I have had very bad experience with this app I booked e ticket for delhi book fair even 24 it has been almost 3 hours I have not received ticket I am standing outside the gate, also reached out to support team but they are just sending me auto mail that they will contact me within 48 hours and I have booked the ticket for today and my money has already been debited why should I wait for so long I have uninstalled this app and will not recommend this app to anyone, go for bookmyshow app instead

When we are tried the tickets for CSK vs DC match.the ticket selling start from 9:30 that time onwards the seats was showing in grey color why that was showing means that was not available.middle of that some time that showing blue color and yellow color when we are select that seat that was sold out this was a gambling.This was worst application don’t use to book the ticket what was the very most grateful matches or events that’s automatically showing not available when you see the not hiped matches or events that tickets was available.

Pathetic customer services of ipl tickets, i’ve trying to book tickets for past 2 days but every outlet is saying no server even after booking tickets online unable to get hard copy as it is mandatory and your outlets are just saying no server, site is down , visited at least 7 times in last 2 days yet to get hard copy of tickets , very dissatisfied with service and highly disappointing.

Don’t waste your time. I tried to book ipl tickets, after trying to open the app for one hour and trying to select seat for 3 hours as the app showed seat and when selected and try to buy it showed sold out. I wasted more than 4 hours and was not able to book a ticket and now it’s sold out better not to waste time on this app.

Kindly never ever book any tickets or don’t use this app. I had worst experience. They don’t do background check about the events, they just post them. If there is any trouble about the event the customers care don’t even respond for weeks. So the best thing never book any tickets from this app, if u don’t want to loose ur money.

It is really hard to filter by city, date and venue. The ui to search or discovery is non intuitive. You guys should seriously fix it. Every event i have booked via your app i could never find it via your filtering mechanism on the app. I have Google it and then via deep linking i land up on your app. That’s not good!!

I booked tickets to an event and as the event was cancelled I was assured of a refund within 7 days ( close to 5K).. well I have not received it till date ( close to month and a half). The so called help desk is a black hole .. only queries go in but there are no replies. The contact number provided are perpetually switched off. Well let’s see how long these people are going to drag the issue. Good that I did not subscribe to the Paytm IPO … :-)

This app doesn’t even work. My login credentials work perfectly on desktop but in ios it just keeps giving the same error “incorrect password”. And when I tried resetting the password then it doesn’t generate any OTP for either email or phone number. Also i tried raising an issue through the app but It doesn’t submit the issue either.
Overall - useless app.
Sorry but I have already raised this issue multiple times through website but nothing has been done. All I get from the support team is re-install the app basically which does nothing because the app is faulty. No mattet how many times I have tried re-installing or resetting the password, it just never works in the app.

This app is a full waste of time. I downloaded this app especially for the t20 match which was between India and Bangladesh but I was unable to book tickets from this app. As I started to book tickets the app was so slow that it took so much time to show me the seat map but until than all the seats were booked. This app has a quiz show on films. Today while I was playing the quiz I was unable to play it. I was unable to answer a single question as the question and the options cannot be seen on the screen. Apart from that the stash which I won is not available in my app wallet. This app has so many bugs that sometimes I am unable to book a movie ticket. Sometimes the app is unable to connect to a theatre or is unable to book tickets. I had most worst experience using this app.

It will only book tickets in expensive cinema halls only, no the coupons are not allowed to use elsewhere, although at the start there will be no, information given, only English movie halls are allowed, not hindi doub movie.

The app is fine for booking tickets and works alright but disappointed with the quiz feature. I joined one when I first got the notification and was on it since it started so I was a participant... except the quiz choices never popped up on the screen at all when it was announced. So I figured something was wrong and I force-closed the app and started it again and this time they popped up but I was able to join as a spectator. This time it popped up and I could answer but it didn’t accept it and said I was in spectator mode. Terribly coded and poor app.
