Pathetic app.

Not recommended app, i booked a pickup slot for my old phone. I have checked price on cashify it is showing 10800/ and when the guy is came to my place he is shouting at me saying u should mention this and that and arguing with me. Telling me that u will get 7000/ now i get its fraud the cashify platform is TOTTALY FRAUD they dont pay what they say and sending local slum guys at your home and place for picking your old mobile or laptop and its totally unsafe for ladies also when they are alone at home or places. Unprofessional guys sending from cashify Do not use this platform and i guess this app should be banned from playstore and appstore. Now this comment will get same reply DM your issue and all but trust me they dont care about this issue or any other issue.

Scamsters and fraud company

Please dont sell or buy phones from here. They'll show you one price and then when they come for inspection, they'll reduce the prices and find out flaws in your phone like hairline scratches! On the other hand, buying second hand phones is a better option than buying their refurbished ones. The whole company is running by scamming people! Even the company guys know and agree that they're cheating people!

Fraud company

Misleading offers , price they show and what they pay is almost 40 pc to 50 pc less.
Minutest scratch whcih can happen in normal use and that keeping the phone in cover since day one can reduce price by 2k to 3k. Basically they need some pretext to reduce price whcih they show on app. Lot of haggling they do and their representative get agitated if you decline to guve rhe phone. While selling they will quote absurd prices for the similar phone: nothing but a bunch of cheats running this company. Either the promoter is giving such guidelines or he has a bunch of such people under him who give such guidelines. Yes company has to survive and earn profit but making fool and cheating like a road side stall walla is not required.

They communicate something different on their app and while collecting the device they reduce the price by upto 35% even if everything is same as you mentioned while booking. The pick up will decide the worth of your device and unnecessary highlighting problems which is not evident.

Cashify was the worst app and be alert when you purchase or sell product from cashify. In detail, when you sell new laptop to cashify they will buy from you for 10k-15k. Same product when you buy from cashify they will sell between 40k-50k. This guys are stealing money on your product. Remember who the hell this cashify decide your product cost. I recommend use OLX to sell and buy products.

This has been my 4th experience. Everytime they come check and then come back with a price that is atleast 30 percent lower than the app. They will give you reasons for not giving you the price mentioned in the app. Useless if you are looking for money when you sell it . 99.9% of the time they will not give you the shown price on the app in spite of giving accurate details.

Worst experiences with Cashify

Every experience with Cashify is a bizarre. I ordered an Apple Watch and chose cash on delivery payment method. when the watch arrive, it had dent and its colour was faded, so I had to return it. Cashify took 12 days to refund the money back into my account. Every time I used to call them to know the status of my refund, a period of 24 to 48 hours was always set as a deadline to refund the amount back to me.

They show good amount for your product in the app and when they comes for pickup, it’s a whole different story. I think they are linked with some local mobile shops and ask them for the current prices at the time of pickup which will be way less when compared to the price showing on their app… These guys are really unprofessional… You will get more money even if you sell it through flipkart, or nearby shops… It’s always better if you can find a genuine buyer on olx or other offline methods

Worst experience of lifetime.

I bought an iPhone 11 refurbished that showed 100% battery health.
It turned out to be battery was boosted and damaged. I asked for replacement, in return I got same or some other damaged battery.
I had wasted 30k on the phone I couldn’t afford to spend on the phone at the moment. I got battery replaced from a local shop now.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from cashify.

Fraud company

Has got a screen replacement done from them for my oneplus. Within one and a half month green pink lines appeared without a single scratch.
Went to their store and they blamed me and said it is a physical damage and they wont do anything. There was not a single scratch on my phone. They said the damage is internal which i cant see. I told them open the phone infront of me and show me physical damage. They refused and rudely sent me away.
Much later i figured from news that this was a common manufacturing defect in screens made in last few years and oneplus even accepted the issue. This company knew of these issues and yet blamed me for it and 10000 of my hard earned money vanished in 1 month!
Dont trust this company. For replacements or for any service or to sell your old phones. Youll get much better price for your phone on olx or offline buyers instead of peanuts they offer.

Scam: They don't pay the amount initially promised

Initially they show you higher amounts for selling your device. The executives find out non-existent flaws in the device and reduce the price. In my case I received half of what was promised initially.
I would recommend people to exchange their devices on e-commerce websites instead of selling them to Cashify.

Worst experience with cashify

I purchased iphone 13 pro max in a superb condition. There was no dents and scratches but the issue was with display. When I lower the brightness the screen become greenish and starts flickering also the charger was not at all working. I contacted the support they advice me to visit nearby cashify shop to repair. The staff was very rude, even though the issue was clearly visible they said there is no issue with device and suggested me to increase the brightness and use. What quality checks does cashify do is still suspicious. I believe the display is also duplicate replaced by some ordinary screen. I paid 75k for the faulty phone. Never ever buy from here anything. These are frauds.

Non genuine parts in i phones

I bought i phone xr superb condition spending 25k and these frauds have given me non genuine battery. The battery health was 89 and within 2 months it started showing service. My phone battery shows 80% and switches off. When I went for service they harassed me for 3 months more saying the store is closed not answering calls sometimes saying the technician was suffering from dengue and so on.. Somehow they replaced the battery and guess what not even a month it show's service even when its health shows 100% and switches off when the battery reaches to 70% . I am going to complain in consumer forum if they do not give me a genuine battery.

Worst service

I would not recommend anyone to sell or even buy your device through cashify. I recently tried this app and I am running short of pointers for the kind of experience I faced: -
1) I have called their executive to be there at my place between 8.00am to 2.00pm. They reached at 8 in the evening which leads for me to waste my whole day.
2) They ask me to select a payment option I gave my details, they DID NOT made the payment INSTANTLY AS THEY CLAIM ON THEIR WEBSITE.
3) After me following up they gave me option to change my payment details which was Paytm, and then again I did not get my payment.
4) On speaking with their executive they said in a very rude way that I need to share my details over the support email I’d if at all I want my payment.
5) The customer executive said that this is the only way payment can be made and otherwise we cannot process it.
I will never advice anyone to use cashify, people if you want to sell your phone then please go to the local shop nearby your area that will give you better services than this.

I recently tried to sell my device on Cashify, but I was disappointed with the experience. The company’s pricing was not in line with the actual condition of my device, and I received a much lower quote than I expected. After doing some research, I found that many other customers have had similar experiences with Cashify. It’s concerning that the company is not transparent and fair with its customers when it comes to pricing. I would suggest that others sell their devices on other platforms instead of Cashify. Hopefully, Cashify will take customer feedback into account and work towards improving their services.”

Misguiding App and company. Pathetic way of making money

Never try to sell a phonevto them. The app shows one price and the agent who comes gives a price 10k less. The reason he gives is after 2 days the price will change on the app. If I am selling a phone today I will sell it at the price it is today right? And when we dont agree to the price the reason they give to their company is the phone has scratches and no charger. When i asked the agent why you gave an incorrect reason he said because he had to select some reason while cancelling the selling of phone by me. Ridiculous. They misguide customers and lie to us. Pathetic experience.

Don’t buy new mobile

I buyed mobile in good category took seven days for delivery. The mobile I have got, it has major scratches on the touch and the back panel is full of major major scratches and the front ear piece. Speaker is broken.
When I contacted customer care. They won't respond properly. They will only give their WhatsApp number to send the pictures. It been three days since have send the pictures but till now I have not received any reply from them even I am mailed many times for them, they won't reply you. This is a real scam. This is not a good website to buy a mobile. They were only spend money for marketing and mainly even I have received a local data cable and local charger. Please stop buying from the scam website.

Difference between amount shown while returning and actual price they give

Cashify is looting customers by showing higher price while you give details of the device and offering much lower price actually when they come for pick up.
I gave my device and at pickup they showed much lower even though i mentioned everything correctly about my device by giving stupid reasons that it is out of warranty thats why price is reducing( while giving details i mentioned that it is not under warranty period still) later on when i agreed and gave phone i check that the report given was completely false mentioning major dents and scratches which were not there. They did that just to bring down the price.

This is all very big scam. This app is really gives so much high hopes to the seller who wants to sell their products on the app. Initially they will show some some higher amount for the products we are selling and after coming for the verification and picking up the product they'll say all stupid reasons which ever possible and they'll finally tell us this you won't your device won't get more than ₹500 for which usually rail show around 2000 to 3000 at least I think this is all a big scam, the pick up page and will be coming will not be showing any official evaluation for the device. They just tell the amount whatever they get into their mind at that time so I tried contacting the customer care also they are not responding. This is always such a big scam,zero stars are deserved for this. This is total waste of time and total drain of energy. This don't even deserve zero starts but here I don't have any option rather than giving it a one star so never never never use this app. I'm gonna delete this app and I'm never gonna use this again. This is all a great great great scam going on so I want each and every person to be careful and not use this app.

False Commitments. Perfect definition of Scam in todays day and age

I bought a new phone depending on the price shown to me by this app. However what happened next was horrible.
Pls understand that i entered all information correctly. I mentioned that my screen has a minor black spot, which it did. Everything else on my iPhone 13pro was working absolutely perfectly.
The app showed me a certain price, however after i got my new phone, set it up, and was ready to handover my new phone, the pick up guy suddenly became the decider of my fate and started negotiating and offered 10K less for my phone (because of the same black spot i had mentioned while giving them info about my phone). However I denied giving him the phone.
To my surprise, now the app shows that I cancelled the deal at my end. This is too much. Really frustrating!!
Really unfortunate that unreliable businesses like these are allowed to exist and operate. Most people will be forced to sell off their phones because they have already made another purchase, depending on the price they were offered.
Pls burn your phone rather than giving them business. Sell it yourself, give it to someone in need. You will not be happy dealing with

A Disappointing Experience

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with this e-commerce website, and my experience left much to be desired. The three major letdowns were:
1.Lack of Commitment towards Clients:
From the outset, it was clear that the website lacked a genuine commitment to its clients. Promised delivery dates were consistently missed
2.Last-Minute Rollback of the Offer:
Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the last-minute rollback of an offer I had been promised. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction
3. The whole experience left me questioning the trustworthiness of this e-commerce platform. If they can’t be relied upon to uphold their commitments, how can customers have confidence in making future purchases? Trust is a crucial factor in any online transaction, and unfortunately, this website failed to deliver.
Overall, my encounter with this e-commerce website was marked by disappointment, frustration, and a sense of betrayal. I would strongly caution others against using this platform until they address these fundamental issues.

First of all these people take whole 1 day tở responses seriously and the lady said I have marked a email to the store please visit the store and submit the phone and when I have reached store after travelling 15 kms the person who is there told me that we have not received any email however he was helpful his name is Shariq he have drafted the email for the replacement but now it has been 2 days my phone is not picked up I don’t know why warehouses is getting a lot of holidays the whole process is very disappointing and frustrating for the customer who have spended around 1 lakh rupees after trusting the advertisement of Cashify I would request everyone do not use CASHIFY if their is any defective ỉn phone you will not getting any response before 10 to 11 days

Not Reliable service

I wanted to sell my phone and scheduled selling for 24th Sept. No one turned up to pick the phone not any message. Thought would be picked up next day. Still no info on pickup. Called up Customer care. They promised to send the agent to pick up on 26th Sept. still no one turned up neither there is any info. The status shows In-progress and agent shall come any time. Read many reviews now where many people had similar issues which resonated with what I’m experiencing. So I’m strongly convinced that all reviews from unhappy customers are true. Cashify is the worst app to sell your gadgets. I would not recommend this app to anyone and please do not invest your time in this app. We recently booked the appointment for the mobile phone. We provided each and every detail of the damage on the app. They show the higher prices at that time and at the time appointment they just refuse everything and say you have not mentioned this or that. They just cut the price to the half. Even if it will show more price on your app they do not accept it and give the price according to what is showing in their app. This is the second time I am selling anything on cashify and I am really disappointed with the app and will not sell anything here now. I buyed mobile in good category took seven days for delivery. The mobile I have got, it has major scratches on the touch and the back panel is full of major major scratches and the front ear piece. Speaker is broken. When I contacted customer care. They won’t respond properly. They will only give their WhatsApp number to send the pictures. It been three days since have send the pictures but till now I have not received any reply from them even I am mailed many times for them, they won’t reply you. This is a real scam. When you give the details of your device they will show you a excellent price ! Then the guy will come to collect it and then tell you that he can only pay 10-15% of the value promised ! As a trick I offered him my new phone without telling him and he again offered the same 10-15% of the value ! Total fraud ! Best way is go to the market find a good vendor and buy new and he will give you best value ! Don’t fall for this scam ! Also be very very careful if the person who comes to your house ! False advertisement

They will advertise instant payment but then message you saying it will take 3-5 days to credit for a UPI payment. What a harrowing experience. The whole point of selling my valuable asset was so I can get payment instantly for my other priority expenses as advertised everywhere by Cashify. Because of this I am the one stuck incurring interest charges which Cashify is clearly not going to take any responsibility for. Haven’t received any payment yet and was asked to wait another 24-48 hours. The customer support executive will ask you to wait. That’s the resolution they will offer you.
Rather sell your valuable items on other platforms atleast you control the payment and can avoid the low value Cashify tends to offer for products.
Their “convenience” is more expensive both mentally and financially!!!
Never using this platform again. ZERO stars!

Worst experience with cashify

I had a sell order with cashify scheduled on Sunday between 10 to 3. I travelled 60 km just because they don't provide pick up service at my location. I reached at pick up location on 10:15 and contacted to call centre, they transferred the call to their pick up expert who told me that he will be there around 11am. I waited for at-least 2 hours and left the location. Because i don't have any option to call him back other than to contact call centre again, which is really a hectic procedure. The pick up expert called after 1 pm and insisted that he tried to contact me (I got no calls from them until 1pm). He then suggest me to reschedule the pick up. Never expected this kind of service.

Local guys will come who will offer 1/10th the price quoted by Cashify

Cashify quotes 12k for a good apple watch. I mentioned the condition accurately which showed 6.5k.
I understand if it was atleast 4/5k, but a local guy will come who will send your device photos to another guy on whatsapp. This other guy will never quote any price more than 1.5k (whatever device model you give them).
Wasted my time for such an insultingly low offer? There is a huge disparity between what cashify says on it’s app and what these local guys quote.
Also, he just logged into my cashify account and cancelled the order. When confronted, he told me this is how it works.

Worst app i have ever seen

App told that I’ll get 3000 for my samsung phone i had clearly me tioned that the battery is dead, so after all the information the app showed me that it’ll pay rs 2600. Fun part is when the pickup executive arrived he evaluated my phone just as my invigilator correcting my paper in exam.
For every simple scratch he is saying that 300 rs is being minus and besides telling that my phone battery is dead. He is saying that iam getting rs 250 total 😂. Thought of smashing that agents head but it wasn’t his mistake, it’s cashify which is running the company as an scam.
Never ever use this stupid app.
Its just waste of time and get annoyed by the price 😵‍💫😵‍💫

very Bad service experience and no support

i have booked the order for selling my old phone and got very bad experience first time the executive was telling on the call to come down to sell the product as i have book the sell device to pick from office location so i told him no that i cant come after that he schedule the pick next day which i cancelled and after talk with customer support i created the new order after that i have schedule it for 2-8 pm time slot the engineer have schedule it for 10-2pm morning slot without my confirmation also and even he did not came to pickup the device then schedule it for sunday without my confirmation also i was waiting for him and on sunday i reschedule it for monday on monday i was forgotten to bring the device so the same i apologize to the team and reschedule it to tuesday with confirmation to the engineer but at on tuesday i was driving the bike so was not able to pick the engineer call and on that reason he just cancel the order without just calling again and i even dont get any good service or support from cashify team on call

They make you fool on warranty clam and I have dropped mails so many times and I have drop so many messages in WhatsApp I didn’t get any response for this customer support and on 25th of December 2022 I have did same thing i got a response and they told me that vist to the near store and I went to the store and they are saying that the warranty will be not clamed to the battery after 3 months and when I am open purchased box and I got a battery in service,such bad customer service and such a bad conditions phone they will be provided. I had booked pickup my iphone 11 pro max The iphone is in very good condition and had just very small scatches on volume buttons ( almost negligible) ... The pickup guy and website quoted 35k at first . When he visited home he checked phone and said it would be nearly about 24k and They said it would be difficult to sell the iphone with those negligible scratches. ( What a joke .. its an iphone, if you can't sell an iphone which phone can you sell .. later he made a call to senior and I heard him saying phone is in good condition just minor scratch. they just wanted it in a cheaper price... If you buy a refurbished iphone 11 pro max (64gb) it would easily cost you 45-48k and they expected me to sell mine for just for 24k means double profit.
So I would like to suggest chasify that if you wan't to buy brand new iphones you can get them from amazon/flipkart not from people's home.

I had booked pickup for two phones an iphone 11 and one samsung galaxy M01 core. Worst service

Their technicians were very abusive they tend to start argument . They were trained to bully you and they continuously make you feel that your device is not worth of penny if you will not agree on that they will start abusing. They give you time frame but always make you wait and will come whenever they want without informing you. The two technicians came to visit and looks very frustrated and from the very beginning they started rude behaviour and want to dump their frustrations on me , that not ended here , they start using abusive language not to me also to my father .
This is the service Cashify gives you. I have iPhone 6s plus 2/128gb which they valued only for 2k . I mean seriously if you can’t afford to buy then why are you in this business, check any shop for iphone 6s plus 128 gb in working conditions would be priced atleast 7k.

Have a video with technician threatening me!

I booked for a pick up a person came took out the scratch guard without my permission said there two scratches there were none because I always kept my phone cover with tempered glass and back cover still i agreed there are because I wanted to get my phone sold and then the person said the battery is faulty the same phone that I have used for so long and the battery always lasted all day! So I disagreed to sell my phone even though the scratch guard was out. Second time I get a call that I will get the same price I was assured on the app so I book the slot this time with faulty battery and two scratches got the same person to pick up the person again started with same dialogue that there is fault in my battery I was like I already mentioned it and yet the scammer couldn’t scam so I got the video where the person is literally saying u will the person who told u how much money u will get right on my face and took my portrait picture on his phone. Need to select genuine ppl

I have sold three phones on Cashify and two out of them were bad buyers. Please select proper ppl who come for pick up. I selected all options as mentioned on app. It’s shows one price on app and after that when ppl come to pick up they check on another app and they give completely a different price. I was selling my iPhone 11 Pro Max cause I need money when I was getting treated for covid 19 ( delta variant). That guy forced me to sell my phone to 35k when it showed 45k on Cashify. After selling my phone I got my transaction was cancelled on Cashify and I got money on PhonePe from a private number. Please verify those pick up vendors before assigning them to pick up. Most of them are cheating.

I have scheduled an appointment on Cashify for iPhone, on appointment day technician called and said my location is not under their service than I reached customer care & they said it my location is serviceable and they have rescheduled the appointment without my consent and information. I lodged a complaint and they assured me that pick up will be done in scheduled window. Unfortunately, nobody bother to call me and when the appointment time is about to over I found out that my order is automatically cancelled without any information. Look like bunch of idiots are managing the operation who do not know what they are doing.

A Corporate Scam

Looked up for a device to sell and was satisfied with the price they were offering. Then decided to do it after a couple of days and bam the price went down by 2k No Reason. I was still fine and went ahead with the quote. The Pickup was cancelled for saturday morning and rescheduled to tuesday without consent. But the Pickup person calls me on sunday and say's hes coming in next 30 mins and after “CAREFUL INSPECTION” gives a final quote which was another 2k less than the one they mentioned. So i was 4k low than what i was initially offered. I rejected the offer and asked them to cancel the order. He then speaks to the manager and decides to give me a quote which was 500 less than what app had shown me then. But now the app was showing the new quote(-4k) so i went through the transaction and upon checking the invoice it had some other device and the amount was 1500 which i had bargained with their manager. Mailed them a few times no direct way to talk to any kind of support all they have is IVR CHATBOT & MAIL.

Didn’t receive money

Their guy picked up my Oneplus 7 pro and told me that the payment will be processed in half an hour but it’s been 7 days I didn’t receive any payment from cashify. When I call them they tell me that the payment has been completed from their side. I’ve also sent them my bank statement showing that the payment hasn’t been received by me but they’re still not transferring my money. I booked a sale of my laptop with you guys today as I needed cash urgently, it was only scheduled to get picked up tomorrow. I called your customer service to see if you can send someone to pick it up today, they said they can’t but I can walk in to any of Cashify store and get instance cash. So I took a half day leave from my work and visited your store in BTM Layout, they told me that they don’t accept laptops, ONLY MOBILE PHONES. Not only did I not get urgently needed money from you today but I also lost half a day’s pay from my work, also wasted petrol and my time. When made a complaint looking for reimbursement, I was brushed off stating they will share a feedback to the agent and it’s company policy that they can not reimburse me. No one taking ownership to address the loss this miscommunication has caused me. I wish I could give them a 0 star for customer service.

Negotiate well or be ready to be tricked

So I thought of selling a phone that we were not using the initial quote was 3K (it was a scratchless, dentless phone with no damages whatever)
However the person who came for inspection did a bit of rubbing on the screen and then said theres fogging on the display and reduced to quote to 1800.
After i rejected the quote I was given a new quote of 2370, all these quotes were given to him on phone via someone superior (his boss).
So the point is dont fall for the trap, negotiate, if it feels just don’t go ahead with the deal.
The quote on the app is just to get you in the deal, it will not be respected.

Extreamly Dissapointing

To sell a phone on cashify is the biggest mistake you can ever do. I tried to sell my iPhone via this app. and here is what happened- First - the pickup guy did not show up on the day he was supposed to be( forget about the time slot). He showed up the next day. Second - he called some guy on the phone and asked for my phone’s price. He told him the price that was half to the price shown in the app. at the time of evaluation. Next this guy just starts reevaluation and starts marking things not working for no reason just to get to the price he was told. Needless to say i kicked him out of my door.
Update:
After these guys read my review, they responded to it by saying that they will help me… but after contacting them its again the same story. I guess they just wanted to give some BS reply to the review. Now i have sold my phone easily in the market for a much higher price shown in the app.

Worst service and good at manipulating customers

I sold 2 phones and the price evaluation differs from what you see on their website and when the person who comes to pick up your device they give you a lesser amount by removing all faults in your device which is absolutely rubbish.
On top of that UPI payment got stuck apparently and it’s been over 72 hours and still the payment has not been credited to my account. When you try to follow up with their customer service staff, they keep telling you to wait for an additional 2 days.

Not a genuine party to deal with

I had placed a request for laptop sale for 18th Apr 2021 and when checked with support, found that technician will visit next day. So there was no prior intimation from Cashify that my pickup schedule is changed automatically.
Secondly, what i got as a price for selling my old laptop on Cashify site and what I got at the end was completely different. They will not ask these many details on their site but when technician visit your home, he/ she will start finding faults in your product so that they can offer less price in order to boost their pockets.
I could have sell my old laptop in open market atleast for ₹5K but had to settle for only ₹1970 at the end just because one cannot go out in these situations. Cashify is just manipulating according to their own terms and conditions and I will not recommend anyone to deal anything with Cashify

They kept me waiting for hours just for the technician to come as address the issue. They did showed me colours while buying and no cared once bought. After 3 days I Bought iPhone X, battery started to drain and overheated even during normal usage. They have asked time to provide the original earphones while buying and when they gave it was a damaged and one of earphones aren’t working. They’ve asked again for few more days to replace it. It’s a bad experience overall.
It would be helpful if there’s someone who can address this issue. People buy used phones just because they trusted Cashify and it might lead to downfall if there’s no robust customer support.

Waste of Time

Used their app to evaluate my iPhone Xs with all details provided and clearly mentioning it is more than a year old. I got a quote so placed an order. Their agent came and showed me that the battery health was 87% (pretty reasonable for a 1.5 year old iPhone) again which is under APP. On this pretext he started negotiating the price with me and asked me if I am ok with a lower price completely countering their “no haggling” policy that they mention. Similar thing had happened once in the past and I had chosen to agree with them feeling may be the device indeed was not in a good shape, but seeing happening it again made me realise that it’s just their deceptive policy of getting good devices for cheap. I feel its an utter waste of time. Stay away if you are looking to get a good value for your device without haggling.

Worst app, its a looting technique

I wanted to sell my iPhone hence used this app as saw many advt about selling it from home. First they quote prices so low still I wanted to sell it hence accepted it but later on address page it was showing issue of “pick up not available.” Raised complaint via mail and chain of mails started, took 3-4 weeks to receive mail that issue is solved and when again tried to sell on app same “Pick up not available” error is still their.

Horrible Experience

When I put in the details of my phone on the app, I was quoted an amount of Rs9000. However when the “so called” technician came to pick up the phone, lame excuses were given such as the phone’s condition not being good and it has a few scratches. When I asked him to show me the scratches he couldn’t show any! Then he called some other senior person and sent the pictures of my phone to him! That guy quoted an amount of Rs2000. Pathetic tactics to buy the product.

After calling his senior he said the max price I can get was 8450. I asked what was the problem. He said 500 for scratches and 500 for dents. I asked him to show me scratches and dents. He didn’t had any answer. He then again called his boss and gave me a new quite of 9000. I again refused asking him the reason for this. Then again he called his boss and said sir he is not willing to give it please increase a price little. He re-quoted me the value as 10k max. Again I asked him for the reason of this. He started saying “Sir itni durr se aaya hu ₹230 toh jaane do”, but the thing was not about 230. I gave the phone for the value quoted by the app. They try all the ways to cheat and pay the minimum price.

Nobody came for pickup

Pickup for my phone was schedule for 4th Sept. However, nobody turned up in the given time slot, probably due to heavy rains - benefit of doubt #1! However, they didn’t even have the courtesy to notify me that. Next day I contacted the help using the chat which is pathetic and keeps on closing the session. Anyhow I got my appointment rescheduled to 4pm on 7th Sept. I got the WhatsApp confirmation for the same. Soon after that I got a confirmation that my pickup was cancelled. To know why it was cancelled out of nowhere, I asked a question on the help chat, and after repeating the question multiple times I got the same reply “did the technician reach out to you?”. Seems like there was a chat bot on the other end and no human to address the issue. My question to Cashify is what’s your operating model? Having a good app doesn’t make up for a good business!

Quick valuation with zero customer service.

It’s a nice app for quickly getting valuation of your old phone and the good part ends there only.
I’ve been following up with cashify for pick up of my phone which I got valuation done through them.
I haven’t seen such a pathetic customer anywhere.
Pick up is scheduled/rescheduled over four times in a week but no one turns up to pick the phone. There’s no customer care number available and chat facility is super slow (takes hours to revive a reply) and annoying. There are few standard replies without any solution.
I believe a normal mobile shop round the corner in your neighbourhood will give better service than them.

Disappointed!

Not a very smooth experience! Firstly, I received ₹3550 instead of ₹3600 (as it was said) ! In every msg and mail they are putting that they have paid me ₹3600 but NO! They have paid 50 less! There was no issue with the phone..I had an argument with the technician as well... He was firstly deducting ₹200 .. but after I argued and said will give poor rating.. he came down to ₹50! He didn't spare that! I asked him 1000 times.. show me one scratch.. but he was just singing that one song that if they find something they will deduct my money! Not a smooth experience at all. A frnd recommended me so I went with it and it was urgent as well. Please improve these things or else people won't trust you guys!

Worst Service

My Order Is Not Picked Up or Any Technician cane to my home after waiting for 2 Days. First it was scheduled on Monday ie 30th July but it no one came then got msg around 11pm sorry about the delay and then got a new msg at 2:16 am, that our technician was not able to contact you so your order will be picked on 2nd August and no one called me or informed me about this or no one contacted me. Then their executive called and said you complained about delay in pickup and I stated her scenario and then she said today ie 31st July before 7pm they will come and take the phone but no one appeared. This is the Worst Type of Selling App. If their is option of 0 Rating. I would give 0 or in Minus. I’ve confirmed Order From Wednesday and now it’s Tuesday. A Week. Worst Service. I think you guys should just remove your app from App Store. As you can’t give Service to Anyone. So simply remove it.

Worst customer service & support

Hi,
After writing to you guys multiple times, I have finally resorted to write a negative review on you guys on the App Store. I valued my phone through the app & booked an appointment of your technician as per an available slot(as user I was not given any option to choose specific time). During the day of pick up I had to wait at mentioned address but no one turned up and I received zero calls informing me about the technician not coming. I had to call costumer care & they bluntly said ”sorry Sir pick up of phone not possible on chosen date”; then why was the date shown as an option? After 2 days I got a message saying — your pick up is scheduled for next week (31st May) — how did you decide on a pick up date on your own??? After my 3rd email I get call after 2 days saying we are arranging pick up today. But alas, again the same story— no one turned up... I Seriously doubt your business model guys. I wonder if you guys have serviced even a single client. I have never come across such bad service. I hope no one else goes through this horrible service.
