Very bad experience about a challan payment
I had paid a regular court challan through this app, and they had promised it would be settled within 45 days. However, even after 60 days, it has still not been settled. Whenever I try to contact them, I only receive automated replies saying it will be settled in 48 or 72 hours, but nothing ever happens.
Their customer care is extremely poor, and the service is very disappointing. This is the worst app for challan payments. If I had gone to the court directly, my challan would have been settled in just a few days. Using this app has been a complete waste of time.

I would love to see a Premium Version of the app offered for users who regularly need detailed information about all types of vehicles. This could include unlimited searches, full vehicle details ad-free experience, faster data access, and maybe even downloadable reports.

Disappointed with Recent Update
I have been using this app for a while and was quite satisfied until recently. The new update now makes it compulsory to log in using OTP, which I find unnecessary and intrusive for the kind of service the app offers. There are plenty of alternatives available that provide similar features without forcing users to register or log in. Sadly, I will be uninstalling this app and switching to one of those. Hope the developers reconsider this decision.

I am having a bad experience in this app, i paid a online challan for my car , amount was successfully debited from my account , amount was more than 2300 rs, they are saying that they have initiated refund on 11 April and it will be credited in my account with in 5-7 days but today is 27 April but no money returned to me , i sent several mails and whats app but no positive response received, only a auto mesg received everytime that refund has been initiated on 11 April, i have discussed the case with advocate , i am going to take this matter to consumer court,

Money not refunded
I recently used the CarInfo app to pay a pending traffic challan, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Even after making the payment through the app, the challan status has not been updated as closed, and the amount has not been credited back to my account.
I have tried reaching out to their customer support, but the response has been slow and unhelpful. There is no proper tracking system to verify the payment, and I am left in the dark about my transaction. This kind of issue raises serious concerns about the reliability of the app for handling important payments

Misleading adds in this app- instant service history
I have paid for car service history on 30th October 2024. In the app they have mentioned that the car service history will be available with in 24hours from the payment. It’s been 5 days, till no response from them. The important thing is they have taken the money but we don’t know whom to contact if there is any issue. This is very misleading and kind of fraud thing. Resolve the issue asap or refund my money. I have send the mail already to customer support ( I really don’t know whether it is a genuine or not). Request to kindly act upon it at the earliest.

Scan Service provided by car info
I got a service history report for my car, and it didn't even include the details of the parts replaced during each service, even though the report format typically includes this critical information (which is ridiculously misleading and forces customers to pay for necessary details that aren't even provided). It's bad enough that they're charging for this shoddy service, but to make things worse, the basic information about the fuel type of the vehicle was completely wrong. This glaring mistake has left me questioning the accuracy of the entire service report. The lackluster support team is unresponsive and unreachable, and despite booking an expert review, they're shamelessly trying to dodge accountability by shifting blame onto the OEM.
I don't care where they source their details from; if I'm paying for a service, I expect it to be accurate! The fact that they can't even get basic information right is utterly ridiculous. I demand a refund for this atrocious service. When I reached out to the supposed "expert" who assessed the car's condition, he promised to verify the details and get back to me, but surprise surprise, no call back!
I want to speak with the manager ASAP. Give me their contact details, or just cough up a refund for this utter waste of a service.

Why you hid the names..
Once when I used to use this app, it helped me big time.
Someone parked their car right behind my car, leaving me with no option but to check for the owners. I searched the vehicle’s registration number on this app, found the owner. Searched him on social platforms. Coincidentally I found a mutual friend and connected with him. Got the number of the person who parked the car, and this is how my issue was resolved. This app CAR INFO was a wonderful tool then, but now when the names are hidden, it’s if no use. I request you to review this.

Ineffective and useless
The app blacks out and and details of the person under who’s name vehicle is registered. It will block out half the letters in the name therefore completely making the app useless. This was not there before in the app but has been put in recently, or they have made a paid feature which also one is not able to access. Have written multiple time to the developers to address the issue but have never even gotten a reply back. Avoid the app.

This app is good in working but i think the application is selling your data to other websites like car resellers and insurance companies what you searching about in the app I am just surfing about a second car and veiw detail about the car I didn’t fill any form or enquiries about the car or anything but then after sometime i got call from executives to know about my decision about those car.

Good one. Easy to know vehicle details. But no Owner’s contact no. available. (Understand that this may cause in crimes against Owner’s too but otherwise would have been more helpful). I used this app to find info abt 2007 make car and results were correct. I again checked this app for a Used car make of 2009 and results were accurate.

At first when I download 3 or 4 years ago it didn’t show all the registrations and I uninstalled it. But when installed today I was shocked that it actually works. All the registration are exactly correct and precise. Loving the App

Unable to locate my car details:
My Car is HSR registered vehicle. Last year only, the HSR (High Security Registration) of my car is done. Tried entering my car number in this application (after downloading this APP from Apple Store) with all possible options, but of no avail. It gives message, “SEARCH FAILED.” To add insult to the injury, No eMail or Contact No. is provided, where one can approach for help. If someone from CUVORA can help me in it, I shall be thankful. I will reconsider changing your rating, as well.

This app is very nice . We can also complain about the driving if some one drive’s carelessly ... We. Can search have all types of Indian cars ... I love this app ... Even I got my old car which was sold

Need some more care for upload old registrations as well.
I could able to find all new registrations which did within last few years only. As i’m owner of 2 cars and one bike, i couldn’t able to find my old registered one. But still it is really helping app. I was able to rectify the owner of a car who hit my nearest village and did some damage to public properties.

App issues
Great app but too many bugs! Cannot search by name (was working fine before this update), first of all the searched cara got automatically added to my garage and now cannot delete them! How can you release without testing such basic features???

App is getting crashed
I have been using this app for some time. It is really a good app. Since last week I am unable to open the its getting crashed. I have updated the app but still I am facing the issue.

My Garage crashing
I have added car to my garage when I search no issue but when I select add to garage car which was search from trending result then app is crashing.
Reinstall not solved issue still showing 4 car in garage count after reinstall.

Found 27 years vehicle history
My Dad Bought a Mini Bus for the Transport business 27 years ago in 1990 . Fortunately I still remember it’s number which we sold it earlier after 2-3 years . But today I searched its number and which gave absolutely correct information , I recommend this app to avoid hit and run driver

Car logo/car photo not coming
In the car maker it’s coming Compass diesel 2.0...but he car photo isn’t coming... even car logo isn’t coming...instead a photo of auto is coming.. please fix this bug....

Small problems
Everytime we search a vehicle info we always get a otp and we should type its some what frustration everytime...and when we search motor vehicle info and the image display as auto rather than motor vehicle...
