The customer service is nothing but a script. They allow you to send one message only and then the customer service executive shuts the complaint. The cab drivers take wrong routes and then the customer is charged extra for it. The app does not even mention that the price being displayed is only the expected price and not final price. I recommend using Uber or Ola than using Rapido. Have taken two rides till date and in both of them I have been over charged because the cab driver decides the route. The longer the route the more the customer pays. Absolutely pathetic.

I recently had a late-night movie outing with my mom, and getting a ride home at 12:45 AM seemed like a daunting task. I struggled to get an auto from other apps but Rapido came to the rescue. Within moments of booking, I was connected with a rider who promptly called to confirm the ride and ensured that he will be there in few minutes.
What truly impressed me, however, was the level of care and consideration shown throughout the journey. Not only did the rider ensure our safe arrival at our destination, but Rapido also followed up with 3 notifications post-ride to inquire about our well-being. This included asking if the ride was comfortable and if any issues were encountered during the journey.
Apart from these notifications, I also got a call from Rapido mentioning that its a safety check-in call since I travelled late at night which made me feel genuinely cared for and secure—a sentiment I hadn't experienced with other travel apps. In a world where safety is paramount, I really loved Rapido's thoughtful initiatives and personally that made them stand out when compared to the other apps.
Focusing solely on safe and comfortable ride, I would wholeheartedly recommend Rapido. Thanks Rapido for prioritizing passenger safety and comfort.

I have used Rapido parcel for a business purpose but my parcel Never got delivered.
I contacted the customer care number and i have been kept waiting stating that the concern team will contact me but never did i get any call from the team.
And upon checking the status of my complaint it's showing closed, which is very much disappointing. I am leaving a text everyday at Rapido customer care but all i get in reply is they have raised a ticket and the concern team will call me. I trusted Rapido with my business parcel but this is such an unprofessional move.
Kindly take urgent action and refund me.

Horrible service, I booked an auto, firstly the driver refuse to drop me at my location and made me walk in the scorching heat. He also told me to pay before ending my ride and made me pay a higher amount than what my fare was. After all this the customer service refuses to refund my money, and says I should deal with the driver directly. How the hell am I suppose to find this driver in the city? Rapido does not have any control over their drivers. I had really bad experience. Driver demanded extra cash of 30 rs over and above the ride balance saying rapido takes 30 ra commission. Auto driver: Palani R is really rude and bad behaviour guy. I book auto from VR mall to home. Me, my sister and niece 1yr baby we where 3people. As we had baby we booked auto inside VR mall near the gate. Auto got booked and showed 5mins. We started to walk and called the driver, the driver told I’m out only come fast. We walked fast after reaching we called the driver the asked us to walk bit far left side and the auto number was different he told the auto number in call. But reached in 5mins as app showed but the auto guy scolded us we told we have a that’s y we booked from inside the mall. While opening the auto door the driver left without informing. Really this is unsafe behaviour and so rude. All Rapido drivers are really rude that doesn’t know how to treat customers.

Worst taxi/auto/bike booking app in the market. I once booked an auto from my office to home. The auto driver stood almost a kilometer away from the pickup point. Being in a bit of a rush and having already waited very long for an auto, I walked all the way there. Once I sat in the auto, the driver refused to drop me to the location. Just when I was about to put a complaint on the app, the driver cancelled the ride himself. I was not able to even see the aborted ride in Ride history. Pathetic app that doesn’t put any thought into its features while releasing them. The map is the worst. The estimated time does not make any sense. The drivers they hire are a danger to society. One of my friends got a driver that did not know the way. She ended up being harassed, heckled and dropped off at a location many kilometers away from her home. Another one of my friends told about a rapido driver who took a whiff of Ganja in front of the passengers before driving the auto, before proceeding to talk rudely and drive rash. Please do not use this app, even if the fares are cheap and ride gets booked faster. There is no sense of safety or security in Rapido services.

I booked an auto because i had to reach somewhere very urgently, but after 10 mins an e-rikshaw arrives at the pickup location, that too was in a really bad condition. It was barely moving and looked like the parts would come off anytime. I was getting late so i anyway had to ride it because I didn’t have time to re-book and wait for another ride to come. But anyways if i wanted an e-rikshaw, I WOULD’VE SIMPLY BOOKED ONE!! I booked an auto because i wanted to reach fast and also the route that i have to take is not meant for e-rikshaws. Its full of bumps and its really very uncomfortable to ride in an e-rikshaw on that route. Also the fares of e-rikshaw are much less than those of auto, but i had to give the same price as auto. AND BELIVE ME THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS THING HAS HAPPED. It happed before also many times, i just ignored it because i thought it was some glitch or something.
And as guaranteed by the app, the prices are not the lowest. They are the same as other apps. The prices are not competitive at all. So why should i use this app!?

I booked an auto ride; the auto details are not matching with the details provided in the app. the auto, and he even took a long route to charge extra money, even though I informed him multiple times and he didn’t even listen to my words. Regarding this issue, I raised a customer service issue: you have to wait 20–25 minutes to talk to an agent. After connecting, they simply say it's our policy, so we can’t help you, and we are closing the ticket. Imagine if a woman is there in my place, where is the safety? Comparatively, Rapido competitors have the most safety features and quick customer support. I am going to avoid this app from now on.

I’m Vyom Shrivastava. It has been 3 times that your app is charged heavily from the expected fare amount. Kindly note, your captain’s changes route according to there will, even if there red light they change the route. So is it fair to pay extra amount even if we don’t want to divert the route? Secondly why should i pay the waiting charge when your captain is not at the pick up location? All this is very unprofessional and unfair means of business. I want refund of all the rides which your app charge wrongfully because of your captain. Consider this is an official complaint, please do needfully. I had booked an auto, and after giving him the otp he started saying ill charge extra 50rps because of the traffic. When we denied paying extra he asked us to cancel the ride and kept shouting at us. When we cancelled the ride and denied paying since he had not even moved 200m from the starting point, he said u asked me to end the ride now you will have to pay. And when we said we wont pay he was coming to hit us if we didnt pay. When we told his whole story to customer care they just took it lightly and didn't provide any refund since we ended the ride, and we kept opening the ticket to explain to them that we only cancelled because the auto driver made us cancel and was not letting us in the auto and kept harassing. The customer care executive just kept resolving the ticket. Bad service. Never install this app. Ola and uber is much much better.

I took an Rapido auto yesterday, the price showed versus price charged was a 25% hike. On reaching out the support team I was told that We see that there has been a change in the route taken. The amount charged corresponds to this update in the route taken. In order to compensate our captain fairly, we had to update the ride fare accordingly.
If a captain/ driver has taken an alternative route according to his will, should he be compensated for this or should the customer be compensated for the wasted time? If driver takes a certain route, why should customer be charged more? Is there no tracking is drivers are doing this on purpose to hack into being over paid?
The support team is not willing to listen or even get on a call. There is reason why platforms like Rapido are failing to provide a bare minimum customer experience and service and losing customers to bigger and better players.

Yesterday I travelled in Rapido, the driver initially demanded an extra amount, he said after 10 PM, need to pay extra amount for booking a ride, so I tried to cancel the ride but he convinced me to continue the ride without extra amount, then in middle of the trip he changed the route and he took a long route due to that fared also increased ,he’s also rude then I contacted Rapido support but I didn’t get a proper response from them, they just saying your route got changed so fare also increased, and they just closed my query without resolving, what kind of behaviour of this..???? , it’s a wrost app I have ever used, it’s better to switch to Uber or Ola app , atleast those apps are trustable and solving customers issue, there are no scams atleast, but Rapido is scaming the customers by taking extra amount.

I booked an auto today, and the driver marked himself as arrived without reaching the pick up point. I started calling him, but he did not pick up. I called multiple times, but saw that he was in his way to some other location (visible from the map in the app). My waiting time kept on increasing until 32 minutes, when I was able to create a ticket. Creating a ticket was another trouble. The support guy calls me and very rudely says that he’ll cancel the ride from his end and then share the action taken against the driver with me. But I never got that response. Then I went back to the app to check, and I see this - the support guy basically aborted the ride, marked it as paid by cash, and gave the driver a 5 star review. And the rating given was being displayed as given BY ME. UNBELIEVABLE. very very unprofessional drivers as well as support employees.

Rapido is a fraud. User can add money to Rapido wallet but they can never use it.

I have added 2000rs to rapido wallet on 27 Jan since, i m regular user of it. But once i added money it didn’t give me permission to change mode of payment from cash to rapido wallet. I connected to customer support they said they are having some issue u can use it after 4th feb. I said in that case refund my money. They said concerned team will contact u nobody contacted me. Also, their chat support is so slow they will reply u back after 5-6 hours some times after 10 hours. Untill today my money is stuck in rapido wallet. There is no option to raise on this people in the app or it is not showing the cancelled trips. This has become an advantage for the drivers to deny our bookings. More over it will spoil ur reputation. Please check the 2 cancelled bookings and remove them from ur App. They also told u people don’t credit to them. Iam going to uninstall Rapido app from my mobile. Every ride I book , I see the captain is asking for extra money. The last ride I took it was showing 167 rs and if the captain needs extra money, atleast he could ask directly . He was like the rate is yet to be updated, actually he din close the ride. He demanded it was showing 224 for the ride to him and post that he demanded 20rs extra. I was arguing with him it’s showing only 167 for me. I was late to the place that I wanted to reach, despite that I argued with him, he was telling random reasons and asked for 250 rs . I said no I can’t give. Rapido is getting worst nowadays. Already it’s showing extra , and captain is asking for more. What’s all this. This is not the 1st time. Almost every captain is doing the same. U will be losing customers if this is going to continue. And Iam already one who is going to stop using rapido bcas of this

It has happened twice with me when the initial ride has showed some amount and at the end of the right there was some coupon or coins that were deducted and the price was less but I have paid as per the initial amount at the time of booking and neither Driver this support has helped me anyway I have raised multiple tickets with the customer support and their behaviour was so unprofessional.
They wanted to reply immediately and when we shared the documents and take time they will be behind us that are we still connected please reply ASAP and their response time is very late and at the end even after explaining the whole situation and sharing all the screenshots they would say that this is not in the policy so we cannot refund you the amount and I don't know how much they are earning from this. They don't have a way to talk to the customer and their knowledge of policies is very low rapido overall very poor customer support and need to work on that.

I strongly recommend you Do not use the Rapido!! As I found here 0% safety. There captains are not verified and not even trustworthy!! Recently I got grabbed by one of there captain as he canceled my ride without letting me know and taking me in wrong directions. I Sad him this is not the right direction still he is not listing me and requesting me that just wait for 5 min I’ll dropped you in a right location but unfortunately He is taking me in a totally opposite direction. When I start shouting on a road then he stops the ride and still he took money from me!! When I raised the complaint they said that they will confirm from the captain that he does such thing or not lol how will gonna admit it!! There behaviours are very much strange. Took a cab from Delhi to Ghaziabad on Monday morning 18th dec 23. Middle of the trip driver informed us of extra charges on interstate toll. However the app categorically displayed pop up saying no extra charges for toll to be payed. We showed this to driver on which he said you speak to customer care. We tried to reach out to any help avenues but none was available during journey. The app itself is “Jugaad” to say the least, the device used is an S23 and still we had lag. SOS button did not work during the trip. Driver got aggressive at our doorstep even when we were dealing with him politely. And started threatening us to the extent that we had to call our society’s security team. Eventually when we connected with rapido emergency response team and they confirmed no extras to be paid as its all in the trip. Only then the driver left, but not without misbehaving with rapido team as well. ******Key take aways. 1. The app is substandard and poorly designed. 2. Support is painfully slow and you cannot depend on Rapido in an SOS situation. Better have other arrangements while traveling with them. 3. Any and all drivers are being onboarded with no background checks. 4. Rapido is not transparent with Customers and Drivers both by not giving them any breakup of ride charges resulting in such incidents. Never taking a ride with them again.

Could you please educate all your captains to understand that it’s the customer’s right to choose what high mode of payment they prefer? I’m not even exaggerating, but almost everytime I choose payment via app or Rapido Wallet rather than paying directly to driver; they either start talking rudely at the end and give bad ratings to me, or just increase the fare and ask me to pay them more money separately.
Do they not get notified about the mode of payment while accepting the ride? If yes, then they should be educated to not give poor ratings and be rude to the customers.

Captains routinely go off route to hike up fare price, even when you tell them it’s not your route they’ll argue they know better citing traffic even though in reality the longer routes have more traffic, simply so they can charge extra for the ride. They also ask to change payment method so they can facilitate the same. And the customer care response is even worse. First of all after 4pm you will get no response from any agent regarding your issue. Then when you ask for refund they tell you they’re crediting it in rapido wallet (which btw the refund does not reflect the difference caused by the captain’s cheap tricks) but the refund never shows up. And ask your response bot instead of replying to me here saying you’re sorry that I’m dissatisfied, go resolve my ticket in your own app first. Total Scammers

What started out as a great experience has petered out to be not nice at all. The following has happened to me twice now - the rider arrives at some distance from the location given. Immediately on arrival he shows he has arrived and a Timer starts. By the time I call figure out where he is, ensure him thats not my location and either make him come to me or I walk to him (the case today) the Waiting Timer is churning. Therefore when I alight the fare has been altered. Not by much, in both cases it was two rupees only, but Rapido certainly didn’t deserve those four rupees. I’m trying hard not to call this a scam of sorts but badly failing. Quite sad because there is a genuine need for such services in crowded urban spaces of India. But Rapido has lost my trust.

I have booked a ride today and the captain came picked up my parcel and i mentioned the captain that it has a food in it and he took my money and parcel but did not took the number of the drop location person number and he started his ride and it was like 2 mins delivery to the drop location
After i hand over the parcel to him i waited for 30 minutes and tried to call the captain and there was an automated reply on call saying that this number is not registered and i dialed my number in it
Also, i tried contacting the customer service through chat and my chat got connected to an associate after 20 minutes
The person to whom the parcel has to be deliver she has waited for 45 minutes to get the parcel and the delivery guy just disappeared and after 1 hour i decided to go the road and search for the captain near my location and street
And i saw the captain sitting on the bike holding my parcel and i had to take the parcel and deliver the parcel myself to the drop location
What’s the point of booking a ride and paying the amount for free and not getting my parcel delivered??
If the application and everything is not ready what’s the point of launching a stupid application

Exploitation of Rider by Rapido company

I don’t think many of you all know that Rapido charges 18% commission on each ride to the driver. On top of that the company doesn’t give cancellation amount to the driver even if customer cancels the ride. It’s so frustrating to drive upto 2 kms to pick up the customer only to find out that the customer has cancelled the order. For that Rapido used to pay a cancellation amount of 10 rupees to the driver. But later they stopped giving that also. The honest drivers suffer because of this since they make just peanuts at the end of the day. The worst is the customer service. When you call them to report about the issue they will pin the blame on the driver itself also they just take any complains as only feedback’s and don’t resolve the problem. Yesterday when I made such complain the executive on the other end was intentionally causing audio disturbances while talking so that I couldn’t talk to him properly and hang up the call. Yes. So this is the treatment a driver receives from the Rapido.

I have booked a cab from rapido the the charge that was shown in the starting was 271 but after reaching the driver started asking me 315 and he started saying it what app is showing to him so I have paid him and u have raised a request for the extra money that u have paid I have asked the customer support to return my money to my bank account but they sent it to my rapido wallet which is useless to me and after discussing with them they started telling that don’t have the policy to return money to my account.i don’t understand if you want to get a customer to use your service you are supposed to give the best experience to the client and get him back to use your app not by holding his money in your rapido wallet which is useless to most of the customers.
One more interesting thing if you are travelling in again in rapido if you want to use the money that they are holding in their wallet if the charge is 60rps and they are holding your 20rps you cannot use that 20rps without adding minimum 50rps in to the wallet again extra 10rps need to pay to use my money such a worst concept.
Note : most of the cab and auto drivers will cancel the ride immediately after knowing that you want to pay through the wallet and also better you can keep some fine on the drives that who cancels the ride after reaching the location as how you people will charge through customers.

I have booked rapido and that was my first ride with rapido. I had to face such a disappointment with the rapido. The caption has asked me in the middle of no where to get down and book another ride, I have said I’m not getting down but still he refused me to drop at my location asked me to get down as he had some emergency and he need to go there and charged the amount and how cunningly that caption has not canceled my ride till the time and at last caption had mentioned in the rapido app that he has left me in the location and has charged less amount.
Such a huge disappointment I had to see worst day. Here Rapido are promising to give low charges but there captions have sharp brains that they are leaving people in the middle and charging full amount and then they describe in the application that they have charged low amount than what they have showed while booking

There are a lot of problems with rapido. The ride doesn’t get canceled unless you explicitly cancel the ride and select one out of a million options and then again press some buttons. I understand that you want to collect data to analyse to make the experience better or whatever but I think your first goal should be to make the direct ux better rather than worrying about something in the long run.
Secondly, if I close the app, why is my ride request still active? If I get a ride elsewhere, I really do not have the time to answer so many questions for cancelling my ride on Rapido. I’d rather close the app. Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way. Please change this. I’m sick of randomly getting calls and being yelled at by auto annas.
Third, I have had some real bad experiences with rapido drivers. In a new city, I don’t expect someone to drop me in the middle of nowhere and go away. In the past, whenever I raised a complaint regarding these issues I was gaslit by the customer service saying that the driver had dropped me at the correct location only. NO SIR HE DROPPED ME TWO STREETS AWAY AND I WAS TOO SCARED TO SAY ANYTHING.
I agree that Rapido usually has lesser prices. I also agree that there are some really good drivers also. But all this headache is not worth it. My review has been extra salty because I had two bad experiences with rapido in just one day.

I am using rapido from past 2 months I really liked their services they charge on kms covered
But yesterday it was a scary situation for me and my mom. We booked an auto and driver was not ready to receive online payment he insisted us to give him cash we agreed since we were carrying cash but we didn’t have change
On reaching our destination total amount was ₹228 i gave him 300 but driver as well was not carrying change he said i will give you change after sometimes through google pay after contacting his known person but my mom said call the person right now and ask him to transfer change. Suddenly he started shouting on my mom we were asking help from many but they denied at last one guy gave us change and we gave to driver when driver started to leave he used foul languages and left me and my mom were furious and reported this incident to customer service.
I am not sure what customer service is doing till now they are just saying we have raised a ticket and we will take appropriate action against him the point is rapido is not taking this matter seriously. This can again happen in future with me or with anyone else it was a scary situation yesterday. I am not going to use rapido services after this.

Probably it’s time for you to shut down your app when you don’t have any control on your drivers. Don’t give adds . Terrible experience with the customer care. I wanted an invoice for a ride which I was not able to mail to myself. Was able to mail all the other rides and I had contacted the customer care. I had been contacting the customer care for nearly 20 days every single day and they’d ask me to be patient and do literally nothing about it. Some of them would not even listen to what I’m saying and just leave the chat. I have not experienced a more terrible customer service anywhere so far. So if any of you all are working professionals trying to get your bills reimbursed, Rapido is the worst app to use since there is no guarantee that you will receive your invoice or any support from the team. Highly recommend against it.

So it’s almost 12 at night and me doing a review is something impossible thing but i wanted to share this, a day back I booked a ride and when the captain reached he asked me to cancel the ride so he could get some extra money (and tbh this have happened to me many times before and generally do this just for the sake of humanity) but on the way he asked me to call on a number just for some cancellation verification so I didn’t really bother and did the call but he tricked this to take my number, everything was fine and I didn’t noticed this until I received this call a while ago and I could listen someone abusing and yelling and it was him the captain I tried asking him but all he was doing is just abusing me for no reason… i cut the call and blocked him and tried complaining at the app but the assistant who called wasn’t even able to help me all he was saying is sorry even when I told him that I’m concerned about my safety.. and I ended up writing this and if i do get time I’ll try taking some serious action against this.. well this is all i had to say idk what else I’m supposed to do rn

It is very difficult to contact coustmer service regarding a ride. I was not able to access even chat. I have to enter dates to get an invoice. Can’t complain about captains/rides to anyone. A rider fooled me by no starting the ride. I got on the auto and paid the amount before my destination. Then he told me that the payment option is not working and to pay him cash. I got an email that the amount was not processed in Rapido and it will put back. So I paid the rider in cash. Now when I open rapido I realised that my ride has not started and I have paid already through Rapido and cash(twice) and they are asking for a cancellation fee. The rider is making extra money by this process every time!! Rapido should realise this but can’t even contact them!

One absolute scam of an app this is. I installed it due to all the hype and popularity. When I was searching for an auto ride, estimated fare showed 68 rupees after applying some AUTO50 coupon(this is where it begins). After confirming a driver it shows 84 rupees. Ok fine maybe booking charge something you may think. But when I get the final fare breakdown I’m shown I got a discount of 20 rupees due to the coupon on a total bill of 104 rupees thereby giving me 84 rupees. My friend why would you lie sending me ads so many times saying 50% off on first auto ride if all you can give me is a paltry 20 rupees when i should have got 52 rupees. And the customer service??? Don’t even ask. They keep playing passing the buck and giving lame reasons like company protocol and all until you get tired of their antics. At times you can’t even tell whether the person on the other side is an actual agent or some AI. Overall their coupons are a huge scam, customer service is an infinite loop and if you also get stuck in the loop of trying to get their customer care to refund you, take some time and write an honest review. You’d be doing a great help to new users.

The driver reached the delivery location and neither of us were able to contact each other through the application. There is no emergency contact of rapido. The driver waited for an hour and the rapido team blocked his account charging him a penalty of rs. 600. The driver denied the delivery until i pay him 600 rs. The parcel was important and i had no time for this drama. I agreed to pay him, the driver reached the delivery location and created a nuisance shouting and crying. We anyway paid him 600 and requested rapido to resolve the issue and refund us 600 rs. as it was there application fault. The rapido customer kept on forwarding a standard message that we apologise for inconvenience and we will train our drivers. Later after expediting the issue, a customer care person bothered to call and denied the refund mentioning that they are not responsible for any extra payment to driver. Why do you even operate this business when you have no control over application and drover. Never using rapido serivices. Learn from swiggy and dunzo.

Ola and Uber always give me trouble while booking rides and more often than not I end up with no ride causing lot of issues .
So far Rapido has provided instant service and I would say that they are doing the best with what’s under their control.
For users complaining about the high prices, there is no way for them to make money with the original prices and eventually prices are supposed to rise, still slightly cheaper than the competitors in my location.
I’m not sure as I am not a daily user but the program has not failed me.

I’ve book a auto first time from this app from kanuru to moghalrajpuram in Vijayawada. I’ve booked and was waiting for the auto. The auto didn’t come. The waiting numbers was became red. I’ve clicked on the waiting numbers so I know that they (Rapido) will charge ₹1.50 for every minute. The auto didn’t came on time. He was doing late wantedly. My ₹91 bill became ₹112 automatically even there’s not my fault. The auto driver came late wantedly. I think they (Rapido) given their auto drivers instructions to do such things like that.
When the auto driver has came I’ve sat In the auto and he started driving. After two minutes he stopped the auto in front of a house and was waiting for someone other passenger. The passenger has came and didn’t sat in the auto because of me. Anyhow my 15 minutes journey became 45 minutes and I didn’t eat food because the market have closed.
I’m uninstalling this app right now. I’ve rated single star ⭐️ to review even I want to rate negative but there’s no option to rate the negative star. I’m uninstalling this app for forever and I’m not going to use again in life. Enjoy Rapido

On a serious note! Please take initiative that will ensure that a customer shouldn’t have to hear the opinions of the driver on what mindset he or she has!! I and my colleague Devika were headed home from office at 7:30 pm and she was sharing some family issues related to a certain female in her family. Devika’s stop comes first and she got down. The minute she got down, the driver turns to me and asks where was she from? I gave the answer and he answered back saying that “If that girl had been talking like this in my native, hum usko jaan se maar dete”. (To set the context, devika and I are independent women believe that women should not have to be in the kitchen and raising kids alone).
So basically this guy gave a death threat to my colleague because he had a difference of opinion. He hails from Bihar. I was sitting alone in that auto and didn’t know what to say in my defence because there’s no point arguing with such people.

I just downloaded this app and tried to book a ride , captain confirmed it but didn’t arrived , I called to ask him he said not interested in coming and when I asked why you confirmed the ride he used abusive language, I tried to contact help/support from the app but that too didn’t work ( it was showing no rides, when I tried to file a complaint) , now I am stuck here without any option and wasted few minutes. Fraud Rapido ( payment issue)

It’s disgusting today it was my second ride on Rapido and when I completed the ride I paid the amount via phone pay and the payment was successfully and in the captain’s phone it was not successful and it was still rotating and same with my phone as well. And when I got the refund they have initiated the refund to the Rapido wallet so when I had done the payment the amount got deducted from the bank account and the customer service team said me it will not get refunded to the bank account and they have refunded to Rapido wallet so disappointed with Rapido and customer care team take back the amount from the Rapido wallet and refund it to the source account it’s a scam people don’t install this application better go with other applications there are so many options and today is my last day on Rapido. When you people don’t serve customers properly then it’s waste of keeping this application better close this. Fraud Rapido

Extremely useful. Brilliant for anyone late at night on a strange road mile from anywhere. Or elderly who can't stand or walk around looking for a smooth and convenient ride. Either for regular travel or just as an emergency app it's well worth having. You can also ask ahead to the rider if he can carry lightweight items on the moped. Have not used the book ahead feature as I always just use it at the time I need and always get a ride within 10 mins. But they should implement the book ahead feature in the future as it will be very useful for all the people.

Booked a ride recently . At the end of the Ride the amount to be paid was shown 0 INR as I have applied a specific coupon but To the captain on his dashboard it showed FAKE ORDER . I had a word with the customer care guys and at the end it was agreed that I shall not be paying any money . Now the captain doesn’t agree , calls me more than 75 times within hours . Talked this through with the customer care for more than 48 hrs and at the end they assured me that the captain shall be compensated by the company and they will make sure the captain will not disturb me . Soon after that, the captain lands at my apartments and creates a scene telling I have cheated him . Hopeless customer care , I don’t blame the captain he’s just worried about his money. It’s the company that’s making false promises and cheating both the customer and the driver and now it feels I have made a mistake by booking a ride via RAPIDO.

Increase in prices

In this pandemic situation we use rapido because it is economical and safe
But these days prices are very high for nearby places. One more thing I am using rapido on daily basis. It would be a problem right. Initially the charge for rapido is good now it is high . I thought depending on time but whenever I see Price is really high. Please think on customer situation
One more thing some riders cancel if it is online payment. If it is like that why should u implement online payment. It is customer choice right. Please think about economic condition of customer in this pandemic situation. Some riders are reckless especially auto . If the rider cancel it would effect trust on rapido why because they may have some office and interview and they need to go on time please think about this.. not only rapido even ola and Uber also

Payment issues

On Thursday, 12th August 2021. I paid for twice since the captain said he didn’t receive the online payment. I already Gpaid my rapido while on the ride. I raised a complaint for refunding but they are least bothered about their customers. I didn’t receive any proper response. Even though I receive that will be like, “Your issue has been solved. Thanks for contacting us” They are not ready to listen. Today 14 august i again contacted them they say, “ the refund has been transferred” where in some invisible…? I have proofs for the rapido payment, the amount i again paid for the captain, and also the transaction history as you say the money has been transferred. You people are pathetic and miserable!

Drivers are Cheating to rapido and customers

I am very happy with service like rapido. App is also good, there is issue with drivers. Some drivers ask me how much charge mentioned me in rapido i told them then they completed the ride option(from where i booked rapido) and charged shown was 20rs ( if they have taken me to my destination, my charge shown was 35rs) and then dropped me to my location, in app it’s shown 20rs (as according to app i haven’t completed the ride) but i gave him 35rs (because he dropped me at my destination). I think they are cheating with rapido , they are keeping this 15 rs in their pocket also because of this i can’t share ride link to my person. Some of them begged me to ride offline, i can’t resist them because i didn’t had any other transport option.
I have taken several rides, check my ride history. In many rides its seen that they cancelled or completed in the same spot, also they arrived to pick me. How can be this is possible?
This is 5 star app, i am giving 1 star

RE on rapido

I guess this is my 3rd or 4th on rapido. I Generally use it when my bike(RE) is given for servicing. At 1st in the app it was showing RE is coming to Pick me up but he came on old stinky Bajaj which is just used for moving body so then I’ve fixed It’s for show off they display as RE but now my bike broke down on the road I tried for service couldn’t make it. Installed rapido on the spot I delete it when I don’t use ( iPhone storage Issues lol) so. I saw the same as RE then I was laughing at it . Then guess what I’m surprised rapido Guy came on RE all in deodorant neat&clean felt like my friend came to pick me up on my bike . Loved the ride brother thank you , he’s very kind person too . Give him incentives or promotion.

Such a bad user experience on IOS/iphone

The application has the worst user experience. Few days back it was not found on app store i thought of uninstalling and installing it again its full of bugs.
It keeps on showing bad request during the time we need rapido rest all times it will work fine. I think ypu guys should expand your servers if it cannot bear the heavy traffic because i am sick of seeing bad request from rapido servers!
And waiting for OTP is like we have to wait till next day by the time i get otp the app shows invalid otp. It cannot just be my network fault because other otps come instantly

Service not good

I booked Rapido from t nagar to Koyambedu it showed 98 rupees and a checked in ola auto the fare was 123 rupees how come and two wheeler ride can be this much expensive. Morning a booked rapido from Triplicane to t nagar it showed 54 rupees I given 100 to the captain he told I don’t have change and went near by shop and got change he given back 40 and he left how come he can charge more while I am checking the balance amount he is gone. The location is always showing different once I went to santhome and booked rapido in that time no captain was there so I walked and crossed almost 3 kms and tried again rapido It was booked but the captain went to Santhome where I tried previously 2 hours before. App is pathetic captains are taking 30 mins to reach but the app shows 3 mins.

I will request people not to use rapido coz this is the 2 time i faced this problem, whenever i book a ride from mysore front gate railway station to mysore zoo the app shows discount has been applied & the ride is ₹. 10/-, but after the ride is finished the app from the rapido captain shows to pay ₹. 32/- this is the modern way of cheating customers. So i request people not to use & if this review had an option to post photo i would have provided for evidence, i have complained via e-mail to the company, but of no use. So don’t get cheated. When i can travel for ₹. 40 for the same distance in car in UBER/OLA why should i travel in bike, this is the question i ask for Rapido. I won’t stop this review here itself, be ready to face it in FB/ twitter or any social website, because business should be done in justice way. I request people to use Govt transit & i am here with deleting this app as soon as i post this app.
