Hidden charges & Deduction 4 to 5% after you do Transaction .
Customer Care Executives abuses clients and speak bad words specially Nirmal; Imran.
And also they have MDs Amit Aggarwal, subhash, Akhil who don’t bother to take action on customer complaints, don’t revert on any mails . And even there staff tell to their customers jisko complaint karna h karlo, we don’t bother .
For deduction of wrong charges they don’t have any guidelines and defame yes bank ; RBI guidelines and tell people that NoBroker has not deducted anything , yes bank , RBI have deducted charges . Speak with yes bank or RBI .

I had used Nobrokers logistics service for my relocation from Hyderabad to Bangalore. My shipment was supposed to reach Bangalore on the 16th September, instead it reached on the 17th. Since I wasn’t home during those days I had requested assistance of my landlord for the delivery. I arrived on the 30th of September and realised the shipment was soaked in water. It affected my Microwave oven aswell as the Television set. When I reached the customer care several times, I was informed that the insurance can be claimed on reporting within two days of the delivery. Not just my appliances but other furniture was also damp. It was a horrible experience that I faced. Some of my furniture pieces glass were crooked too. I had the most horrible experience with the service. It must’ve got damp due to the rains but what I cannot understand is the way my furniture was shipped, either the furniture wasn’t properly packed or Anandpackers on movers on behalf of Nobroker didn’t cover their vehicles well. All in all, it was a big disappointment using their services!

While the service looks promising and they have courteous agents, they don’t stick to their word when it comes to their refundable plan which states that if they are unable to find you something matching your requirements, and you are able to find it yourself, they will refund you the money. They don’t. They did not have any inventory matching our specs, and when we found it ourselves and requested a refund, they have stopped responding. Did not expect that. The app can also use some polish. Also, you get way too many notifications for interactions.

My relationship manager Mrs Rehka V has not provided the poor services. In entire full day i have been getting just 1 lead. I was promised before buying the relax plan that i will be getting plenty of leads & service on time. After paying so much still me & my wife has to put efforts more than nobroker.com to search the accommodation.
Every day a new employee from NoBroker.com will call me and ask for the same leads which i have rejected 4-5 times before. However, i am not at all satisfied with the services this company is providing and charging fees so high.

Guys, please fix your application. I’m trying to look for houses to buy, but regardless of what option I select it always shows me only rental houses. I’m selecting the buy option and even then it asks me to select the rent range instead of the buy range. Not to mention that ever since I registered my number on this app I get spammed with frequent messages almost on a daily basis to take up a paid plan. While I understand that you would want to monetise your app, please try not to spam people like this.

I registered for Rent agreement. They committed to give agreement in 3-4 working days but its one week already and relationship manager Harshal Yadav saying that my one is on priority. Can you tell me if priority application pending since one week then why you are giving commitment of 3-4 days. You are just making your customer fool. This is my first and last experience. Relax Plan does not work/Movers Premium pack doesn't get any benefits

App is not excellent, but Ok. I have tried Relax Plan in Bangalore twice in past few years, it does not work. Relationship managers were polite both times, but also inefficient.
For landlords who stay abroad, I was told RM sent an email but when I ask to be looped in, I find email was never originally sent.
I had to follow up and chase the RM to keep sending me leads, else they don't. Even when they do fix an appointment, 50% of the time landlords are not available to show the property so you end up wasting time.
I used Movers and paid extra for premium - Bubble wrap was not used, thin cloth (that they call foam and does not cover all sides of appliances was used). Vendor offloaded stuff on wrong floor and even forgot which floor it was, so we had to go through floor by floor to search in a 20 floor apartment. And then vendor asked for additional tip in the end. It was hilarious.
Quite disappointed and Zero ROI.
