit which they say is refundable, however they use aggressive tactics and they actually try to manipulate you and drop you with excises and pathetic explanation for the delay. Its been 2 months now.
I have already filed a consumer complaint, and just waiting for 10 working days to be over. After that certainly would be paying a much higher price than just 2k.
I know the address where i had returned the modem. I will barge in to collect my router first. That you haven’t paid. Which i can sell on my own to get the money faster.
You guys have no right to delay this and hold the money.
Just wait and watch what I make you guys do.

I have been a loyal excitel customer for past 3 years but in recent times the level of customer support has gone down the drain. The average waiting time on call is around 30mins if you are lucky. Chat support is slightly better even though resolution doesn’t happen there as well. Returning router and getting a refund is another battle altogether now that the customer is supposed to personally go and handover the router to nearest Center. Only good thing is sales team is very prompt since they want to take your money and after that everyone vanishes. Transferring remaining subscription days to a new user id after shifting to another place is non existent even though sales team will insist that it will be done as soon as you take a new subscription. Speed is good when it’s working but service is in the negatives so avoid till they do something about the customer support. Switching to Airtel.

EXCITEL is the worst connection you can go for. Never waste your money by buying this plan. I got a data plan from excitel and paid 2000 for installation and 4400 for the connection for 9 months for which they said If I shift to a new location they would get the data transferred to the new location. I shifted to gurgaon on 31st March and they asked to buy a new connection since the connection needs to be active for the data to be transferred. I was hesitent to spend money again but I did it anyway and raised a request for data transfer to be done. It has been 25 days that I have been calling them again and again and they keep telling me to wait. And today as of 31st April 2021, they are asking me to get the recharge done as the plan is inactive and needs to be active for the data to be transferred which was only due to the delay from their end. And they tell you that 2000 rupees is refundable but they don’t refund it. When I asked then to refund it they completely denied it and made me pay again for the new one.

I would like to recommend people not to take their services in Bangalore. First of all their connection keeps dropping and when you try to reach out to the concerned person, they won’t response. There is no point going to their office in person as well, because there’s no one available there. Every day there is some sort of issue with the internet connection. The app is crashing on my iPhone 8 plus ios 12.1.4. Earlier the app was working fine but its now crashing. Other than that net is awesome with minor issues sometimes, but resolving the problem is hassle free so i would suggest all of you that excitel is a good network but its upto your local service provider in your area also who will either give you a mindblowing service in solving minor issues here and there or will not act as he should. I request the technical team to kindly look into the issue of app crashing. Giving 1 star for app and 5 stars for internet.

It’s been about a month my wifi is not working, tired calling everywhere but still frequent disconnections. I had the connection for about 6 months no issues till the 2nd last month of the subscription but now in the last month all of a sudden the connection has major disconnecting issues but no help for the company itself, still I did the recharge for 9 months but the situation of the internet is same and they are not at all concerned in returning the prepaid amount back. Last option is go to the consumer forum I guess. Won’t suggest to others better get a another Wi-Fi.

I purchased their fibre services and through a local vendor. They were known about that purchase as I was asked about an OTP at the time of final purchase, they overcharged me by 2500/- INR extra by making fraud statements and all.
Now, I am hunting their customer service since last 2-3 months, but I haven’t got any of the reply or resolution yet. They always say that I’ll be getting a callback (which was promised to me by 8-10 executive including their manager whose name was Mr. Vinay Kumar Tiwari) , but it never happens and they themselves disconnect the call from their side(by which u can understand what type of quality of after sales services they have)
The internet speed is like the same you will experience by connecting a hotspot from mobile phone, customer service is ridiculous
So, it’s a humble suggestion that never go with them and switch to other alternates which are available for the similar prices, they have nothing to brag about.
JUST MOVE ON WITH OTHER BRANDS, EXCITEL IS REALLY A WASTE OF MONEY
