Data Privacy Concern

“I was surprised to see Centrepoint and Splash staff writing down Emirates ID numbers in their record books when customers come to collect online orders. While I understand the need to verify identity, recording such sensitive information feels unnecessary and raises privacy concerns. Lifestyle brands should limit themselves to checking the ID for verification rather than storing personal data, especially when it’s not legally required. I hope they reconsider this practice to better respect customer privacy.”

Such a worst experience i ever had. Ordered some products from splash app and supposed to deliver within 2days from the date of booking. And been raised complaints for sixth time and not yet resolved. Customer service also were very had regarding the same issue as well.

Pathetic service!!!

On January 25, 2023, I ordered two shirts through the Splash online application. The order was placed, and my money was debited from my account. I was happy that I got two good shirts in my favorite colors. While ordering, if I book the product to the store, the estimated arrival is shown within two days, so I booked my product to the store. After two days of checking the status of my order, I came to know that one of the shirts from my order was cancelled by Splash without any notification. How rude! Splash has cheated me and devalued my order. I called customer support twice, but no support has been given from splash side, and the worst part is that the other shirt which was in process also got cancelled after 5 days... I'd never been in such an awkward situation before in my life. And this is the last; I or any person in my family will not order anything from Splash anymore. Thanks

The delivery guy asks to share the location and doesn’t respond upon asking when the order will be delivered.

After a week of order placed they cancelled the order by themself saying the order is returned to warehouse and I will have to order again.

I have placed 2 orders with splash both are not delivered i have been following up like crazy…there delivery person calls you ask for location and then they say i wont deliver in your location…2nd time i order the delivery person asks me to send location but i after i send him location he doesn’t call back and if i call he doesn’t receive…again I ordered yesterday still no call from agent and a message saying i did not respond how will i respond if there is no call…if you people can’t deliver then y do you have online store…extremely dissatisfied…please do not order.

I had very bad experience with splash delivery system and because of this I ordered to collect from store. After three days, customer care said that order will take 14 working days for collection. They didn’t mentioned that order will take 14 working days for collection in the app. There are not any options to cancel the order. They are cheating their customers.

Terrible Service

Initially I was impressed by how quickly I received my items, which was less than 12 hours of placing the purchase! I had ordered another colour of a dress I had tried in the store... Turns out, the labelling on the dress in-store was wrong which led me to buy the wrong size online. I applied for a return & refund & 2 weeks later there has still been no one to come and collect the item. I have gotten in touch with customer service thrice to ask for the return but to no avail. I won’t be ordering online here again.

Very unprofessional

I have order 5 items from the app, they did deliver 5 items, out of which 2 items were entirely different to what I have ordered. I requested for returns/exchange the same day and they took the returns very next day. Here is where the issue starts, I have been continuously receiving texts and calls for returns everyday since the day I have returned the items. As a mater of fact, I have never received the refund or exchange or the items I have ordered. Total Bummer. !!!

Its been 16 days and now neither I have my money, nor my item, just a reply that concerned team is looking into the issue. I think I am the only one who is concerned and yes, you are right, Im looking into the issue. Just let me know if I should consider that you people ran away with the money? Worst Customer service

Hi All I’ve placed a order through this app on July 02/2020, promised delivery date was July 9/2020.

Days are passed , when I track the order through web it’s says shipped, then arrived destination, on July 15’th it went out for delivery, today am writing this review on July 19, so far I didn’t receive the order or call. Called 6 times customer care, they are keep promising me , I will get deliver within 3 days.. trying to get the courier center number through customer care center, they are keep saying they don’t have any contact number .. what kind of service they do? So far I’ve done many shopping online through different platforms but I’ve never faced this kind of worst experience..

Your clothes collection looks like it’s only for teenagers except for some polos and basics that you have. That too it’s overpriced. Or may be I know more places where I can get the same stuff a lot cheaper. I would still pay for the quality but the experience hasn’t been good lately. I still have 6-7 year old clothes which I bought from the splash store which are still in great condition. But from past 2-3 years, the quality has dropped and price increased.
