The developer also refused to comment on the exact nature of the updates which has made me realise that "Bug Fixes" is the developer equivalent of our "Ei Cholche!". Very happy with the content lately, no complaints there. Just a couple of issues with the App in iPad OS and LG TV OS, iPad app doesn't utilise the full screen and LG WebOS loggs out every time you restart.

Kudos to SVF for maintaining the quality and on time content delivery. One suggestion, why not to include new Bengali films in PayPerView model. Specially for the people who wants to support Bengali films but do not have the scope to go and watch in theatres.

I use hoichoi on my Apple TV.

Full of judders.

In TVOS there is mechanism where TVOS matches the app frame rate if the app requests the OS. This improves the video quality and removes judder from video ensuring smooth playback.

All the recognised apps like Hotstar, Prime Videos, Hulu uses this mechanism.

But hoichoi doesn’t use this, and thus causes bad viewing experience.

Moreover, hoichoi doesn’t even follow the design language suggested by apple.

I am considering writing a strong worded email to Apple regading this.

I think spending a few bucks in app development will fix the issue and bring it to international standards.

I have been using the app for quite some tome now, also been using on laptop. I mostly cast to Chromecast to my TV, it casts the video without any problem.

But when I cast from the app it only takes 360p(I assume seeing the quality) there is no way to change. I always hoped may be it will be fixed in next updates but it never did. The resolution is very bad when casted through chromecast , other web based platform works pretty well with proper resolution and picture in the same wifi network , issue is only with hoichoi app !!!!

Whenever I change the playback quality to 1080p manually I am not able to listen any audio however video is playing. Again when I change the playback quality to Auto I can get audio. Please look into it.

Showing No Response Received error every now and then. Not able to open the app properly, every time it is showing this error then I had to sign out and try to sign in again. Sometimes it resolves the issue but always this trick does not work. Very poor implementation of this app in IOS. Not at all satisfied with the performance of this particular app. Not worthy to get even a sigle star.

Thank you for developing the iOS version. However, the autorotation feature seems to be not working. I checked my settings and was unable to find a solution. I’m forced to watch in portrait mode for the time being. Appreciate if the team could look into this issue.

There seems to be another bug where inspite of having an active and working data plan the app was ‘unable to fetch data’ repeatedly.

I have taken a one year subscription. The content is very good especially the original web series. However I want to raise a complaint. For the first two months it worked fine. However starting July I am not able to see any videos be it movies or the short films. This is very frustrating. Kindly look into the issue and fix it at the earliest.
