I had a very bad experience. I placed the order but it did not arrive for a long time and then the order was cancelled from Magic pin side They had already taken the payment and after cancelling the order they gave me 7 days to refund the money I waited for 7 days but these people did not give any refund and moreover in the app they show that the refund has been done from our side But I checked carefully, these people did not refund any payment and this has happened to me twice, very bad service.

•I recently received spoiled food from a restaurant rated just 1★ on Google but shown as 4.3★ on Magicpin. Thankfully, no one consumed it, but the risk was serious. Even after providing proof, there was no resolution for over 2 weeks. Their excuse? They were still “waiting for restaurant confirmation” — which is absurd and unacceptable.
•Many low-rated restaurants are displayed with inflated ratings, creating a false sense of quality.
•Orders frequently arrive with missing items. Even when restaurants admit over a call that the delivery person missed something, Magicpin refuses to accept it. Instead, they rely on delayed confirmations — as if any restaurant will remember details from days earlier.
•Customer support is ineffective. There’s no direct call option, and escalations are brushed off with excuses like the customer’s number being “not reachable.”

I have order a pizza and burger through magicpic it show very nice pic on the apps of the food but when i recieved the pizza it was half baked and with a very cheap quality base which is very thin and the toppings and chicken was not good either so i request for the return i talked with them whole day regarding their half baked pizza first asked me to wait for 4 hours and after they started telling me to wait for 10 mins so they raise complaint i also provided them the pics of the pizza which i received and yet they are just playing with me and telling me to wait for 10 min whole still i didnt get any solution

This app basically functions for big deals which attracts more people. Here the restaurants will label one dish for very cheap price to promote. But these restaurants are not true to what they are doing. I ordered gobi manchurian yesterday. But I realised it was made with rotten cauliflowers. I just peeled the coating and I could see each and every cauliflower was spoiled and it was in black colour. The smell was also not normal. I took pictures and reported to support team. There is no prompt response. A bot is talking to me for a long time. No refund no actions from magicpin side.
So people don’t get trapped for this cheap app and put your health in a toll!!!

I ordered for some food from this app. The delivery person kept changing and it took more than 1 hour to get the order which was earlier promised to be 27 minutes. Moreover when I talked with Customer Support they said to me no need to keep messaging or calling. You take my money and you promise me something and then you keep delaying by 1.5 hours with customer support being of no help. Please don’t use this app. Rather pay extra money than use their pathetic and worst service.

Magic pin is a horrible app to use for food delivery they do not deliver the right food item. And they lie abt the fact that they coordinate with the restaurant which they do not coordinate . Horrible service of the customer care as well they just have automated bot response and they never provide a solution for anything .

The magic pain app shows item that are cheap and which aren’t actually cheap and I have spoken to restaurant owners for help and I found out that these people of magic pin make the owners of restaurants sell food in less quantity and higher price . This not only spoils the name of the app but of the restaurant as well for selling such items.

I was attracted by the relatively good deals they have on most popular places compared to what’s offered by their competitors like Swiggy and Zomato. But then I placed my order and had the worst experience possible - my order never arrived. Never in my life have I experienced this. Turns out the delivery associate marked it ‘picked’ and just drove off with my food.
The customer care representative has been nice but the process is painfully slow. I don’t know why you need to prioritise “reaching the delivery associate” who in your own words is “unresponsive”over placing another order from your end to ensure the customer who has been waiting for over an hour gets their food first. It’s absurd that you think your customer would wait while you try and catch a hold of your delivery associate.
Thought I’d save a few rupees by using Magicpin. Better to spend a few extra rupees than have such an experience is what has been my takeaway from this.

Extremely Disappointed with Magicpin’s Service
I had a very poor experience with Magicpin while ordering food. The estimated delivery time showed 30 minutes, but I ended up receiving my order after more than an hour. I tried contacting the delivery person, but he was completely unaware of the order details — he even asked me which “tablet” I had ordered, when it was clearly a food order.
Despite explaining everything to him, he casually responded that it would take another hour to deliver, which is unacceptable. I also contacted the restaurant, and they informed me that they had not received the payment from Magicpin, even though I had already paid in advance through the app (no cash on delivery option was available).
This entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating. Delayed service, lack of coordination, and confusion between the delivery person, restaurant, and app — all of it reflects very poorly on Magicpin. I do not recommend using the platform unless these issues are addressed seriously.

Misleading and pathetic app and the worst customer support.
I got unwanted particles in my food, then I contacted customer support (they don’t have any just AI bots) they said will review the situation after 8 hours but after 8 hours without any response they marked the chat as resolved and when I contacted again they said we’ll refund the amount but after 3 days my refund is still not credited then I contacted again they said we can’t process a refund as it’s against out policies. The delivery service is also very slow and worst sometimes rider don’t even move from its location. If you want quality assurance and fast delivery use the reliable apps like SWIGGY/ZOMATO. This app is just a fraud app to mislead people by giving so called fraud offers.

Prepayment Trap – Beware
I had a very disappointing experience with MagicPin. They offer big discounts but force you to pay in advance—no Cash on Delivery option is available. After placing my order, they suddenly claimed that the wrong address was entered (which makes no sense after prepayment). This makes me feel that the system is designed to trap customers: offer heavy discounts, force prepayment, then cancel orders with excuses like “wrong address” and refuse refunds. This whole process feels extremely unfair and misleading. I advise others to be cautious before using MagicPin for food orders.

I have provided the correct and i have the proof but they did a very dirty trick with me , they updated my address somewhere else and they asked me for an extra charge for providing wrong address which is totally wrong , ola was also involve in this case . Recently, only I got to know about magicpin and started using it and the beginning I said it is okay very good but recently last two days what is happening in this app, I really don’t know. Literally they are like cheating on us. Simply. No use of this app ! today, what happened is there I ordered for 2 combo n I received only one ! contacted with the customer support. They were like it might take up to 8 hours to sort this problem. I don’t know what does that make sense. even I said I don’t wantr refund you can just give me food, even that is not possible for them.
Because they mention they can’t arrange a delivery partner. I don’t know what is this support Yeah recently day before yesterday what happened? Is that one guy not one guy delivery partner at 20 minutes, I didn’t got anything so that I came here. I don’t know why he came here without food. Not good app
I had a terrible experience with Magicpin. My order got cancelled not once but THREE times in a single day without any proper explanation. Each time, I had to reorder and wait again, only for it to be cancelled again. This is extremely frustrating and shows a complete lack of coordination with their partner vendors.
To make things worse, the refund is still pending. They claim to process it quickly, but it’s been much longer than expected. I had to keep following up with customer support, which wasn’t helpful either.
Magicpin really needs to improve its service reliability and refund process. I won’t be using it again unless there’s a serious improvement.

Unethical practices and infringement of consumer rights. Avoid… avoid… avoid
At max stores I was asked to download the magic pin app to buy vouchers and made to redeem them for some on going offer. I paid 2250/- to avail vouchers worth 2500/-. However as per the max stores the transaction ‘failed’ so they made me undergo this exercise again. Post checking credit card statement, i was shocked to know that my amount is debited twice. I humbly requested magic pin customer care to kindly refund the amount for duplicate transaction as I intended buy vouchers once and it twice. Despite repeated references of RBI norms for refunding duplicate transactions, magic pin customer care bluntly told me that I would have to retrain the vouchers which have been bought twice. This is pure greed and insensitive attitude to customers hard earned money. I strongly suggest you all to avoid this fraudulent organisation who are simply taking un due advantage of network issues.

I actually have used multiple apps for Gift cards and have suffered soo kany issues regarding id generation. But this app interface and service is soo good tbh and have used coupons and cards for multiple events. I would suggest to give notification on high discounts for airlines offer or any such offers in giftcards which will help in user awareness.

Don't fall for their cheap prices.
They will lure you for cheap prices but when something happens, their support team is as useless as a donkey. They don't have their own delivery agents and use third party for delivering products. They don't provide proper address to them and then when they couldn't deliver the product, they blame on you saying the provided address is incorrect whereas other orders were delivered correctly. This happened to me recently. Even when I contacted the delivery agent he confirmed me the same saying no proper address was given to him and he is canceling the order. They will not refund your money and you'll have no ways to escalate a complaint. They don't have live chat. They don't have call centers. They are just robbing you of your hard earned money.

Worst service from magicpin
I had a very disappointing experience with Magicpin. I placed an order, made the payment, and received no updates. After waiting longer than expected, I reached out to customer service for help, but they were unresponsive. Finally, when my order didn’t show up, I contacted them again, only to receive no clear explanation or apology.
It's frustrating to pay for something and not receive it, especially when there’s no communication from the company. The lack of accountability and terrible customer service makes me question whether I’ll ever use Magicpin again. Would not recommend this service to anyone

No customer support at all. For wrong order received I was continuously trying to contact support no help for 2 days. When restaurant does not have a item and still makes us order it when we requested to cancel. They refused to rejected stating me to cancel the order. To cancel order there is no support basically. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
i placed and order using this app from burger king the a rider was assigned after about 20 mins i could track the order that it had almost reached so i called the rider he said that he transferred the order to another rider because the order wasn’t ready then i reported this to customer care and they assigned another rider when that rider reached the restaurant the outlet denied to give the order saying they had already given the order to the previous rider and this is a frequent thing on magicpin that riders pickup the order eat it themselves and transfer the order what’s worse is the second rider left the outlet as he was denied and transferred the order then i again complained about it and the customer care said THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED WHEN IT WASNT AND I KEPT COMPLAINING THAT THE ORDER WASNT DELIVERED AND THEY DID NOTHING

I placed an order through the Magicpin app with McDonald’s, but after waiting for almost 20 minutes with no updates or activity, I went to the store to check on it. The staff informed me they hadn’t received any order from Magicpin. I then tried reaching out to Magicpin’s customer support, only to spend another 20 minutes dealing with automated responses, without any resolution.
In the end, I was left with no food and no refund. After nearly three days, I received a call stating that the issue had been “resolved,” and I would get only half the amount I paid as a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. The support team doesn’t even bother to respond properly.
This experience has been the worst kind of customer service, and I strongly recommend using reliable platforms like Swiggy or Zomato instead. Magicpin seems highly unreliable, and there’s a sense of a potential scam here. Be cautious when using this app.

fraud by the delivery partner and restaurants
i ordered a burger from burger king . 25 miniutes later i called the delivery guy, firstly he was asking me from which company I ordered then his location was switching like anything like it was jumping on the map, then after some time i was assigned some other delivery guy when i called him he said the order was taken away by the first guy then i called burger king they said we dont know the name of the person who took your order and he didn't gave any kind of info about the order and he hung up on me then the second guy called and he was asking me to complain to the customer care about this, I asked him his name he was continiously saying see the name in the app in the app then he said i am cancelling your order you do the same
I mean what was that , they all are together in this scam both the delivery guys and the cafe also they waisted my 1.5 hours in the PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS APP

This app is a scam I ordered 2 times 1st time my order was canceled by app , 2nd time it’s saying your will be delivered at you doorstep but after payment it give a coupon saying you can visit the place then redeem it? Huh are you kidding me right now? Another thing when I click on the coupon to see details it automatically redeemed :) and now it’s non refundable I contact the customer service and tell everything and they said okay le us check and they didn’t reply after that, wow the best app ever if there’s a option like giving negative stars rating I’ll give it -5, I request users do not download this app it’s a waste of your time.

Offers are the main reason to use magic-pin where delivery fees and taxes are reduced a lot other than some reputated apps with a fast delivery and fresh food so i love this app and using this app since 2 months if there is any issue from restaurant it is giving refund or any explanation but the refund amount is taking too long to credit in the account so kindly rectify some mistakes and keep rocking

This apps is more than frustration, they are here just to loot your money and make fraud with your money
I had ordered food from this application, all the payments done and at the end no food was delivered neither i got a refund for the amount.
Raised tickets three times explaining about the issue , no resolution and refund on the amount ,this application is a big frustration.
There is no way possible you can expect quality with the food nor you can trust on the refund for the amount.
Do not fall for the trap, please do not install this application in first place.

Waste of time.
This app is fully waste of time. The worst customer care I had ever seen. I ordered a food. The food I ordered arrived wrong items. When I ask for a refund of ₹185 , they initiated ₹26 and I get only ₹15. Worst food app. Even they didn’t deserve one star. Please use other apps like ola food app, it’s very good app , ola giving 50% for first 3 orders. But this magic pin is waste of time. Terrible Experience – Money Deducted, No Voucher, No Resolution!
I purchased a Puma voucher worth ₹6,375 on August 14th through Magicpin, and the amount was immediately deducted from my yes bank credit card. However, I never received the voucher. I contacted customer care and raised a complaint, but even after two months, there has been no resolution!
I also emailed their technical team with all the required details, including my bank statement, as they requested, but nothing has been resolved. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel completely ignored. It is unacceptable for a platform to withhold customers’ money without providing the service promised.
I strongly advise others to stay away from Magicpin until they improve their service and address issues like this. As of now, I am still waiting to get either my voucher or a refund. This has been a terrible experience, and I am deeply disappointed with their service.

I orderd from subway which they cancelled my order and also didn’t gave my refund till today they just said 7 days me mil jaayega and woh 7 days kabhii aaye nahi, they give u long route destination restaurants so that they can cancel your order by saying low rider availability and then they will call u 2-3 times by saying aapko refund mil jaayega and guess what they give a coupon too jo kabhi kaam nahi karega 😂 (50% discount on next order) so magicpin is a scam they will give you 5-10 good delivers uske baad go and use Swiggy Zomato. Worst delivery experience
I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with Magicpin. I recently placed an order through the app, and unfortunately, the entire delivery process was extremely frustrating.

Worst app ever magicpin send spoiled item
I ordered a ice cream and it was spoiled fully and also i was scared when i opened the box it was like it was packed 3 or 4 days back
So i was scared to have it also and i had a conversation with the customer care are and they are providing a coupon of “50% of up to 150 rs “ and i have spent 204 rs for the order

BAD EXPERIENCE- Do Not Order from This App
My experience with this app has been nothing short of frustrating. I was unfairly charged for extra kilometers, even though I provided the correct address. When I was about to cancel the order, customer care called and assured me that the rider was on the way, but they failed to mention anything about additional charges. After the delivery, I was shocked when the rider claimed that customer care had instructed them to collect extra money for the supposed extra kilometers. When I reached out to customer care to clarify, they not only dismissed my concerns but also accused me, saying, "Why did you pay extra money to the rider?" This left me feeling misled and blamed for their mistake. It felt as though the rider and customer care were working together to overcharge me, which severely undermines the trust a customer should have in a service. Worst app ever! DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS APP OR BUY PRO MEMBERSHIP. Firstly, this app doesn’t have its own riders and assigns third-party riders, over whom they have no control. I ordered a few items, and after 45 minutes, I received a response that they were checking with the rider. The rider was not picking up my calls, and after 30 more minutes, they assigned a new rider. The new rider didn’t get the order from the outlet (as I was told), and after 2 hours, my order still wasn’t delivered. The app showed that there would be a further delay. The worst part is that customer care initially didn’t respond, and when they finally did, they sent a message saying a refund would be initiated and apologized for the inconvenience. After waiting for more than 2 hours, this is the service I received, even as a Pro member. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this app at all costs

I bought a flipkart gift card from magic pin and I used it over the flipkart to buy a product and product is as not I expected and I returned it. Then the refund to this is to make the gift card work as When I bought, but what has happened is the gift card contains zero balance, I have enquired with flipkart 10 times and they said that “the refund is issued from our end and u have to check over the magic(where u have bought the gift card) and I have enquired with magic pin for 5 times and they are saying to enquire with flipkart. I ordered food through Magicpin, but the food delivered was incorrect. I couldn't find a customer care option, so I contacted the restaurant directly. They informed me that only Magicpin could handle complaints and refunds. The only option to file a complaint was via email. After submitting my complaint, I was offered a 50% off coupon up to Rs. 200, which I find unsatisfactory. Despite filing multiple complaints, there has been no improvement or adequate resolution. Due to this poor experience, I have lost trust in this platform and have incurred a financial loss. I hope future issues are handled more effectively.

Food not delivered but showed delivered in App
On my very first order, i place dessert to make family night more sweeter, waited for an hour but dessert not arrived so out of curiosity check the to track the delivery person, order shown delivered 25 mints ago, i wonder whom he handover it, he didn’t even call us. Check in neighbourhoods but no luck. Finally called to that person but not answering. With broken hearth had to say sorry to family for my bad decision to order via Magicpin instead of Swiggy App.
When complained on CC, they immediately respond and assured me will investigate and update you. After 10 mints they replied delivery partner unable to deliver the order and currently not responding their call as well, so we are refunding you money. On reply of that my question was if he hasn’t delivered then how the hell app was showing delivered and if he collected the goods from seller where is it ?
CC executive same copy paste the last respond lines again to me which is sad. You refunded the money but what about the time and party spoiled due to this.
Saying sorry is easy but gaining trust is difficult.

Worst application ever. It’s simply a source to take money from your pocket.
Firstly you’ll think everything seem amazing you’ll be given great deal for food and clothing but as soon as you order something an additional amount will be added to the order that is for membership still you’ll think it’s reasonable and you’re getting a great price.
But after order has been place you received a notification after 1 or 2 hours that order has been cancelled due to some reason( like driver not responding or outlet not responding) and you’ll be refunded the money.
But you’ll only be refunded the order money not the membership amount.
It’s such a subtle way to grab money since the order is cancelled it doesn’t matter if there giving for 1000 or 100 and moreover you’ve bought there membership that you didn’t want to buy.
Be aware guys from such scam, not everything that shine is gold.

Hi team, I’m writing this review after using services since more than 5 yrs.
Relatable products, priority services , a great support team make the product worthy. Worthy in sense of fashionable, wearable product, discount and so many more. I got the last feedback after raised a ticket on weekend. They replied in 24 hr with the satisfactory result and even they called on the next day if everything got settled or not. I’m happy with the services.

Order at your own risk
*Got scammed* … I ordered from this app and it showed that the order got accepted and preparing, after some time the delivery guy called and said that he couldn’t pick the order. I contacted the Faasos store and they said that the store is closed from past few weeks, no idea why magicpin associated the order from there. The customer support is not responding at all, the order status has been stuck at preparing and there’s no option for refund as well, my money is gone. Magicpin has been accused of many scams by their customers. I had 2-3 successful orders so didn’t think that I would become one of their targets. Uninstalling this app and spreading the word to my friends and colleagues as well to not order from here.

One of the best Cashback apps out there
We can almost get cashback on most of the stores and we also do get to use the Magicpin points which we acquire as cashback can be used again to redeem either some great deals or use them to pay at the outlets.

Forget your money if you want a refund
Customer care is not up to the mark. I have been struggling to get a refund on a recent order and I am continuously being denied. I didn’t even receive my order and I was told to pick the order from the restaurant itself. This shows that you are not sincere towards providing services to your customers. Magicpin very proudly posts that “Your money is yours until you get what you paid for” but I have not received what I paid for and I am not being offered a refund for the same. And now they have stopped replying to my queries all together.

Worst Support, Sales & Management Teams!!
Honestly, MagicPin’s support, sales and management teams are worst among all e-commerce platforms! Don’t waste your time by approaching them for a resolution!
In app’s help section, user gets an option to attach screenshots just after posting a text! Customer service team always revert with the same canned response, please share 02 screenshots irrespective of the fact that the user has already provided them.
In general, they are not able to provide a satisfactory resolution. Maybe, MagicPin’s focus is just to gain more and more customer base instead of happy and satisfied users.
No point of approaching sales or management teams as they are so arrogant, don’t even bother to reply once. I’ve personally addressed emails to the MagicPin’s management keeping sales team in loop. What they did, just made me feel like a fool by ignoring the initial and followup emails.
I seriously doubt, how MagicPin is able to survive till now with such a neglecting attitude! I’ve stopped using and suggest everyone not to use an app whose focus is just to increase the data base and earn a amount by sharing/selling it.

Great App but worst support team ever
The app is a good one and I am one of the loyal users but it has the worst support team that I have ever encountered. They should really see the track record of a user and then say things. One of the offers had a target of collecting 650 points in a week to get 350 rs book my show voucher and I had collected 640 points. For the last 10 points, i uploaded one of my bills for easyday which was 2 hours older. The app told me that I cannot upload more than 1 bill for that store. The reality was i had not submitted even a single bill and it was a goof up from the app but then what followed was 4-5 different excuses given by their support team. I send a valid counter response each time and each time they came back with a new reason. Five excuses and I finally admitted that I am a fool to reach out to them. Use the app but never ever expect anything if in case you have to reach out to their support team.

Apps End is near . Useless app
You guys did a good job by giving cashback via points . We could use them to buy coupons and do recharges.
But now you have done worthless job .
Started charging (50%) for recharges . What are you guys upto ?. You have adopted worst strategies now . I had referred this app because of this feature to 6-7 people .
But now will make sure that it is deleted by all the handsets .
You need to rollback and start giving 100% on atleast recharge

Not worth downloading.
Hatred to know that now after all Magicpin start taking money on every vouchers. I was using till now for postpaid bill payments because magicpin was giving very good vouchers from magicpin points. But now after giving less discounts magicpin closes indirectly postpaid bill paymnets. They are giving only 50 percent discount on posypaid bill payments because when you r takin 15 extra charge for 50Rs payment then why you had closed. Very pathetic app after this. Wherever magicpin is very very widely and magicpin has to give very good coupons and vouchers but it goes pathetic in their schemes. Going to delete. No more reason to be with magicpin. Hope the money taking policy of magicpin will be soon discontinued and magicpin which was earlier was good. Bye bye magicpin

Fraud!
I had purchased a 1350/- Levis coupon on 24apr 2017. In the coupon list there was Helios brand below Levis.
I am 1000% sure I had purchased the Levis coupon! But when I’m seeing in the vouchers, there is no Levis coupon, instead there is a Helios coupon!!
Guys!! I have spent 1350!! And such a big blunder you guys have done. I had been eying the Levis coupon since a very long time. It was always out of stock. But recently it came back in stock. Since yesterday I was trying to buy it. There was some network issue so it was not allowing me to buy then. Now today morning when I booked the LEVIS voucher(I am 2000% sure that it was Levis) , after I made the payment, the name came up as HELIOS. What am I gonna do with that now ??
I have made Atleast 35 calls and the customer care number is not reachable!! On the email also nobody is replying.
What am I supposed to do now ?
Please refund my points and money asap!
